Abstract

The use of English in service operations is very necessary in communicating with service users who not only come from Indonesia but also from abroad. Therefore, the use of English is very important in-service operations at the airport. This research aims to analyze code mixing as a communication strategy among passengers and employees at Hasanuddin International Airport. The design of this research was qualitative research. It is called collaborative qualitative because the research directly involves employees and international passengers as respondents. The research results show that there are three types of code mixing, namely alternation, congruence, and lexicalization. Respondents participated in interviews, which yielded information about the variables that influence the use of code mixing in textual communication regarding code mixing as a communication strategy between employees and international passengers. There are seven factors that cause code mixing, namely (1) lack of mastery, especially mastery of English, (2) intention to increase prestige, (3) wanting to show off one's skills, (4) searching for identity, (5) habits, (6) want to joke (make jokes) and (7) relaxed conversation situation (formality). It can be concluded that this research identifies three forms of code mixing, namely substitution, congruence and lexicalization and this is influenced by several factors in the occurrence of code mixing among employees and international passengers

Abstract

Pada saat ini era digital mulai memasuki berbagai aspek kehidupan, salah satunya yaitu dalam aspek pendidikan. Dalam hal ini strategi penyampaian materi (khususnya IPS) juga harus mengikuti perkembangan zaman agar tidak tertinggal, yaitu dengan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran berbasis digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bentuk implementasi media pembelajaran digital sebagai suatu strategi penyampaian materi IPS. Metode yang digunakan yaitu literature review. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan   review artikel mengenai “Implementasi Media Pembelajaran Digital Sebagai Strategi Pembelajaran IPS” yang memiliki penelitian serupa dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian yaitu pengimplementasian media pembelajaran digital sebagai strategi pembelajaran IPS membuat proses pembelajaran IPS tentu lebih menarik, kreatif dan sumber informasi dapat didapat menjadi lebih banyak.

Abstract

Perubahan  terhadap  kurikulum  pendidikan  di  Indonesia  merupakan salah satu bentuk upaya untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Saat ini pemerintah memunculkan kembali kurikulum terbaru yakni kurikulum merdeka. Kurikulum  merdeka diharapkan  mampu menciptakan  pembelajaran  aktif. Meskipun Kurikulum Merdeka menawarkan kelonggaran dalam menentukan sistem pembelajaran yang hendak diterapkan, dalam penerapan kurikulumnya sendiri pada pembelajaran terutama pembelajaran IPS masih memiliki beberapa hambatan atau kendala yang disebabkan berbagai faktor seperti kurangnya pemahaman guru dan siswa akan pembelajaran diferensiasi dikarenakan perubahan kurikulum yang tergolong masih baru ini. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hambatan dan kendala pelaksanaan pembelajaran IPS dari kurikulum merdeka di SMP Negeri 248 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung dan wawancara di SMP Negeri 248 Jakarta. Hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat hambatan dan kendala dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran IPS dalam kurikulum merdeka di SMP Negeri 248 Jakarta ini terutama dalam hal manajemen waktu, karena saat ini terdapat sekolah dasar yang menumpang di SMP Negeri 248 Jakarta.

Abstract

Tahun 2023 merupakan tahun yang apa apa serba digital. Hal ini adalah dampak dari pandemi covid-19, yang mengharuskan dirumah. Jadi melakukan apapun menggunakan gadget, salah satunya adalah sekolah. Sekolah yang harusnya dilakukan secara tatap muka tapi karena adanya pandemi covid-19 jadi diadakan secara tatap maya. Namun ternyata tidak hanya untuk sekolah, penggunaan gadget juga dimanfaatkan oleh anak untuk bermain. Ternyata gadget berdampak pada perkembangan tinggkah laku anak, karena gadjed memiliki berbagai fitur dan aplikasi yang menarik, bervariasi, dan feksibel sehingga dapat menambah daya Tarik bagi setiap orang, khususnya dikalangan anak-anak sekarang ini gadjed dapat memberikan dampak negatif bagi perkembangan tingkah laku anak. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak dari penggunaan gadget.

Abstract

Fatherless can be interpreted as a child who grows and develops without the presence of a father, or a child who has a father but the father does not play a maximum role in the child's development process, in other words, parenting. Indonesia itself is said to rank third in the world as a country with the most fatherless children. This is mostly caused by death leading to orphans, but if his absence is caused by departure from his role as a father, then the child can be said to be orphaned prematurely, a divorce, separation due to problems in the marital relationship, or problems health. This writing uses a qualitative approach with the library research method (literary study) as secondary data. The results of the study show that fatherless has many impacts on children, namely identity crises, children's sexual development, and psychological disorders in children in adulthood.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop a learning model that suits the demands of the times in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. which has had an impact on shifting the paradigm of learning patterns, namely learning patterns that use technology versus learning that does not use technology, as well as differences in the concept of learning in the classroom (classroom setting) to digital learning that does not always have to be in the classroom. This research uses a Research and Development approach by grouping it into three stages, namely: 1) Preliminary Study, 2) Program planning and preparation and 3) program trial. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 92 Jakarta, in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling by taking a sample of one study group in class VII of SMP Negeri 92 Jakarta. The results of this research developed an infusing blended learning model carried out using a cooperative and contextual learning model with a scientific approach and integrating or incorporating digital information technology into learning using Google Classroom and Kahoot! succeeded in improving participant learning outcomes and student learning activeness. So it can be concluded that the use of the infusing blended learning model by integrating Google Classroom and Kahoot! Social studies learning is in accordance with the industrial revolution 4.0 which is characterized by the use of internet-based information technology and can be used as an alternative for teachers in carrying out learning innovations.

Abstract

This independent campus is a new policy which will bring changes in education so that it becomes freer with an innovative learning culture. The programs offered by the independent campus are very diverse, adapting to the needs of each student and university. This research aims to determine changes in the quality and skills of students who join the independent campus program. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a literature research type. Data collection in this research uses documentation study techniques by analyzing the contents of previous documents or journals that are relevant to the topic being studied. The data sources in this study are various books and journals. The research results show that the implementation of the independent campus program is effective in improving the quality of students in preparing themselves to enter the world of work. In the era of industrial revolution 5.0, student’s abilities must be further improved because competition will be increasingly fierce, so the MBKM program is very helpful.

Abstract

Creativity is an essential aspect in education to prepare learners to face complex future challenges. P5 activities (P5 Student Profile Strengthening Project) serve as an effort to enhance the creativity of students at SMPN 281 Jakarta. This research employs a quantitative descriptive approach to evaluate the effectiveness of P5 activities in improving the creativity of eighth-grade students. Data were collected through questionnaires completed by 70 students and interviews with 3 teachers, including the P5 coordinator. The research findings indicate that the effectiveness of P5 activities in enhancing student creativity reaches a very high category, with a percentage of 92%. Student creativity experiences a significant improvement, particularly in generating new ideas, viewing problems from various perspectives, seeking alternative solutions, and daring to undertake challenging tasks. However, there is still room for improvement, especially in aspects of creativity related to unconventional thinking to express oneself. Teachers and the P5 coordinator play crucial roles in designing and implementing P5 activities to create an environment conducive to student creativity growth. In conclusion, P5 activities are effective in enhancing the creativity of eighth-grade students at SMPN 281 Jakarta, yet continuous improvement is needed to achieve maximum creative potential.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Penerapan Media Diorama Pada Pembelajaran IPA Materi Perubahan Lingkungan Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 2 Tegalrejo”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui setelah penerapan media Diorama pada pembelajaran IPA materi Perubahan Lingkungan Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 2 Tegalrejo setelah diterapkannya media Diorama signifikan tuntas. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelas V yang terdiri dari 1 kelas berjumlah 20 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Siswa kelas V dengan jumlah 20 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes dan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan uji-z. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji-z dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 data 7,34> 1,64. Kondisi awal dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 18,65 dan hasil pada kondisi akhir dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 83,3. Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Media Diorama Pada Pembelajaran IPA Materi Perubahan Lingkungan Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 2 Tegalrejo secara singnifikan tuntas.
