Abstract

This research aims at determining the reasons and causes for dividing inheritance before the death of the testator, as well as the implications of this inheritance division pattern on the heirs. The disagreement between custom (also known as adat) and Sharia creates an issue in the division of inheritance in Sungai Duo Village, South Solok Regency, Indonesia. In its principle, inheritance is divided after the testator dies. However, in Sungai Duo Village it applies differently, where inheritance is distributed before the testator passed away. This is empirical legal research using a qualitative legal approach, which was investigated through the Islamic inheritance law's perspectives. The data included primary data, which were obtained from interviews, and secondary data generated from document studies. Data were analyzed through several stages, including data reduction, data display, and verification. Based on the research findings, the reasons for dividing inheritance before the testator dies are: first, to avoid disputes between the heirs; second, lack of knowledge of the heirs concerning the Islamic inheritance system, resulting in inheritance division contradicts the provisions of Sharia; third, inheritance division pattern applied in society is dominated by customs that have been passed down for generations, and fourth, the diverse community of Minangkabau and Javanese ethnicity causes their inheritance division pattern to reflect their regional customs. The implication of this inheritance division pattern to the heirs is that there is peace for the heirs in terms of inheritance responsibility because they consider the heirs to have had the maturity and ability to manage the assets of their parents who are no longer able to manage these assets. So that it can improve their children's economies or serve as a support for those who are married. These findings also prove the existence of legal duality, namely Islamic inheritance law and customary inheritance law. However, it appears that customary inheritance law is more prevalent than Islamic inheritance law.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the application of the fourth principle of Pancasila in Pancasila education at SMP Negeri 21 Makassar, identify factors hindering its implementation, and explore efforts to overcome these obstacles. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, with teachers and students as sources. The results show that (1) the application of the fourth principle of Pancasila in education is effective, emphasizing equal rights and responsibilities and the prohibition of imposing one's will on others; (2) hindrances include both internal and external factors, such as peer influence and unsupportive or authoritarian family attitudes; (3) efforts to address these barriers include providing explanations to students, engaging with their families, encouraging participation in school organizations, and guiding positive use of social media. Keywords: Implementation, 4th Precept of Pancasila, Pancasila Education Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan nilai sila ke-4 Pancasila dalam pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 21 Makassar, serta faktor penghambat dan upaya untuk mengatasinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, melibatkan guru dan peserta didik sebagai sumber data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) penerapan nilai sila ke-4 Pancasila di SMP Negeri 21 Makassar efektif, dengan penekanan pada pemahaman tentang kedudukan, hak dan kewajiban yang sama, serta larangan memaksakan kehendak. (2) Faktor penghambat meliputi faktor internal dan eksternal, seperti pengaruh teman sebaya dan sikap keluarga yang otoriter serta tidak mendukung. (3) Upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan ini mencakup pemberian penjelasan kepada peserta didik, pendekatan kepada keluarga, mendukung keterlibatan dalam organisasi sekolah, dan mengarahkan penggunaan media sosial secara positif. Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Sila Ke-4 Pancasila, Pendidikan Pancasila

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) To find out the teacher's learning planning using the Problem based learning model to increase students' interest in learning in class X SMAN 1 Gowa. (2) Examining the implementation of the Problem based learning model in Civics subjects at SMAN 1 Gowa. (3) Evaluate the effectiveness of the Problem based learning model in increasing the learning interest of class X students at SMAN 1 Gowa. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The type of data used is qualitative data with primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from interviews with PPKn teachers and class X students. Checking the validity of the data using source triangulation techniques with data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: (1) Planning the Problem based learning Model in increasing students' interest in learning is carried out by the teacher by paying attention to the steps in the PBL model which are linked to the teacher's teaching module or RPP (2) Implementing the Problem based learning Model in increasing interest in learning based on the indicators in the PBL model and KD learning that has been determined to involve selecting interesting cases, forming effective groups, and active group discussions (3) From the evaluation carried out it can be seen that the problem based learning model can increase students' interest in learning proven by paying attention to students' active participation in group discussions, increased curiosity and motivation to learn, as well as satisfactory learning results.Keywords: Problem based learning Model, Student Interest in Learning

Abstract

This study aims to determine the readiness of teachers fot the implementation of the independent curriculum in Civics subjects at SMA Negeri 2 Gowa. To find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors when implementing the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 2 Gowa. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of research that is descriptive research. The data sourcess used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The research procedure begins with direct observation in the Gowa 2 Public High School environment, after which it conducts interviews and takes documentation. The collected data will be analyzed using data grouping, data reduction and data presentation techniques. The results of the study showed that: (1) Teacher readiness in the Independent Curriculum In Civics subjects at SMA Negeri 2 Gowa it can be said that they are not sufficiently prepared because they have not prepared the components of teaching materials such as annual programs, semester programs, effective weekly details, time allocations, guidelines assessment, criteria for achieving learning objectives, and projects to strengthen Pancasila student profiles. There are still many preparations that must be made both from the teacher and from the school itself. The independent curriculum education system really needs to be considered in schools so that equity and effectiveness of learning can run in accordance with the ideals of the nation-state, namely educating the life of the nation. (2) There are still many supporting factors and inhibiting factors in implementing the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 2 Gowa that need to be addressed, one of which is expanding teachers' understanding of the independent curriculum and mastery of technology must also be developed according to the needs of the independent curriculum system. These supporting and inhibiting factors are the initial capital for schools and teachers so that the implementation of the independent curriculum can be carried out perfectly and the learning process can be more effective.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) kemampuan guru dalam proses penanaman nilai toleransi pada mata pelajaran PPKN di SMA Frater Makassar. 2) kemampuan peserta didik dalam memahami nilai toleransi secara eksplisit, 3) kemampuan peserta didik dalam memahami nilai toleransi secara implisit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) kemampuan pendidik dalam penanaman nilai toleransi pada mata pelajaran PPKN di SMA yang berada di Makassar dinilai sangat baik, pendidik mampu melaksanakan indikator ketiga yaitu penanaman konsep toleransi, penanaman sikap kerjasama, penanaman sikap komunikasi dan empati yang baik, dan penanaman sikap keterampilan dalam menangani konflik, 2) kemampuan peserta didik dalam memahami nilai toleransi secara eksplisit pada mata pelajaran PPKN di SMA Keraton Makassar, dikategorikan baik, peserta didik dapat menerapkan indikator-indikator dari rumusan masalah kedua yaitu menerapkan konsep toleransi dalam diskusi pengembangan empati dan penerapan konsep toleransi dalam proyek kelas. 3) kemampuan peserta didik dalam memahami nilai toleransi secara implisit pada mata pelajaran PPKN di SMA Frater Makassar diberikan cukup baik. peserta didik mampu mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai toleransi yang telah diperoleh dari kelas dalam kehidupan sosialnya dan secara sadar menerapkan indikator-indikator pada rumusan masalah 3 yaitu menerapkan konsep toleransi pada perilaku yang kedua penggunaan bahasa yang menghargai perbedaan dan yang ketiga memahami konsep toleransi secara implisit.

Abstract

The Influence of Facebook Social Media on the Disciplinary Character of Class X Students at SMK Negeri 4 Selayar. Thesis. Study program Pancasila and Citizenship Education, Civics Law Department Makassar State University Faculty of Social Sciences and Law. Supervisor Bakhtiar and supervisor II Andi Aco Agus. This research aims to: 1). Knowing the use of Facebook of class X students at SMK Negeri 4 Selayar. 2). Knowing the character of class X students at SMK Negeri 4 Selayar. 3). To find out whether there is a significant influence between the use of Facebook on the character formation of class X students at SMK Negeri 4 Selayar. The research method used in this research is method quantitative with two variables, namely social media Facebook as a variable free (independent variable) and discipline character as the dependent variable (dependent variable). With data collection techniques using questionnaires and instruments used in this research. In data analysis techniques, researchers use descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The sample was 76 students from a population of 76 students, the sampling technique used Total Sampling. Based on the results of research and data analysis carried out by researchers, it can be concluded that the results of collecting research data from 76 students who were given questionnaires were then tested using a simple linear regression formula, obtained a = 46.584, b = 0.026 so that Y = 46.58+0.026 X . The use of social media Facebook influences the discipline character of students. Using the product moment correlation test with a significance level of 5%, the results obtained show that the calculated r value is greater than the table r value. Because r calculated > r table = 0.831 < 0.227 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is an influence of the use of social media Facebook on the discipline character of class X students at SMK Negeri 4 Selayar. Furthermore, the results of calculating the contribution of variable This means that the student's discipline character value is 0.69% determined by the social media Facebook. The remaining 0.31% is determined by other variables.

Abstract

This paper described the implementation of the budget directly to the performance-based budget and analyzed it. The data source of this study from secondary data, namely data obtained from documents and archives obtained from the Medan Helvetia District Office. While the data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is a comparative descriptive analysis that uses the preparation of performance-based direct spending budgets set by the general bureau and secretarial equipment of Medan Helvetia Subdistrict. The results of the research obtained using the Budget and Expenditure of the Medan Helvetia Subdistrict Office are quite effective. Budget and spending effectiveness ratio from 2019 effectiveness ratio of 84.22%, in 2020 effectiveness ratio of 93.33%, in 2021 effectiveness ratio of 97.7%.

Abstract

Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI) Kecamatan Sape menjadi lokasi utama pendaratan hasil tangkapan nelayan yang terdiri atas berbagai jenis ikan dan biota laut. Namun, berdasarkan observasi awal, belum tersedia data administrasi yang sistematis terkait keragaman jenis ikan yang didaratkan. Hal ini menyulitkan peneliti maupun pihak lain dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengelompokkan spesies ikan di perairan Sape secara pasti. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi ilmiah mengenai keragaman jenis ikan tangkapan nelayan di TPI Kecamatan Sape. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik survei. Data diperoleh melalui pengukuran dan pengamatan langsung terhadap hasil tangkapan nelayan, kemudian dianalisis secara statistik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis ikan dengan jumlah tangkapan tertinggi adalah Ikan Layang (187.130 kg), Ikan Cakalang (65.463 kg), Ikan Tembang (27.365 kg), dan Ikan Tongkol Komo (12.810 kg). Sementara itu, spesies dengan jumlah tangkapan terendah adalah Ikan Kerapu Merah dan Ikan Lemadang (masing-masing 15 kg), Ikan Swanggi (11 kg), dan Ikan Kerapu Batik (2 kg) pada bulan Juni 2024.Dari segi ukuran, terdapat variasi antar spesies. Contohnya, Ikan Cakalang rata-rata berukuran 16 cm, setengah dari ukuran dewasanya yang mencapai 40 cm. Ikan Tenggiri Batang tercatat hanya 89 cm, jauh lebih kecil dibandingkan ukuran dewasanya yang bisa mencapai 240 cm. Hal ini diduga karena nelayan di Kecamatan Sape umumnya menggunakan perahu kecil saat melaut, sehingga memengaruhi jenis dan ukuran ikan yang berhasil ditangkap.

Abstract

Krisis akhlak yang menimpa kalangan peserta didik terlihat dari banyaknya perilaku menyimpang  dari  ajaran  agama,  seperti penyalahgunaan  narkoba,  miras,  seks  bebas  hingga  tawuran mendorong   berbagai   pihak   mempertanyakan   efektivitas pelaksanaan   pendidikan,   khususnya Pendidikan Agama Islam di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembentukan nilai karakter pada santri putri di Pesantren Pondok Madinah Kota Makassar. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sumber data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Nilai karakter yang dibentuk pada santri putri yaitu religius, mandiri dan disiplin. (2) Proses pembentukan nilai karakter pada santri putri dilakukan melalui tiga metode, yaitu ceramah, pembiasaan dan keteladanan. (3) Faktor yang memengaruhi pembentukan nilai karakter pada santri putri terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal yaitu kesadaran pada diri santri putri yang muncul karena dorongan untuk membanggakan orang tua dengan menjadi santri yang berakhlak mulia, sedangkan faktor eksternal yaitu peran pembina, pengaruh teman sebaya, peran orang tua serta pengaruh teknologi.

Urgensi dari pengabdian ini terletak pada tingginya angka stunting di Desa Pattedong Selatan yang diperparah oleh rendahnya literasi gizi masyarakat, keterbatasan akses terhadap sumber pangan sehat, serta belum optimalnya sistem edukasi dan diseminasi informasi di tingkat komunitas yang menyebabkan kurangnya pemahaman dan praktik pencegahan stunting secara tepat. Mitra pada kegiatan PKM ini adalah Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Desa Pattedong Selatan, Kabupaten Luwu, yang menghadapi permasalahan stunting akibat rendahnya literasi gizi, keterbatasan akses terhadap pangan bergizi, serta lemahnya sistem penyebaran informasi di tingkat komunitas. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan KWT melalui tiga solusi inovatif yang disepakati bersama mitra yaitu (1) edukasi stunting inklusif berbasis aset sosial komunitas, (2) pengembangan kebun pangan bergizi berbasis potensi lokal, dan (3) digitalisasi informasi gizi berbasis komunitas. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) yang menekankan penggalian potensi lokal dan keterlibatan aktif warga. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan anggota KWT terkait stunting dan gizi keluarga, terbentuknya kader edukatif lokal, serta keberhasilan pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah sebagai kebun pangan keluarga. Sebanyak 5 rumah tangga membangun kebun mandiri, dan satu kebun percontohan kolektif berhasil dikelola secara gotong royong. Selain itu, media digital edukatif berupa video dan infografis diproduksi dan disebarluaskan secara efektif melalui platform komunikasi lokal, dengan melibatkan remaja desa dalam prosesnya. Kegiatan ini berdampak pada peningkatan kemandirian, kolaborasi lintas generasi, serta penguatan kelembagaan KWT sebagai pusat edukasi komunitas. Halini menunjukkan bahwa Program Kebun Pangan berbasis potensi lokal mampu membangun ketahanan masyarakat dalam upaya pencegahan stunting secara berkelanjutan.
