Abstract

Pelatihan Penulisan Karya ilmiah ini merupakan bentuk pengabdian pada masyarakat. Kegiatan pelatihan ini fokus pada Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Pelatihan ini bertujuan (1) memberikan pemahaman kepada guru terhadap pentingnya Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (2) para guru mampu mengaplikasikan konsep dan pemahaman Penelitian Tindakan Kelas pada pelaksanaan dan evaluasi proses pembelajaran. Lokasi kegiatan ini di Kecamatan Kopang, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Peserta pelatihan adalah para guru di tingkat Sekolah Dasar dan Menengah Pertama se-Kecamatan Kopang Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Peserta yang hadir pada pelatihan ini sebanyak 35 peserta. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah ceramah bervariasi dalam bentuk seminar sehari. Peserta terlihat aktif dan semangat mengikuti pelatihan. Hal ini ditandai dengan pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh para peserta. Berdasarkan temuan hasil diskusi bahwa pelatihan penelitian tindakan kelas memberikan inspirasi tersendiri bagi guru. Kegiatan semacam ini yang jarang dilaksanakan didaerah. Peserta akan mengaplikasikan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan harapan ada proses pendampingan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Understanding why exaggerated negative word of mouth customers complain the way they do is important from theorical, managerial and public policy perspectives. This research try to answer customer negative WOM and desirable organizational outcomes, the possibility that customer might routinely exaggerate their consumption experience stories has been neglected. This research uses non-random sampling method (convenience sampling) in order to collect data. 138 people in Kupang were used as respondents. Data were collected using questionnaire (google form). This study uses SEM analyze to test the data. The result suggested consumer dissatisfaction and consumer vanting had effect toward exaggerated negative word of mouth, interactional justice and perceived tie had no effect toward exaggerated negative word of mouth. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of implementing the community service program is to provide training to service partners, namely the producer of Cap Manggis Syrup Al Qudsy Ngembal Rejo, Bae District, Kudus Regency regarding the use of information technology by utilizing social media to market products in Era Society 5.0. The community service program is carried out by means of collaboration between lecturers and students for SMEs with Cap Manggis Al Qudsy Syrup. The results of the activities carried out on the MSME Cap Manggis Al Qudsy Syrup, by utilizing the digitization of MSMEs because this can be a means of business. This service activity also tries to find solutions to problems faced by partners in changing business conditions. By utilizing digitalization, businesses have received good responses, both from the community and MSMEs. The hope is that it can help market merchandise through social media which consists of several applications such as WA, Facebook, Instagram, helping MSMEs because the marketing is wider so that many people know about products from MSMEs. Keywords: MSME training, Business digitization, Social media, Era society 5.0. AbstraksiTujuan pelaksanaan program pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada mitra pengabdian yaitu produsen Sirup Cap Manggis Al Qudsy Ngembal Rejo, Kecamatan Bae,  Kabupaten Kudus terkait penggunaan teknologi informasi dengan cara memanfaatkan sosial media untuk memasarkan produk di Era Society 5.0. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan dengan cara kolaborasi antara dosen dan mahasiswa kepada pelaku UMKM Sirup Cap Manggis Al Qudsy. Hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan pada UMKM Sirup Cap Manggis Al Qudsy, dengan cara memanfaatkan digitalisasi UMKM karena ini bisa sebagai sarana bisnis. Kegiatan pengabdian ini juga mencoba mencarikan solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra pada kondisi bisnis yang berubah. Dengan memanfaatkan digitalisasi bisnis mendapat respon baik, baik dari masyarakat maupun pihak UMKM. Harapannya adalah bisa membantu memasarkan barang dagangan lewat sosial media yang terdiri beberapa Aplikasi seperti WA, Facebook, Instagram, membantu pihak UMKM karena pemasarannya lebih luas sehingga masyarakat banyak yang tau tentang produk dari UMKM. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan UMKM, Digitalisasi bisnis, Social media, Era society 5.0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri bukti-bukti yang dapat dijadikan sebagai penanda bangunan suci yang digunakan untuk tempat pendidikan agama (mandala kadewaguruan) dan menjelaskan berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat pendukungnya. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan langkah-langkah penelitian yang berupa observasi langsung ke situs penelitian, lalu diikuti dengan deskripsi, dan terakhir eksplanasi yang menggunakan analisis komparatif dan kontekstual. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa memang benar situs penelitian merupakan bangunan suci berstatus sebagai mandala kadewaguruan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan terpenuhinya syarat-syarat sebuah mandala kadewaguruan. Syarat tersebut adalah tempat yang jauh dari keramaian, memiliki ruang yang luas, ditemukan lingga-pranala, terdapat temuan gerabah yang mengindikasikan adanya aktivitas dalam waktu yang lama, ditemukan berbagai tingggalan arkeologi yang berkaitan dengan keagamaan, dan terekam dalam prasasti. Aktivitas yang dilakukan nampaknya begitu kompleks yakni belajar-mengajar, bertapa, upacara agama, menulis sastra, dan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan pemenuhan hidupan (makanan dan minuman). The study aimed at looking for the evidences that can be used as a mark of the sacred building used for the religious education (mandala kadewaguruan) and to explain the various activities that were done by the community supporters. To achieve these goals, this study used measure of research in the form of direct observation to the site, followed by describing the obesevation, and lastly the explanation using contextual and comparative analysis. The result of this study showed that the site is sacred building in the form mandala kadewaguruan. This has been proven with such a criterion as being a mandala kadewaguruan. The criteria among others are quiet place that far away, have a broad space, founded a lingga pranala, the findings of pottery that indicate the presence of activities in along time, founded a variety archaeological remains related with the religious, and recorded in the inscription. Activites that were done were quite complex, such as, learning and teaching, practicing as an ascetic, religious ceremony, writing literature, as well as meeting the needs of life related to foods and drinks.

Abstract

Sorption of gold(III) ion in multi-metal system Au/Ni/Ag on amino silica hybrid (ASH) column has been studied. ASH was synthesized by sol gel process with sodium silicate (Na2SiO3) from rice husk ash (RHA) as precursor. ASH was synthesized by adding 3M of hydrochloride acid solution to the mixture of (3-aminopropyl)trimethoxysilane and Na2SiO3 solution until pH 7 (neutral). ASH was characterized by infrared (IR) spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Adsorption of multi-metal (Au/Ni/Ag) system was carried out with a column technique. The adsorbed metal ions [Au(III), Ni(II), and Ag(I)] were quantitavely calculated based on the difference of metal ion concentration before and after adsorption analyzed using atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS). Desorption of Au(III), Ni(II), and Ag(I) from ASH was conducted by using thioruea in hydrochloride solution with variation of concentration. Desorbed metal ions were determined using AAS. The FTIR characterization indicated that ASH was successfully synthesized, as shown with the presence of spesific absorption of functional groups such as silanol (Si-OH), siloxane (Si-O-Si), amino (-NH2), dan methylene (-CH2-). The XRD data showed that the structure of ASH was amorphous. Study of adsorption Au(III) on HSA column indicated that the Au(III) was adsorbed more than the other two metal ions

Abstract

This research aimed to make the business activity to be conducted with accordance a plan and also to find out the position of company this time, direction of the company’s goals and how to achieve the market target. The result shows a company tries to offer Food Combining product which is different with product existed in the market (both from the taste, quality, or affordable price). Here, the operational activities of market company are really possible to be run so that company can offer more competitive price compared to import products that have entered the market. The increase of market share taken by PT. Beras Jagung Nusantara become is very significant with constant increase value per year 5% then in the end of the fifth year. Furthermore, PT. Beras Jagung Nusantara have a target to take market share amounted 25% from company planning elaboration and analysis. Thus, this company can be worth running and promising a business.

To capture market needs, companies must have added value to their human resources. In addition, PT Rembaka Catur Sekawan as a company that has the 4 Care brand must also have a good HR strategy to be able to compete with competitors. To compete and survive, the company's focus activities and business processes must concentrate on dynamic customer needs until the goals of meeting customer needs and customer satisfaction are met. Therefore, our initial business focused on how to educate about the importance of mobile-based health services so that customers are provided with ease in determining services without having to leave home or residence, but health workers are present before customers. Abstract

The purpose of Nugget Duck-Duckan business plan is a company manufactures processed "nugget" meat derived from selected duck meat with hygienic quality standards. In order to produce quality and safe duck nuggets, the consumption duck nugget meat have provide to customer demand also for customer satisfaction. The basic analysis and operational thinking of Nugget Duck-Duckan business is carried out using stages or HR models consisting of strategy, system, skill, style, staffing, structure and share vision. Strategic location is needed to support this business over PT. Befindo Food located at Jl. Raya Narogong Blok Pv. Timur RT.3 / RW.1, Ciketing Udik, Bantargebang, Bekasi, West Java 17153. PT. Befindo Food have Duck-Duckan Duck Nugget product and produces processed "meat nuggets" from duck meat. In this study we analyze the business opportunity using questioner form over PT. Befindo Food to obtain success factor ratio. Here, the McKinsey 7s Framework was proposed to obtain sucess factor from correstpondent. Hospitality is a business company that provides room accommodation for a place to rest. Usually the hospitality services those who come to go on vacation, meetings, or work. Hotel is one of the supporting factors of tourism to increasing a number of hotel populations’ makes hoteliers have to compete to make more value offered to customers from other hotels. It’s not only buildings and services offered also marketing factors also affect the success of the hotel business, including promotion, communication to the community through events and campaigns using digital marketing. Various existing hotels each has advantages, from building infrastructure, hotel functions, hotel location, services, to the theme they have. All of these factors are strengths and uniqueness that distinguishes them from others. However, how to convey this uniqueness to the community is not an easy mission. There is a need for market research to determine existing needs and strategies for market penetration.

Abstract

Based on statistical data, the population rate in Indonesia reaches 4 million a year. Prominent contribution it is assumed to be the bonus for the food industry growth in Indonesia. According to, the development of food industry, specific as a frozen food increase at 7% a year. The frozen food industry manufactures specific products like sausages, potatoes, and nuggets. The ingredients of the frozen food are chicken, fish, or manufactured beef. In addition, beef favored by the majority of frozen food manufacturers. On the other hand, duck is rarely used as a food ingredient by a industry. In fact, every year the number of duck consumption is increased, so there is a chance aim to analyze marketing strategy for the duck nugget production. Accordingly, PT. BEFINDO FOOD chooses manufactured duck as the main ingredients of its frozen food production. The purpose of the business to create the biggest duck nugget manufacture in Indonesia with good quality product. In order to achieve the result, we reduce the fat amount and duck smell, and improve the production process so that this product is healthy and no cholesterol remains in the duck nugget product. PT. BEFINDO FOOD will apply Competitive Profile Matrix and SPACE Matrix to investigate position and preferred strategy. In addition, the NICE method is performed in this work together with a company. PT. BEFINDO FOOD will maintain its nugget duck sales using electronic media and cooperation with other company to analyze marketing strategy.
