Abstract

The problem in this research is that the Semarang Branch Mas telemarketing employees were unable to achieve the targets set by the Semarang Branch Sinar Mas Bank and this study aimed to analyze the factors of work ethic, skills, competence and communication towards the performance of telemarketing employees of Bank Sinar Mas Semarang Branch . The population in this study were all employees of the Semarang Branch SinarMas telemarketing, amounting to 66 employees while the sampling technique used was census technique and the analysis tool used in this study was multiple linear regression.The results showed that the work ethic, skills, competencies and communication variables had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of Bank Sinar Mas Semarang Branch telemarketing and the results of the adjusted R square value in the regression model were obtained at 0.551 which means 55.1 percent of employee performance variables can be explained by work ethic, skills, competence and communication variables while the remaining 44.9 percent is explained by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the variable profitability (ROA), dividend policy (DPR), solvency (DER), and company size (SIZE) on firm value (Prince to Book Value). This study uses data obtained from the annual financial statements of Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The population in this research is all manufacturing companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017 as many as 99 companies. In the purposive sampling stage, the number of samples that were suitable for use were 28 Manufacturing Companies. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing uses t-tests to partially test variables, and F-tests. The analysis shows that profitability (ROA), dividend policy (DPR), solvency (DER) and company size (PBV) affect the firm value (PBV). Then the results of the regression analysis detected profitability (ROA), dividend policy (DPR), solvency (DER) and company size (PBV) showed an effect on firm value (PBV) of 54.8%, the remaining 45.2% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The problem of this research is that from the predetermined targets not able to be achieved, theproblem shows the decline in purchasing decisions by consumers of PT. Transfarma SemarangBranch and this study aims to analyze the factors of consumer trust, consumer experience andsales promotion against the purchasing decisions of PT. Transfarma Semarang Branch. Thepopulation in this study were all consumers of PT. Transfarma Semarang Branch which amountedto 566 consumers while the sampling technique used was a non probability sampling techniquewith a type of purposive sampling and the analysis tool used in this study was multiple linearregression. The results showed that the variables of consumer confidence, consumer experienceand sales promotion had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decisions of PT.Transfarma Semarang Branch and the results of the adjusted R square value in the regressionmodel were obtained at 0.584 which means that 58.4 percent of purchasing decision variables canbe explained by variables of consumer confidence, consumer experience and sales promotionwhile the remaining 41.6 percent is explained by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

The target audience for this community service is UKM players in Pedurungan Tengah Village. The main problem for SMEs in Pedurungan Tengah Village is that they have never set the selling price of the productcorrectly and are still carelessly an  at will. The purpose of community service is to provide knowledge and understanding to UKM of Central Pedurungn Village in determining the selling price of products correctly. The implementation of this community service uses the method of counseling and simulations on determining the selling price of UKM products correctly. This community service can increase knowledge about the selling price of products by SMEs in Pedurungan Tengah Village in their business activities so that they can know the financial condition in the form of the actual amount of business profit on the correct product selling price.Keywords: Price, SMEs, Product, Sale, Profit

Abstract

PKM aims to provide counseling on business management in the marketing sector, especially the online marketing of SME products in Pedurungan Tengah Village, Semarang, so that their products are better known to the wider market. The main problem of partners is that they have not been able to market their products optimally and reach a wider market and they also do not know the importance of being online for a product marketing. The solution offered is the provision of counseling regarding business management in the field of marketing, especially the marketing of SME products online, so that business operations can take place. perfect. Abstract

Abstract : This study is to examine: (1) Effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on Return On Assets (ROA). (2) Non Performing Financing (NPF) is it able to strengthen the relationship between Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) to Return On Assets (ROA). The sampling method used in this study is a census that is all Islamic banks registered at Bank Indonesia consistently in the 2013-2018 period that numbered 72 Islamic Banks. The results of this study show that: (1) Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a positive and significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). (2) Non Performing Financing (NPF) significantly strengthens the positive relationship between Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Return on Assets (ROA).

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and Word Of Mouth (WOM) on student satisfaction at the University of Semarang as an Intervening Variable. The independent variable in this study is the quality of service and the dependent variable is Word of Mouth (WOM) while the Intervening Variable is student satisfaction at the University of Semarang. The research was conducted by taking a sample of 129 students of the University of Semarang. The research method uses accident sampling. The technical analysis in this study uses Path analysis. The result shows that service quality and satisfaction directly effect the Word Of Mouth (WOM) of the University of Semarang students. Service quality) has a direct influence on student satisfaction at the University of Semarang and satisfaction is able to moderate the effect of service quality on the Word Of Mouth (WOM) of of the University of Semarang students

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of Accounting Conservatism, Audit Committees, Board of Commissioners and Company Size on Tax Avoidance (Empirical Study of Manufacturing Companies in the Pharmaceutical Sub Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013-2018) partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted because there are inconsistent results from previous studies.The population in this study were 10 companies included in the manufacturing sector Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013-2018). The method of determining the sample is done by the method of purposive sampling, and based on predetermined criteria, a total sample of 6 company samples was obtained during the 2013-2018 period. This research uses a quantitative approach and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the research partially showed that the size of the company and the independent board of commissioners had an influence on tax avoidance, whereas accounting conservatism and the Audit Committee had no influence on tax avoidance. The results of the study simultaneously showed that the variables of accounting conservatism, audit committees, independent board of commissioners, and company size influenced the tax avoidance together.Keywords: tax; accounting; conservatism; commissioners. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konservatisme akuntansi, komite audit, dewan komisaris dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap penghindaran pajak (Studi empiris pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Farmasi Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013-2018) secara parsial maupun simultan. penelitian ini dilakukan karena terdapat ketidakkonsistenan hasil dari penelitian terdahulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 perusahaan yang termasuk dalam sektor manufaktur Sub Sektor Farmasi Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013-2018). Metode penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, dan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan maka didapatkan jumlah sampel  sebanyak 6 sampel perusahaan selama periode 2013-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan dan dewan komisaris independen memiliki pengaruh terhadap penghindaran pajak, sedangkan konservatisme akuntansi dan komite audit tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap penghindaran pajak. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel konservatisme akuntansi, komite audit, dewan komisaris independen, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap penghindaran pajak secara bersama-sama.Kata Kunci: pajak; konservatisme; akuntansi; komisaris.

Abstract

Banks are financial institutions that function as a means of transactions carried out by the public in the form of deposits or loans. This study stems from the discovery of the problem of the company's sustainability level in commercial banks in the BUKU 4 group in 2019 which declined after being analyzed using the Financial Sustainability Ratio accompanied by conditions of economic growth in Indonesia which worsened from the previous year. This study was conducted to determine the effect of financial ratios in the form of Return on Assets, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Non-Performing Loans on Financial Sustainability Ratio using quantitative research methods through multiple linear regression analysis. The use of a sample of 5 banks out of 7 population banks was determined using the purposive sampling method and using quarterly company reports from 2017-2019. Based on the results of the study indicate that the Return on Assets, Loans to Deposit Ratio, and Non-Performing Loans have a significant effect on the Financial Sustainability Ratio. While the Capital Adequacy Ratio has no significant effect

Abstract

The problem that occurs in PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang is that it makes customers feel dissatisfied and this causes complaints, including: water often dies and comes out very little. The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of service quality and reputation of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang on customer satisfaction of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang, with trust as an intervenig variable. The population of this research is the housing community of Graha Mukti Semarang as many as 1,537 people. The number of samples in this study was 99.87 people (rounded up to 100 people, based on the Slovin formula). The method of analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS 26 program. The variable influence model will be tested by path analysis. The results show that service quality and trust in PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang have a direct effect on trust in PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. The service quality and reputation of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang has a direct influence on customer satisfaction of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. Trust has a direct effect on customer satisfaction at PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. Trust can be said as an intervening variable on service quality and reputation on customer satisfaction at PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang.
