Abstract

Background Digital transformation in inclusive schools is a strategic step To upgrade the quality of educational human resources. By utilizing technology effectively, schools can create learning environments that are more inclusive and adaptive to the needs of all students. Purpose This study aims to explore how digital transformation impacts the development of human resources (HR) in inclusive schools. Design/method/approach Utilizing a qualitative approach through literature review, this research synthesizes data from recent journals, books, and articles published between 2014 and 2024. Results The findings reveal that digital transformation significantly enhances HR development by providing interactive and adaptive training methods such as e-learning platforms and simulation tools, which are crucial for improving the skills of educators in inclusive settings. Additionally, digital tools facilitate flexible learning and better communication between teachers, students, and parents, thus supporting a more inclusive educational environment. However, challenges such as limited technological infrastructure, insufficient training, and regional disparities need to be addressed to fully realize the benefits of digital transformation. Contribution/value The study highlights that while digital transformation offers substantial improvements in teaching and HR development, ongoing support and resource allocation are essential for overcoming existing obstacles and maximizing its positive impact on inclusive education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mendeskripsikan permasalahan dalam pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 2 Sandai Kabupaten Ketapang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Data utama atau informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah subjek utama penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah dan guru (PAI, IPA, IPS, dan Bahasa Inggris) berjumlah 10 orang SMP Negeri 2 Sandai Kabupaten Ketapang yang bersangkutan. Penentuan responden didasarkan pada guru yang diberi tugas mengajar tidak sesuai dengan bidang keahlian dan latar belakang pendidikannya. (penentuan responden dan yang diteliti). Data sekunder atau data pendukung dalam penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, dan data dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan permasalahan guru mengajar di SMP Negeri 2 Sandai Kabupaten Ketapang, guru yang diangkat mengajar dan tidak sesuai dengan bidang keahliannya menemui berbagai permasalahan dalam prosesnya seperti kesulitan dalam memahami materi, dan siswa yang juga kesulitan dalam menyerap penjelasan dari guru, meskipun pihak sekolah memberikan strategi sebagai alternatif untuk memperlancar tugas guru namun tetap saja sebagai sebuah kebutuhan, seorang guru memang dituntut untuk menyelaraskan antara bidang keahliannya dengan tugas mengajarnya. Pihak sekolah memberikan strategi atau alternatif dengan memberikan pelatihan, pendekatan, pengawasan, komunikasi, koordinasi kepada para guru yang mengalami kesulitan, dukungan diberikan juga dalam bentuk fasilitas, media dan sumber ajar, walaupun hambatan menyertai para guru yang mengalami kesulitan karena tidak memahami materi pelajaran dan harus mencari referensi agar peserta didik tidak mendapatkan dampak penyerapan materi ajarnya

Abstract

Kepercayaan diri yang tinggi dapat membawa manfaat yang signifikan seperti peningkatan kualitas hidup, kesuksesan karir, hubungan sosial yang lebih baik, dan kemampuan mengatasi tantangan sehari-hari. Sebaliknya, rasa percaya diri yang rendah dapat menghambat perkembangan siswa, membatasi potensi dirinya, dan mengganggu kesejahteraan mental. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan e-modul kepercayaan diri berbasis Android untuk membantu konselor bimbingan dalam mencapai tujuan konseling dan pembelajaran. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research & Development (R&D) dengan model 4-D: Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Penelitian ini melibatkan 46 siswa kelas X MAN 1 Pontianak, beserta pakar media, desain, dan konten. Fase Define mencakup analisis bagian depan, pembelajar, tugas, dan konsep untuk merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran, sedangkan fase Desain melibatkan konstruksi uji kriteria, pemilihan media, dan keputusan format. E-modul dikembangkan menggunakan PowerPoint, dikonversi ke format APK. Hasil validasi ahli media, desain, dan konten menunjukkan validitas tinggi, sedangkan uji pengembangan menghasilkan penilaian kuantitatif sangat positif. Umpan balik positif dari guru bimbingan dan siswa menegaskan relevansi dan efektivitas e-modul dalam meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dalam layanan konseling di Madrasah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendiskripsikan tentang Pengaruh Pembelajaran Filsafat Ilmu Terhadap Sikap Kritis Mahasiswa di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Literature Review yang diambil dari berbagai jurnal dari Google Scholar. Kesimpulan pembelajaran filsafat ilmu di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam membentuk sikap kritis mahasiswa. Melalui pemahaman mendalam tentang epistemologi, metode ilmiah, dan konsep-konsep dasar ilmu, serta keterlibatan dalam diskusi dan debat yang intens, mahasiswa dapat mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis yang akan terus berguna dalam perjalanan akademik dan karier mereka.. Abstract

Abstract This research analysis containing abaud Social Interaction of Class X Students of Senior Hight School Santun Untan Pontianak. The problem in this study is how is the ability to communicate, the ability to behave, the ability to behave in groups, the ability to social contact in achieving social interaction in class X Senior Hight School Santun Untan Pontianak. This study aims to obtain information and describe communication skills, attitude skills, group behavior skills, and social contact skills. The method in this research is descriptive method with the form of research used is survey. The subjects in this study were 19 class X IPA students. Techniques and tools used in this research are indirect communication techniques using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the analysis of social interaction, it can be seen in the acquisition of the percentage of each aspect, including: 1) The ability to communicate was 84.79% 2) The ability to behave was 79.82%, 3) The ability to behave in the group 76.84%, 4 ) the ability to social contact obtained results 76.80%. Based on the description above, in general the analysis of social interaction has been successfully carried out on class X SMA Santun Untan Pontianak. Abstract

AbstractIn addition to intellectual intelligence that must be mastered by individuals, intelligence is very important to master. In this case, if a person can master emotional intelligence, he can develop the ability to understand his own feelings, other people's feelings, and be able to motivate himself and others. The general problem in this research is: “Whether group guidance can improve students' emotional intelligence. While the intelligence sub-problem:(1) How is intelligence intelligence in students before group guidance is carried out, (2) How is group guidance planning to improve students 'emotional intelligence, (3) How is the implementation of group guidance to improve students' emotional intelligence, (4) ) How is the emotional intelligence of students after group guidance is implemented. The variables in the study consisted of problem variables: Emotional Intelligence, action variables: Group Guidance, 7 participants who had moderate levels of emotional intelligence with 5 aspects were (1) Recognizing self-emotions, (2) Managing emotions, (3) Motivating self, (4) Recognizing other people's emotions, (5) Building relationships with others. The method used is descriptive method and the form of the research is Counseling Guidance Action Research. The data collection technique used interviews and questionnaires, while the data analysis technique used the proportion formula and the T-Test formula. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Group Guidance, Increase.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to obtain a general picture of how the relationship between self-concept and social interaction of students in class VIII State Junior High School 12 Pontianak, how students 'self-concept, how students' social interaction, and whether there is a relationship between self-concept and social interaction of students. The method used in this research is a descriptive method in the form of a survey study that is a procedure with the problem under study by describing or describing to see the relationship between self-concept and social interaction of students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 12 Pontianak, and explained descriptively. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire. Based on the results and questionnaire data processing, that overall students' self-concept reached an actual score of 6786 from an ideal score of 8910, meaning that 76% was in the "Good" category, and overall social interaction of students reached an actual score of 7074 from a score of 8910, meaning that it reached 79 % is in the "Good" category. So in general the results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between self-concept and students' social interactions.Keywords: Self Concept, Social Interaction

Abstract

AbstractSelf confidence was a positive attitude of an individual to develop positive, good judgment about himself and to the enviroment/situation it faces. This research background was there were students who lack confidence in learning process shown by students who were afraid and nervous to argue in front of the class. There’s also the purpose of this research to see the characteristics of students who lack confidence, the factors and the impact of students who were less confident, and BK teachers’ efforts in dealing with students who were less confident in SMAN 05 Pontianak. This subjects in this study were three students. This research using descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results, the characteristics of children who lack self-confidence were shy, indifferent, insecure, and quiet. Factors that students lack confidence because stress factors in the family, away from parents, and bullying. Impact that students who lack confidence, they only have a few friend, ignored by other friends, and depending on one freind close only. And action of BK teacher’s was asked the parents of the students who had lack confidence to come to the school.Keywords:Lack of Confidence, Students

Abstract

Abstract Asertiveness, often referred to self-asertiveness is the behavior of people who agree or disagree to something. The present study aimed at analyzing assertivenessbehavior on students of grade XI of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 og Kubu Raya regency, The study was conducted in Muhammadiyah vocational school Number 1 (SMK) of kubu raya . The methodology employed in this research was descriptive using survey technique. The research had 44 students from grade XI SMK Muhammadiyah 1. The data was analyzed by using quantitative approach with indirect communication an inventory techniques. The findings showed assertiveness of studentsis most of SMK 1 Muhammadiyah is high although some indicators need to improve such as expressing their feeling to other making decision, and standing on their opinion. Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to determine the correlations of peer relationships with learning activities of  students in class VII of  Sungai Raya 2Junior High School. The method used was descriptive method and the form of the study was the study of relationships. The population in this study was 254 students and the sample was 52 students. Data collection techniques in this study were indirect communication and data collection tools used are questionnaires, while data analysis techniques use percentage formulas and product moment correlations. Based on the results of this study indicated that peer ralationships were the most dominant class VII of  Sungai Raya 2 Junior High School are cliques achieve a score of 73% with the  category “High”. While the most dominant learning activities in class VII of  Sungai Raya 2Junior High Schoolwere writing activities. Who achieved a score of 64% with the “Medium” category. Based on the results of the study using pearson’s hiererchical correlation method, the correlation coefficient correlation rs=0,616. This indicateed a correlation. It can be concluded that in this study “There is a relationship between peer relationships with learning activities of  students in class VII of  Sungai Raya 2Junior High School”. Keywords: Learning Activities,Peer Relationships
