Abstract

Perbankan syariah atau biasa di kenal dengan bank syariah menjalankan kegiatan usaha yang berdasarkan prinsip dan hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan Islami dan religiustitas terhadap loyalitas dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang diperoleh sebanyak 210 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan Islami dan religiusitas berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Dan kepuasan sebagai variable moderasi mampu memoderasi kualitas pelayanan Islami dan religiusitas terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Abstract

This study delves into the intricate interplay between Islamic epistemology and higher education, examining their roles and challenges in shaping the Islamic identity of students. Grounded in a qualitative approach, the research draws insights from reputable publications to provide a nuanced comprehension of this intersection. Participants from diverse higher education settings, including Islamic nations, contribute to exploring Islamic values' impact on identity formation. The roles of Islamic epistemology in shaping identity emerge as a significant theme, highlighting its versatile influence across academic disciplines. Participants emphasize a profound connection between Islamic values, rooted in the Quran and the teachings of Prophet Muhammad, and their engagement with knowledge. The integration of these values extends beyond academic pursuits, fostering a holistic understanding of the world and instilling a sense of purpose and ethical responsibility among students. However, challenges within this intersection are evident, with tensions arising from diverse perspectives in academic discourse. The limited representation of Islamic perspectives in curricula poses a universal challenge, impacting students' ability to integrate their Islamic identity into their educational journey fully. The study also explores institutional dynamics, emphasizing the pivotal role of supportive environments in higher education institutions within Islamic nations. In conclusion, the research offers comprehensive insights into the universal roles and challenges within the intersection of Islamic epistemology and higher education, calling for global attention to create inclusive educational environments that respect diverse religious identities, including the Islamic identity of students.

Abstract

This study investigates the potential of zakat as a fiscal policy tool within the framework of Islamic economics through a systematic literature analysis of 15 SCOPUS-indexed academic publications. The analysis reveals that zakat serves as a powerful mechanism for wealth redistribution, poverty alleviation, and macroeconomic stabilization. When institutionalized effectively, zakat complements conventional fiscal tools by funding public welfare programs and supporting economic equity. The reviewed literature underscores that countries like Malaysia and Indonesia have begun integrating zakat into national strategies, demonstrating its fiscal relevance. However, significant challenges remain, including fragmented governance, limited transparency, and the absence of integration with formal public finance systems. The study concludes that mainstreaming zakat into national fiscal policy frameworks—while respecting its religious character—can enhance economic justice and promote sustainable development in Muslim-majority societies.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of Islamic law research published globally between 2000 and 2025, using VOSviewer as the primary analytical tool. Drawing on data from the Scopus database, the study examines 25 years of scholarly output to identify leading authors, institutional collaborations, thematic trends, and geographic distributions. The co-authorship network reveals several dominant scholarly clusters, notably those led by Wael B. Hallaq and Mohammad Hashim Kamali, indicating vibrant discourse across traditional, reformist, and applied legal thought. Country collaboration analysis highlights Indonesia’s central role in global Islamic law research, signaling a shift toward Southeast Asian academic leadership. Keyword co-occurrence and temporal mapping show a thematic transition from classical jurisprudential subjects such as fiqh and sharia toward more contemporary issues like human rights, Islamic finance, family law, and maqasid al-shariah. The density visualization further reveals underexplored topics with potential for future research. This study contributes to the meta-knowledge of Islamic legal scholarship by offering a structured overview of its evolution, fragmentation, and global reach, while identifying emerging directions for interdisciplinary engagement.

Abstract

This paper offers a thorough scientometric examination of Maqasid al-Shariah research from 2000 to 2025, utilizing data obtained from the Scopus database. The study employs performance analysis and network visualization (utilizing VOSviewer and Bibliometrix) to discern significant publication patterns, prominent authors, institutions, and nascent research themes. Findings indicate that Malaysia and Indonesia lead in worldwide maqasid research, exhibiting robust cooperation throughout Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Thematic clusters identify three primary research domains: jurisprudential foundations, Islamic finance and sustainable development, and ethical-humanistic studies. The analysis underscores a gradual transition from conventional fiqh to interdisciplinary applications, demonstrating maqasid’s flexibility in relation to modern socio-economic and technical environments. This study enhances both theoretical and practical insights into maqasid as a multifaceted framework that informs ethics, policy, and governance within contemporary Islamic philosophy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of religious moderation from the perspective of Maqashid al-Syariah and how Islamic education can play a role in promoting tolerance and social justice. This research employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach, examining various sources on religious moderation, Maqashid al-Syariah, and strategies in Islamic education. The findings indicate that religious moderation within the framework of Maqashid al-Syariah, which includes the protection of religion, life, intellect, lineage, and property, can serve as a foundation for designing Islamic education that prioritizes values of tolerance and justice. Islamic education based on Maqashid al-Syariah not only creates a generation that practices religion in a moderate way but also respects differences and applies principles of social justice in daily life. In conclusion, Islamic education that integrates Maqashid al-Syariah can be an effective strategy in building a harmonious, tolerant, and just society. Through education based on Maqashid al-Syariah, religious moderation can be realized, and the potential for social conflict caused by intolerance can be minimized, leading to peace and well-being for humanity.

Abstract

Diabetes melitus (DM) adalah penyakit metabolik yang ditandai dengan hiperglikemia karena kurang nya sekresi insulin, kerja insulin, atau keduanya. Diabetes didiagnosis ketika glukosa plasma puasa >126 mg/dL dan gula plasma 2 jam >200 mg/dL setelah glukosa oral (TTGO) dengan beban glukosa 75 gram, glukosa plasma sewaktu > 200 mg/dL dan HbA1c >6.5 %.  Retinopati diabetik merupakan komplikasi mikrovaskular yang paling penting karena memiliki insiden yang sangat tinggi, mencapai 40-50% pada pasien diabetes, dan memiliki prognosis yang sangat buruk untuk penglihatan. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan Literature review dengan metode Narrative Review. Data dikumpulkan dari beberapa artikel di jurnal internasional terakreditasi. Pencarian menghasilkan 13 artikel relevan yang digunakan dalam review naratif ini, menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan pasien Diabetes Melitus (DM) terhadap Retinopati Diabetik (RD) secara umum masih rendah, meskipun sebagian besar pasien telah menyadari bahwa diabetes dapat memengaruhi kesehatan mata. Banyak pasien belum memahami istilah "Retinopati Diabetik" secara spesifik maupun proses patologinya, yang berdampak pada tertundanya deteksi dini dan penatalaksanaan komplikasi tersebut. Faktor sosial ekonomi, tingkat pendidikan, budaya, dan keterbatasan sistem jaminan kesehatan turut berkontribusi terhadap rendahnya pengetahuan ini, terutama di negara berkembang termasuk Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kesadaran dan edukasi pasien mengenai faktor risiko, pentingnya pemeriksaan mata rutin, serta tata laksana retinopati diabetik sangat diperlukan untuk mencegah kebutaan akibat komplikasi diabetes.

Abstract

The authority of fatwa in Islamic law is essential in directing the legal and moral behavior of Muslims. This study investigates the intricate dynamics of fatwa authority, emphasizing the equilibrium between its legality and its application in modern Islamic communities. The research investigates the historical underpinnings of fatwa issuance, examining the methodologies and standards used by religious scholars and organizations in the promulgation of fatwas. It also looks at the problems that come up when trying to put fatwas into practice in today's world, such as the role of governmental institutions, the many ways that Islamic scholars interpret them, and the changing demands of society. This study seeks to comprehend the legitimization and application of fatwas within various Muslim communities by a critical examination of legal and socio-political issues, while also evaluating the efficacy of fatwas in influencing contemporary Islamic legal practices. This research closes by offering ideas to augment the relevance and efficacy of fatwas within modern Islamic legal frameworks.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the function of contemporary fatwas in mitigating extremism and radicalism, providing insights into their efficacy within the current social and cultural milieu. The goal of this study is to help come up with innovative ways to deal with these threats. The growth of radicalism and religious fanaticism, especially in Muslim populations, is a menace to the whole world. Misreading religious scriptures and spreading radical ideas frequently lead to bloodshed, which makes things less peaceful. Fatwas, which are religious rulings made by Islamic experts, are very important for dealing with these problems. This qualitative study examines the function of fatwas in mitigating extremism and radicalism. It looks at fatwas given by well-known scholars and institutions in reaction to extremist ideology. It focuses on how these fatwas make it clear what the true understanding of Islam is and discourage radical beliefs. The results show how important fatwas are for spreading moderate, peaceful views of Islam and how important religious leaders are for leading communities towards tolerance and living together. The study indicates that fatwas can effectively inhibit the proliferation of extremism, contingent upon their issuance by reputable, competent scholars who prioritise peace in their interpretations. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis fungsi fatwa kontemporer dalam meredam ekstremisme dan radikalisasi, memberikan wawasan mengenai efektivitasnya dalam konteks sosial dan budaya saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu mencari cara inovatif dalam menangani ancaman-ancaman ini. Pertumbuhan radikalisasi dan fanatisme agama, terutama di kalangan populasi Muslim, menjadi ancaman bagi seluruh dunia. Penafsiran yang keliru terhadap teks-teks agama dan penyebaran ide-ide radikal sering kali berujung pada pertumpahan darah, yang mengurangi kedamaian. Fatwa, yaitu keputusan-keputusan agama yang dikeluarkan oleh ahli agama Islam, sangat penting dalam menangani masalah-masalah ini. Penelitian kualitatif ini mengkaji fungsi fatwa dalam meredam ekstremisme dan radikalisasi. Penelitian ini memeriksa fatwa-fatwa yang dikeluarkan oleh ulama dan lembaga terkemuka sebagai respons terhadap ideologi ekstremis. Fokusnya adalah bagaimana fatwa-fatwa tersebut menjelaskan pemahaman yang benar tentang Islam dan mencegah keyakinan radikal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan betapa pentingnya fatwa dalam menyebarkan pandangan moderat dan damai tentang Islam serta peran penting pemimpin agama dalam membimbing komunitas menuju toleransi dan kehidupan bersama. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fatwa dapat secara efektif menghambat penyebaran ekstremisme, tergantung pada penerbitannya oleh ulama yang memiliki reputasi dan kompetensi, yang mengutamakan perdamaian dalam penafsirannya

Abstract

Preventing domestic violence is a major problem in the world, including Indonesia, and it needs to be dealt with in a whole way. In this context, the incorporation of Islamic law can serve as an effective technique for the prevention of domestic violence, given the moral and ethical ideals inherent within it. This study seeks to examine the application of Islamic law integration in domestic violence prevention measures in Indonesia. The employed study methodology is qualitative, utilizing a literature review to analyze Islamic legal texts concerning familial rights and responsibilities and their practical application in everyday life. The study's findings demonstrate that Islamic law delineates explicit directives concerning the responsibilities of husbands, wives, and families in promoting equitable and peaceful relationships, while also forbidding any manifestation of violence. Moreover, ideals such as justice, compassion, and respect for personal dignity can underpin the formulation of more efficacious domestic violence prevention programs. This study underscores the significance of socialization and the implementation of Islamic law in preventive measures against domestic violence within society.
