Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan  komunikasi matematis pada mata pelajaran matematika; 2) Untuk mendeskripsikan kebiasaan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika; 3) untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika materi operasi pecahan ditinjau dari kebiasaan belajar siswa kelas V  SDN 28 Singkawang. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Instrumen penelitian ini yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis, angket kebiasaan belajar siswa dan wawancara. Siswa pada kemampuan komunikasi matematis kategori tinggi mampu memenuhi semua indikator kemampuan komunikasi matematis, siswa pada kategori sedang mampu memenuhi kedua indikator kemampuan komunikasi matematis, dan pada kategori rendah hanya mampu memenuhi indikator menggunakan gambar sebagai penunjang penjelasannya. Kebiasaan belajar siswa berada pada kategori baik mampu memenuhi 5 sampai 6 dari 6 Indikator, kebiasaan belajar siswa pada kategori cukup mampu memenuhi  3 sampai 4 dari 6 indikator dan kebiasaan belajar siswa pada kategori kurang hanya mampu memenuhi 1 sampai 2 dari 6 indikator saja. Siswa yang memiliki kebiasaan belajar baik berada pada kategori kemampuan komunikasi tinggi, siswa yang memiliki kebiasaan belajar cukup berada pada kategori kemampuan komunikasi tinggi, siswa yang memiliki kebiasaan belajar rendah berada pada kategori kemampuan komunikasi tinggi.

This research is about the influence of Instagram social media promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions at Cafe Jenless Coffee & Bread. The number of samples obtained in this research was 75 customers from various groups for one month, namely primary data obtained in December 2023, processed with the help of the Eviews program using the multiple regression analysis method Y= 0.210+0.267x1 +0.709x2 in this research also uses descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that Instagram Social Media Promotion and Service Quality have a positive influence on Purchasing Decisions by obtaining R square R2 regression analysis results of 0.729 or 72.9%. This means 72.9%, meaning that together the variables Instagram Social Media Promotion and Quality Service influences the Purchase Decision variable, while the remaining 0.271 or 27.1% is influenced by other factors not included in this research.

The purpose of this study was to describe students' mathematical spatial abilities in geometry material viewed from their learning interests. This research method is a qualitative study. The subjects of the study were students of class IX-B MTS Al-Fatah Singkawang. Data collection techniques in this study were based on learning interest questionnaires, mathematical spatial ability tests and interviews. The data analysis technique used was the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, data analysis, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that 1) students' mathematical spatial abilities in geometry material viewed from high learning interests had an average of 56.25 which was in the sufficient category. 2) students' mathematical spatial abilities in geometry material averaged 67.5 which was in the sufficient category. 3) students' mathematical spatial abilities viewed from low student learning interests had an average of 37.5 which was in the sufficient category.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Diskursus Multy Reprecentacy terhadap kemampuan multi representasi matematis siswa pada materi teorema pythagoras. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 20 Singkawang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan kemampuan multi representasi matematis siswa, serta rasa ingin tahu siswa, maka diberikan sebuah tes kemampuan multi representasi matematis yaitu pada materi teorema pythagoras. selain tes diberikan juga angket rasa ingin tahu. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Perhitungan N-Gain, uji normalitas dengan Uji Liliefors, dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan menggunakan Mann-Whitney U-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1)Terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan multi representasi matematis siswa antara yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Diskursus Multy Reprecentacy dan model pembelajaran langsung pada materi teorema Pythagoras kelas VIII, dengan nilai indeks gain skor keseluruhan kelas eksperimen 0,33 berada pada kriteria sedang dan nilai indeks gain skor keseluruhan kelas kontrol 0,25 berada pada kriteria rendah. 2)Model pembelajaran Diskursus Multy Reprecentacy berpengaruh besar terhadap peningkatan kemampuan multi representasi matematis siswa pada materi teorema Pythagoras kelas VIII, dengan nilai Effect Size yang memiliki kriteria tinggi sebesar 1,15. 3)Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Diskursus Multy Reprecentacy terhadap rasa ingin tahu siswa pada materi teorema Pythagoras kelas VIII, dengan hasil data Uji Mann Whitney U-Test.

The concept of Islamic Wasathiyah or Islamic moderation has now become a direction or school of Islamic thought that has become a meaningful discourse in the Islamic world, considering the condition of Muslims who are always accused in every incident of violence committed by Muslim individuals who do not control their personality and this is Islamic teaching. Wasathiyyah has the meaning of the best thing or a noble thing, meaning that Islamic wasathiyyah teachings are the best teachings, because they follow the currents and developments of the times by carrying out according to existing sharia law. The goal: to find out more about wasathiyah, to find out the urgency faced by wasathiyah, to find out the benefits of wasathiyah. Method: descriptive. Illegal fishing is a crime that causes one party to suffer losses. Consequently, fishing activities in Indonesian waters must adhere to the regulations. The purpose of creating a legal regulation is to establish a provision and legal protection in order to maintain peace within an organisation in the event of a conflict. In this instance, the existence of panglima laot in carrying out the function of customary law is one of the role models for the order of community life in resolving the issue of unauthorized fishing on Rumpon Unjam or other people's platforms. This research seeks to determine how the mechanism for resolving illegal fishing in Rumpun Unjam is governed by customary law with the function of panglima laot, as well as the review of Islamic law on the mechanism for resolving illegal fishing in Rumpon Unjam under customary law with the function of panglima laot. This research uses field research as its methodology. Among the methods of data collection are observation and interviews. The findings of this study indicate that the mechanism for resolving illegal fishing crimes in Rumpon Unjam, which are resolved by customary law by the Sea commander, is appropriate because the customary law imposed on the perpetrator requires a deterrent effect so that he or she will not repeat the same act by receiving appropriate sanctions for the sake of justice for the victim. According to a review of Islamic law, the mechanism for resolving illegal fishing crimes in Rumpun Unjam people who are resolved by custom by the commander of the laot is in accordance with the punishment recommended by the Qur'an because it uses ta'zir law, which is a punishment decision from the regional ruler, and the punishment imposed is appropriate retribution for the actions committed. The quality of a nation is greatly influenced by the level of literacy of its people, including financial literacy. Financial literacy education in early childhood is important to form wise financial habits. This research aims to design financial literacy media for early childhood through big book media innovations that are effective in increasing financial literacy understanding. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. Big book media is designed with colors, images, and simple questions to foster critical power, as well as using games as evaluations. The big book media developed and tested in 6 early childhood at TPK Raudhatul Quran Banda Aceh, shows the potential to be effective in improving children's understanding of financial literacy. This study aims to examine the impact of discount framing on brand reputation and consumer purchase intention within the Shopee marketplace. Purchase intention, a crucial determinant of consumer decisions, is shaped by various individual factors and online platform experiences. Data were gathered via surveys and questionnaires from respondents with prior Shopee shopping experience. The analysis employed structural equation modeling and the Sobel test using SPSS software to explore the mediating role of brand reputation in the relationship between discount framing and purchase intention. The results reveal that discount framing significantly and positively influences both brand reputation and purchase intention. Furthermore, brand reputation was found to strengthen the link between discount framing and purchase intention, indicating that a positive brand reputation enhances the effectiveness of discount strategies in attracting consumers. These findings offer valuable insights for businesses to design more impactful marketing strategies, especially regarding discount management and brand reputation, ultimately contributing to improved customer satisfaction and business competitiveness.

This research aimed to analyse the teachers’ implementation of corrective feedback and to identify the types of corrective feedback provided by teachers on students’ pronunciation errors in the classroom. The writer conducted the research at MAS Darul Ulum Banda Aceh. The participants of the research were 1st and 2nd year teachers. The data was collected by doing observations in X and XII classes. The writer found that each of both teachers only used 3 kinds of corrective feedback. The first teacher used recast and metalinguistic while the second teacher used elicitation and clarification request. However, both teachers shared the type of explicit feedback. There are 6 types of corrective feedback proposed by Lyster and Ranta (1997): recast, metalinguistic, clarification request, elicitation, explicit and repetition. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efektifitas model pembelajaran VAK terhadap kemampuan multirepresentasi matematis siswa di Smp Negeri 9 Singkawang. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 9 Singkawang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan postttest kemampuan multirepresentasi matematis, dan lembar observasi keterlaksanaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah untuk menguji ketuntasan individual dan ketuntasan klasikal menggunakan uji-t, uji normalitas dengan Chi kuadrat, untuk mengetahui perbedaan menggunakam uji Mann-Whitney U-test, dan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan model VAK menggunakan lembar observasi keterlaksanaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran VAK efektif terhadap kemampuan multirepresentasi matematis siswa, sub-sub rumusan masalah yaitu, (1) Kemampuan multirepresentasi matematis siswa pada ketuntasan individual dan ketuntasan klasikal di kelas eksperimen mencapai 70% dari siswa yang memperoleh nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimal lebih dari atau sama dengan 70; (2) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan multirepresentasi matematis siswa yang signifikan antara penggunaan model pembelajaran langsung dengan yang menggunakan model pembelajaran VAK; (3) Keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran VAK terhadap kemampuan multirepresentasi matematis siswa pada materi garis dan sudut terlaksana dengan sangat baik
