This research is motivated by the problem of the gap between the theory and concept of education management and the practice of management of life skills education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Islamic Boarding School in Muara Bangkahulu District. So even though life skills education has been held at the madrasa, its management is not running optimally. Therefore, the author is interested in raising the issue of life skills education management in Madrasah Tsanawiyah. This research is a qualitative research conducted with a non-participant observation approach (observation is not involved). Data were collected by three methods: documentation, interviews and observation. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis (description), because the data collected to examine the data is qualitative. The results of this study include three things. First, the management of life skills education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Islamic Boarding School in Muara Bangkahulu District did not run optimally, because it did not go through the four stages of management properly, namely: planning, organizing, directing and supervising. Second, the factors that influence the non-optimal management of life skills education consist of two parts. (1) Internal factors, in the form of (a) educational orientation which emphasizes the religious aspect so that human resources for skilled teachers receive less attention; (b) lack of allocation of funds for the development of life skills education; and (c) lack of understanding of modern management by the management of the Islamic boarding school. (2) External factors consist of: (a) lack of government assistance; and (b) people's perception that they do not see the importance of life skills education in Islamic boarding schools. Third, the efforts that have been made to improve life skills education are still limited to the procurement of computer and sewing skills teachers; involve students in planting activities on the plantations of Islamic boarding schools, and schedule skills activities.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the ideas and thoughts of multiculturalism. The method used in this study uses the library method. The result of this research is that the concept of multiculturalism has three components. The first is related to culture; Second, this concept is related to cultural pluralism; And third, the concept includes specific ways of dealing with this diversity. Therefore, multiculturalism is not a practical political doctrine, but a perspective or a kind of idealism in human life. The conclusions of the research show that multiculturalism corrects the weaknesses of the idea of fusion, including: (1) Dividing the cultural movement into two parts, namely: Opening up space for all ethnic groups to express themselves in the same cultural order and private spaces used by every free ethnic group. to express their culture. The purpose of this study was to determine the competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers in the use of technology for online learning during the Covid 19 pandemic at SMP N Muara Kulam, North Musi Rawas Regency. This research is a qualitative research, the subject consists of the principal, PAI teacher, vice principal of students, parents/guardians of students. The data were obtained by observation and interview techniques, the data were analyzed using the data reduction method, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study, found several problems in the application of online learning at SMP Negeri Muara Kulam while the most basic problems were the unavailability of adequate wifi and internet networks, lack of support from parents / guardians of students for online learning, so that the learning process became hampered. In conclusion, the application and use of technology for learning by PAI teachers at SMP Negeri Muara Kulam is considered ineffective and not feasible to apply, due to several obstacles found as a result of the research. This condition is our collective duty, both principals, PAI teachers and all stakeholders to jointly find solutions to these problems, for the sake of the interests and progress and development of Islamic Religious Education technology. This study aimed to find a depiction of the steps taken by State Madrasah Aliyah 02 of Lebong Regency, Bengkulu, in improving the quality of education. This study used a qualitative approach because it was in accordance with the objectives having been formulated. The informants of this study were the principal, teachers, and school supervisors. Data were collected through three approaches, namely observation, interview and documentation. After the data were collected, then an analysis was carried out to obtain the following conclusion: improving the quality of education in MAN 02 Lebong Regency, Bengkulu, departed from the formulation of the Madrasah vision as the initial foundation of clear and measurable vision and missions with efforts to improve the quality of education well and achieve the objectives of madrasah education in the form of implementation in accordance with the characteristics, potential, and needs of students with superior quality education services through networking and school sisters with good quality schools.Keywords: Quality Of Education, Manadrasah management

This study aimed at exploring information with respect to the extent of the role of Madrasah committee together with the principal in improving the educational quality of MAN 1 in Lebong. This study applied a qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and documentation as the tools of collecting data related to the committee’s performances in carrying out its role. After the data were obtained, the data were processed until the answers in accordance with the research objectives were found. The conclusion of this study revealed that the Madrasah committee had synergized with the principal in carrying out its role as a provider of consideration, supporter, controller, and mediator. However, besides the performances having been undertaken, there were still found a number of TUSI indicators having not been carried out maximally, and the Madrasah committee had not designed the working map of each committee member as well as did not have a planned working program. The performances carried out by the committee were an individual initiative and the result of coordination as well as Madrasah principal’s instruction.

This article discusses spirituality and religiosity. Spirituality and religiosity are two of the most basic aspects of mentality and human belief, which according to most people are the goal of human existence in the world. These two terms are widely understood by people as something that has the same meaning and understanding. But actually has a different meaning. Spirituality is an experience or desire to know God that is done personally by seeing things deeper, substantially and seeking real understanding. Whereas religiosity is the appreciation and experience of individuals towards the teachings of religion or the beliefs they hold. Therefore, in essence, religiosity is a pattern of values, beliefs, symbols, behavior and experience that is institutionalized, which is directed at spirituality. In this case religiosity is actually a means of achieving spirituality.

Evaluasi pembelajaran sebagai bagian dari proses pembelajaran, bertransformasi dari pembelajaran tradisional (tatap muka) ke pembelajaran online (tanpa tatap muka), hal ini terjadi selama pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan artikel ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan selama pandemi Covid-19, serta mengungkapkan tantangan dihadapi, juga menawarkan solusi terhadap tantangan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa penelitian pustaka, dengan menggunakan data base sciencedirect sebagai sumber data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan secara online tanpa adanya tatap muka. Evaluasi pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi, berupa aplikasi-aplikasi ujian online. Adapun tantangan yang dihadapi dibahas dalam 4 sudut pandang, yaitu sudut pandang penyelenggara pendidikan, guru, orang tua, dan siswa. Solusi yang ditawarkan berupa peningkatan kualitas infrastruktur pendukung pendidikan, serta dukungan pemerintah terhadap guru. Orang tua dan siswa perlu mempersiapkan diri dengan adanya transformasi digital yang pesat. Ke depan perlu adanya pengembangan sistem evaluasi pembelajaran digital yang dapat diterapkan tanpa menimbulkan banyak kendala.

Education has a very important role to ensure human survival, so it is necessary to make various efforts to improve the quality of graduates in achieving educational goals. The Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 gave birth to socio-cultural issues that caused problems to become increasingly complex, thus requiring proper management. A nation that has a strong character usually grows and develops and is more advanced and prosperous. So it is important that people with character values in themselves make assets for themselves in the future and assets to advance the nation. This study aims to describe and analyze in depth the implementation of quality management of graduates based on spiritual characters, especially at SMKIT AL Husna Lebong as an Islamic educational institution that has shown a commitment to improving the quality of graduates in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This study uses a qualitative approach. Sources of data were obtained from the management of the Anak Soleh Mandiri Foundation (ASMA) Curup, the Education Division of the ASMA Curup foundation, the principal and vice principal of SMKIT AL Husna Lebong and students. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation studies and data analysis using the Milles and Huberman models. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of graduate quality management in strategic planning of Islamic education at SMKIT AL Husna through a JSIT-based program strategy by instilling ukhrowi values in every learning process through the POSDCORB management pattern (Planing, Organizing, Staffing, Directing, Coordinating, Reporting and Budgeting ) as the effectiveness of implementing quality management for graduates with character.

This devotional activity is motivated by the number of parents who cannotaccompany their children to learn from home during the pandemic for various reasonsand occupations. Another obstacle is that students are unable to understand the subject matter independently, the support facilities are lacking, some students and parentscannot operate gadgets, there are even students who do not have gadgets that hinder infollowing online learning. Therefore, this student learning mentoring is done with the aim to increase the activeness, creativity, and confidence of students in learning. The method of implementation of mentoring is carried out in several stages, namely preparation, implementation of mentoring, and evaluation. With this innovation of multimodal learning, it is proven to be very helpful for students who were previously quiet, shy, and lacking confidence. After participating in this mentoring process, the participants become more active, creative, and have high confidence.
