Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan minuman sinbiotik ubi jalar kuning dengan karakteristik kimia (total asam dan pH) yang mencapai standar SNI, mendapatkan konsentrasi starter dan waktu fermentasi yang tepat dan mendapatkan kelayakan usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan pola factorial. Konsentrasi starter yang digunakan sebesar 5%, 6%, dan 7%, dengan lama fermentasi 12 jam, 24 jam dan 36 jam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Nilai Hasil (NH) tertinggi menunjukkan perlakuan terbaik yaitu pada perlakuan dengan penggunaan konsentrasi starter 5% dan waktu fermentasi selama 36 jam dengan nilai sebesar 0,95, total asam 1,33 %, pH 4,31 dan penilaian organoleptik memberikan tingkat kesukaan yang tinggi dari panelis terhadap rasa sebesar 3,64 (suka), warna sebesar 3,50 (suka), aroma sebesar 3,51(suka) dan tekstur 3,09 (suka) dan nilai Revenur Cost Ratio (R/C) sebesar 1,61.

Abstract

Paparan timbal pada pekerja bengkel pengecatan mobil di kampung Ligu Semarang dapat menimbulkan anemia. Sel retikulosit akan meningkat pada penderita anemia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sel retikulosit akibat paparan timbal pada pekerja bengkel pengecatan mobil di kampung Ligu Semarang. Cross sectional study digunakan untuk penelitian ini. Seluruh pekerja pengecatan mobil di kampung Ligu Semarang digunakan sebagai populasi, sampel sebanyak 46 diambil secara acak dan memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Spesimen darah diambil pada seluruah sampel untuk diperiksa jumlah retikulosit dan kadar timbal. Jumlah retikulosit diperiksa dengan metoda langsung dan tak langsung menggunakan pengecatan BCB. Kadar timbal diperiksan menggunakan AAS. Jumlah retikulosit dan timbal dilihat rerata, di uji r person, dan regresi linier. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan rerata retikulosit 1,60±0,47, rerata timbal 43,25±4,99. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh r 0,75, p 0,00 yang artinya ada korelasi kuat dan siknifikan kadar timbal dengan paparan jumlah sel reikulosit. Uji regresi linier diperoleh p=0,00 dengan rumus regresi: timbal=7,98 retikulosit+30,64. Bila timbal naik 1 µg/dl maka diikuti kenaikan jumlah retikulosit sebesar 7,98%. Simpulan terdapat korelasi kuat dan siknifikan antara peningkatan kadar timbal dengan penambahan jumlah retikulosit dengan nilai prediksi timbal=7,98 retikulosit+30,64. Kata kunci : retikulosit. Abstract

This research departs from the phenomenon that there are inmates or commonly referred to as prison inmates who have a low level of self-confidence compared to others, where inmates feel embarrassed to interact, there is past trauma and negative thoughts that are more prominent in them. These negative thoughts are often experienced by individuals who experience problems with low self-esteem. Individuals think that they are different from other people, causing them to feel inferior in socializing. The goal to be achieved in this study is to determine whether there are significant differences before and after being given individual counseling to increase the confidence of prisoners in Class II B Penitentiary in Lubuk Basung. This research is a pre-experimental research model of One Group Pre-test Post-test Design. The population is Class II B Penitentiary Prisoners of Lubuk Basung while the research sample is inmates ranging in age from 20 to 35 years as many as 5 inmates who are indicated to have a low level of self-confidence based on non-random sampling techniques and recommendations from prison staff. The data collection instrument is a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used non-parametric statistical tests using the Wilcoxon rack test, hypothesis testing using the Z test (Wilcoxon) with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. The results of research that have been known from the results of the Z test (Wilcoxon) show the difference between the pre-test and post-test scores. From the results of the calculation of the Wilcoxon test, a significant value of 0.043 was obtained. Based on the applicable provisions, it is known that the results of the Wilcoxon Asymp.Sig test. (2-tailed) < α (α = 0.05) which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. From the results of the calculation of the Wilcoxon test, it can be concluded that self-confidence increases after being given treatment, namely individual counseling.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya mahasiswa baru yang merantau ditemui kurang mampu beradaptasi dengan lingkungan baru karena mahasiswa tidak dapat membentuk hubungan dan karena itu tidak memiliki teman dekat atau teman satu kelompok. Ketidakmampuan beradaptasi dapat menimbulkan masalah sosial yang tidak diinginkan seperti terganggunya hubungan komunikasi. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan kesulitan dan frustasi bagi mahasiswa tersebut, membuat mahasiswa merasa jauh dari rasa nyaman, senang dan bahagia di lingkungan barunya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan penyesuaian diri mahasiswa perantau program studi Bimbingan dan Konseling UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya. Populasinya hanya terdiri dari mahasiswa internasional yang berasal dari luar Sumatera Barat. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode full sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Product Moment yang mengisyaratkan hipotesis diterima apabila rhitung lebih besar dari pada rtabel dan dibantu SPSS 26 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi pearson product moment diperoleh rhitung (0,430) > rtabel (0,3338), maka hipotesis diterima yang menyatakan adanya hubungan signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan penyesuaian diri mahasiswa perantau, itu berarti H0 ditolak. Hal ini disebabkan rhitung = 0,430 yang berada pada interval koefisien 0,40 – 0,599 sehingga tingkat korelasi antar kedua variabel termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Abstract

This study aims to analyze, develop, and test the effectiveness of interactive learning media in 3D Animation subjects. This research uses research and development methods using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This research was conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sleman Yogyakarta. The subjects in this study were class XI students of Multimedia SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sleman. This research design uses data collection techniques using questionnaires to analyze product needs, using validity tests to test the feasibility of the developed products and using Quasy experiment pretest-posttest to test effectiveness. This research uses validators of design experts, material experts, linguists and media experts to validate interactive learning media to be developed. The validity results that have been given by experts in the product validity test show an average percentage of 96% which shows very good and valid qualification. Analysis of research data was carried out by using the validity of questionnaires and T-tests to compare achievement results in classes before being applied to experimental and control classes. The significant difference is evidenced by the results of the T-test calculation which explains that equal variances assumed sig values. (2-tailled) of 0.012 < 0.05, so the data shows significant. These results show the effectiveness of the "3D Teacher" learning media in improving learning in 3D Animation subjects at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sleman

Abstract

The research aims to: (1) analyze the application of synchronization-based industrial practice systems at SMK Muhammadiyah I Playen; (2) develop a synchronization-based industrial practice system application at SMK Muhammadiyah I Playen; and (3) test the feasibility of the developed school synchronization-based industrial practice system application. The research uses research and development (R&D) methods using the codeigniter framework application. The subjects of the study included students of class XI TKJ SMK Muhammadiyah I Playen, Gunungkidul, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data analysis uses quantitative analysis. The expected result is the application of industry practices that will be used to monitor students during industry practices based on the Codeigniter framework system. The results of the study include: (1) the PI monitoring system still uses conventional methods, monitoring guidance teachers directly come to the students to carry out PI. Students during attendance still use the presisnsi sheet held by the IDUKA supervisor, students also make activity journals on paper that has been provided by the school to fill in every day; (2) development of a PI monitoring system using the codeigniter framework application that makes it easier for guidance teachers, IDUKA supervisors and students to carry out PI implementation; and (3) a pilot of the PI monitoring system involving 56 students, five teachers, three IDUKA places is very easy to use and more effective

Abstract

HCG hormone is a hormone produced by the placenta in early pregnancy with the aim of maintaining pregnancy. The Elisa method is a method for examining HCG levels which has the principle of specific antigen and antibody reactions. The work stage in the laboratory that has the biggest error is in the pre-analytic stage reaching 60%, one of which is the reagent temperature. The ELISA method recommends the reagent temperature to be stored at 2-8°C and when used at 25°C. Examination reagents Elisa method uses reagents that use enzymes in the examination. Enzymes are very sensitive to temperature. This study aims to determine the ratio of HCG levels at reagent temperatures of 25°C & 8° using the ELISA method. This type of research is analytic supported by experiments and literature studies. Serum samples of 6 pregnant women were taken from the Kedungmundu Public Health Center using a limited population count formula. The examination was carried out by comparing the reagents at a temperature of 25°C and 8°C using 6 serums of pregnant women and in duplicate. Data analysis only used primary data and statistical tests were carried out using normality, homogeneity and T-Test tests. The average result at a temperature of 25°C was 380.851 and the average temperature of 8°C was 321.99 and the T-test statistic test showed p value = 0.469 and 0.470. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an insignificant difference in the concentration of HCG by comparing the reagents at 25°C and 8°C.

Abstract

The large number of adolescents conforms to their peers, so that they can be accepted by the environment, this affects adolescent self-identity considering that adolescence is a period of searching for identity. The aim of the research is to see how much conformity contributes to the achievement of adolescent self-identity in Bandar Tinggi Village, Labuhan Batu Regency. Quantitative research method with regression data analysis techniques. The research population was early adolescents, as many as 10 people, 10 middle adolescents, and 10 late adolescents. The sample in this study were 30 people. In taking samples, the authors use total sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale type. Data analysis techniques used the normality test, linearity test, and hypothesis testing using a determination test, simple linear regression test and the F test (Simultaneous) with the help of SPSS version 20. The results of the study showed that the Fcount value was 10.598 with a sig value of 0.003. This shows that the Fcount value is greater than Ftable (10.598> 4.20) and the sig value is less than 0.003. Thus H_0 is rejected and H_1 is accepted, meaning that conformity has a significant effect on achieving self-identity. These results indicate that there is a significant effect of conformity on adolescent self-identity in Bandar Tinggi Village, Labuhan Batu Regency. Furthermore, the determination index is 27.5%, meaning that conformity has an influence on self-identity in Bandar Tinggi Village, Labuhan Batu Regency by 27.5% and 72.5% % influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of children from broken home families where their parents are divorced and the children do not live with both parents. The obligation to support their children is not carried out, these children feel unhappy like other friends who have intact parents. The aim of the research is to determine the efforts to achieve happiness by broken home teenagers in Pasar Baru district, Padang Panjang city. Descriptive qualitative research. Informants or people who act as information providers in this research are broken home teenagers in Pasar Baaru Village, Padang Paanjang City. Data were collected by interviews and then the data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques and data triangulation, namely by comparing data obtained from observations and interviews. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that several efforts were made to achieve happiness by broken home teenagers, namely 1) having good relationships with other people, in this case, broken home teenagers have poor relationships with their parents, which can be seen from the fact that they rarely communicate as they should because their parents have separated. and live far away. 2) involve themselves in all aspects of life (full involvement), knowing that they are not fully involved either in making decisions about themselves, or in situations outside themselves. Teenagers are required to accept everything that has been chosen and arranged by their parents. Teenagers are also not involved in activities in. 3) finding the meaning of life, it is known that no one wants to be born into a disharmonious family. They only hope and aspire to help the mother who raised them.
