Abstract

Among the various types of soft drinks, carbonated beverages are highly favored by the population. According to the Top Brand Award data, Coca-Cola holds the top position in the carbonated beverage category. This research aims to examine and elucidate the impact of promotional activities on Coca-Cola products on repeat purchase decisions partially. It also aims to test and explain how service quality of Coca-Cola products influences repeat purchase decisions partially, and to examine and explain how price perception of Coca-Cola products affects repeat purchase decisions partially. Furthermore, it aims to test and explain how promotional activities, service quality, and price collectively affect repeat purchase decisions. The sampling method employed in this study is non-probability sampling, specifically purposive sampling. The survey sample comprises a total of 101 respondents aged between 17 and 45 from Bekasi Regency. For data analysis, this research utilizes Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the support of SmartPLS 3.0 software. This tool is used to test the validity and reliability of instruments, assess model adequacy, and examine the proposed relationships within the theoretical framework.

Abstract

This study aims to examine promotional activities, the effect of price, and product quality on purchasing decisions in a fast foot hoka-hoka bento restaurant retail industry business developed by PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk is the most visited fast food restaurant in Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research. This study uses a measurement method that is carried out by filling out data in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale as a measurement model. This study uses a data analysis approach using computer media running SmartPLS version 3.0 software. PLS (Partial Least Squares) with a measurement model is used to assess validity, reliability, and model structure is used for causality testing (i.e. hypothesis testing using predictive models). This study found that there is a positive significant effect of promotion on Hoka-Hoka Bento consumer purchasing decisions, a positive significant effect of price on Hoka-Hoka Bento consumer purchasing decisions, a positive significant effect of product quality on Hoka-Hoka Bento consumer purchasing decisions, and a positive significant effect of promotion, price, and product quality on Hoka-Hoka Bento consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of promotional strategies, price, and service quality on customer satisfaction at the McDonald's fastfood restaurant in Jababeka Cikarang. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 100 McDonald's customers in the area. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 3 software to test the relationship model between variables. The results of the 1) study indicate that promotional strategies have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. 2) Price was also found to have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Additionally, 3) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. 4) Overall, these three variables promotional strategies, price, and service quality simultaneously influence customer satisfaction at McDonald's in Jababeka Cikarang. These findings suggest that to enhance customer satisfaction, McDonald's management needs to continually optimize promotional strategies, set competitive prices, and maintain as well as improve the quality of service provided. This study provides practical contributions to the management of fastfood restaurants in terms of improving customer satisfaction through effective marketing strategies, appropriate pricing, and high-quality service.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of celebrity endorsement in increasing brand awareness and consumer purchase intention. Using the academic literature review method with a focus on previous studies on the relationship between celebrity endorsement in optimizing brand awareness. The results show that celebrity endorsement contributes significantly to building brand awareness and increasing consumer purchase intention where, celebrities who have high credibility, attractiveness, and relevance to the target audience are able to increase brand visibility and significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions. Through this study, it is hoped that companies can understand how to optimally utilize celebrity endorsements to create effective and efficient marketing strategies.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the digital era which is marked by technological developments and changes in consumer behavior, companies are faced with the challenge of increasingly fierce competition. This journal discusses the importance of organizational behavior and marketing strategy in increasing business competitiveness. Positive organizational behavior, such as team collaboration and effective communication, is the key to creating innovation and rapid response to market changes. Meanwhile, adaptive marketing strategies, including the use of social media and digital marketing, allow companies to reach consumers in a more efficient way. Through case analysis and literature studies, this research shows that integration between organizational behavior and marketing strategy not only improves company performance but also creates sustainable competitive advantages. These findings provide valuable insights for business practitioners in formulating effective strategies in the digital era. ABSTRAK Di era digital yang ditandai dengan perkembangan teknologi dan perubahan perilaku konsumen, perusahaan dihadapkan pada tantangan persaingan yang semakin ketat. Jurnal ini membahas pentingnya perilaku organisasi dan strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan daya saing bisnis. Perilaku organisasi yang positif, seperti kolaborasi tim dan komunikasi efektif, menjadi kunci untuk menciptakan inovasi dan respons cepat terhadap perubahan pasar. Sementara itu, strategi pemasaran yang adaptif, termasuk penggunaan media sosial dan pemasaran digital, memungkinkan perusahaan untuk menjangkau konsumen dengan cara yang lebih efisien. Melalui analisis kasus dan studi literatur, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi antara perilaku organisasi dan strategi pemasaran tidak hanya meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan tetapi juga menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi praktisi bisnis dalam merumuskan strategi yang efektif di era digital.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of fashion trends, online promotions, and brand image on interest in buying fashion thrifting among followers of the Bassecondstuff_ Instagram account. We ran a case study using data from the Bassecondstuff_ Instagram account as a research sample. The results of this research reveal that the fashion trends followed by the account have a significant impact on the buying interest of its followers. Apart from that, effective online promotion and a strong brand image also play an important role in influencing buying interest in fashion thrifting. There is a positive interaction between these three variables, creating a stronger reason for consumers to choose fashion thrift via the Bassecondstuff_ Instagram account. These findings provide important insights for brand managers and researchers in understanding the factors that influence fashion thrifting purchase intentions in the context of social media.

Abstract

Digital branding is the process of building and framing a business brand online, especially using social media such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and many more. By getting to know customers more closely, communication becomes easier than before, this is one of the keys to success for all businesses. The objectives of this service activity include knowing how to use social media in online-based business marketing and knowing how to apply social media as an online marketing medium in the era of globalization. The method used is assistance to business actors regarding the importance of applying social media as a means of promoting products among the public. The results of this mentoring activity support that business digitalization can increase the role of digital branding, through the use of social media access so that it can facilitate the reach of target markets in business development and also as a way to help increase revenue at Berdikari Kopi, and can compete globally, and contribute to the opening of jobs for the surrounding community.

Abstract

Abstract. Fraud cases are a problem that still occurs in the government environment. These cases of Fraud can be minimized and prevented by implementing a Whistleblowing System and supported by good Individual Morality. This study aims to determine the effect of Whistleblowing System on Fraud Prevention with Individual Morality as a moderating variable to employees PT. Indonesian Railways (Persero) Operational Region 2 Bandung. This study uses primary data collected throught questionnaires. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive and verification methods. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling. Respondents totaled 95 organic employee in the office at PT. Indonesian Railways (Persero) Operational Region 2 Bandung. The analytical tool used in this research is SmartPLS 3.0 software application. The hypothesis results show that Whistleblowing System have a positive and significant effect on Fraud Prevention and Individual Morality moderates the effect Whistleblowing System on Fraud Prevention. Abstrak. Kasus kecurangan merupakan permasalahan yang masih terjadi di lingkungan pemerintahan. Kasus-kasus kecurangan tersebut dapat diminimalisir dan dicegah dengan diterapkannya Whistleblowing System dan didukung oleh Moralitas Individu yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Whistleblowing System terhadap Pencegahan Fraud dengan Moralitas Individu sebagai variabel moderasi pada Pegawai PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi 2 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Responden berjumlah 95 pegawai organik pada bagian kantor di PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi 2 Bandung. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah aplikasi perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Whistleblowing System berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pencegahan Fraud dan Moralitas Individu memoderasi pengaruh Whistleblowing System terhadap Pencegahan Fraud.

Abstract

Intansi harus melakukan berbagai macam strategi agar dapat bertahan dan terus berkembang dalam situasi bisnis yang penuh dengan tantangan saat ini. Salah satu strategi yang penting dilakukan adalah menguatkan employee engagement karena merupakan faktor yang mampu meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan sehingga karyawan berkinerja tinggi dan pada ujungnya akan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi employee engagement yang diterapkan oleh UNIVERSITAS XZX, sebuah perusahaan transportasi publik yang berkedudukan di Kabupaten X, dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UNIVERSITAS XZX telah menjalankan beberap strategi employee engagement, yaitu program pemberian reward kepada karyawan berprestasi, pemberian program umroh bagi Karyawan yang bekerja lebih dari 10 tahun, pemberian pelatihan berkala dan program benchmark, program bounding seperti outbound, acara bugar bersama, dan pengajian mingguan; dan program komunikasi internal seperti townhall meeting.

Abstract

This article is a systematic review examining the implementation and impact of life skills development among Indonesian university students during the 2020–2024 period. It highlights the importance of life skills development for students, referring to the WHO framework that identifies ten core life skills. These skills are categorized into five major groups based on four types of human intelligence (IQ, EQ, SQ, AQ): self-awareness and empathy, critical and creative thinking, decision-making and problem-solving, effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as stress and emotional management. The review of 19 research articles reveals that many graduates face challenges in transitioning to the professional world, often due to an inability to master life skills. Research indicates that integrating life skills education through experiential methods, such as Project-Based Learning, can enhance students' adaptability to the dynamics of the professional world, enabling them to face career challenges with confidence and effectiveness. Key recommendations from this review include expanding project-based and experiential learning to make it more applicable and relevant to real-world contexts, as well as designing specific interventions for stress management and emotional regulation to support students' transition into the workforce. Strengthening collaboration between educators and practitioners is essential to ensure the relevance of life skills development to industry demands and real-life challenges. Furthermore, long-term research is needed to evaluate the impact of life skills programs on students' career readiness and overall well-being.
