Abstract

Transportation is an alternative used by everyone to get to a destination. In research, several alternative means of transportation can be used by students who live far from their campus. Students can determine the closest route to get to their campus. The campus we take is UINSU Campus IV. This research aims to overcome the transportation problems of students who live in the Belawan area and its surroundings. The research also used the ant colony optimization (ACO) algorithm method, with this method to make it easier to get the shortest route with a short time and the lowest cost or still standard with the distance. The ant colony optimization method is an algorithm inspired by the natural life of ants regarding ant habits in finding food. This research aims to get the shortest route and the optimal means of transportation used. In this study, it was found that the optimal means of transportation as well as distance, time, and cost were motorcycle transportation with a distance of 64.5km and the time required was 1 hour 4 minutes and the cost to be incurred was Rp. 40,000.00. This research uses Google Maps data to determine the distance of a location. Although the results are not optimal, it can be used as a solution for students in calculating the distance, time and cost to be used.

Abstract

Desa Tamekan adalah salah satu pengahasil Kacang Tanah terbesar di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Hasil panen petani kacang selalu berlimpah mencapai dua kali panen dalam setahun dengan total luas lahan sekitar 7 ha dan hasil panen 11 ton per tahun. Meskipun demikian, selama ini para petani masih menjual kacang dalam bentuk mentah dan harga yang sangat rendah. Masyarakat setempat juga belum memanfaatkan ketersediaan kacang untuk diolah dalam bentuk produk pangan lainnya yang menjanjikan peluang usaha. Oleh karena itu, kelompok mahasiswa KKN Universitas Cordova mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan terhadap petani kacang dan ibu-ibu PKK dalam mengolah kacang tanah menjadi produk olahan unggulan Desa Tamekan yang siap untuk dipasarkan. Melalui kegiatan tersebut, pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam menghasilkan produk dari kacang meningkat secara signifikan. Adapun hasil olahan kacang tanah yang berhasil di produksi adalah kacang kribo dan kacang salut dan saat ini produk tersebut sudah dipasarkan di beberapa toko di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat salah satunya di KSB Mall

Abstract

The building of the primary character, Risa, during the excranization process from Risa Saraswati's novel Danur to its Awi Suryadi-directed film adaptation is examined in this study. The study focuses on the novel's use of first-person narrative to depict Risa's character and how the movie uses visual and cinematic aspects to do the same. This study examines the narrative strategies, character growth, and emotional depth that are communicated through textual versus visual storytelling using a comparative analysis method.  The theoretical framework, which focuses on character representation and the change in perspective from internal (literary) to outward (cinematic), is founded on adaption theory and narratology. The results show both losses and improvements in the adaption process, revealing notable shifts in the way Risa's inner thoughts, emotional challenges, and supernatural encounters are conveyed.  Character adaption in horror genres, especially in Indonesian literature and film, is better understood thanks to this research.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of the Cooperative Learning Model Type Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) on the Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Class V Students at UPT SD Negeri 066050 Medan for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. In this study using quantitative methods, the population of this study was class V students at UPT SD Negeri 066050 Medan, totaling 30 students. The results of this research show that before being given treatment students had an average learning outcome of 47.33 and did not meet the KKTP and after being given treatment students had an average learning outcome of 83.66. With normality test results of 0.155, the conclusion is that the data is normally distributed. The correlation test result is 0.718, which means rcount (0.718) ≥ rtable (0.361), then Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a strong influence between the Cooperative Learning Model Type Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) on the Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Class V Students at UPT SD Negeri 066050 Medan. It can be seen from the results of the t-test research where tcount ≥ ttable, namely 5.466 ≥ 2.042, so it can be stated that Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant positive influence from the use of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) Cooperative Learning Model on the Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Class V Students at UPT SD Negeri 066050 Medan for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. Keyword: Learning Outcomes; Cooperative Learning Model; STAD Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Type Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas V UPT SD Negeri 066050 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2023/2024. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V UPT SD Negeri 066050 Medan yang berjumlah 30 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebelum diberikan perlakuan siswa memiliki rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 47,33 dan tidak memenuhi KKTP dan setelah diberikan perlakuan siswa memiliki rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 83,66. Dengan hasil uji normalitas 0,155 dengan kesimpulan bahwa data berdistribusi normal. Hasil uji korelasi sebesar 0,718 yang artinya rhitung (0,718) ≥ rtabel (0,361), maka Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Type Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas V UPT SD Negeri 066050 Medan. Dapat dilihat dari hasil penelitian uji-t dimana thitung ≥ ttabel yaitu 5,466 ≥ 2,042, sehingga dapat dinyatakan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Type Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas V UPT SD Negeri 066050 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2023/2024. Abstract

Limbah oli bekas dari bengkel otomotif merupakan salah satu sumber pencemaran lingkungan yang berpotensi membahayakan kesehatan jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. UMKM Surya Makmur Motor, yang bergerak di bidang reparasi dan modifikasi motor, menghasilkan limbah oli bekas dalam jumlah signifikan yang selama ini hanya dijual langsung ke pengepul tanpa pengolahan lebih lanjut sehingga nilai ekonomisnya rendah. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mengembangkan inovasi pengelolaan limbah oli bekas melalui pembuatan dan penerapan alat distilasi sederhana yang mudah dibuat dan dioperasikan oleh UMKM. Alat distilasi dirancang menggunakan bahan lokal seperti kaleng tiner dan pipa besi, serta dilengkapi kondensor sederhana berbasis kain basah untuk mempercepat proses kondensasi uap menjadi minyak dasar cair. Hasil destilasi berupa minyak dasar dapat dimanfaatkan kembali sebagai pelumas rantai motor maupun bahan bakar lampu minyak, sehingga memberikan nilai tambah ekonomi sekaligus mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Pelatihan operasional alat juga diberikan kepada pemilik bengkel agar proses dapat berjalan mandiri secara berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, inovasi teknologi distilasi sederhana ini menjadi solusi praktis bagi UMKM dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan limbah oli bekas sekaligus mendukung upaya pelestarian lingkungan.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan di Rumah Sakit Permata Hati Kisaran tahun 2025 adalah 68% dari hasil wawancara yang dilakukan oleh peneliti kepada 15 pasien yang ada di Ruang Rawat Inap Ibu Bersalin di Rumah Sakit Permata Hati Kisaran. Dari hasil wawancara tersebut maka penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang “Pengaruh Pelatihan Komunikasi Teraupetik Bidan Terhadap Kepuasan Ibu Bersalin Di Rumah Sakit Permata Hati Kisaran. Tujuan: : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan komunikasi teraupetik bidan terhadap kepuasan ibu bersalin yang dirawat di Rumah Sakit Permata Hati Kisaran. Metode: Penlitian ini merupakan penelitian quasy eksperiment dengan desain pre and post test with conrol group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 orang ibu bersalin dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Pada kelompok intervensi, Bidan yang memberikan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu bersalin diberikan pelatihan komunikasi teraupetik. Hasil: Didapatkan peningkatan kepuasan ibu bersalin yang bermakna terhadap pelayanan asuhan kebidanan yang diberikan Bidan yang telah mendapatkan pelatihan komunikasi teraupetik di Rumah Sakit Permata Hati Kisaran. Karakteristik yang mempengaruhi kepuasan ibu bersalin adalah Pendidikan terakhir ibu bersalin dan persepsi terhadap sakit. Karakteristik keluarga yang mempengaruhi kepuasan ibu bersalin adalah kelas ruangan pelayanan kebidanan yang dipilih. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu kepuasan ibu bersalin akan meningkat setelah bidan mendapatkan pelatihan komunikasi teraupetik.

Abstract

The present study discusses the effect of the Audio Visual Media-based Inquiry learning model on the grade IV students' learning outcomes at UPT SD Negeri 068008 Damar Medan Tuntungan District in Medan in the academic year 2023/2024. The research method used is an experimental method with quantitative research. The number of research samples is 25 students based on the boring sampling technique (total sampling). The data on the Inquiry learning model was obtained from questionnaires distributed to students. Data on student learning outcomes were obtained from the students' Pretest and Post-test scores in the 2023/2024 academic year. The students' learning outcomes showed that the average score of the Pretest grade IV students was 65.12 while the Post-test average score was 88.96. Furthermore, the results of hypothesis testing showed 6,944 and 2,060. It is evident that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Through the t-test, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive effect between the audio-visual media-based inquiry learning model on class IV student learning outcomes in the science and technology subject UPT SD Negeri 068008 Medan Tuntungan in the academic year 2023/2024.

Abstract

The present study discusses the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance in elementary schools. The research population of all teachers at public elementary school 047159 is 15. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling, specifically saturated sampling for 15 teachers. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire with a Likert scale that has 5 alternatives consisting of 110 items. The instrument validation test used the help of data processing results from SPSS version 25.0, while the instrument reliability used the Alpha Cronbach formula. Data analysis was conducted using simple regression analysis techniques. The research results indicate that the principal's leadership is high with a rate of 33% from the questionnaires filled out by the teachers, while performance is very high with a rate of 47%. Based on the research results, the principal's leadership influences the hypothesis test results, where the calculated value is 2.150 and the table value is 1.77. Thus, it influences the principal's leadership on the teachers' performance.

Abstract

Students who experience learning difficulties in natural science (science) lessons obtain unsatisfactory learning results and grades that do not fulfil the KKM. Quantitative research method is a research method based on positive philosophy which is used to examine research instruments and quantitative/statistical data analysis, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. In this research, researchers used experimental methods. The student's natural science (science) learning outcomes before being given treatment obtained an average score of 60.46. The normality test result is 0.150, so it can be concluded that the pre-test learning results are normally distributed. The student's natural science (science) learning outcomes after being given treatment obtained an average score of 82.46. The normality test result is 0.094, so it can be concluded that the post-test learning results are normally distributed. This can be proven with a correlation coefficient value of 0.960 which is a very strong interpenetration. The results of the T-test calculation to find out whether the hypothesis is accepted or rejected, the tcount 16,830 is greater than ttable 1,706, which means that there is an influence of Problem-Based Learning Based on Song Media on student learning outcomes. Thus, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

The present study discusses the effect of the realistic mathematics education learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade II students of State Elementary School 173472 Sijarango, Pakkat District, Humbang Hasundutan in the academic year 2023/2024. The independent variable is the realistic mathematics education learning model (X) and the dependent variable is the students' mathematics learning outcomes (Y). The research method used is an experimental method with a quantitative research type and the number of research samples was 27 students based on the purposive sample technique. The data for the realistic mathematics education learning model was obtained from a questionnaire distributed to students and the students' mathematics learning outcomes were obtained from the students' Pretest and Posttest scores in the academic year 2023/2024. The students' mathematics learning outcomes show that the average score of class II Pretest students is 58.51 while the average Posttest score is 88.33. Furthermore, the results of the hypothesis testing show that the t_count is 4.570 while the t_table is 2.052. It is proven that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Through the t-test, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence between the realistic mathematics education learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of class II students.
