Abstract

Information systems are an important part of managing and carrying out all activities. One of them is the drug sales and purchase information system, the drug sales and purchase information system currently used at Anaya Plaju Pharmacy still does not use a computer-based information system. In meeting the needs of pharmacies, especially to deal with the problem of selling and buying drugs, making reports, sales and purchasing systems have not run optimally as expected so pharmacies still need a better system using a computerized system. The methodology used is web-based. Web-based drug sales and purchase information system is an application developed to assist the process of selling and buying drugs at a pharmacy. This application is designed using web and database technology so that it can be accessed via the internet easily. The features provided in this system include drug stock management, customer data management, purchases, sales, and sales reports. With this system, it is hoped that the transaction process at the pharmacy can become more efficient and organized, so as to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. In addition, a web-based drug sales and purchase information system can also assist pharmacies in managing drug inventory more effectively and efficiently

Abstract

This study analyses the user satisfaction level of the Satu Sehat application, a digital platform developed by the Indonesian government to support integrated health services for the community. The research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, utilising the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model from Doll and Torkzadeh (1988) to evaluate employee satisfaction. Data was collected through a survey to measure the perception and satisfaction of users of the SISDMK application. From a population of 80 respondents, 67 samples were sampled using the Slovin formula. Data analysis involved validity and reliability tests. The results showed that in the Content (X1) variable, six statements were valid with a validity value above rtable 0.2404 and an alpha coefficient of 0.802. Accuracy (X2) variable was valid with an alpha of 0.811. Format (X3) has a reliability of 0.796, Ease of Use (X4) is valid with an alpha of 0.873, and Timeliness (X5) is valid with a reliability of 0.852. All variables are declared valid and reliable.

Abstract

Fast, accurate, and transparent social services are essential to supporting community welfare. However, the social service process at the Banyuasin Regency Social Service still faces various obstacles due to suboptimal data processing, information delays, and a lack of integration between service areas. This study aims to design and build a web-based integrated social service system at the Banyuasin Regency Social Service to address the problem of unintegrated and manual data management. The method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) because it can accelerate the development process through an iterative approach and direct user involvement. The developed system includes several features such as data collection on families receiving social assistance, data collection on people with disabilities, data collection on disaster victims, and reporting. The results of the study indicate that the system has been successfully developed to the prototype stage and tested using the black-box testing method on 12 main modules. The test results indicate that all system functions run as expected without any significant errors. With this system, it is hoped that the Banyuasin Regency Social Service can provide more responsive and accountable services.

Abstract

Dalam dunia perbankan untuk mewujudkan kepuasan kepada nasabahnya, dari segi pelayanan sangat berpengaruh terhadap profit dan nama baik perusahaan itu sendiri. Salah satunya mobile banking yang menjadi alat untuk membantu nasabah untuk bertransaksi dengan mudah dimana saja dan kapan saja. Pada penelitian ini penulis menganalisis pelayanan pada aplikasi mobile banking Bank Mandiri yaitu Livin by Mandiri menggunakan framework ITIL V3. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan yang ada pada aplikasi Livin by Mandiri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi framework ITIL V3 dapat meningkatkan kepuasan layanan perbankan terutama pada aplikasi Livin by Mandiri dengan penggunaan ITIL V3 Service Management Lifecycle. Dengan penelitian tersebut dapat membantu bank untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan perbankan yang ada di aplikasi Livin by Mandiri.

Abstract

Bank BTPN is a national private bank that focuses on empowering communities by providing access to financial services to underserved sectors. Bank BTPN has been operating in Palembang for several years and continues to develop innovative and inclusive financial services for the local community. This journal discusses the history, profile, and services provided by Bank BTPN in Palembang. The research method used is literature study and observation. The results show that Bank BTPN has successfully made a significant contribution to improving financial inclusion and economic empowerment in Palembang. Bank BTPN has a strong strategy in building relationships with customers and the community through financial education programs and financial services that meet their needs. However, the challenge faced by Bank BTPN in Palembang is competition with other banks that also ofler similar financial services. Therefore, Bank BTPN needs to continue to strengthen its marketing strategy and product innovation to maintain its position as a bank that is able to provide inclusive and aflordable financial services to the community in Palembang

Abstract

The presence of employees at the Palembang Religious Education and Training Center now uses epresence, namely the heritage application. The attendance data on e-presence or heritage is processed by the Civil Service Bureau of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, making it possible that the application has weaknesses and strengths. Therefore, the application of the presence application needs to be evaluated and identified problems, in order to obtain user perceptions in order to develop the next version that is better and suits the user experience, as well as the level of satisfaction with using the application. The PIECES framework (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service) is a method that helps to evaluate and measure the level of user satisfaction. And the results of the measurements that have been carried out show the effectiveness of the presence system, namely at a Neutral number

Abstract

This research discusses the analysis of Information Technology-based Smart Kemenag application service management using the ITIL 3 framework. The research was conducted with the aim of increasing satisfaction with Smart Kemenag application services in smart Kemenag applications. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The research results show that implementing the ITIL 3 framework in the Smart Kemenag application can improve ITSM service management. One of the widely known IT governance framework standards is ITIL. After conducting research, it was found that the Event Management variable obtained an average maturity level value of 4.85 and was included in maturity level 4, namely managed. In the Incident Management variable, the average maturity level value is 4.85 and is included in maturity level 4, namely managed. In the Management Problem variable, the average maturity level value was 4.86 and was included in maturity level 4, namely managed. In the Demand Fulfillment variable, the average maturity level value is 4,87 and is included in maturity level 4, namely managed. And for the Access Management variable, the average maturity level value is 4.41 and is included in maturity level 4, namely managed. Maturity level 4 is managed, which means the related processes have been planned and implemented routinely and documented using standards and process performance measurements have been carried out

Abstract

Attendance recording is an essential part of employee management and reporting in institutions or companies. However, many companies still rely on manual attendance systems, where employees fill out printed attendance sheets. This method often leads to problems, such as damage or loss of the sheets, requiring reprinting and re-entering data, which is time-consuming and inefficient. To address these issues, a modern attendance system was developed using Internet of Things (IoT) technology. This system incorporates the ESP8266 module for connectivity, RFID for employee data scanning, and the ESP32 Cam for facial validation. Additionally, the system integrates with a web-based interface for efficient data management and reporting. The proposed solution aims to simplify the attendance process, reduce errors, and enhance reliability compared to traditional manual systems. By leveraging IoT and website technology, this system provides a more eflective and sustainable approach to managing employee attendance in organizations

Abstract

An information system (IT) audit is one of the important aspects of maintaining the effectiveness and efficiency of company operations. In this study, an information system audit at PT PERSERO was conducted to determine the extent of the company's capability level and provide recommendations to improve the performance of information systems to achieve the company's business objectives. The control standard used in this study is the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO) which consists of the components of Control Environment, Risk Assessment, Control Activities, Information and Communication, and Monitoring. The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether the system is equipped with controls that are carried out properly and correctly. From the results of the research, data was obtained through interviews, observations, and document studies, which were analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods. The results showed that the average value of each component ranged from 4.46 to 4.74, with the overall assessment percentage reaching 90.8% and a capability level of 4.54. This shows that the internal control system at PT Persero Batam is in the very good category. The best-performing component is Monitoring Activities (4.74), while Control Environment (4.46) is an area of potential improvement. The gap analysis shows a small difference of 0.16, which indicates that internal control has almost reached the ideal level.
