Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas perlindungan hukum terhadap perempuan yang menjadi korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) akbiat pernikahan dini di kota Banjarmasin. Pernikahan dini sering kali menempatkan perempuan dalam posisi rentan, baik secara fisik, psikologis, maupun sosial. KDRT menjadi salah satu dampak utama yang dihadapi, dengan perempuan sebagai korban utama. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya hukum yang dilakukan, baik preventif maupun represif, serta peran lembaga terkait dalam memberikan perlindungan dan pendampingan bagi korban. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis empiris, dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun telah ada regulasi seperti Undang-Undang No 23 Tahun 2004 tentang penghapusan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, implementasinya masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti rendahnya kesadaran hukum masyarakat dan minimnya akses korban terhadap bantuan hukum. Studi ini merekomendasikan penguatan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, aparat penegak hukum, dan lembaga swadaya masyarakat untuk meningkatkan perlindungan hukum bagi perempuan korban KDRT di Banjarmasin.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the students improvement in speaking skills after implementing podcast media in the teaching and learning process. The subject of the research was the tenth-grade students majoring in fashion 2 at SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya in academic 2021 / 2022. Which consisted of 33 students. The method used in this research was Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in 2 cycles. Each cycle follows four phases: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. However, there are different treatment was given in the second cycle. There were two ways of collecting the data were obtained from observation sheet field notes and speaking tests. Based on the data showed significant improvement in their speaking performance after the second cycle was conducted. The target score (KKM) of SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya for English lessons is 70. The result of the research showed that in the pre-cycle only 7 students or 21% of students reached the minimum standard score. In cycle I, 14 students or 42% of students reached the minimum standard score, and in cycle II there were 30 students or 90% of students in X Fashion 2 that could pass the standard minimum score. It could be concluded that the students speaking skills could be improved by using podcasts in teaching and learning speaking.

Abstract

The Correlational research with this quantitative approach aims to determine the relationship between the ability to memorize the Al-Quran and the results of physics learning at the Ulumul Quran Senior High School Sigli. The sample in this study were students of Ulumul Quran State Senior High School class XI Sigli totaling 29 people. Data collection was obtained with documentation for the ability to memorize the Al-Quran and test instruments for the results of learning physics. Processing data using correlation coefficients and hypothesis testing through the product moment equation. The results of the correlation coefficient show the ability to memorize the Al-Quran with the results of physics learning students of Ulumul Quran Public High School Sigli with a calculation of 0.427 categorized as medium and the results of hypothesis testing obtained rcount rtabel that is 0.427 0.367 then the research hypothesis is rejected, meaning there is a significant relationship between the ability to memorize the Al-Quran and the results of physics learning of the students of the Ulumul Quran State High School Sigli.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) analyze the condition of employee leave services prior to the implementation of the electronic leave system (Cuti-E); (2) analyze the process of implementing the electronic leave system (Cuti-E); (3) examine the obstacles encountered in the implementation of the electronic leave system (Cuti-E); and (4) assess the efforts required to improve the quality of the electronic leave system (Cuti-E) within the Secretariat General of the House of Regional Representative. This study's research method is descriptive qualitative, with informants chosen using purposive sampling. Interviews, literature reviews, observation, and documentation are some of the data collection techniques used. The interactive model developed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana was used to analyze data. The study confirmed that implementing the Cuti-E system is more effective than the manual (paper-based) leave method. Cuti-E's success depends on effective communication, which ensures consistent understanding and optimal adaptation among stakeholders. In terms of resources, Cuti-E's implementation emphasizes the importance of effective human resource, digital facility, and budget management. The disposition of stakeholders also influences policy success, with good communication and technological adaptation facilitating effective implementation. Furthermore, well-established SOPs and effective task fragmentation management within the Setjen DPD RI bureaucracy ensure that Cuti-E is implemented smoothly. Although the Cuti-E system is designed to simplify processes for employees, several challenges still need to be addressed, such as uneven internet access, limited accessibility for non-civil servants, and difficulties in archiving and communication. Efforts to enhance the quality of the Cuti-E system in the Secretariat General of the DPD RI should employ the principles of George C. Edward III's policy implementation theory (1980). These include improving standard operating procedures (SOPs), developing technological infrastructure, enhancing user experience, and implementing performance monitoring and evaluation. With these measures, the Cuti-E system is expected to operate optimally and contribute to the overall organizational performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis eksplorasi etnomatematika pada upacara adat Ba’samsam Dayak Salako. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode etnografi. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Bapak Martinus Yohanes Mahadi selaku tokoh Adat sekaligus pembaca ritual dalam upacara Ba’samsam Dayak Salako. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari redukasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat etnomatematika yang digunakan oleh masyarakat Dayak salako dalam Ba’samsam dan juga mereka telah mengembangkan pengetahuan matematika yang kaya dan beragam, terutama pada sebuah bilangan yang terdapat dalam pembacaan ritual atau doa, dan bentuk geometri yang terdapat dalam penggunaan alat serta jumlah bahan yang diperlukan untuk upacara adat Ba’samsam ini. Konsep-konsep matematika ini terintegrasi dalam berbagai aktivitas terutama dalam Ritual Adat Ba’samsam Dayak Salako.Kata Kunci: Etnomatematika; Eksplorasi; Ritual; Dayak; Ba’samsam Ethnomathematics Exploration of the Ba'samsam Dayak Salako TraditionABSTRACTThis study aims to study and analyze the exploration of ethnomathematics in the traditional ceremony of Ba'samsam Dayak Salako. This research used a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. The informant in this study was Mr. Martinus Yohanes Mahadi a traditional figure as well as a ritual reader in the Ba'samsam Dayak Salako ceremony. The data collection used in this study was observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study was the Miles and Huberman model which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results showed that there was ethnomathematics used by the Dayak Salako people in Ba'samsam and also that they had developed a rich and diverse knowledge of mathematics, especially in the number contained in ritual recitations or prayers, and geometric shapes contained in the use of tools and the amount of materials required for this Ba'samsam traditional ceremony. These mathematical concepts were integrated with various activities, especially in the Ba'samsam Dayak Salako Traditional Ritual.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellectualy (SAVI) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang dilihat dari tiga hal yaitu: ketercapaian ketuntasan siswa, perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah antara siswa yang mendapat pembelajaran dengan pendekatan SAVI dan pembelajaran langsung, serta aktivitas siswa ketika diterapkannya pembelajaran dengan pendekatan SAVI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ekperimen dengan rancangan Pretest-Posttest Control-Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Sambas yang berjumlah 108 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini siswa kelas XI IPA1 berjumlah 36 siswa dan kelas XI IPA2 berjumlah 37 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu uji-t satu sampel, N-Gain, dan uji-t independen dua sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pembelajaran dengan pendekatan SAVI efektif meningkatkan ketercapaian ketuntasan siswa secara individual dengan rata-rata nilai 90,24 dan secara klasikal dengan nilai KKM ≥ 75 mencapai 75%; (2) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa antara kelas dengan pendekatan SAVI dan pembelajaran langsung dengan hasil thitung = 14,192 > ttabel = 1,99; (3) pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan SAVI efektif mengaktifkan siswa pada pertemuan pertama dan kedua sebesar 74% dan 76% sehingga aktivitas siswa tergolong baik. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan SAVI efektif meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada materi statistika.Kata Kunci:SAVI; Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah; Statistika; Aktivitas The Effectiveness of Learning with the Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellegency (SAVI) Approach on Students' Problem-Solving Abilities in StatisticalABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of learning using the Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellectualy (SAVI) approach in improving problem-solving skills as seen from three things, namely: the achievement of student completeness, the difference in improvement in problem-solving abiities between students who receive learning with the SAVI approach and direct learning, and student activities when learning with the SAVI approach is applied. This study used an experimental method with a Pretest-Posttest Control-Group Design. The population in this study was all students of class XI IPA of SMA Negeri 1 Sambas which totals 108 students. The sample of this study was 36 students in class XI IPA1 and 37 students in class XI IPA2. The data collection instrument was in the form of problem-solving ability test and observation. The data analysis techniques were the one-sample t-test, the N-Gain, and the two-sample independent t-test. The results of the study showed that (1) learning with the SAVI approach was effective in increasing the achievement of individual student completeness with an average score of 90.24 and classically with a KKM score of ≥ 75 reaching 75%; (2) there was a difference in the improvement of students' problem-solving abilities between classes with the SAVI approach and direct learning with the result of tcount = 14.192 > ttable = 1.99; (3) learning using the SAVI approach was effective in activating students at the first and second meetings by 74% and 76% so that student activities were classified as good. So it can be concluded that the SAVI approach was effective in improving the problem-solving ability of statistical.

Abstract

Corona virus Disease (Covid-19) merupakan penyakit yang pertama kali dilaporkan menjangkit penduduk Wuhan Tiongkok dan menyebar luas di seluruh belahan dunia. Di Indonesia per tanggal 1 Juli 2021 kasus yang terkonfirmasi Covid-19 berjumlah 2.178.272 jiwa dengan total kematian 58.491 jiwa. Ibu yang sedang hamil beberapa menjadi cemas untuk memeriksakan dirinya ke fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan karena takut tertular penyakit. Dengan demikian kunjungan ibu hamil di beberapa tempat pelayanan kesehatan menjadi menurun. Tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang Covid-19 akan berpengaruh terhadap sikap dan keputusan dalam memeriksakan kehamilannya di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan.Metode penelitian ini analitik kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah Cross sectional yang berjumlah 41 orang.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 41 responden yang berpengetahuan baik dalam pencengahan Infeksi Covid-19  berpengetahuan baik, terdapat 20 responden (83,3%) yang  tidak melakukan pencegahan Infeksi, sedangkan dari  responden yang berpengetahuan kurang, terdapat 5 responden (29,4%) yang  tidak melakukan pencegahan covid-19 Berdasarkan hasil uji dengan menggunakan Chi-Square maka diketahui P value = 0,001 maka ada hubungan antara prilaku pencegahan infeksi Covid-19 dengan pengetahuan ibu hamil. bahwa dari 27 responden yang bersikap negatif, terdapat  terdapat 21 responden (77,8%) yang tidad melakukan pencegahan infeksi covid-19. Sedangkan dari 14 responden yang bersikap positif terdapat 10 responden (71,4%) yang melakukan pencegahan infeksi covid-19. Berdasarkan hasil uji dengan menggunakan Chi-Square maka diketahui P value = 0,003, maka ada hubungan antara sikap dengan Perilaku Ibu hamil  terhadap Pencegahan Infeksi Covid-19.Kata Kunci :Pengetahuan, Sikap , perilaku Covid-19Corona virus Disease (Covid-19) is a disease that was first reported to have infected residents of Wuhan, China and spread widely throughout the world. Some pregnant women become anxious to check themselves at a health service facility for fear of contracting the disease. Thus the visit of pregnant women in several health service places has decreased. The level of knowledge of pregnant women about Covid-19 will affect their attitudes and decisions in having their pregnancies checked at health care facilities. The research method is quantitative analytic with a cross-sectional research design that will be used with a total of 41 people. The results showed that 41 respondents had good knowledge. in preventing Covid-19 infection with good knowledge, there were 20 respondents (83.3%) who did not carry out infection prevention, while from respondents who had less knowledge, there were 5 respondents (29.4%) who did not carry out Covid-19 prevention. Based on the test results by using Chi-Square, it is known that P value = 0.001, so there is a relationship between the behavior of preventing Covid-19 infection and the knowledge of pregnant women. that of the 27 respondents who had a negative attitude, there were 21 respondents (77.8%) who did not prevent Covid-19 infection. Meanwhile, of the 14 respondents who had a positive attitude, there were 10 respondents (71.4%) who prevented Covid-19 infection. Based on the results of the test using Chi-Square, it is known that P value = 0.003, so there is a relationship between attitudes and behavior of pregnant women towards preventing Covid-19 infection.Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Behavior of Covid-19

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji efektivitas model pembelajaran berbasis gamifikasi dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa di SD EKO Pasantren. Fokus penelitian adalah penerapan elemen-elemen gamifikasi seperti poin, level, tantangan, penghargaan, dan kompetisi dalam proses pembelajaran untuk materi surah al-Ghasyiah. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan pengembangan dengan tahapan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket motivasi, dan pengukuran keterlibatan siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan gamifikasi berhasil meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa secara signifikan dan meningkatkan keterlibatan mereka dalam pembelajaran. Meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan fasilitas dan adaptasi guru terhadap teknologi, model pembelajaran ini terbukti valid, praktis, dan efektif. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran berbasis gamifikasi dapat menjadi alternatif inovatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan bermakna bagi siswa.

Abstract

The education curriculum in Indonesia has undergone eleven revisions since independence, which is often not matched by adequate preparedness of educators and education infrastructure. This research aims to explore the meaning of the curriculum in depth from historical and contemporary perspectives, as well as compare curricula from various periods to provide a comprehensive understanding. The research method used is a qualitative approach through literature study and content analysis of scientific journals, textbooks, official government documents, and other relevant articles and publications. The results show that the curriculum in Indonesia continues to develop and adapt to social and technological changes. The 1947 curriculum emphasized national values and life skills, the 1952 curriculum focused on the relevance of the material to daily life, while the subsequent curriculum continued to adapt to the times. Curriculum implementation faces various challenges, including disparities in the quality of education between urban and rural areas and teachers' lack of preparation for curriculum changes. This research highlights the importance of a curriculum that is relevant to the needs of society and technological developments so that graduates can compete at the global level. The curriculum should be able to shape students' characters and prepare them for future challenges, with an emphasis on character and competency development.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to discuss strategies to improve the quality of education, which is one of the important components in the education system. The background of this research is that teachers often face challenges in dealing with children with diverse characteristics. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative with in-depth interviews with teachers and principals. The results show that Permata Bunda Kindergarten implements several key strategies to improve the quality of education. First, improving teachers' competencies through regular training focused on creative and innovative teaching methods. Second, developing a character-based curriculum that emphasizes moral and social values, as well as skills. Third, improving learning facilities and resources, including the provision of educational teaching aids and play areas. Fourth, active participation of parents in the education process through effective cooperation and communication between schools and parents.
