Abstract

Perilaku phubbing dapat diartikan sebagai tindakan mengabaikan orang lain saat interaksi dengan orang lain sedang berlangsung dan memilih berselancar di smartphone. Perilaku phubbing dapat ditemukan di dalam berbagai setting interaksi individu. Pada mahasiswa perilaku ini dapat ditemukan dalam setting keluarga, saat berkumpul dengan kolega, dan saat belajar di kelas serta pertemuan-pertemuan yang memerlukan interaksi social lainnya. Perilaku phubbing juga sudah berdampak pada interaksi pembelajaran virtual saat ini, khususnya saat mahasiswa melakukan aktivitas perkuliahan di zoom.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode literature review. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan ada berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku phubbing mahasiswa adalah FoMO, time distortion, poor reasoning, smartphone addication, technology addiction, dan self control.

Abstract

Dewasa ini kasus pelanggaran lalu lintas meningkat setiap tahunnya,  terutama dikalangan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kemampuan regulasi diri siswa dalam pencegahan pelanggaran lalu lintas pada remaja. Jenis Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi mengatur diri siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan di Kota Padang. Dengan sampel penelitian siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan di Kota Padang yang berjumlah 65 siswa. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan cara simple random sampling.. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan mengatur diri dalam pencegahan pelanggaran lalu lintas pada remaja ada pada kategori rendah yaitu 55,4%. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai informasi bagi Guru bimbingan konseling atau Konselor sebagai dasar dalam upaya memberikan bantuan pada siswa untuk meningkatkan motivasi mengatur diri remaja dalam berlalu lintas agar dapat mencegah perilaku negatif salah satunya tingginya pelanggaran lalu lintas yang kerap terjadi khususnya pada remaja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) melihat perbedaan kedisiplinan belajar siswa kelompok eksperimen sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti konseling kelompok dengan menggunakan pendekatan cognitive bahavior therapy, (2) melihat perbedaan kedisiplinan belajar siswa kelompok kontrol sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti konseling kelompok. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan metode eksperimen, sedangkan design penelitian yang dipilih adalah quasi eksperimenal design dengan model non-equavalen control group design. Ada 8 anggota kelompok sampel eksperimen dan 8 orang untuk kelompok kontrol. Sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model skala likert, data dianalisis menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test dan Kolmogorov-Smirnov Two Independent Samples dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata pada kelompok eksperimen pretets 72,5 dan post-test 119 pada kelompok kontrol skor rata-rata pretest 59, 37 dan post-test 97,87. Selanjutnya untuk uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) 0,004 yang berarti di bawah alpha 0,05 (0,004<0,05) dengan demikian dapat diartikan Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disimpulkan bahwa konseling kelompok menggunakan pendekatan cognitive behavior therapy efektif untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis  self adjustment pada mahasiswa dan menguji perbedaan self adjustment mahasiswa kelas internasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 212 mahasiswa kelas internasional Universitas Negeri Padang, dengan menggunakan total sampling yaitu menggunakan seluruh mahasiswa kelas internasional. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif komparatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah “Inventory Self Adjustment Puji and Verlanda” (ISAPUVE) dengan reliabilitas 0,80. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat perbedaan self adjustment mahasiswa laki-laki dan perempuan pada kelas internasional di Universitas Negeri Padang. Diharapkan UPBK (Unit Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling) Universitas Negeri Padang memfasilitasi mahasiswa untuk dapat menekan self adjustment yang rendah melalui layanan yang tersedia di UPBK.

Abstract

Academic pressures lead students to experience stress and lack of adaptability. One of the issues is the lack of academic resilience, influenced by emotional regulation and self-efficacy. This research aims to depict the behaviors of academic resilience, emotional regulation, and selfefficacy among students of MTsN 4 Kota Padang, as well as their correlations. Conducted with a quantitative approach and descriptive correlational method involving 271 muslim students. Results indicate that emotional regulation and self-efficacy are at a moderate level, as well as academic resilience. There is a significant relationship between emotional regulation, self-efficacy, and academic resilience. The implication is that BK teachers can provide services to enhance emotional regulation and self-efficacy to reduce students' academic resilience

Abstract

The psychological well-being felt by teenagers makes teenagers have more positive emotions within themselves and can foster a sense of life satisfaction and happiness, thereby reducing negative behavior and reducing feelings of depression.  This research aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and family social support on students' psychological well-being.  This research is correlational research.  The sample of this research consisted of 252 students.  The research results show that self-efficacy and family social support simultaneously (together) have a significant relationship with students' psychological well-being.  This finding was obtained based on a series of data analyzes that there is a strong relationship between self-efficacy and family social support on psychological well-being of 56.3%, then the variables of self-efficacy and family social support can explain students' psychological well-being of 31.7%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine FoMO (Fear of Missing Out) behavior based on levels of self-esteem and self-concept among university students. This research is correlational, employing multiple regression analysis. The sample consists of 313 first-year students from the Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Padang. The findings indicate that self-esteem among students is in the low category, with a total percentage of 47.4%. Similarly, self-concept is also in the low category, with a total percentage of 45.2%. On the other hand, FoMO among students is in the high category, with a total percentage of 69%. There is a negative and significant relationship between self-esteem and FoMO, as well as between self-concept and FoMO. Additionally, there is a simultaneous relationship between self-esteem, self-concept, and FoMO. The implications of the study suggest that the university needs to design guidance and counseling programs focused on enhancing students' self-esteem and self-concept to prevent the emergence of FoMO

Abstract

Career women, engaged in the professional world with strong skills and education, face unique challenges when they get married. In addition to focusing on their careers, they must also prioritize household duties. Their multitasking and time management skills are tested, and success in both roles often depends on support, especially from their spouse. A systematic review of previous literature suggests that a lack of multitasking ability, effective time management, and social support may hinder career women's performance in their dual roles. The results of this study provide a deeper understanding of career women's dual role dynamics, especially in the context of husband support, dual role conflict, and coping strategies. Husband support was shown to have a significant positive correlation with career women's success in carrying out dual roles, while the level of optimism was not directly related to such success. In addition, it can provide a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by career women, as well as provide valuable insights for practitioners and policies to develop more effective strategies to support dual career management in various national contexts.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon at the Dharmabakti Nusantara Health Vocational School in Padang City; mood and empathy are thought to influence prosocial behaviour. This study aims to analyse: 1) mood, empathy and prosocial behaviour, 2) the relationship between mood and prosocial behaviour, 3) the relationship between empathy and prosocial behaviour, and 4) the relationship between mood and empathy together with prosocial behaviour. The method used in this study is a Quantitative method that aims to determine the relationship and influence between variables. The research sample was taken from the existing population of 80 students. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The data were analysed with descriptive statistics, simple regression, and multiple regression; the results of the research data analysis obtained an R-value of 0.558 with a p level = 0.000 (p <0.05). There is a significant relationship between mood and empathy with prosocial behaviour. R2 =0,311 %. This study proves a positive and meaningful relationship between philosophy and heart in prosocial behaviour at SMK Dharmabakti Nusantara Pota Padang.

Abstract

Individu dengan gangguan penyalahgunaan zat (S-AD) juga merupakan manusia yang membutuhkan pengembangan diri dan karir di masa depan. Pengembangan karir individu dengan GPZ belum sepenuhnya dipertimbangkan dalam perencanaan program rehabilitasi narkoba, meskipun secara keseluruhan program rehabilitasi sudah sangat baik. Pengukuran kemampuan perencanaan karir perlu diukur dengan kondisi individu penderita GPZ. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kemampuan perencanaan karir individu GPZ yang menjalani rehabilitasi narkoba. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data variabel kemampuan perencanaan karir dikumpulkan pada subjek penelitian pada individu dengan GPZ. Data kuantitatif dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kemampuan perencanaan karir dengan 32 pertanyaan, Konselor harus mampu mengembangkan sepuluh keterampilan perencanaan karir tentang cara mempelajari informasi, diskusi karir dengan orang dewasa, pelatihan yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan, pengetahuan tentang kondisi kerja, diskusi tantangan karir, merencanakan pekerjaan setelah program rehabilitasi, mengatur waktu luang, mengembangkan rasa percaya diri. selama rehabilitasi, serta keadaan diri saat bekerja tanpa obat-obatan terlarang. Meskipun keterampilan perencanaan karir rendah, konselor kecanduan mempunyai peran dalam perkembangan mereka, dengan sepuluh kemampuan ditemukan melalui konseling karir. Konseling karir sebagai konselor kecanduan berupaya membantu individu dengan GPZ mengembangkan potensinya.
