Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada studi peran kepemimpinan perempuan dalam pengembangan lembaga pendidikan Islam di Pondok Pesantren Ummul Masakin di Desa Kampung Pulau, Kecamatan Pemayung, Kabupaten Batang Hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif yang dikombinasikan dengan metode kualitatif menggunakan alat seperti observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk pengumpulan data. Analisis data meliputi langkah-langkah seperti reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren Ummul Masakin memiliki visi yang jelas dalam mengembangkan lembaga pendidikan pondok pesantren dan para pemimpin pondok pesantren juga berperan aktif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan meskipun fasilitas dan infrastruktur masih terbatas. Dalam mengelola lembaga pendidikan, proses perumusan kebijakan strategis dilakukan oleh para pemimpin pondok pesantren, termasuk pengembangan kurikulum, pembentukan sistem pembelajaran, dan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Strategi kepemimpinan di Pondok Pesantren Ummul Masakin bersifat adaptif dan kolaboratif.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages business actors to adopt digital systems to improve business performance. The use of Point of Sale (POS) systems and e-commerce is one form of Management Information System implementation widely applied in café businesses. This study aims to analyze the effect of POS systems and e-commerce usage on the income of café businesses in Mamuju Regency. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to café owners and managers who have implemented POS systems and e-commerce. The research variables include the use of POS systems, the use of e-commerce, and business income. The results indicate that the use of POS systems and e-commerce has a positive effect on café business income. POS systems improve transaction recording efficiency and sales management, while e-commerce expands market reach and increases the number of customers. Therefore, the utilization of technology-based information systems can support the increase of café business income in Mamuju Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk perilaku bullying yang terjadi di kalangan peserta didik di SMP Negeri 7 Palopo, untuk menganalisis strategi manajemen konflik yang diterapkan oleh pihak sekolah dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying, untuk menganalisis tantangan dalam pelaksanaan strategi manajemen konflik dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku bullying di SMP Negeri 7 Palopo mencakup bentuk fisik, verbal, dan sosial yang saling berkaitan, dengan bullying verbal paling dominan karena dianggap candaan dan sulit terdeteksi. Penyebabnya berasal dari kombinasi faktor internal seperti rendahnya empati, faktor keluarga dengan pola asuh keras, lingkungan sekolah yang kurang pengawasan, serta pengaruh teman sebaya dan media sosial. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, sekolah menerapkan strategi manajemen konflik secara preventif, kuratif, dan rehabilitatif melalui pendekatan kolaboratif yang melibatkan guru, siswa, dan orang tua. Namun, pelaksanaannya masih menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan fasilitas, dukungan eksternal, dan kebijakan yang belum maksimal, sehingga diperlukan penguatan implementasi agar strategi ini dapat berjalan lebih efektif dalam menekan kasus bullying di sekolah.

Abstract

Distribution is a central issue in Islamic economics, which aims to achieve collective welfare. However, distribution is often narrowly understood as the transfer of goods and services from producers to consumers, rather than as the fair allocation of wealth. This study analyzes verses from the Qur'an and Hadith related to the ethics of wealth distribution to identify the principles promoted in Islam. This article uses a literature review method with a library research approach, with the main sources taken from the Qur'an and Hadith, supported by relevant academic literature such as journal articles. The findings show that Islamic distribution ethics emphasize justice and equality, brotherhood and compassion, and social solidarity. Instruments such as zakat, infaq, sadaqah, and waqf play a strategic role in realizing wealth equality while reducing economic inequality in society. In addition, the Qur'an highlights the importance of prioritizing spiritual well-being over material interests in economic activities. In conclusion, ethical distribution in Islam serves as a fundamental pillar for fostering social balance and promoting holistic human prosperity.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach by analyzing the fiscal financial statements of PT ABC. The objectives of the research also include identifying the factors that cause discrepancies between the commercial financial statements prepared by taxpayers and the fiscal financial statements that comply with tax regulations. These discrepancies occur due to differences in accounting principles and techniques, including the way revenue and expenses are recognized and managed. To distinguish commercial income statements from fiscal income statements, a calculation basis is used that refers to SAK and applicable tax regulations.

Abstract

Household waste management is a crucial component of environmental health, particulary in rural riverside areas where limited facilities and poor community practices contribute to environmental degraduation. This study aims to identify the conditions and factors contributing to suboptimal household waste management in Sungai Tonang Village. A qualitative descriptive method was uses, involving field observations and semi- structured interviews with village officials, health workers, and residents. Data were analyzed thematically and verified through triangulation of interviews, observations, and supporting documents. The findings indicate that household waste management in the village remains inadequate, as residents commonly dispose of waste into the river, burn it, or bury it due to the lack of waste sorting facilities, temporary storage, and transportation systems. Community knowledge of proper waste management and the 3R concept is low, and the village lacks regulations or institutional structures to support waste management. This situation creaters environmental pollution and increases the potential for vector-borne diseases. The study concludes that ineffective waste management practices in Sungai Tonang Village pose a significant environmental health risk, highlighting the need for regulatory development, facility provision, and ongoing community education to support sustainable waste management practices.

Abstract

This paper aims to address the administration of teaching and learning activities, also commonly referred to as curriculum administration. This administrative field is actually the center of all activities in schools. Some parties disagree with the term curriculum administration. Abroad, it is called "administration of the instructional program." Indeed, curriculum administration is somewhat inaccurate, if the curriculum is interpreted in the narrow sense as "learning material" or "subject matter" that must be delivered to students. The curriculum is one of the most important aspects in determining the success of education. The curriculum is a system of learning programs to achieve institutional goals in educational institutions, so the curriculum plays a crucial role in realizing quality and high-quality schools. In order to realize good quality and high-quality education, the government continues to make changes and overhauls to the curriculum.

Abstract

Education must foster the nation's philosophical and cultural values ​​holistically and comprehensively. Therefore, a more in-depth study of education is necessary. Educational institutions often experience problems with students. This is because teachers do not fully understand students' needs. Teachers often act carelessly during the learning process. Teachers often ignore evaluation results in learning. When this occurs, it will cause problems. In regional, national, and international forums, to perform well in international forums, teachers must understand the extent of students' abilities. Teachers need to understand the concepts and procedures for conducting learning evaluations so that student abilities can be detected and then followed up as needed. One way to conduct learning evaluations is through tests. There are many types of tests administered to determine student abilities. Teachers need to understand this so that when they administer tests, they can be targeted and meet needs. If this can be achieved, the learning process will certainly develop and will influence the quality of students.

Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology have transformed the way we learn and access information. Lack of technology integration in education or the inability to teach students to use existing technology can be problematic. Irrelevant Curriculum: An educational curriculum that is out of sync with the needs of the times or current economic and social needs can produce graduates who lack the skills needed by the workforce. This includes curricula that are overly theoretical and impractical. Teacher and Training Crisis: The quality of teaching depends heavily on the quality of teachers. Issues related to teacher training, updating teacher knowledge, and their ability to teach various subjects are at the heart of this crisis. Student Stress and Well-Being: Student well-being can impact their ability to learn. Excessive academic workload, mental stress, or other issues that affect student well-being can undermine the quality of education.

Abstract

Teachers play a very important role in strengthening character education for their students, where teachers must exemplify what is conveyed and will be imitated by their students. The exemplary behavior exemplified by teachers will facilitate the application of character values ​​for students, in this case forming a child's personality must be done continuously because indirectly children will imitate what is done by the teacher through habits. attention and control from both Islamic Religious Education Teachers and parents. SMP N 6 Surakarta has a vision of forming students who excel and have character. Every Islamic Religious Education teacher must be able to be a motivator so that students' religious values ​​improve day by day with the hope that students are able to be sensitive to themselves, their religion and socially both in the school environment and in the community.
