Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of the application of Project-Based Learning model do the Science Process Skills in environmental management material in VII class. Design research uses the posttest-only control design with quasi experiment method. The sample is 70 students. Based on the results of the analysis of the process of science skills, students indicated that the implementation of learning using project-based learning model is better than the conventional learning model. This can be seen in the calculation of test-t process skills science indicates that the Ha received and H0 is rejected. The results of the analysis of the average score of the science process skills thoroughly indicators in class experiments reached 2,87 with good criteria and in science process skills while students are in control class is 1,73 with enough criteria that means the science process skills grade experiment higher than science process skills class control. Based on the foregoing, Project-Based Learning model influence on Science process skills in environmental management material in VII Class.

Abstract

The use of link element in high rise buildings has been applied widely and proven to be effective in the eccentric braced frame system. Latest research has also shown that the applicability of link element can be extended to other type of structural systems, such as: coupled wall system or structures with core wall. The research showed that the use of link element could lead to better deformation capacity of the system and the link elements could act as a “fuse” to limit the input of earthquake force. However, the improvement of the seismic behavior may not be effective for any type of structural system. This paper investigates analytically parameters affecting the effectiveness of the application of shear link elements within a structural system. Several parameters being studied are the relative stiffness between link element and structural stiffness, types of structural configuration, etc.

Abstract

Berbagai warisan budaya yang tersebar di wilayah Lereng Barat Gunung Lawu, merupakan hasil budaya masa lalu yang penuh dengan keunikan. Rangkaian artefak dan fitur mampu memberikan kesan yang menakjubkan. Salah satu yang dapat diamati ialah situs Candi Cetho. Tulisan ini akan mengungkap keistimewaan tinggalan arkeologi yang berada di Candi tersebut. Melalui keunikan-keunikan yang ditemukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengumpulan dan analisis data. Pengumpulan data meliputi observasi dan kajian pustaka. Analisis yang digunakan ialah kualitatif yakni menguraikan data yang telah terkumpul dalam bentuk kalimat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang digunakan Candi Cetho mempunyai beberapa keistimewaan yaitu merupakan bangunan berteras dengan 14 undakan, terdapat relief yang menggambarkan tokoh yang berbalik, fitur di teras VII merupakan hasil dari perpaduan beberapa konsep Hindu, dan nampaknya keberlanjutan fungsi situs candi ini masih dapat dijumpai hingga kini. Lebih-lebih mengalami pengembangan.Kata Kunci: Candi Cetho, istimewa, unik

Abstract

With the disruption that can not be predicted, we need a safety equipment (protection system) are precise and reliable. The purpose of this study was to determine the quantity of interference, protection system performance, reliability and power transformer protection system installation requirements in the area power transformer substation of 150 KV Garuda Sakti. Data obtained from the recording in substation Garuda Sakti analyzed using Descriptive Analysis Techniques percentage. The survey results revealed that from 2013 to 2015 occurred 28 times transformer disorders namely: in 2013 occurred 9 times transformer interference, in 2014 occurred 7 times transformer interference, and in 2015 the 12 times the transformer interference. Protection system that works in the event 28 times disruption in Substation Garuda Sakti 2013 to 2015 there are 6 kinds of relays, namely: Rele differential, Rele OCR / GFR, Rele OVR / UVR, Rele REF / SBEF, Rele UVLS and Rele DF / DT is the whole relay has a 100% reliability and got up fairly well. From 2013 to 2015 the reliability of Power Transformer Substation of Garuda Sakti by long outages caused by the interference, the Transformer Power1 reaches the percentage 99.97203%, the Transformer Daya2 reaches 99.983364%, the Transformer Daya3 reach 99.99258% and the Transformer Daya4 reaching 99.99081%. From the data analysis, in general, the protection system in the substation Garuda Sakti it can be argued that meets the requirements of the protection system selectivity, Reliability, Free Labor, Sensitivity and Economic.Keywords: Gardu Induk, Fault, System Protection, Reliability Substation, PLN

Abstract

Smuggling occurs in many Indonesian customs areas, one of them is the Siak Regency customsarea. The smuggling that took place in the Siak Regency was smuggling mobile phones. Because the customsarea of Siak Regency has many rat ports that are not known by the Siak Customs and Excise officers. Inconnection with the smuggling of cellular telephones, it has been explained in article 33 paragraph 1 of LawNumber 11 of 1995 Concerning excise that the Customs and Excise Official is authorized to take thenecessary actions on goods subject to excise. Regarding the cell phone smuggling case handled by Customsand Excise officials, it starts with the investigation process. The function of the investigation is to find outand determine what events actually happened and in charge of making the minutes and reports that will bethe basis for the beginning of the investigation.This research is a sociological juridical research that is a research conducted by holding legalidentification and how effective the implementation of the law applies in society. This research wasconducted at the Customs and Excise Office in Siak Sri Indrapura Regency. While the population andsample are parties related to the problem examined in this study, the source of the data used, primary data,secondary data, and tertiary data. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and literaturereview.From the results of the research that the author did can be concluded, first the Legal InvestigationAgainst Cellular Phone Smuggling Acts has not been conducted in accordance with the applicableprovisions as regulated in the Criminal Procedure Code and Law Number 39 Year 2007 Concerning Excise,customs and excise officials have not found cellphone smugglers. this, so that the enforcement of cell phonesmuggling has not been fully erect. The Two Obstacles in Investigation of Cell Phone Smuggling in the SiakCustoms and Excise Legal Territory have two factors. Abstract

Abstract; When they saw the problems in the field, the researchers made observations at the SMK 1 STATE VOCATIONAL SCHOOL, SAND TURTLE water. The problems that arise are: some students are not optimal at doing table tennis service, this is seen in the results of the service ball in which the net is involved, from the field, the level of responsibility so easily dismantled by the opponent and the timing of the bet blows against the ball so that the ball does not go fast. This problem is thought to be due to the lack of connection between wrist flexion and eye-hand coordination of the forehand services performed. The purpose of this study was to determine whether wrist flexion and eye-hand coordination contribute to the ability of the forehand service for table tennis. The population in this study consisted of all students who participated in extracurricular table tennis at SMK Negeri 1 Pasir Penyu, a total of 12 people. The sampling technique in this study is the total sampling technique. This means that the entire population is sampled, so the sample in this study was 12 people. The instruments in this study were the wrist flexion test, the tennis ball catching test and the table tennis advance service test. Data obtained from analysis using product moment correlation. The following conclusions can be drawn based on the results of research described by the author in the previous chapter. Of the obtained wrist flexion results, a relationship with forehand service capacity among out-of-school students of table tennis SMK Negeri 1 Pasir Penyu with a contribution of 38.19%. The results obtained through eye and hand coordination have a relationship with the ability to pre-serve out-of-school table tennis students from SMK Negeri 1 Pasir Turtle with a contribution of 66.59%. There is a joint relationship between wrist flexion and eye and hand coordination on the service capacity of the forehand among out-of-school students of SMK Negeri 1 Pasir Penyu with a contribution of 68.39%.Key Words: wrist speculation, eye and hand coordination, service in advance

Abstract

This application is designed for automatic news summarization by using Weight of Feature method combined with NER, sentence position, finding similarities between title and sentences, and Synonyms. When there word are 2 sentences which have  synonymous, 2 word those sentences are considered to have a closer relationship than 2 sentences that have no synonyms. This application works with extraction system and uses single document. Summarization results with Q&A evaluation result of 25% successfully answered questions with 56.24%, while 50% successfully answered questions with 83.84%, and 75% % successfully answered questions with 96.02%

Abstract

Usaha budidaya perikanan air tawar di Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara di dukung oleh potensi sember daya alam yang luas sehinggah di Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara ditetapkan sebagai kawasan minapolitan perikanan air tawar yang terdapat di Kecamatan Padang Jaya. Usaha pembesaran ikan lele di Kabupaten Bengkulu sudah cukup lama di tekuni oleh petani, usaha pembesaran tersebut terdiri dari beberapa sistem budidaya, yang meliputi usaha pembesaran sistem konvensional, semi intensif dan intensif. Namun pada kenyataanya usaha pembesaran ikan lele belum memberikan hasil yang maksimal hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil produksi ikan lele di Bengkulu Utara masih dibawah produksi ikan Nila dan ikan mas. Tujuan penelitian in adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan teknis dan ekonomis serta strategi pengebangan Usaha Budidaya Ikan lele di Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Pupulasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pembudidaya ikan lele di Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara sampel yang diambil 50 orang pembudidaya ikan lele. Variabel yang diamanti kelayakan teknis budidaya dan pendepatan ekonomis dari pembudidaya itu sendiri. Metode pengumpulan yang digunakan adalah metode angket, intervew dan metode dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analis deskriptif, analisis kelayakan teknis dan ekonomis serta nalisis SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian budidaya ikan lele sistem semi intensif dan intensifdari segi kelayakan teknis layak untuk diteruskan.Dari hasil perhitungan kelayakan ekonomis usaha budidaya ikan lele didapatkan hasil nilai R/C ratio rata > 1, nilai BEP dan PP untuk dikembangkan. Perumusan strategi budidaya ikan lele di Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara memanfaatkan potensi lahan kolam yang luas dan banyaknya pembudidaya ikan untuk meningkatkan produksi ikan guna memenuhi kebutuhan pasar.

Abstract

General election is a means of democracy that is used to elect people's representatives to sit as legislative members in the MPR, DPR, DPD and DPRD. The election was conducted in accordance with Article 2 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution. The 2019 election was also attended by former convicted corruption cases. This is in accordance with PKPU rules Number 20 of 2018. With this decision, an extra-judicial polemic arises which is appropriate and important to be studied more specifically and academically. The formulation of the problem in this research is, How to regulate the political rights of former convicted corruption cases as legislative candidates in the 2019 general election? What are the implications of regulating the political rights of former convicts of corruption as a candidate for legislative members in the 2019 General Elections on Human Rights? The specification of this research is normative juridical research, which is a form of research that aims to describe the applicable laws and regulations, linked to legal theories and practice of positive law enforcement, which will later be linked to the problems examined in this scientific paper. Based on the results of the analysis, answers can be obtained: 1) The Political Rights Regulation of Former Convicted Corruption Crime Cases as Legislative Candidates in the General Election Year contradicts a higher law because based on the mandate of article 4 paragraph (3) Number 20 of 2018 concerning Election Commission Regulations General as well as article 240 paragraph (1) letter (g) of Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections. Article 28 letter d of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. 2) Implications of regulating the political rights of former convicted corruption cases as candidates for legislative members in the 2019 general election against human rights, revocation of political rights for convicted corruption cases by human rights law activists (HAM) is of the view that deprivation of political rights is a violation of human rights. This is still debatable, because every sentence is basically a violation of human rights, but the violation is allowed, as long as it is based on the law.
