Abstract

Introduction: Any human exercise will always involve physical conditions in it. there are 10 kinds of components of physical condition, that is strength, endurance, muscle power, speed, flexibility, agility, coordination, balance, accuracy, and reaction. Limb muscles play a leading role in many sports. To improve and develop the physical condition of an athlete, it takes an exercise, an exercise that someone has to do continuously in order to produce maximum movement. Freeletic exercise is one of the techniques used to increase leg muscle strength. This study aims to determine differences in leg muscle strength in freeletic members Makassar before and after the provision of freeletic exercise. Methods: This study is Pre Exsperimental and using one group pre-post test design. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with the number of samples is 20 people based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria for 6 weeks. Measuring tool used is Leg Dynamometer and Squat Test to know the value of muscle strength of limb before and after 18 practice. Results: The results showed there is an effect of freeletic sport to increase legs muscle strength after given 18 times freeletic sport practice with value of P<0,001.

Abstract

Technical progress has a huge influence on a country's global competitiveness in the modern era. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not young entrepreneurs can be technologically self-sufficient in the digital age. The application of cutting-edge appropriate technology in company development, along with a well-established entrepreneurial spirit, will be able to maximize both the process and the outputs of the newly formed business unit. This is what technopreneurship is all about: a collaboration between the use of technology as a tool and the desire to work for yourself. This research seeks to explore the description of the business process (entrepreneur) using a technical basis from an educational viewpoint (technopreneurship). According to the abstract, this study will provide an overview of how entrepreneurs and small and medium businesses use technology. Teknopreneurship is the next step in the evolution of entrepreneurship. This study is expected to be a benchmark for the progress of the independence of young entrepreneurs. conceptual research that illustrates the importance of the independence of young entrepreneurs in introducing technopreneurship in the digital era by using secondary data from publications related to the research theme.

Abstract

The development of wheat flour industry in Indonesia faces a dilemma. Wheat flour industry have an important role in the development of local industry, employment absorption and creates tax revenue the government, but the industry significantly uses large amount of foreign exchange to import those products. To meet the domestic needs of wheat flour, Indonesia imports not only wheat but also wheat flour. The purpose of this study is: (1) to identify the demand for imports of wheat and wheat flour in Indonesia, and (2) to analyze the factors that influence the demand for imports of wheat and wheat flour in Indonesia. The methods used in this research are quantitative descriptive analysis and estimation methods to estimate model parameters using the Ordinary Least Squares. The data used is secondary data with the time series data from 1984 - 2014. The Demand of wheat imports in Indonesia continues to increase as the development of wheat flour industry. Otherwise, The import of wheat flour in Indonesia have trend to decline. The demand for imports of wheat in Indonesia is influenced by the price of wheat import, the production capacity of wheat flour industry, and income per capita, while the demand for imports of wheat flour is influenced by import tariffs on wheat flour, the price of wheat flour domestic, labor, national income, and the exchange rate.

Abstract

Scenario Planning of Marine Resource Development in Natuna RegencyThis study aims at finding out the description about the implementation of marine resource development in Natuna Regency as the source of analysis for formulating the draft of long-term planning scenario of marine resource in Natuna Regency. The approaches of this study are system thinking and system dynamics. Systems thinking approach is for designing a model based on the study on concept, theory, reality and innovation. The model is then simulated through system dynamics to examine the validity and to intervene thepolicy upon the established model. This simulation on model results in scenario planning of marine resource development in Natuna Regency that is designed based on four scenario classifications (based on Ringland matrix). These scenarios are then arranged in three groups of study covering; 1) scenario on marine resource potential and fleet development towards the number of caught fish, 2) scenario on fleet development and fish marketing towards the income of caught fishery, and 3) scenario on fish basket development towards the production of cultivated fish and towards fishery income. The above scenarios are then proceeded by analysis of policy intervention, and by formulation ofstrategy to improve the future development of marine resource intended to develop the social welfare.

Abstract

According to the KPK corruption crime data for the years 2004 to 2020, the overall number of corruption cases in Indonesia's goods/services procurement sector were 20.8% of all corruption cases by type of case,. Implementing electronic procurement is one approach to get around this. The inadequate internal control system of the government is another element that creates a potential for fraud. The goal of this study was to ascertain the impact of putting internal controls and electronic procurement into place on preventing fraud in the Cimahi City Government's procurement of goods and services. This research uses a quantitative type research with a causality descriptive approach. The subject data and primary data sources used in this study were gathered through the distribution of questionnaires to 33 Procurement Officials at LPSE Cimahi City. The study's results demonstrated that the electronic procurement and government internal control system both significantly and positively impact fraud prevention.

Abstract

PPenelitian ini bertujuan mengatahui pengaruh pembelajaran klasikal dan motivasi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SD Negeri 1 Balang Lompo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa berjumlah 204 orang. Sampel penelitian menggunakan cluster random sampling maka sampel penelitian yang diambil yaitu kelas IV sebanyak 33 orang dan kelas V sebanyak 28 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan angkat dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan pembelajaran klasikal dan motivasi secara simultan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, dimana kontribusi pengaruh  simultan  sebesar  17,6 %, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 82,4 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran klasikal berpengruh terhadap motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa SD Negeri 1 Balang Lompo

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh profesional, akuntabel, sinergi, transparan, dan inovatif (PASTI) terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Balai Pemasyarakatan (Bapas) Kelas I Makasssar. Terdapat 70 orang pegawai yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini.Metode yang digunakan adalah mentode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS.23.00 untuk mengolah data.Ada beberapa pengujian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini seperti uji uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji Heteroskedastisitas, uji partial dan uji determinasi. Terdapat 5 hipotesis yang di uji kan dalam penelitian ini dan hasil yang diperoleh bahwa variabel profesional terhadap kinerja pegawai menunjukkan hasil postif signifikan, pada pengujian kedua akuntabel terhadap kinerja pegawai menunjukkan hasil postif signifikan, pengujian hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara sinergi terhadap kinerja pegawai, pada pengujian hipotesis keempat transparan terhadap kinerja pegawai menunjukkan hasil postif sgnifikan, pengujian hipotesis kelima menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan antara inovatif terhadap kinerja pegawai.Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat meneliti dengan variabel-variabel lain di luar variabel yang telah diteliti ini agar memperoleh hasil yang lebih bervariatif yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Keywords : profesional, akuntabel, sinergi, transparan,inovatif, kinerja

Abstract

Tourism village is a community empowerment initiative that aims to maximize the potential of the village in order to increase the welfare of its citizens. This community service activity aims to identify the types of community empowerment actions contained in the tourism village program. This service aims to provide local wisdom and natural resources to villages that have the potential to become tourist destinations. This activity was carried out with local village government partners to get to know and grow the village's potential with the help of youth from the Youth Organization. The form of community service used by ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) is used to seek tourism innovation on existing village assets / potentials to improve the standard of living of the community. Community empowerment is tried by maximizing the tourism village program to become a potential-based tourism commodity. Tourism Village has provided a transformation to take on increasing knowledge and the community's economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk transformasi alur dan penokohan dari novel Laskar Pelangi ke film Laskar Pelangi dengan mempergunakan metode ekranisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Laskar Pelangi karya Andrea Hirata dan film Laskar Pelangi karya Riri Riza. Penelitian difokuskan pada bentuk-bentuk transformasi alur dan penokohan novel Laskar Pelangi (verbal) ke film Laskar Pelangi (audio visual). Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis komparatif induktif dan proses ekranisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) wujud transformasi alur dari novel Laskar Pelangi karya Andrea Hirata ke film Laskar Pelangi karya Riri Riza adalah terjadi perbedaan alur melalui penambahan adegan film Pak Harfan meninggal dunia, pengurangan cerita pada novel tetapi tidak ditampilkan di film seperti peristiwa Trapani dan ibunya yang menjalani perawatan di Zaal Batu , dan variasi-variasi yang terdapat dalam film dibandingkan dengan novel aslinya, (2) wujud transformasi penokohan dari novel Laskar Pelangi karya Andrea Hirata ke film Laskar Pelangi karya Riri Riza menyebabkan beberapa perubahan seperti penghilangan tokoh Drs. Zulfikar, pemunculan karakter tokoh baru Pak Mahmud, Pak Zulkarnaen, Pak Bakri.

Abstract

Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan multimedia berkembang atas dasar pembelajaran konvensional yang tidak bisa memenuhi kebutuhan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Dalam realita yang ada di kelas, siswa merasa kurang termotivasi dalam belajar karena cara pengajaran guru yang konvensional. Pengajaran yang terkesan konvensional mengakibatkan siswa merasa sukar dalam pemahaman materi yang di berikan guru.Akibatnya motivasi belajar siswa mengalami penurunan dan selanjutnya prestasi belajarpun menurun.Hal ini adalah indikator di dalam mengetahui kualitas pembelajaran yang ada.Berawal dari hal tersebut, pembelajaran dengan menggunakan multimedia yang menggabungkan berbagai unsur media seperti video, suara, animasi, teks, dan gambar yang di kemas di dalam satu wadah yang bersifat interaktif, kreatif, dan menyenangkan. Akibat pengembangan multimedia tersebut, dalam pembelajaran diharapkan siswa dapat termotivasi dalam memahami materi pembelajaran karena pembelajaran disampaikan secara interaktif dan menyenangkan sehingga akan terjadi peningkatan kualitas dalam pembelajaran.
