Abstract

A company in running a business has various strategies to support the achievement of company goals. In corporate practice, implementing the main program that is intended for internal companies and external communities is a derivative of the concept of corporate social responsibility which we know as the Corporate Social Initiative. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to determine the implementation of the Corporate Social Initiative at Waroeng Steak And Shake Outlets. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Corporate Social Initiative and the constraints faced at the Waroeng Steak And Shake Outlet Gatot Subroto, Bandar Lampung. The results of this study are (1) changes in the ability of employees in discipline and on time in carrying out work; (2) building a positive image of the Waroeng Steak And Shake brand; (3) build a good working environment for the company's internal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in the level of financial distress of mining companies before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. This study used 29 mining companies which were obtained using a purposive sampling technique. With samples in the form of secondary data, namely financial reports published by mining companies from 2018-2021. To test the level of financial distress, the Altman Z-Score measurement tool is used with WCTA, RETA, EBITTA, MVETL, and STA indicators. Data processing was carried out using the Parametric Paired Sample T-Test and the Non-Parametric Wilcoxon Rank-Test. The results of this study show that there is no significant difference in financial distress between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in mining companies listed on the IDX. The results of the Paired Sample T-Test and the Wilcoxon Rank-Test show that only the STA indicator has a difference between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic due to a decrease in the number of sales as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

In the world of business competition, purchasing decisions become one of the important factors that must be considered by business players. In a technology-driven world today, social networking sites have become a pathway through which retailers can expand their marketing to a wider range of consumers. This research aims to determine the influential of digital marketing on consumer purchasing decisions of coffee shops in Bandar Lampung. The population of the study is the consumers of coffee shops in Bandar Lampung. This study uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is the consumers of coffee shops in Bandar Lampung. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling and nonprobability sampling method with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The analysis techniques used include validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, t-test, and R2 test using SPSS 26.0 as the tools. The results of this research indicate that the digital marketing variable has a significant influential on consumer purchasing decisions of coffee shops in Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

This study aims to find the most accurate predictive model for detecting potential bankruptcy in basic industrial and chemical manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period by comparing three models namely the Altman Z-Score, Springate S-Score, and Zmijewski X-score. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique and a sample of 26 companies was obtained. Data is taken through financial reports published by the company. Comparisons were made by conducting a One Way ANOVA test and analyzing the level of accuracy and error in each model prediction. The results showed that there were significant differences in the results between the Altman Z-Score, Springate S-Score, and Zmijewski X-Score models and based on the level of accuracy and error resulted that the Springate S-Score model had the highest accuracy rate of 96,15% and the the lowest error of 3,85%. So that the most accurate prediction model for detecting potential bankruptcy in basic sector and chemical manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period is the Springate S-Score.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of business models with the approach Business Model Canvas in the Mie Aceh Nusantara Cut Mutia business during a food security crisis. This type of research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that Key Partners owned are suppliers of coffee and spices from Aceh, distributors at Pasar Pasir Gintung, owners of business premises leases, and the local sub-district government. Key Activities the activities carried out are purchasing raw materials, ordering coffee and spices, producing aceh noodles independently, selling at business outlets, and marketing offline and online. Key Resources needed, namely physical resources, intellectual resources, human resources, and financial resources. Cost Structure consists of variable costs and fixed costs. Value Propositions what is offered is a populist price, maintained taste quality, satisfying service, effective presentation, and innovating. Customer Relationship which is woven, namely by providing maximum and satisfying service, maintaining the quality of taste of all menus, employees have a friendly nature, spatial layout adapted to populist business market segmentation. Customer Segments the targets are based on geographic segments, demographic segments, and psychographic segments. Channels done by direct and indirect. Revenue Streams obtained through selling the Mie Aceh Nusantara Cut Mutia menu for free offline and online. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the food crisis affected the Mie Aceh Nusantara Cut Mutia business, but the strategy to reduce profit margins has kept this business profitable.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial ratios on share prices in energy companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017-2021 and obtained a sample of 15 companies determined by the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research uses panel data regression analysis with the E-Viwes 9 program as a data processing tool. The research results show that partially the liquidity ratio and activity ratio have an insignificant effect on stock prices and the solvency ratio has an insignificant positive effect on stock prices, while the profitability ratio has a significant effect on stock prices. And simultaneously the liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, profitability ratio, activity ratio have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of digital marketing as a marketing medium for MSME products. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The location of this research is Respiesusu MSME in Bandar Lampung City. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Informants were determined using purposive sampling and snowball sampling methods. Data were analyzed using an interactive analysis model by means of data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that Respiesusu applies 6 digital marketing processes and digital channels used for the marketing process via Instagram. 6 digital marketing processes carried out by Respiesusu namely Accessibility: endorse, paid promote, regularly upload photos; videos; and e-flyers, using hashtags, and ease of transaction processing. Interactivity: holding sharing activities and providing the best service. Entertainment: create promotional content that follows trends, provides discounted promos, and give aways. Trust: analyze market needs to display complete and trustworthy advertisements. Interruptions: difficulties in the video editing process, signal network disturbances, and server downtime. Informative: share product information through photos; videos; and e-flyers, providing complete product descriptions and an attractive language style.

Abstract

Kualitas larutan nutrisi merupakan faktor krusial dalam sistem hidroponik, terutama dalam menjaga kestabilan kadar zat terlarut (Total Dissolved Solids/TDS) sesuai kebutuhan tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem kendali otomatis berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang mampu mengatur pemberian larutan nutrisi A/B secara presisi. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32-S3, sensor TDS, dan modul relay untuk mengontrol pompa nutrisi. Berdasarkan data eksperimen, dibangun model regresi kuadratik untuk menghitung kebutuhan volume larutan berdasarkan selisih antara nilai aktual dan target ppm. Sistem bekerja otomatis pada interval waktu tertentu dan terintegrasi dengan dashboard web untuk pemantauan real-time. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mempertahankan nilai TDS dalam kisaran target (±15 ppm) dengan selisih rata-rata prediksi sebesar 2,17 ppm, dan selisih maksimum 4,1 ppm, yang masih berada dalam batas toleransi sistem hidroponik. Dengan integrasi IoT, pengguna dapat memantau dan mengendalikan kondisi larutan dari jarak jauh secara efisien. Sistem ini berpotensi untuk diterapkan dalam budidaya hidroponik skala rumah tangga maupun industri kecil.

Abstract

Skin can reflect systemic conditions due to abnormalities in internal organs, including kidney disorders. Cutaneous manifestations are common in patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). It can be severe and negatively impact a patient's quality of life. Clinicians can effectively manage ESRD by closely examining the patient's skin and nails, improving the patient's quality of life, and reducing mortality and morbidity. Clinicians can be more aware of ESRD by examining the patient's skin and nails closely so proper management can be performed and the patient's quality of life can be improved. This review aims to increase understanding of common cutaneous manifestations in ESRD for early recognition and better management.  Cutaneous manifestations in ESRD are divided into specific and nonspecific manifestations. Specific manifestations include acquired perforating dermatosis (APD), bullous disease (porphyria cutanea tarda and pseudoporphyria), metastatic calcification (calcinosis cutis and calcific uremic arteriolopathy), and nephrogenic systemic fibrosis. Nonspecific manifestations include pruritus, xerosis, skin pigmentation changes, nail disorders, purpura, hair disorders, oral mucosal changes, skin infections, and other skin manifestations. These manifestations range from benign and asymptomatic to serious conditions that negatively impact life quality. In conclusion, Early detection and treatment of cutaneous manifestations in patients with ESRD are crucial for reducing morbidity and mortality and also improving patients' quality of life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat kesehatan bank dengan metode RGEC (risk profile, good corporate governance, earning, dan capital) terhadap harga saham pada Bank Swasta Konvensional yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2022. Tingkat kesehatan bank pada penelitian ini diproksikan dengan rasio NPL, GCG, ROA, ROE, BOPO dan CAR. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan didapat jumlah sampel sebanyak 33 bank. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan program E-Views 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan tingkat kesehatan bank dengan metode RGEC yang diproksikan dengan rasio NPL, GCG, ROA, ROE, BOPO dan CAR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel CAR berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham dan variabel NPL, GCG, ROA, ROE serta BOPO tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.
