Abstract

Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis mengenai manfaat digital marketing dan bisnis digital dalam ruang kreatif sebagai upaya meningkatkan potensi pemuda di Desa Tantan, Kecamatan Sekernan, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 16 Agustus 2026 bertempat di Aula Masyarakat Desa Tantan, dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 20 orang yang terdiri dari pemuda desa, anggota Karang Taruna, Koperasi Desa, BUMDes, Perpustakaan Desa, serta dihadiri oleh Kepala Desa Bapak Mashur, S.Pd. Metode pelatihan meliputi penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, dan praktik langsung mengenai strategi digital marketing, pemanfaatan media sosial, serta pengembangan bisnis digital berbasis potensi lokal. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya literasi digital, keterampilan pemasaran berbasis teknologi, serta kreativitas dalam membangun brand desa. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga memperkuat sinergi antarorganisasi desa sebagai upaya penguatan kelembagaan dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif berbasis digital.Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam membentuk pemuda yang berdaya saing, mandiri, serta mampu berkontribusi terhadap pembangunan ekonomi desa secara berkelanjutan di era digital

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi loyalitas konsumen dalam menggunakan jasa Rio Digital Printing di Kota Palu. Variabel awal yang diteliti meliputi produk, harga, lokasi, kualitas layanan, dan kepuasan konsumen. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 60 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis faktor untuk menyederhanakan variabel, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan regresi linier berganda berganda untuk menguji pengaruhnya terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS. Hasil analisis faktor menunjukkan bahwa hanya dua variabel yang memenuhi kriteria untuk diuji lebih lanjut, yaitu produk dan harga. Sementara itu, variabel lokasi, kualitas layanan, dan kepuasan konsumen dikeluarkan karena memiliki nilai egen value <1 dan tidak membentuk kelompok faktor yang kuat. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa produk dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen (F hitung = 10,040 > F tabel = 3,16; Sig. = 0,000). Uji t menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial, dengan produk menjadi faktor dominan (? = 0,375). Adapun koefisien korelasi serempak (Multiple R) sebesar 0,510 menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang cukup kuat antara variabel independen dan loyalitas konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diketahui bahwa produk dan harga merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Rio Digital Printing. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil uji regresi setelah dilakukan uji MSA dan componen faktor, di mana produk dan harga menjadi faktor yang tertinggi mempengaruhi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meningkatkan kualitas hasil cetak serta menetapkan harga yang sesuai dengan nilai produk adalah hal penting untuk membangun dan mempertahankan loyalitas konsumen di Rio Digital Printing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of live streaming features on impulsive buying behavior among Generation Z through trust in the Shopee e-commerce platform. In today’s fast-paced digital era, live streaming has become an innovative marketing strategy offering real-time, interactive, and engaging shopping experiences. Generation Z, known for their tech-savviness, is the primary target of this trend. This research employs a quantitative approach using purposive sampling on 200 respondents, all Generation Z Shopee users residing in Surabaya. The independent variables include product demonstration, flash sale, and influencer collaboration; the mediating variable is consumer trust; and the dependent variable is impulsive buying. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results show that product demonstrations, flash sales, and influencer collaborations significantly affect consumer trust and impulsive buying decisions. Furthermore, consumer trust acts as a significant mediator between live streaming features and impulsive buying behavior. This research provides practical implications for e-commerce platforms to enhance digital marketing strategies by optimizing live streaming features to improve customer experience and stimulate impulsive purchases among Generation Z.Keywords: Live Streaming, Consumer Trust, Impulsive Buying, Generation Z, Shopee.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas informasi dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi belanja online Shopee. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei terhadap 100 responden pengguna aktif Shopee. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas informasi dan kepercayaan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Secara parsial, kepercayaan memberikan pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan kualitas informasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya menjaga keakuratan informasi serta membangun kepercayaan pengguna melalui sistem keamanan dan pelayanan yang baik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan e-commerce perlu memprioritaskan transparansi dan keandalan informasi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pengguna.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the simultaneous influence of Work-Life Balance and Job Stress on Employee Turnover Intention at PT. Multi Alfa Mandiri, Tangerang City. The population consists of employees at PT. Multi Alfa Mandiri, Tangerang City, with a sample size of 50 respondents using saturated sampling technique. This research employs a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires supported by secondary data. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that partially, Work-Life Balance (X1) has a significant effect on Turnover Intention with a t-value of 4.640 > t-table 2.012 and sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Job Stress (X2) also has a significant effect with a t-value of 4.161 > t-table 2.012 and sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, Work-Life Balance and Job Stress significantly influence Turnover Intention with an F-value of 117.181 > F-table 3.20. The R Square value of 83.3% shows that both variables collectively affect Turnover Intention, while the remaining 16.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

The food and beverage industry continue to grow rapidly, with Chatime, a Taiwanese company, and Haus, an Indonesian brand, emerging as two popular bubble tea brands consumed by many Indonesians. This study aims to examine the differences in brand equity (brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association, and brand loyalty) between these two brands, focusing on gender and age groups. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey, with a five-point Likert scale as the measurement method. The research population consists of residents of Surabaya who have previously purchased Chatime and Haus!, with a total sample of 150 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using paired t-tests in SPSS. The results reveal significant differences in brand awareness, brand loyalty, perceived quality, and brand association between males and females, as well as among the younger age group. In contrast, for the adult age group, no significant difference was found in brand loyalty, while significant differences were observed in brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand association.

Abstract

Learning nahwu (Arabic grammar) nowadays can be accessed on various digital platforms. One of them is Mohamed Mekawy's nahwu learning channel. Mohamed Mekawy provides nahwu learning materials and methods that anyone can master, from basic to advanced levels. Mekawy has an Arabic language learning institution called the Mekawy Academy, along with social media platform on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram. This study aims to understand the learning activity and the method used in nahwu learning from Mohamed Mekawy's social media. This study uses the Krippendorf analysis method with a qualitative approach that includes 6 research steps, those are determining the research theme, determining data sampling, finding answers to the research questions, filtering the data, connecting the findings, and writing the research report. The results of the study show that Mekawy has a distinctive method in mastering nahwu, first is the choice of starting material by mu'rab and mabni or al-jumlah al-fi'liyyah and al-jumlah al-ismiyyah. Second are Maharah tafkīk which is the skill of breaking down a sentence into individual words and maharah taṣnif which is the skill of classifying words into isim, fi`il, or ḥarf. The last or third is the application of the analogy method. This research will provide new ideas in studying nahwu with new methods up to an advanced level. A recommended topic for future research is the creation of short videos to facilitate understanding of nahwu on social media, which can be studied using the research and development method to create the idea of using social media as media to learn nahwu.

Abstract

Background: Football is a highly popular sport worldwide, including in Indonesia. In football matches, referees play a crucial role that significantly determines the course of the game and its final outcome. However, this role often leads to pressure that can trigger anxiety due to physical, mental, and emotional demands from various parties such as players, coaches, and spectators. This study aims to analyze the level of anxiety experienced by Indonesian football referees when officiating professional matches. Methods: This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with surveys as the data collection method. The research sample consists of 21 professional football referees in Indonesia, aged 25-40 years, with 1-18 years of experience. The research instrument used is the Football Referee Anxiety Scale (FRAS) questionnaire, covering four dimensions of anxiety: cognitive, affective, somatic, and motoric. Results: The study results show that the majority of referees have a low level of anxiety, with an average score of 67.19. A total of 52.4% of referees have low anxiety, while 33.3% fall into the high category. The most prominent aspects of anxiety are cognitive and affective dimensions, where several referees experience difficulties in decision-making and emotional burdens Conclusions: The level of anxiety among Indonesian football referees when officiating professional matches varies. Most referees have a low level of anxiety. The most frequently affected aspects of anxiety include the cognitive and affective dimensions, which involve feelings of worry, difficulty concentrating, and emotional burdens. Abstract

Background: Sports nutrition knowledge is an essential competency for personal trainers in supporting client health, safety, and fitness goal attainment. This study aimed to determine the level of sports nutrition knowledge among personal trainers and to identify the relationships among nutrition knowledge components. Methods: A descriptive quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design was applied. A total of 102 personal trainers in Surabaya were recruited using convenience sampling. Data were collected using the Abridged Nutrition for Sport Knowledge Questionnaire (A-NSKQ), which assesses general nutrition knowledge, sports nutrition knowledge, and supplement knowledge. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential analysis with Spearman rank correlation tests Results: Most personal trainers demonstrated a low level of sports nutrition knowledge (69.6%), and total A-NSKQ scores were predominantly classified as low (60.8%). General nutrition knowledge was classified as moderate to good and was not accompanied by adequate sports nutrition knowledge. Correlation analysis revealed significant positive relationships between general nutrition knowledge, sports nutrition knowledge, and total A-NSKQ scores. Conclusions: The level of sports nutrition knowledge among personal trainers in Surabaya remains low. These findings indicate the need for competency development through evidence-based sports nutrition education and training to enable personal trainers to provide accurate, safe, and effective nutrition recommendations in support of client fitness goals.
