Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of Authentic Assessment in Islamic Religious Education at an integrated school in relation to the religious behavior of students at SMP Negeri 2 Banjarmangu. This research utilizes a qualitative method. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, which encompass written or oral data from individuals and observed behaviors. The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive overview of the actual conditions. The results of this study indicate that Islamic education in SMP Negeri 2 Banjarmangu has an influence on the religious behavior of students in society. This is achieved through the cultivation of religious practices, such as congregational morning prayer (shalat dhuha), congregational noon prayer (shalat dzuhur), Quranic recitation, recitation of prayers before and after studying, as well as greeting and showing respect to others. Additionally, teachers provide advice and motivation regarding religious behavior to students and set a good example through their own actions. The implementation of authentic assessment in Islamic education at the school also contributes to enhancing the religious behavior of students in SMP Negeri 2 Banjarmangu. Authentic assessment is carried out through assessment guidelines, such as the development of Lesson Implementation Plans (RPP) for class VIII and the preparation of teaching modules for class VII. These two classes follow different curricula, namely the Merdeka curriculum for class VII and the 2013 curriculum for class VIII. The implementation of religious instruction involves several stages, including preparation, execution, the use of instructional media, and evaluation.

Abstract

Education is a vehicle for improving and developing the quality of human resources. One of the factors that influences educational problems is educators. In general, educators are those who are responsible for the development of students. The subjects in this research were teachers and students of Al-Fatah Banjarnegara Vocational School. The research results revealed three studies, namely: 1). The Independent Curriculum Management Concept for Islamic Religious Education in Islamic Boarding School-Based Schools, Al-Fatah Banjarnegara Vocational School focuses on managing a curriculum that is more flexible, inclusive, and based on the needs of students. 2). The implementation of the Independent Curriculum Management for Islamic Religious Education in the Al Fatah Banjarnegara Islamic Boarding School-based school has four processes, namely: Planning, implementation, assessment, and P5. 3). There are four supporting and inhibiting factors, namely: quality teachers, quality students, adequate infrastructure, and solid teamwork. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is the lack of training for teachers in understanding and implementing the independent curriculum effectively

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the form, direction, role, as well as the challenges and opportunities of curriculum policy in improving the quality of education in the digitalization era of Society 5.0. The focus of this study is based on the current educational needs that demand integration between technology and character development in order to prepare students with 21st-century competencies. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach and was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Pamukan Selatan. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The sampling techniques used were purposive sampling and snowball sampling, with research subjects including the principal, teachers, and students.The results show that curriculum policy has begun to be directed toward digital and character-based learning, although its implementation still faces various challenges, such as limited technological infrastructure, teacher preparedness, and students’ access to digital devices. Nevertheless, the policy holds great potential to enhance educational quality, particularly in terms of fostering students’ creativity, collaboration, and digital literacy. In the local context, the school has made several efforts to adapt the curriculum in alignment with the vision of Society 5.0, such as the use of digital media in learning, project-based approaches, and the reinforcement of character values within the school environment. Therefore, curriculum policy needs to be continuously evaluated and strengthened with support from various stakeholders in order to create a responsive, high-quality, and sustainable education system.

Abstract

Educational planning is a systematic process aimed at achieving educational goals effectively and efficiently. One of the key steps in elaborating an educational plan is the implementation of evaluation and monitoring. This study aims to examine the strategic role of evaluation and monitoring in supporting the success of educational planning, particularly in the context of the dynamic needs of learners and the demands of changing times. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a literature review approach as the primary technique for data collection. Data sources were obtained from books, scientific journals, research reports, and policy documents relevant to the topic. The analysis technique used is content analysis, by categorizing data based on key themes such as the concept of educational evaluation, the function of monitoring, and their contributions to educational planning. The findings indicate that evaluation and monitoring serve dual functions, namely as tools for quality control and as the basis for decision-making in continuous improvement. Both enable educational institutions to adjust planning strategies based on empirical data and reflections on program implementation. Evaluation helps assess the effectiveness of the plan, while monitoring ensures that implementation aligns with its objectives. The integration of evaluation and monitoring into the planning process also promotes accountability, transparency, and ongoing development. This study recommends that every educational institution establish a structured, participatory, and adaptive evaluation and monitoring system to produce more relevant and high-quality educational plans.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah sebuah studi kuantitatif yang menerapkan metode pre-eksperimen dengan desain penelitian One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Metode penelitian ini mencakup observasi, wawancara, serta tes pretest dan posttest, dengan melibatkan 20 siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Lengkong. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes kemampuan literasi numerasi yang terdiri dari 20 soal pilihan ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode pre-eksperimen, terutama melalui penerapan platform Wordwall, berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan literasi matematika siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Lengkong Garung setelah pemberian perlakuan. Analisis N-Gain menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa berada dalam kategori sedang. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan platform Wordwall dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 1 Lengkong Garung. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam konteks pendidikan, menunjukkan bahwa metode pre-eksperimen, terutama dengan memanfaatkan teknologi seperti platform wordwall, dapat menjadi sarana efektif untuk meningkatkan literasi matematika pada tingkat sekolah dasar. Implikasi dari temuan ini dapat memberikan dasar bagi pengembangan strategi pengajaran yang lebih inovatif dan berbasis teknologi dalam mendukung pembelajaran matematika di tingkat SD.

Abstract

Ahli waris pengganti adalah ahli waris yang menggantikan kedudukan ahli waris yang sesungguhnya karena ahli waris sesungguhnya meninggal terlebih dahulu dari pewaris. Hal tersebut diatur dalam kompilasi Hukum Islam serta sebelumnya sudah tercantum dalam BW yang mana menjadikan sebuah kesenjangan dengan hukum Islam dalam bab hukum kewarisan yang diasumsikan paten dan tidak bisa ditambah. Dalam hukum Islam tidak disebutkan secara jelas perihal ahli waris pengganti Sedangkan di Indonesia khususnya di Pengadilan Agama, para Hakim dalam mmutuskan perkara berdasarkan pada Kompilasi Hukum Islam sebagai acuan dalam persidangan tanpa menafikan pertimbangan pendapat para ulama’ terdahulu maupun yang kontemporer serta berdasarkan bahwa keputusan hakim Pengadilan Agama bisa menghilangkan perbedaan pendapat hukum sehingga bisa memutuskan untuk memberi bagian waris kepada ahli waris pengganti. Dengan pertimbangan-pertimbangan yang berdasarkan hukum Islam dengan mempertimbangkan unsur  normatif serta berdasarkan nash yang sharih dan ditinjau maqasid syari’ah dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam perihal diatas dikaji dan diulas sehingga menghasilkan hukum yang sesuai dengan tujuan-tujuan pensyari’atan dan juga mencapai kemaslahatan bersama.

Abstract

The  criminal  act  of  corruption  that  is  rampant  in  the  country  is  not  only  detrimental  to  state  finances  but  is  a  violaton  of  the  social  and  economic  rights  of  society  at  large,  corruption  is  no  longer  a  national  problem,  but  has  become  a  transnational  phenomenon  so  that  internatonal  cooperaton  is  essential  in  preventing  and  eradicating  it.  , in  fact,  for  what  has  been  caused  by  the  crimnal  act  of  corrupton,  extraordinary  efforts  are  needed  in  terms  of  prevention  and  eradication  of  crimnal  acts  of  corruption.  One  of  the  efforts  to  prevent  Indonesia  from  falling  due  to  corruption  is  to  confiscate  and  return  assets  resulting  from  corrupton  crimes  based  on  the  laws  and  regulations  in  force in  the  Indonesan  legal  system.  in  Indonesia,  there  is  no  uinfied  institution  that  has  the  right  to  deal  with  corruption.  The  eradication  of  corruption  in  Indonesia  is  carred  out  by  3  state  institutions,  namely  the  Attorney  General's  Office,  the  Police,  and  the  Corrupton  Eradication  Commission  (KPK).  The  eradication  of  corruption in  one  country  will  not  run  optimally  if  it  is  not  supported  by  the  government's  political  will  to  eradicate  corruption,  the  unity  of  state  institutions  that  eradicate  corrupton,  and  the  enforcement  of  existing  corrupton  eradication  regulations.

Abstract

Land mafia is a serious problem that can harm society and the country. As a serious problem, the law, which is a state instrument in national land planning which is mandated to be able to eradicate the land mafia, has not been implemented optimally. This is proven by the increasing number of land mafia cases, including in the Indramayu Regency area. This paper uses a type of sociological or empirical legal research method which includes legal identification and legal effectiveness. Empirical legal research is legal research in which data is obtained through primary legal data or data obtained directly in society. Keywords: Eradication; Juridical; Land; Mafia.

Abstract

The paper analyses the role that social interaction plays in forming the social psychological effects of the manner in which societies choose to live binding the impacts of how people relate to the establishment of unity, trust and strength in societies. This paper has used the qualitative approach to conduct research using the in-depth interviews and observation techniques as tools of gathering lived experiences and daily activities that reflect on intricate correlation between patterns in interactions and the well-being of the community. The findings indicate that social interaction concerns not only development of the communication, but a unified perception of identity, a sense of support and adaptability, which determine a high level of importance in a multiethnic and diverse community. The results show that social psychological processes such as solidarity, empathy, collective efficacy, emerge automatically at the end of a long interaction process to create or develop mechanisms to assist in resolving conflicts, in addition to the solution of communal challenges. The problems were also pointed out including the cultural tension, generation gap and lack of shared participation around which the cohesion may be threatened but not dealt with effectively. The findings are significantly applicable in the field of management, as they reiterate the necessity of looking at the connection and the psychology of the community governance and organizational strategizing. With the prominence of social interaction in the frontline, the study will help in facilitating the development of more participatory, adaptive and people-centered approaches to management of community and institutions. The lesson learned by the study is, that sustainable community management cannot be limited merely to structural, economic, interventions, but also must focus on developing solid social psychological processes as an important vehicle to sustained resilience and development.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve students' mathematical competency through learning assistance on logarithms at MAS DDI Baru Baru Tanga. Based on initial observations, students experienced difficulties in understanding the basic concepts of logarithms, especially in relating exponential forms to logarithmic forms and their application in everyday life. To address this, the implementation team provided assistance using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach and the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method. The activity involved 25 grade XI IPA students and was carried out over two weeks. The learning process was carried out interactively through discussions, contextual problem solving, and the use of simple digital learning media. Evaluation results showed a significant improvement in student learning outcomes, with the average score increasing from 55.4 to 81.2 after the assistance activity. In addition, student motivation and participation in learning also increased as seen from their activeness throughout the process. This activity succeeded in fostering better conceptual understanding and a positive attitude towards mathematics. This kind of assistance is expected to be implemented sustainably and expanded to other mathematics materials to improve the quality of learning in schools
