Abstract

The conclusion of this study shows that teacher performance can be improved through mutations with several findings, including: 1) the implementation of teacher transfers at SD Islam Al Azhar 1 Kebayoran Baru can be said to be an effective step because in terms of quality, the impact of the implementation of the transfer of positions has improve the quality of employee performance and achieve all the goals that have been set and 2) the implementation of teacher transfers at Al Azhar Islamic Elementary School 1 Kebayoran Baru has been successful because in its implementation, they obtain the goals and functions as planned and oriented to the applicable rules, such as: refreshment from boredom at work, spreading goodness and achievements in other places, increasing discipline, eliminating the stigma of being good at cages, establishing friendships between teachers, effectiveness in optimizing time and cost efficiency, means of assessing teacher loyalty to schools and foundations, and being a means to k coaching for teachers who have problems so that the teacher returns to focus on work. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis. Methods of data collection using interview techniques, documentation, and observation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. While the approach used is a qualitative approach

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen pembelajaran tahfizh Al-Qur’an di LTQ Griya Tahfizh Bekasi yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan atau evaluasi. Pengumpulan data ini diperoleh dengan teknik wawancara dan obesrvasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan temuan sebagai berikut: Pertama, perencanaan dimulai ketika proses rekrutmen guru tahfizh dan santri baru, dimana calon guru harus memiliki hafalan Al-Qur’an minimal 25 juz mutqin (lancar dan sesuai kaidah tajwid) dan calon santri baru sudah bisa membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar. Pemilihan peserta didik usia para remaja (usia SMP-SMA) diharapkan bisa memenuhi target yang telah ditentukan lembaga. Usia remaja merupakan masa dimana seorang anak sudah mulai berkurang kebergantungan dengan orang tua atau sudah mulai mandiri, sehingga akan semakin mudah dalam pemberian tugas dan tanggungjawab khususnya dalam pembelajaran. Kedua, pengorganisasian meliputi pembentukan koordinator tahfizh sebagai penanggungjawab teknis dan operasional yang mengontrol ketua asrama, tenaga pengajar dan santri. Begitu juga pemberian motivasi kepada santri yang disampaikan oleh tamu-tamu lembaga atau dari pimpinan lembaga. Masih seringnya komunikasi antar bagian atau antar tenaga pengajar menjadi kelemahan dalam pengorganisasian pada lembaga ini.Ketiga, pelaksanaan pembelajaran tahfizh sudah berjalan cukup baik dan objektif dimana 1 orang ustadz mengampu 5-7 santri, dimana rasio idealnya adalah 1 ustadz 8 santri. Begitupun dari waktu yang disediakan digunakan untuk menambah hafalan, penyetoran hafalan dan murajaah. Dalam hal ini kegiatan tahsin perlu ditingkatkan kembali khusunya bagi santri yang masih kurang dalam kualitas bacaan Al-Qur’an

Abstract

This paper aims to show the importance of the Al-Qur'an perspective education ecosystem in improving the quality of education. The method used is phenomenological qualitative, with a literature approach. This study shows that the Qur'anic perspective on the educational ecosystem is found in five signs, namely, ta'ȃwun, takȃful, syirkah, al-jauz, and ukhuwah. The metaphor of reciprocal relationships in the explanation of these terms can be used as a sign of cooperation in the world of education known as the educational ecosystem. The mutualistic cooperation in question is between components or educational institutions, namely the family environment, schools, communities, mosques, social media, work environments, and the natural environment. The synergy between these educational institutions will ensure an increase in the quality of education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa konsep reward and punishment dalam teori-teori psikologi dan perspektif Al-Qur'an serta penerapannya dalam proses pendidikan karakter anak jenjang sekolah dasar, juga implikasinya dalam pengembangan pembelajaran. Metode reward and punishment didukung oleh teori-teori psikologi yaitu teori hierarki kebutuhan dasar oleh Abraham Maslow yang menyatakan bahwa keinginan seseorang untuk mendapatkan penghargaan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar manusia. Dan teori Operant Conditioning oleh B.F. Skinner yang menerapkan dua penguatan dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu positive and negative reinforcement. Beberapa prinsip dalam pemberian reward yaitu: 1) Harus ada batasannya, 2) dimusyawarahkan kesepakatannya, 3) dan distandarkan pada proses bukan hasil akhir. Sementara prinsip dalam penetapan punishment: 1) kepercayaan terlebih dahulu baru menghukum, 2) Menghukum tanpa emosi, dan 3) Hukuman bersifat mendidik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: penelitian studi tematik. Dengan metode kepustakaan (library research), sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif

Abstract

Di madrasah/sekolah, selain prestasi belajar dalam bentuk nilai rapor dan prestasi akademik lainnya, perlu juga diperhatikan nilai-nilai sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial yang baik. Maka sepatutnya madrasah mempertahankan nilai-nilai keagamaan yang berimplikasi pada akhlaq siswa siswi. Madrasah semenjak dahulu telah menerapkan pendidikan yang mengedepankan akhlaq, yang dalam bahasa kurikulum 2013 adalah sikap spiritual dan sikap sosial. Berawal dari madrasahlah mata pelajaran agama mendapatkan porsi yang lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan sekolah umum lainnya, dan di madrasah pula lah setiap siswa-siswi serta warga madrasah lainnya sikap-sikap menjadi perhatian dan hal penting dalam sebuah proses pembelajaran Sepatutnyalah di era kurikulum 2013 ini madrasah lebih unggul dari sekolah umum lainnya dalam hal penerapan sikap baik sikap spiritual maupun sikap sosial. Kurikulum 2013 memberi kemudahan dari sisi penilaian aspek-aspek sikap, dengan dibuatkan panduan sebagai alat penilaian sikap. Madrasah hendaknya lebih mendalam memperhatikan hal-hal yang berkenaan kondisi siswa secara pribadi, karena tingginya prestasi akademik sebaiknya sejalan dengan tingginya nilai sikap merek

Abstract

This research is to reveal that education is not only dealing with issues of intelligence and thinking, but it is also fully responsible for the development of students' character. Due to the said reason, it is important to explore such research considering that the mental situation of this nation is clearly correlated with the spirit of national education which has been value free. Our educational philosophy is indeed intellectual, but our learning strategy is no longer concerned with the mental, moral, and developmental aspects of enlightening thinking skills. The national education curriculum and methodology are designed only to fill the mind with a series of knowledge and do not provide enough opportunity for the growth of an enlightened human being. Al-Qur'an for Muslims is not a mere a religious scripture, but it is also indeed to be an enlightening guide to find some basic principles of education which can then inspire in developing a qualified education. This study uses the Qur'anic literature method as well as a descriptive and qualitative research with a library research approach by analysing Qur’anic verses. This article analyzes the signs of al-Qur'an as the basic framework for building a liberating and enlightening education.

Abstract

Covid-19 membawa perubahan mendasar di dunia pendidiikan, termasuk di bidang kehumasan dan marketing pendidikan. Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi humas dan marketing pendidikan dasar, menengah, dan tinggi pasca pandemi Covid-19, antara peluang dan tantangannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode kepustakaan. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi. Teori yang dipakai untuk menganalisa data adalah teori strategi public relation (PR) dan marketing pendidikan. Temuan penelitian ini: pertama, strategi Humas dan Marketing Pendidikan. Pendidikan Tingkat Dasar mengupayakan beberapa strategi, antara lain: penguatan kerjasama internal dan eksternal, serta mencari dukungan kebijakan kepala sekolah terhadap program kehumasan dan marketing. Kedua, tantangan Humas dan Marketing Pendidikan. Di tingkat pendidikan dasar tantangan utamanya adalah ketidaksiapan SDM, infrastruktur, dan finansial, yang dapat digunakan untuk mengubah krisis yang merugikan akibat Covid-19 menjadi peluang yang menguntungkan. Ketiga, solusi bagi permasalahan humas dan marketing pendidikan. Di tingkat pendidikan dasar, ada dua macam solusi: holistik dan kontekstual. Solusi yang bersifat holistik adalah penguatan SDM, finansial, dan infrastruktur. Solusi yang bersifat kontekstual pada tingkat pendidikan dasar, lembaga membutuhkan tim khusus yang menangani marketing. Tim Khusus ini ditugaskan untuk melakukan persiapan yang dibutuhkan untuk mengatasi krisis maupun berjaga-jaga di kemudian hari.

Abstract

Improving high-level thinking skills (high-order thinking) has become an essential requirement This article raises a study of the role of information and communication technology in the management of secondary education after the Covid-19 pandemic, bearing in mind that the Covid-19 pandemic has changed the governance of education in general, including secondary education. On the other hand, the government implemented a distance learning policy (PJJ) and reduced face-to-face learning (PTM) at the start of the pandemic. In these conditions and situations, information and communication technology (ICT) is considered very important. Although in reality, there are many obstacles, such as low human resources, lack of infrastructure, and geographical conditions. From there, online and offline learning is often the best choice. This type of research is qualitative. The approach used is an educational management approach. Data is collected from library sources. The theory used to analyze the data is the blended learning theory. This study found three main aspects; first, the issue of using ICT is partial, where school institutions that are human, social, cultural, and infrastructure ready will benefit significantly from ICT. Vice versa. Second, the presence of the government's role in offering solutions to the problem of education management is also partial. ICT is not optimal because government support is not holistic, it is even dysfunctional when faced with old problems of educational institutions, such as lack of infrastructure and geographical problems. Third, the role of ICT in education management is ambiguous, between as a solution to a problem and as a compulsion amidst the limitations of the school institution itself. The findings of this study are helpful as an enrichment in the study of secondary education management disciplines, on the other hand as a form of criticism and input to managers of educational institutions.

Abstract

This study examines the social competence of educators from the Al-Qur'an perspective, including the affective and psychomotor dimensions based on the values ​​of the Al-Qur'an. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through library research and interpretation methods using the maudhu'i interpretation method This research proves that the internalization of Al-Qur'an values ​​in the implementation of educator social competencies will bring out the performance of moral teachers in learning communication according to the example of the Prophet, preventing the appearance of bad traits in students such as hatred, selfishness, unfriendlyness, intolerance. , grudges and other vices that lead to antipathy towards teachers and loss of respect. This research perfects the context of human relations with religious values ​​as a manifestation of faith in Allah, so that from this understanding the theory developed is not only anthropocentric but also theo-anthropocentric.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of education management in improving the competence of educators at PKBM Imam Nawawi School Bogor, West Java. Type This research is a qualitative research, while the main sources of this thesis are observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, the various data were analyzed through an interactive model approach developed by Miles and Huberman. Then check the validity of the research data using the triangulation method. The results of this study indicate that: first, the effectiveness of teaching staff management which includes planning, recruitment, training and development, maintenance, and performance appraisal in improving the competence of teaching staff at the Imam Nawawi PKBM School is in the less effective category. Second, planning, recruiting, training and developing, maintaining, and evaluating the performance of educators is a continuous cycle to produce qualified and highly motivated educators in educational institutions.
