Abstract

Peningkatan pengguna internet merupakan salah satu pendorong perubahan perilaku konsumen dari belanja offline beralih belanja online, oleh karena itu menyebabkan persaingan antar perusahaan sehingga perusahaan harus memiliki strategi pemasaran yang mempermudah konsumen mengenal produk yang ditawarkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian (Y) yang terdiri dari Sharia Marketing Mix (X1), Celebrity Endorser (X2) dan Kepercayan Konsumen (X3) pada pengguna Shopee. Sampel yang digunakan sejumlah 85 responden dengan pengambilan teknik Insendental Sampling dan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan hasil Y = 6.708 + 0.308 X¬1 + 0.405 X2 + 0.207 X3. Uji f dan uji t, diperoleh bahwa variabel Sharia Marketing Mix, Celebity Endorser, dan Kepercayaan Konsumen berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Serta nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) yang didapatkan sebesar 0.816, yang artinya 81.6% keputusan pembelian konsumen pada pengguna Shopee dipengaruhi ketiga variabel independen yaitu Sharia Marketing Mix, Celebity Endorser, dan Kepercayaan Konsumen. sedangkan sisanya 18.4 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Fenomena perubahan iklim telah mengakibatkan perubahan zona agroklimat di sejumlah wilayah di Indonesia. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perubahan zona agroklimat di Provinsi Papua Barat menggunakan data penginderaan jauh, yaitu data Climate Hazards Group Infrared Precipitation with Stations (CHIRPS) perekaman tahun 1981 – 2020. Zonasi agroklimat dianalisis berdasarkan pengolahan data CHIRPS 30 tahun berturut-turut, yaitu 1981 – 2010 dan 1991 – 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Provinsi Papua Barat memiliki 10 Zona iklim berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data CHIRPS tahun 1981 – 2010 yaitu A1, B1, B2, C1, C2, D1, D2, E1, E2, E3, dan 9 zona iklim berdasarkan pengolahan data CHIRPS tahun 1991 – 2020 yaitu A1, B1, B2, C1, C2, D1, D2, E1, dan E2. Secara umum Provinsi Papua Barat didominasi oleh zona iklim A1, B1, dan C1. Pada kurun 2010 – 2020 di Provinsi Papua Barat terjadi peningkatan luas zona iklim A1, B1, B2, C2, D1, dan E2 serta penurunan luas zona iklim C1, D2, E1, dan E3. Hal ini mengakibatkan sejumlah wilayah di Provinsi Papua Barat mengalami perubahan zona agroklimat, yaitu; Kabupaten Manokwari, Kabupaten Manokwari Selatan, dan Kota Sorong.

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought significant changes across various sectors, including Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. One of the key innovations driving this transformation is e-commerce, which enables MSMEs to expand their market reach and improve operational efficiency. This article aims to explore the impact of e-commerce adoption on MSMEs in Indonesia through a qualitative approach based on the latest literature review. The analysis results indicate that the use of e-commerce provides various benefits, such as increased market access, reduced operational costs, and higher revenue for MSMEs. However, there are several challenges that still persist, including low digital literacy, limited infrastructure, and data security issues. Therefore, synergy between the government, industry players, and educational institutions is required to enhance the digital capabilities of MSMEs, ensuring that the potential of e-commerce can be optimally utilized.

Abstract

Cooperatives have long been an important part of the Indonesian people's economy, since their emergence in the late 19th century, cooperatives have developed into a forum for the community to improve economic welfare through the principles of togetherness and mutual cooperation. Along with economic development and more complex financial needs, the concept of cooperatives has experienced innovation with the presence of Sharia Financial Services Cooperatives (KJKS). KJKS is a form of cooperative that operates according to Shari'ah principles, avoiding usury and using Shari'ah contracts in its operations. KJKS has successfully provided fair and Sharia-compliant financial services in various regions, including Kamal, Bangkalan. This success is characterized by increased access to finance for the community and microeconomic growth in the region. This research examines the history of Indonesian cooperatives, the legal basis and basic principles of KJKS, and its application in Kamal. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide insight into the role of KJKS in community economic empowerment and its contribution to the Shari'a-based financial system in Indonesia, including policy recommendations for program optimization.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu pilar penting dalam membangun ketahanan ekonomi lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pemberdayaan UMKM dalam memperkuat ketahanan ekonomi daerah melalui pendekatan ekonomi Islam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan UMKM melalui pelatihan, pembiayaan syariah (seperti mudharabah dan qardhul hasan), serta pendampingan berbasis nilai-nilai syariah mampu meningkatkan kapasitas usaha, mendorong kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat, dan mengurangi ketimpangan. Selain itu, UMKM juga berperan dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja, mendukung pertumbuhan sektor riil, serta memperkuat daya saing lokal. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, pemberdayaan UMKM menjadi sarana mencapai kemaslahatan dan keadilan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, sinergi antara program pemberdayaan dan prinsip-prinsip syariah sangat diperlukan untuk membangun ekonomi lokal yang tangguh, inklusif, dan bernilai ibadah.

Abstract

Agribisnis merupakan bagian integral dari kehidupan manusia, dan dalam Islam, seluruh komponen kegiatan manusia diatur oleh prinsip-prinsip agama. Namun, agribisnis syariah belum sepenuhnya menangani aspek teknis seperti on-farm. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memilah agribisnis berdasarkan subsistem agribisnis dan mendekatinya secara syar'i pada masing-masing subsistem. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa agribisnis syariah setuju dengan pemberian subsidi pengadaan saprotan sebagai bagian dari upaya pengadaan pangan, yang merupakan pemenuhan kebutuhan pokok warga negara yang menjadi tanggung jawab negara. Konsep kepemilikan merupakan alternatif strategis untuk pengadaan dana yang diperlukan dalam memberikan subsidi bagi sektor pertanian, di mana dana tersebut dapat bersumber dari aset yang termasuk dalam kategori kepemilikan umum. Untuk setiap subsistem agribisnis yang tidak terkait dengan ideologi atau keyakinan, konsepsi syariah memberikan keterbukaan untuk mengadopsi, mengembangkan, dan bekerjasama dengan berbagai pihak, baik muslim maupun non-muslim. Pemerintah dapat mengembangkan sumber daya manusia petani, memperkuat kelembagaan petani, serta meningkatkan riset yang mendorong kemandirian petani dalam mencapai keamanan dan kedaulatan pangan, agar mencapai tujuan syariah yaitu untuk kemaslahatan ummat.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the national economy, particularly as job providers and economic growth drivers. Their contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and the equitable distribution of community welfare makes MSMEs the backbone of the economy. However, this sector still faces various challenges, including access to capital, digitalization, global competitiveness, and regulations that are not yet fully supportive. This article discusses the significant potential of MSMEs in supporting the national economy and the optimization strategies that can be applied, such as increasing financial access, utilizing digital technology, and strengthening business partnerships. With the right policy support and cross-sector collaboration, MSMEs can further develop and provide more significant contributions to the Indonesian economy.

Abstract

The Articles of Association and Bylaws (AD/ART) play a central role in ensuring effective and sustainable governance within cooperatives. The Articles of Association serve as the normative framework of the organization, while the Bylaws provide the administrative foundation that governs technical operational implementation. This study aims to analyze the functions of AD/ART within the institutional structure of cooperatives and their contribution to the application of good governance principles such as transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, this study explores the role of AD/ART in strengthening the legitimacy of cooperative organizations and in preventing internal conflicts and abuse of power. The findings indicate that well-structured AD/ART serve as a vital foundation in establishing cooperative governance that is democratic, professional, and accountable.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in improving community welfare, with a focus on the Madura region. MSMEs are recognized as the backbone of the Indonesian economy, which have a vital role as the main actors in economic activities, job providers, local economic development, market and innovation creators, and contributors to the balance of payments. In the midst of the global economy, MSMEs face challenges such as tight competition, technological change, and limited access. This study uses a literature study method to analyze data from various scientific literature. The results of the study indicate that MSMEs, such as batik MSMEs, have significant potential in improving the family economy and regional competitiveness. Government programs that support the development of MSMEs, as well as active community participation, are key to improving the quality of human resources and empowering local potential in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Background. The process of adopting a child must go through a court order. This determination is made by the prospective adoptive parents and the biological parents of the child who is adopted to submit a case for the application for adoption to the Religious Courts. The government issued a policy for the welfare and protection of adopted children so that they have legal force by passing Law Number 3 of 2006 concerning Amendments to Law Number 7 of 1989 Article 49 letter (a) number (20) concerning the Religious Courts. Methods. This type of research is field research. The research was carried out at the Class IA Jombang Religious Court. Researchers obtained primary information by interviewing judges who had experience in deciding child adoption cases. The secondary data used is in the form of copies of provisions and books relating to the provisions on child adoption. Aims.The research examines in more depth the adoption of children which is under the authority of the Religious Courts, especially in the Jombang Religious Courts, and what problems arise as a result of child adoptions. Results. The Panel of Judges granted and decided the case regarding the adoption of a child by the applicant by looking at various aspects and considerations, including the reasons and facts that exist and should be accepted and given a decision on the basis of positive law and the basis of Islamic law which regulates it, and strengthened the decision of the Panel of Judges in the trial to provide a decision regarding adoption of the child to the applicant. There is no repetition or duplication in the hearing to determine the adoption of a child because there is no dispute or opposition. The decision is only declaratory in nature.
