Abstract

Pembiayaan murabahah merupakan skema paling populer di lembaga keuangan syariah Indonesia karena transparansi harga pokok dan margin, namun keputusan nasabah tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kepatuhan syariah, melainkan juga kualitas layanan, tingkat kepercayaan, pemahaman produk, serta persepsi terhadap tingkat keuntungan. Penelitian bertujuan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh. religiusitas, kualitas layanan, kepercayaan, pemahaman produk, dan tingkat keuntungan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam menggunakan produk pembiayaan murabahah di Baituttamwil Hidayatullah (BTH) Ummat Mandiri. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Aplikasi SPSS. Sampelpenelitian berjumlah 58 nasabah, dan berlokasi di BTH Ummat Mandiri Kota Balikpapan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Religiusitas, Kualitas Layanan, Kepercayaan, Tingkat Keuntungan, dan Pemahaman Produk secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam menggunakan produk pembiayaan murabahah di Baituttamwil Hidayatullah (BTH) Ummat Mandiri. Berdasarkan hasil uji t, variabel Religiusitas memiliki nilai thitung sebesar 2,104 (lebih besar dari t tabel 1,671) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,040, Kualitas Layanan memiliki nilai thitung 2,097 dengan signifikansi 0,041, Kepercayaan memiliki nilai thitung 2,355 dengan signifikansi 0,022, Tingkat Keuntungan menunjukkan nilai thitung -2,958 dengan signifikansi 0,005, dan Pemahaman Produk memiliki nilai thitung 2,288 dengan signifikansi 0,026, yang semuanya lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Uji F menunjukkan nilai Fhitung 17,410 yang lebih besar dari Ftabel 3,16, menegaskan bahwa semua variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti kuat bahwa faktor-faktor tersebut memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan nasabah dalam memilih produk pembiayaan murabahah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) tingkat pemahaman diri, layanan BK, dan citra terhadap SMK dari siswa SMP di Kab.Hulu Sungai Utara; dan (2) besarnya pengaruh pemahaman diri siswa, bimbingan dan konseling di SMP dan Citra SMK secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap minat siswa SMP di Kab. HSU melanjutkan studi ke SMK. Populasi seluruh siswa SMP di Kab.Hulu Sungai Utara. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan cluster sampling sebanyak 245 siswa. Intrumen yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment dan regresi ganda dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) minat SMP di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara masuk SMK berada pada kategori cukup, (2) pemahaman diri SMP di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara masuk SMK berada pada kategori cukup, (3) layanan BK pada SMP di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara masuk SMK berada pada kategori cukup, (4) citra SMK pada SMP di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara masuk SMK berada pada kategori cukup, dan (5) faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi minat SMP di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara masuk SMK yaitu pemahaman diri siswa dengan koefisien korelasi r = 0,527 dan uji t yang menghasilkan nilai p = 0,000, layanan bimbingan konseling memiliki koefisien korelasi 0,512 dan n uji t yang menghasilkan nilai p = 0,000, dan citra SMK memiliki koefisien korelasi 0,504dan uji t yang menghasilkan nilai p = 0,000. FACTORS THAT INFLUENCING THE INTEREST OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL (SMP) STUDENTS IN ENTERING VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL (SMK)AbstactThis research is aimed to find out: (1) the level of self-understanding, the counseling (BK) service, and the image of SMK of Junior High School (SMP) students in Hulu Sungai Utara (HSU) Regency; and (2) how much the influence of the students' self-understanding, BK service in SMP, and the image of SMK, both individually and in aggregate on the interest of SMP students in HSU Regency to continue their study to SMK. The population is all of SMP students in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. The sample of this research was taken based on the cluster sampling technique which consisted of 245 students. The instrument used was an open questionnaire. The data analysis technique to test hypothesis was the double linear regression method with three predictors with the level of significance of 5%. The result of this research shows that: (1) the variable of students' self-understanding is categorized as "˜fair' (cukup) with the percentage of 73.88%, that of the counseling service is categorized as "˜fair' with the percentage of 62.45%, and that of the image of SMK is also categorized as "˜fair' with the percentage of 69.39%, (2) the factors influencing SMP students' interest in entering SMK at HSU Regency are the students' self-understanding with the correlation coefficient of 0.527 (p=0.000), the counseling (BK) service with the correlation coefficient of 0.512 (p=0.000), and the image of SMK that has the correlation coefficient of 0.504 (p=0.000).

Abstract

One of the problems nowadays is the low level of tolerance between people and also the low level of moderate attitudes possessed by humans. This cannot be separated from the role of teachers in schools, they do not monitor the development of students, even though the responsibility of a teacher is not only responsibility for knowledge, but what is more important is the responsibility for morals, ethics, character and personality of students. Regarding these four things, it will not be well formed if a teacher only transfers his values without making any effort to educate, develop and guide children and provide an understanding of how important it is to have a moderate and tolerant attitude. Writing this thesis under the title The Role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Spreading the Ideology of Islamic Moderation (Case Study at SMA Takhassus Al-Qur'an Wonosobo), aims to determine the role of teachers in spreading the ideology of Islamic moderation and to find out what material content is related to the ideology. Islamic moderation at Takhassus Al-Qur'an High School, and also what problems teachers face in spreading the ideology of Islamic moderation at Takhassus Al-Qur'an High School. The method used in this research is a qualitative type of research, with descriptive analysis of data produced through observations, interviews and also documentation at the place used as the research object The results of the analysis from writing this thesis are that the role of Islamic religious education teachers at Takhassus Al-Qur'an High School in spreading the ideology of Islamic moderation has a high role, namely by providing understanding through learning, providing opportunities for students to be directly involved in society at the same time. show a mature, tolerant and moderate attitude, and also provide concrete examples to students of how to be tolerant and moderate. From the results of the analysis, the author also found several material contents related to understanding how important it is to have a tolerant and moderate attitude. Then, in order to spread the ideology of Islamic moderation at Takhassus Al-Qur'an High School, Islamic education teachers only have a few problems, namely those related to learning methods and also the learning media used in each lesson, but in general, Islamic education teachers at Takhassus Al High School -The Qur'an does not have significant obstacles related to providing students with an understanding of Islamic moderation.

Abstract

Character problems such as lack of discipline, acts of violence, deviant behavior often occur among students. Social capital owned by schools is one of the solutions to the character problems of students. The purpose of this study is to examine the development of students' character, the development of habituation, and the use of school social capital on the character of students. This research uses a qualitative approach. The research informant is the principal, teacher and parent. Informant selection techniques using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity techniques through data sources triangulation. The results showed that the development of the character of students through the process of learning activities, extracurricular activities, and involving the role of parents. Development of habituation through the inculcation of cultural values, teacher capacity building programs and in the implementation of the curriculum. Social capital owned is trust, network and norms. The results of this study can be an input or suggestion for other schools regarding the role of social capital in developing the character of students by utilizing the social capital owned by the school.

Abstract

The complete negation of misogynistic hadiths towards women is still not possible due to a textual and non-comprehensive understanding of the hadiths. This article aims to address this issue by presenting an analysis of Quraish Shihab's interpretation of the hadith regarding the creation of Eve from Adam's curved rib bone and differentiating his view from several other commentators. Using a literature review approach, this study shows that the term "curved rib bone" is not intended to disrespect women but merely as an illustration. Philosophically, the curved rib symbolizes women's inherent nature, which, when hardened, makes it difficult for men to straighten it out. This depiction aims to make men aware of and understand women's nature and to develop a wise attitude towards them. Quraish Shihab's ideas can be a recommendation for understanding hadiths with misogynistic nuances so that biases in understanding and actions towards women can be minimized effectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; 1. Mengetahui implementasi model inquiry learning kelas VIII di SMP N 2 Wanadadi; 2. Mengetahui prestasi belajar kelas VIII di SMP N 2 Wanadadi; 3. Mengetahui peningkatan prestasi belajar peserta didik setelah menggunakan model inquiry learning pada mata pelajaran PAI kelas VIII E di SMP N 2 Wanadadi; 4. Mengetahui perbedaan prestasi belajar peserta didik yang menggunakan model inquiry learning dibanding dengan model konvensional pada mata pelajaran PAI kelas VIII di SMP N 2 Wanadadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen kuasi dengan desain nonequivalent control group pretest postest design. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, angket dan tes (pretest dan posstest bentuk pilihan ganda). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada pembelajaran PAI peserta didik yang menggunakan model inquiry learning pada penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji gain untuk kelas eksperimen diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,631. Terdapat pengaruh pengguaan model inquiry learning, hal ini dibuktikan dengan menggunakan uji-t thitung >ttabel baik pada taraf signifikansi 5% yaitu 3,05 > 1,99 dan pada taraf signifikansi 1% yaitu 3,05 > 2,65.

Abstract

The aims of this study are knowing how to build Islamic character in SMK Andalusia 1 Wonosobo and knowin what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of implementing the boarding school system as an effort to build the Islamic character of SMK Andalusia 1 Wonosobo. The research method that used in this study is a qualitative research. The data related to this study were collected through direct interviews with the relevant informants, observations made in the boarding school and school environment by participating in activities and personal observations and documentation. The results of this study showed obtained are the implementation of the boarding school system as an effort to form Islamic character in students at SMK Andalusia 1 Wonosobo first through habits of daily activities that have been determined, such as congregational prayers, book studies, and weekly activities such as khitobah and ro'an. Congregational prayer activities aim to shape the religious character of children, while book studies aim to deepen knowledge and knowledge about religion. While weekly activities such as khitobah and ro'an train self-confidence and awareness in maintaining cleanliness. However, it is undeniable that the tight schedule of activities on board has become a complaint for students.

Abstract

Learning activities using a scientific approach depend on the teaching teacher. A teacher must carry out his duties as a teacher to carry out and develop a scientific approach in their respective schools. Facts in the field show that the application of this scientific approach is good, but the obstacles that exist are the lack of ability of some students to read and understand Arabic letters, as well as the lack of family attention related to students' education. As for student worship in the field, the institution itself holds Dhuhr prayer activities in congregation with the aim of getting used to students, so that there are no students who do not pray Dhuhur in congregation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas pentingnya internalisasi nilai-nilai sosial dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif lapangan dengan menggunakan studi kasus yang diperoleh dari gambar, data-data serta argument yang tidak dituangkan dalam bentuk bilangan atau angka statistik. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah MA NU 05. Artikel ini akan menggambarkan konsep internalisasi nilai-nilai sosial dan mengapa hal ini menjadi penting dalam konteks Pendidikan Agama Islam. Internalisasi nilai-nilai sosial berarti mengadopsi nilai-nilai tersebut menjadi bagian integral dari diri individu, sehingga tercermin dalam tindakan dan perilaku sehari-hari. Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam harus mendorong siswa untuk memahami, menerima, dan menginternalisasi nilai-nilai sosial seperti keadilan, kesetaraan, kejujuran, kerjasama, dan toleransi. Artikel ini juga akan membahas strategi yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran untuk memfasilitasi internalisasi nilai-nilai sosial dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam. Melalui internalisasi nilai-nilai sosial dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, diharapkan siswa dapat mengembangkan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang ajaran Islam dan menerapkan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Internalisasi nilai-nilai sosial juga dapat membantu siswa menjadi individu yang bertanggung jawab, peduli terhadap lingkungan sekitar, dan berkontribusi positif bagi masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pendidik dan praktisi Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengembangkan pendekatan pembelajaran yang efektif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa dalam memahami dan menerapkan nilai-nilai sosial Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of Authentic Assessment in Islamic Religious Education at an integrated school in relation to the religious behavior of students at SMP Negeri 2 Banjarmangu. This research utilizes a qualitative method. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, which encompass written or oral data from individuals and observed behaviors. The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive overview of the actual conditions. The results of this study indicate that Islamic education in SMP Negeri 2 Banjarmangu has an influence on the religious behavior of students in society. This is achieved through the cultivation of religious practices, such as congregational morning prayer (shalat dhuha), congregational noon prayer (shalat dzuhur), Quranic recitation, recitation of prayers before and after studying, as well as greeting and showing respect to others. Additionally, teachers provide advice and motivation regarding religious behavior to students and set a good example through their own actions. The implementation of authentic assessment in Islamic education at the school also contributes to enhancing the religious behavior of students in SMP Negeri 2 Banjarmangu. Authentic assessment is carried out through assessment guidelines, such as the development of Lesson Implementation Plans (RPP) for class VIII and the preparation of teaching modules for class VII. These two classes follow different curricula, namely the Merdeka curriculum for class VII and the 2013 curriculum for class VIII. The implementation of religious instruction involves several stages, including preparation, execution, the use of instructional media, and evaluation.
