Abstract

Penerapan Hukum Humaniter Internasional (HHI) dalam operasi militer merupakan elemen kunci untuk menjamin keseimbangan antara efektivitas tugas pertahanan dan perlindungan terhadap warga sipil serta tawanan perang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji strategi optimalisasi pendidikan HHI bagi prajurit TNI dalam menghadapi tantangan konflik modern. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan normatif-yuridis serta studi literatur terhadap dokumen hukum dan kebijakan militer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum pendidikan militer saat ini belum sepenuhnya adaptif terhadap dinamika perang kontemporer seperti perang asimetris dan operasi non-konvensional. Rendahnya pemahaman HHI di kalangan prajurit, seperti terlihat dari kasus mutilasi Brigif 20/IJK, mencerminkan lemahnya internalisasi nilai-nilai HHI, pengawasan komando, serta belum efektifnya metode pelatihan yang ada. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kurikulum berbasis studi kasus aktual, pelatihan simulatif, serta kolaborasi dengan lembaga internasional seperti ICRC. Implikasinya, pendidikan HHI yang adaptif dan aplikatif tidak hanya meningkatkan profesionalisme prajurit tetapi juga mencegah pelanggaran HAM, memperkuat akuntabilitas militer, dan mendukung posisi Indonesia dalam pemenuhan kewajiban hukum internasional. Penelitian ini menjadi dasar penting dalam merumuskan arah reformasi pendidikan militer berbasis hukum humaniter di Indonesia.

Abstract

The problem statment in this research: was ELC (English Language Clinic) Program effective to improve students’ speaking perfomace at second semester of English Study Program.This research aimed to find out to know the ELC (English Language Clinic) Program effective to improve students speaking perfomance. This research was conducted at second semester of English Study Program Program. The researcher was a quantitative approach by applied the pre-experimental method with design of one group pre-test and post-test by compared before and after gave the treatment . Researcher used test in this research. The results of the research showed that the joint ELC (English Language Clinic) Program was effective to students speaking perfomance. Students were able to speak and fluent to explainly objects in more detail. There was a positive change from the pre-test average score of 53,53, then after gave treatment used ELC (English Language Clinic) Program it increased to 71,73. in the post-test. And from the results of the paired sample T test, it was found that the paired sample test" using SPSS, it was known that the significance value obtained was 0.000 0.05. This can be seen from the guidelines of making decision where if the value of Sig. (2- taled) 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Which means that the hypothesis in this research is accepted, it concluded that joint in ELC (English Language Clinic) program improved students speaking perfomance.This shows that the ELC (English Language Clinic) program was effective in improving students’ speaking perfomance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the learning difficulties in reading and writing faced by first-grade students at SDN 2 Tente. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that students struggle with letter recognition, spelling words, and writing simple sentences. Factors contributing to these difficulties include lack of learning motivation, inappropriate teaching methods, and insufficient environmental support. To address these issues, teachers need to apply more varied and engaging teaching strategies and involve parents in the learning process. This study recommends schools to enhance teacher training and provide adequate learning facilities. Consequently, it is expected that students’ reading and writing abilities will improve significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effect of using digital Wordwall applications in Islamic Religious Education Learning (PAI) to strengthen students' character education in MAN 2 Majalengka. The background of this study departs from the importance of innovation in Islamic Religious Education Learning to strengthen the character of learners effectively and contextually. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design in the form of a pre-test-post-test control group. The sample consisted of 70 students of Class XI who were divided into two groups: the experimental group (n=36) who participated in Wordwall-based Islamic Religious Education Learning , and the control group (n=34) who received conventional Islamic Religious Education Learning. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires that measured the five main indicators of strengthening Character Education (PPK), namely religious, nationalist, Independent, mutual aid, and integrity. Questionnaires were administered before and after treatment in both groups. The results of the data analysis showed that there was an increase in character in both groups, but the increase in the experimental group was statistically more significant than the control group (p<0.05). These findings indicate that using the Wordwall application can positively contribute to the formation and strengthening of the character of learners. Therefore, the application of interactive digital learning media such as Wordwall is highly recommended to be integrated into Islamic Religious Education Learning in madrasah as an effort to build character education that is more effective and fun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual (SAVI) efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Dawuan. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif terhadap 32 siswa kelas VII tahun akademik 2024/2025, ditemukan bahwa siswa lebih aktif, antusias, dan terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran. Aktivitas fisik, pendengaran aktif, penggunaan media visual, serta stimulasi berpikir kritis mendorong pemahaman materi yang lebih baik dan peningkatan sikap positif seperti religiusitas, kedisiplinan, dan kerja sama. Guru juga merasakan proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih mudah dan efektif. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa model SAVI, yang mengakomodasi berbagai gaya belajar, dapat dijadikan alternatif strategi pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam yang holistik dan transformatif di tingkat sekolah menengah pertama

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh problem based learning (PBL) berbasis media audiovisual terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas XI di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Masum. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen kuasi pre-test-post-test control group, penelitian ini melibatkan dua kelas yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Kelompok eksperimen menerima perlakuan problem based learning berbasis media audiovisual, sedangkan kelompok kontrol menggunakan metode konvensional. Data minat belajar dikumpulkan melalui tes pilihan ganda yang tervalidasi dan teruji reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji t-independen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada minat belajar kelompok eksperimen (rata-rata gain 4,76) dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (rata-rata gain 3,05), dengan nilai signifikansi p0,05. Ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi problem based learning dengan media audiovisual efektif dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih bermakna, interaktif, dan memotivasi siswa dalam mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan problem based learning berbasis media audiovisual sebagai strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan minat belajar serta mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kerja sama di Madrasah Aliyah, menekankan pentingnya pelatihan guru dalam implementasi inovasi pembelajaran dan pemanfaatan teknologi multimedia

Abstract

Creative thinking is an essential skill that elementary school students must possess to face the challenges of the 21st century. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of improving and achieving students' mathematical creative thinking abilities through the intervention of Augmented Reality (AR)-based learning. Two groups of students were involved: an experimental group that received AR-based learning and a control group that underwent conventional learning. The aspects of creative thinking abilities measured included fluency, flexibility, elaboration, and originality. These aspects were evaluated through pre-tests and post-tests. A total of 62 students participated in this study, consisting of 32 students in the experimental group and 30 students in the control group. Data were collected using essay tests designed to measure students' creative thinking abilities. The results of the mean difference test showed that the experimental group achieved significant improvement in creative thinking abilities compared to the control group. AR proved effective in enhancing student engagement and mathematical creative thinking abilities, particularly in the aspects of fluency and flexibility. This study recommends the use of AR as an innovative tool for mathematics learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research examines how the animated film Moana (2016) by Disney illustrates the concept of empowered femininity through a liberal feminist lens, particularly drawing on Betty Friedan’s theoretical framework. The study analyzes how Moana, as the central character, challenges conventional portrayals of women in media by embodying traits such as independence, leadership, and emotional strength. Using qualitative content analysis, the research identifies Moana’s narrative as a departure from traditional Disney princess tropes, highlighting her journey as one driven by self-determination rather than romantic or male-driven motives. Moana stands out as a proactive and capable figure who redefines what it means to be a female hero in popular culture. Her role as a decision-maker and voyager showcases a shift in gender representations, aligning with liberal feminist ideals that emphasize equal opportunity, personal agency, and the rejection of limiting gender roles. The study also considers how supporting characters and the storyline reinforce these themes, painting a fuller picture of feminine empowerment. Ultimately, the film serves as an example of evolving gender narratives in children's media, presenting a progressive image of femininity that aligns with the goals of liberal feminism.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui sudut gerak back swing yang baik pada shooting boules to boules jarak 7 meter, 2) Untuk mengetahui sudut gerak release yang baik pada shooting boules to boules jarak 7 meter, 3) Untuk mengetahui kecepatan swing yang baik pada shooting boules to boules jarak 7 meter. Penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif dengan metode survey Penelitian ini menggunakan software kinovea yaitu perangkat lunak analisis gerak yang diharapkan mampu menganalisis gerakan pada saat atlet melakukan shooting sehingga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman tentang keterampilan motorik analisis dengan penerapan sains pada cabang olahraga petanque. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet petanque kabupaten grobogan yang berjumlah 10 orang terdiri dari 5 laki-laki dan 5 perempuan. Hasil analisis data menunjukan pada station 1 sudut back swing yang ideal 81⁰, kecepatan swing 3,40 m’s, sudut release 83° dan tinggi boules 1,60 m, pada station 2 sudut back swing yang ideal 78°, kecepatan swing 3,61 m’s sudut release 88° dan tinggi boules 1,45 m, pada station 3 sudut back swing yang ideal 78°, kecepatan swing 3,70 m’s sudut release 87° dan tinggi boules 1,51 m, pada station 4 sudut back swing yang ideal 75°, kecepatan 3,83 m’s, sudut release 89° dan tinggi boules 1,50 m, pada station 5 sudut back swing yang ideal 76⁰, kecepatan swing 3,61 m’s, sudut release 89° dan tinggi boules 1,52 m. tiga indikator gerakan yang dilakukan saling berkaitan untuk menghasilkan bola yang langsung mengarah kearah taget tanpa harus menyentuh tanah terlebih dahulu. Sehingga dapat menghasilkan shooting yang baik dengan bola berhenti langsung atau boules to boules.

Abstract

Kemampuan operasi matematika, berpikir divergen dan kecerdasan linguistik memegang peranan penting dalam proses pembelajaran yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar matematika siswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki Pengaruh Kemampuan Operasi Hitung Matematika, Kemampuan Berpikir Divergen dan Kecerdasan Linguistik Siswa terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian expost-facto dengan metode kuantitatif berbasis SEM-PLS, dimana variabel yang diamati adalah pengaruh variabel bebas yaitu kemampuan aritmatika matematis, kemampuan berpikir divergen dan kecerdasan linguistik terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kemampuan matematika siswa. hasil belajar. penelitian ini akan menguji sejauh mana pengaruh variabel independen tersebut terhadap variabel dependen. berdasarkan hasil analisis data, nilai rata-rata setiap hasil tes matematika komputasi, berpikir divergen, kecerdasan linguistik dan pembelajaran matematika siswa berada pada kategori agak rendah, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa operasi matematika berhitung, berpikir divergen dan kecerdasan linguistik secara bersama-sama atau sebagian terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa
