Abstract

Since its inception, Kartini High School in Batam City has been a public school that provides academic services to the general student category. In 2012, some students were identified as having special needs. Since 2012, Kartini Batam High School has accepted nine students with special needs. This research aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive education at SMA Kartini Batam. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, and according to the place, this research is a field research. Descriptive research describes a situation or describes a situation under study. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and reduced documentation are then draw conclusions. The process of data analysis is done by qualitative analysis. The research results are steps taken by the school, namely planning, organizing, and implementing, as well as comprehensive evaluation to improve students’ learning outcomes.

Abstract

In the business world, schools can be considered as a brand or a trademark. A well-crafted brand will attract the interest of parents to enroll their children in that school. To ensure that the brand reaches the school's target audience, it is necessary to leverage the rapid technological developments in the era of Industry 4.0. One characteristic of the Industry 4.0 era is the growth of digital marketing. Digital marketing involves the use of digital technology to create channels for potential recipients, with the goal of effectively achieving business objectives and satisfying customer needs. This research aims to outline school branding strategies, starting from preschool (TK), elementary school (SD), junior high school (SMP), senior high school (SMA), to vocational high school (SMK). The research employs a literature study or library research method.From the analysis and discussion, the results show that school branding strategies in the digital era to enhance community interest are as follows: 1) conducting a SWOT analysis of the school, 2) establishing a competent public relations team proficient in both print and electronic media as well as social media, 3) improving academic and non-academic achievements, 4) developing social media presence including the school's website, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, 5) implementing Word of Mouth (WOM) strategies involving all teachers, staff, and parents, 6) maximizing the accreditation value of expertise programs and schools with an A rating, 7) enhancing the quality of teachers and teaching according to their expertise, 8) realizing the quality of graduates' character or behavior, 9) creating flagship activities that differentiate the school from others, 10) establishing a brand personality through the portrayal of a well-known figure.

Abstract

Education is an effort made by someone so that there is a change towards the better. In Indonesia, education is more defined as a formal institution that has the aim of developing the academic potential of students in order to realize educational goals. One of the Islamic education figures is Al-Ghazali. Al-Ghazali is one of the Islamic education figures who contributed thoughts to education. Al-Ghazali since his childhood was known as a child lover of knowledge and enthusiast in search of the ultimate truth, even though he was hit by grief, hit by various forms of grief and misery. Al-Ghazali's view of education is the process of humanizing humans. While the purpose of education according to him consists of long-term and short-term goals. As an educator must be capable, not only as a teacher but also teach character education and the importance of character education for students is to become competent and noble students. Islamic religious education is one of the breakthroughs as an effort to support student character education so that the morals of all students become more noble. Morals is an attitude that is rooted in the soul from which various actions are born easily and easily, without the need for thought and consideration. If this attitude is born from good and praiseworthy actions, both in terms of reason and Shara', then it is called good morals. And if what is born from it is a despicable act, then the attitude is called bad morals. The success of an educator is to be an example and make students or learners have noble morals.

Abstract

Basically This research aims to analyze the influence of the student centered learning method on the learning motivation of grade 8 students. The student centered learning method is an approach that emphasizes individual attention to the needs and development of each student, including emotional, social and academic support. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research design with data collection through observation, interviews and motivational documentation studies. The research subjects consisted of 37 grade 8 students at SMP Negeri 26 Palembang who were divided into discussion groups. The discussion group is given material to conduct group discussions in the form of a student centered learning method. From the results of research and observations carried out, it shows that there is a significant increase in learning motivation in discussion groups. This increase includes aspects of interest in learning, effort and perseverance. These findings indicate that the student centered learning method is effective in increasing the learning motivation of grade 8 junior high school students, so it is recommended that it be implemented more widely in various educational contexts.

Abstract

Abstract. Organic village is the designation for the urban / rural are developing environmental management where whole communities to manage the environment by planting organic crops. Even they develop dengue mosquito eradication in a way that is natural to plant crops that are not favored by mosquitoes. Referring to the objectives to be achieved, the research program was designed with a "Research and Development", meaning that a program of research followed by development program for repair or improvements. To produce a prototype Organic Village Environmental Education As Model For Community-Based Early Childhood, taken systematic steps in the form of the process of action, reflection, evaluation and innovation by applying qualitative research methods, descriptive, development, experimentation and evaluation. This study aims to gain in-depth overview of the Organic Village Environmental Education As Model For Community-Based Early Childhood. Village of Krobokan becoming a pilot village for urban areas for environmental regulation. Every citizen of organic crops and other useful plants such as mosquito repellent plants, fruit trees, etc. In addition, it is promoting recycling bins, especially organic waste that leaves of trees that have fallen. The leaves are processed into compost, but before it becomes compost. These leaves, crushed in advance by using a grinding machine garbage. It is intended to order the leaves into small pieces, so that when inserted into the barrel composer of the leaf pieces faster into fertilizer. The finished compost directly used to fertilize plants that live in stalls in the village Krobokan. For environmental education in early childhood, conducted in three schools namely TK Pembina State Semarang, Semarang Lab School kindergarten and kindergarten An Nur Semarang. The third school to apply the concept of habituation and role models as well as cooperation with parents.Keywords: Organic Village, Environmental Education, Early Childhood  Abstrak. Desa organik adalah sebutan untuk perkotaan / pedesaan sedang mengembangkan manajemen lingkungan di mana seluruh masyarakat untuk mengelola lingkungan dengan menanam tanaman organik. Bahkan mereka mengembangkan pemberantasan nyamuk dengue dengan cara alami untuk menanam tanaman yang tidak disukai oleh nyamuk. Mengacu pada tujuan yang ingin dicapai, program penelitian dirancang dengan "Penelitian dan Pengembangan", yang berarti bahwa program penelitian diikuti oleh program pengembangan untuk perbaikan atau perbaikan. Untuk menghasilkan prototipe Pendidikan Lingkungan Desa Organik Sebagai Model Untuk Anak Berbasis Anak Usia Dini, diambil langkah sistematis dalam bentuk proses tindakan, refleksi, evaluasi dan inovasi dengan menerapkan metode penelitian kualitatif, deskriptif, pengembangan, eksperimen dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mendalam tentang Pendidikan Lingkungan Desa Organik Sebagai Model Untuk Anak Usia Dini Berbasis Komunitas. Desa Krobokan menjadi desa percontohan untuk daerah perkotaan untuk pengaturan lingkungan. Setiap warga negara dari tanaman organik dan tanaman berguna lainnya seperti tanaman pengusir nyamuk, pohon buah-buahan, dll. Selain itu, mempromosikan sampah daur ulang, terutama sampah organik yang meninggalkan pohon yang telah jatuh. Daunnya diolah menjadi kompos, tetapi sebelum menjadi kompos. Daun-daun ini, dihancurkan terlebih dahulu dengan menggunakan mesin penggilingan sampah. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk memesan daun menjadi potongan-potongan kecil, sehingga ketika dimasukkan ke dalam komposer barrel dari potongan daun lebih cepat menjadi pupuk. Kompos yang sudah jadi langsung digunakan untuk menyuburkan tanaman yang hidup di warung-warung di desa Krobokan. Untuk pendidikan lingkungan pada anak usia dini, dilakukan di tiga sekolah yaitu TK Pembina Negeri Semarang, TK Taman Kanak-Kanak Semarang dan TK An Nur Semarang. Sekolah ketiga menerapkan konsep habituasi dan model peran serta kerja sama dengan orang tua.Kata Kunci: Desa Organik, Pendidikan Lingkungan, Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

Perpustakaan merupakan salah satu sumber informasi yang diselenggarakan pada suatu Lembaga Pendidikan, dikelola sepenuhnya oleh lembaga yang bersangkutan, untuk mencapai tujuan Pendidikan pada umumnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan sistem informasi manajemen perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Jenis penelitian ini menerapkan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan informasi dari 3 narasumber. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang kemudian diolah menjadi sebuah kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan sistem informasi manajemen perpustakaan dalam menumbuhkan minat baca di SMAN 1 Berau telah memenuhi standar nasional Pendidikan dan dilakukan dengan tahapan yang sangat baik; 1) Sistem Informasi Manajemen Perpustakaan merupakan gabungan melalui teknologi informasi dan juga aktivitas manusia yang menanfaatkan teknologi itu sendiri sebagai dukungan operasi manajemen dalam pengolahan data dan informasi. 2) Setiap lembaga pendidikan diharapkan memiliki perpustakaan di lingkungan sekolah masing-masing guna menunjang proses pendidikan agar siswa mendapatkan tambahan informasi dan juga dapat mengerjakan tugas-tugas dari guru, mengingat perpustakaan sekolah menjadi bagian integral dari sistem pembelajaran, bukan hanya menjadi sarana pelengkap bagi keberadaan sekolah. 3) Pemanfaatan SIM Perpustakaan di SMAN 1 Berau merupakan kunci utama dalam menumbuhkan minat baca siswa dan juga meningkatkan kualitas manajemen sistem informasi dalam sebuah perpustakaan. 4) Pemanfaatan SIM Perpustakaan harus memiliki struktur organisasi yang mencakup aspek-aspek penting pada proses pengorganisasian, antara lain: pembagian kerja, bagan organisasi formal, rantai perintah dan kesatuan perintah serta tingkat hirarki manajemen, sehingga sistem informasi yang merupakan kumpulan komponen organisasi atau lembaga dapat saling berhubungan dengan proses perencanaan.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology, particularly in social media platforms, has created an environment where users actively share their experiences and opinions related to various services and applications. One platform that has gained significant popularity is TikTok, a video-sharing application that has become a global phenomenon. With the increasing number of TikTok users, user reviews on distribution platforms such as the Google Play Store have become a crucial source of information. Sentiment analysis of these reviews can provide deep insights into how users respond to the application, while also offering valuable feedback for developers. The research aims to conduct sentiment analysis of TikTok user reviews on the Google Play Store using the Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) weighting method and the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm as a classification method to achieve optimal results. There are three main stages: the initial stage involves data collection and data pre-processing, followed by the pattern recognition stage, which includes TF-IDF weighting and SVM classification. The final stage consists of evaluation and analysis. The opinion classification obtained includes three categories: positive, negative, and neutral. Based on the evaluation results, the proposed method successfully achieved high accuracy for the 70-30% training-testing split, reaching 84%. The conclusion drawn from these evaluation results indicates that the proposed method can be utilized in the sentiment analysis process of TikTok user reviews.

Abstract

This research took place using a qualitative approach and a quantitative approach. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with research procedures and designs using the ADDIE development model, including Analytics, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Falah Lemahabang and produced a Bingo Wheel learning media product. The data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The validity of the data was carried out by qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the data analysis show that: 1) The procedure for the development of Bingo Wheel learning media on zakat fitrah material class X at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Falah Lemahabang is carried out with the ADDIE development model, namely Analisys, Design, Development, and Implementation. 2) Validity of Bingo Wheel learning mediain the material of zakat fitrah class X at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Falah Lemahabang by media experts obtained a percentage result of 90% and by material experts obtained a percentage result of 96.4%. 3) The practicality of the Bingo Wheel learning media on the Class X zakat fitrah material at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Falah Lemahabang got a percentage result of 93.3% from the subject teacher and by students got a percentage result of 89.8%. 4) The effectiveness of the Bingo Wheel learning media on the Class X zakat fitrah material at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Falah Lemahabang based on the results of the pre-test score got a completion percentage of 32.3% with an average of 58.8 and the results of the post-test score got a completion percentage of 100% with an average of 88.6 so that it can be concluded that the development of Bingo Wheel learning media in improving the learning achievement of students in class X of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Falah Lemahabang is very effective in use.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of workload and motivation on the performance of nurses with work motivation as an intervening variable.The research method used is the quantitative method. Research respondents were nurses at UPT RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati with a sample of 120 nurses. The data collection technique uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Statistical tests and data processing were carried out using SEM analysis.The results showed that workload and compensation had an effect on nurses' work motivation. Workload indirectly affects the performance of nurses. While compensation and work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of nurses. Workload and compensation directly through work motivation have a significant effect on nurse performance.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja perawat dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatip. Responden penelitian adalah perawat di UPT RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati dengan sampel sebanyak 120 perawat. Tehnik pengumpilan data menggunakan instrument berupa kuesener. Uji statistikdan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SEM analisis.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa beban kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja perawat. Beban kerja secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi kinerja perawat. Sedangkan kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Beban kerja dan kompensasi secara langsung melalui motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat.
