Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) Describe the planning of training and supervision of training school principals on teacher competence at the Elementary Schools in Jati Subdistrict, Kudus Regency in 2020. 2) Describe the implementation of training and supervision of school principals on teacher competence in SD Negeri Jati District, Kudus Regency Tahun 2020 3) Describe the follow-up of training and supervision of school principals on the competence of teachers in SD Negeri Jati District, Kudus Regency, 2020. This research is a quantitative research. The data collection methods used were questionnaires, observation and literature study. The population in this study amounted to 315 samples, 74, while the data analysis was multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that: 1) The effect of training on the competence of elementary school teachers in Jati Subdistrict, Kudus Regency in 2020. The results of hypothesis 1 testing indicate that training has a significant effect on teacher competence where the t value is 2.134 and the probability (sig-t) is 0.002. <0.05, and t table n = 74 of 1.992, then the value of t count> t table (2.134> 1.993), 2) The effect of principal supervision on the competence of teachers in Public Elementary Schools, Jati District, Kudus Regency, 2020. Results of hypothesis testing 2 shows that the count is 2.462 and the probability (sig-t) is 0.002 <0.05, and t table n = 74 is 1.993, then t count> t table (2.462> 1.993). 3) The effect of training and supervision of school principals on the competence of teachers in SD Negeri Jati Subdistrict, Kudus Regency in 2020. The results of testing for hypothesis 3 show that the value of F count = 6.293 and probability (Sig-F) of 0.003 <0.05. This shows that the probability is less than the 5% significance level (p <0.05), and the F table is 3.13. Due to the value of F count> F table (6.293> 3.13). This study shows that the supervision of the principal is very important in increasing the competence of teachers in schools. Therefore the principal must increase the effectiveness of his supervision so that teacher performance can increase.

Abstract

Skripsi ini membahas tentang penerapan model pembelajaran Attention, Relevance, Confidence, and Satisfaction (ARCS) untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri (self confidence) peserta didik. Fokus penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V di SDN 22 Murante Kota Palopo, yang mengalami kendala dalam kepercayaan diri sehingga berdampak pada partisipasi aktif di dalam kelas. Melalui pendekatan pembelajaran yang menarik dan relevan, model ARCS dapat  menciptakan suasana belajar yang mendukung dan memotivasi peserta didik untuk lebih percaya diri dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 19 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan self confidence siswa dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2, dengan masing-masing persentase yang berbeda pada setiap pertemuan. Pada siklus 1 dipertemuan pertama dengan hasil 60%, pertemuan kedua menurun ke 53% dan pertemuan ketiga kembali menurun menjadi 44%. Pada siklus 2 meningkat menjadi 77% dipertemuan pertama, 82% dipertemuan kedua dan 86% pada pertemuan ketiga. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan model ARCS dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri peserta didik kelas V SDN Murante Kota Palopo.

Abstract

Skripsi ini membahas nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam novel Maryamah Karpov karya Andrea Hirata dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif berjenis etnografi. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari pentingnya pendidikan karakter sebagai landasan pembentukan generasi yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga memiliki integritas moral dan tanggung jawab sosial. Novel dipandang sebagai salah satu media efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moral karena mampu menyampaikan pesan melalui alur cerita dan karakter yang dekat dengan kehidupan nyata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terkandung dalam novel Maryamah Karpov serta menganalisis relevansinya dengan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Sumber data primer berupa teks novel, sementara data sekunder diperoleh dari jurnal, artikel, dan literatur terkait. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan model Miles dan Huberman melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 18 nilai pendidikan karakter yang dicanangkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, terdapat 16 nilai yang ditemukan dalam novel Maryamah Karpov. Nilai-nilai tersebut meliputi religius, jujur, toleransi, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, demokratis, rasa ingin tahu, semangat kebangsaan, cinta tanah air, penghargaan terhadap prestasi, bersahabat/komunikatif, cinta damai, gemar membaca, peduli sosial, dan tanggung jawab. Nilai-nilai ini memiliki relevansi yang kuat dengan pembelajaran PAI karena mampu mendukung terbentuknya peserta didik yang berakhlakul karimah, kritis, serta berkontribusi positif dalam kehidupan sosial. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa karya sastra, khususnya novel Maryamah Karpov, dapat dijadikan sebagai media alternatif dalam memperkuat pendidikan karakter sekaligus memperkaya strategi pembelajaran PAI agar lebih kontekstual, bermakna, dan inspiratif.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas manajemen pelayanan publik dan pemberdayaan warga di wilayah RW 08 Kaloran, Kelurahan Gayamprit, Klaten Selatan melalui penerapan sistem digital berbasis komunitas, yaitu SIMPOLL (Sistem Informasi Masyarakat dan Potensi Lokal). Kawasan Kaloran termasuk wilayah peri-urban yang menghadapi tantangan administrasi, data kependudukan, dan keterbatasan literasi digital. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui lima tahapan: (1) sosialisasi program, (2) pelatihan teknis, (3) penerapan teknologi, (4) pendampingan dan evaluasi, serta (5) strategi keberlanjutan. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan capaian 80% dari target yang direncanakan. Sebanyak 12 unit CCTV berhasil dipasang di titik strategis untuk mendukung keamanan lingkungan, 19 warga berpartisipasi sebagai pengawas keamanan digital, dan sekitar 50% dari 251 kepala keluarga telah memanfaatkan layanan mandiri berbasis SIMPOLL. Karang Taruna Gema 08 berperan aktif sebagai pendamping lokal, pelatih teknologi, dan pengelola konten berita kampung. Dampak program ini mencakup peningkatan literasi digital warga, transparansi administrasi, serta penguatan ekonomi lokal melalui fitur katalog UMKM. SIMPOLL terbukti mampu menjadi model digitalisasi pelayanan publik yang efektif di tingkat kampung, sekaligus memperkuat nilai gotong royong dan kolaborasi warga dalam konteks masyarakat peri-urban. Ke depan, diperlukan keberlanjutan berupa pengangkatan admin khusus dan dukungan kelembagaan agar model ini dapat direplikasi ke wilayah lain sebagai embrio smart community berbasis teknologi terbuka.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based digital platform for automatic essay assessment of students at MTsN Filial Kartasura. The background of this research is the problem of traditional manual essay grading, which is time-consuming, less efficient, and potentially subjective. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D development model consisting of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. The system was developed using PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL programming languages, and integrated with AI to analyze and assess student essays based on teacher-defined criteria. The results show that the AESAI system is capable of automatically scoring essays based on keyword relevance and answer quality, while also providing instant feedback. The Blackbox testing results indicate that all system features function properly. The material expert validation resulted in a score of 92.24%, categorized as very feasible, while the media expert evaluation obtained 93.21%, also categorized as very feasible. Furthermore, user testing involving 32 teachers produced an average score of 89.72%, categorized as very good. These results indicate that the developed system is well accepted by users. Therefore, the AESAI platform is proven to be feasible as an innovative solution for essay assessment. The system not only improves teachers’ efficiency in grading but also provides more objective, consistent, and transparent evaluation in digital learning environments.

Abstract

Learning data structure concepts at the Junior High School (SMP) level is often hampered by conventional delivery methods. Minimal visual representation sometimes makes it difficult for students to imagine how data is structured and processed, which impacts their lack of understanding and computational thinking skills. This study aims to develop and evaluate an HTML5-based educational game called "DATA WORLD" designed to help 8th-grade junior high school students understand the concepts of Array, Stack, and Queue data structures. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model consisting of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The game was developed using Construct 3 software and its effectiveness was evaluated on 32 8th-grade junior high school students using the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument. The development results show that this game functionally succeeds in visualizing how data structures work concretely through document sorting challenges for sorting, First-In-First-Out (FIFO) customer queue simulations for queues, and Last-In-First-Out (LIFO) block stacking activities for stacks. Usability testing yielded an average SUS score of 82.5%, indicating excellent user acceptance. In conclusion, this educational game has proven functionally and pedagogically feasible as a companion learning tool for data structures. The interactive approach effectively bridges gaps in student understanding through a visual learning experience that is self-paced, enjoyable, and aligned with the learning outcomes of the informatics curriculum. Eighty-one percent of participants had never played a similar educational game before, ensuring authentic and unbiased assessments.

Abstract

This study examines the transformation patterns used by da'is in expressing religious ideologies through the empowerment of cultural forms. The purpose of this research is to reveal the forms of culture used by the dai in Palopo City in conveying the message of da'wah. The research uses a qualitative approach, specifically ethnographic research, lasting two months, namely from June to July 2021. The da'is' research subjects were purposively selected as data sources. Data acquisition was carried out by tapping (recording) with Handycam equipment. The form of data is in the form of statements that contain the form of culture. Data were analysed using a hermeneutic approach (interpretation, interpretation) and critical discourse analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the form of culture was used as a pattern in representing the message of da'wah which consisted of (1) the delivery of ideology through stories, (2) the delivery of ideology through roles and positions, (3) the delivery of ideology through social facts, (4) the delivery of ideology through self-efficacy, and (5) the delivery of ideology through local language. The form of cultural aspects becomes an instrument to transform the message of da'wah.
