Abstract

This article aims to understand how to evaluate the gampong annual development plan in formulating development strategies and policies as well as formulating the Gampong Government Work Plan program for 1 (one) year. The problem is focused on the obstacles that occur during the preparation of the work plan activities of the gampong government by the DPMG agency and the gampong apparatus. In order to approach this problem, a descriptive qualitative method is used as a reference. The data were collected through Interview, Observation, Documentation. This study concludes that in carrying out the work plan activities of the gampong government in accordance with the Ministry of Home Affairs No. 114 of 2014 that in order to achieve national development priorities and targets, annual planning synergies are needed between the central government and regional governments as well as between regional governments. Then analyze the process of achieving the maximum implementation of gampong development programs/activities and are easily identified which refers to the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 114 of 2014.

Abstract

The principle of good faith is an important principle in contract law and is accepted in variouslegal systems, but until now the doctrine of good faith is still controversial Good faith is knownby 2 (two) phases, namely the pre-contract phase and the contract execution phase. The precontract phase is called subjective good faith, which means that good faith is more directedtowards honesty, while good faith in the contract implementation phase is called objective goodfaith, which means that good faith is interpreted as appropriateness and decency or justice. Awork agreement is an agreement between workers/laborers and employers or employers thatcontains working conditions, rights and obligations for the parties. The definition of workingconditions is the rights and obligations of employers and workers that have not been regulatedin laws and regulations. Work agreements made must not conflict with existing laboragreements or Collective Labor Agreements (KKB)/Collective Labor Agreements (PKB). Thisresearch uses normative legal research sourced from secondary data related to the researchtopic, secondary data that has been regularly arranged and then analyzed qualitatively. Fromthe research conducted, it was found that the position of the principle of good faith is veryimportant not only at the stage of making (signing) and post-making (implementation) of thecontract, but also at the pre-making (drafting) ) stage of the contract because in the practice ofcontract law the judge does use his authority to interfere with the contents of the contract. Thelegal consequences of a collective bargaining agreement that does not contain the principle ofgood faith are that if the subjective requirements concerning the subject of the CBA areincomplete, or in other words the requirements that must be met are not appropriate for thosewho wish to make a CBA, then the CBA that has been made can be requested for cancellation bythe trade union/labor union. If the cancellation is not requested by both parties concerned, thenthe PKB remains valid for the parties. The first legal effort made by PT United Rope with thelabor union is by way of deliberation to reach consensus first, although in dispute resolution ifthere is no good faith in the collective labor agreement is through 2 (two) systems, namely first,non -litigation / outside the industrial relations court, namely bipartite settlement, mediation,conciliation and arbitration, while the second settlement is litigation.

Abstract

The problem formulation in this research is whether there is an influence of work motivation and work environment on the job satisfaction of employees PT. Hijau Priyan Perdana. This research aims to find out how work motivation and work environment influence the job satisfaction of employees PT. Hijau Priyan Perdana. The data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this research consisted of 35 employees. The analytical technique used is the quantitative method. The results of this research indicate that the Work Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction  at  PT.  Hijau  Priyan  Perdana.  The  Work  Environment  variables  have  a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Abstract

Tourism development certainly cannot be separated from the role of the community as development agents who in principle have the same authority and responsibility as the government in managing tourism. This concept is known as community-based tourism, namely tourism management that promotes active participation from the community. This research aims to examine development efforts carried out by the community as a form of participation in the development of halal tourism in West Aceh Regency and analyze the obstacles faced in tourism management. This research is descriptive qualitative research. There were 9 research informants from three sub-districts, namely Samatiga, Johan Pahlawan and Panton Reu sub-districts. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation studies. The theory used in this research is the convergence model of communication with seven indicators, namely information, uncertainty, convergence, respect, mutual agreement, collective action, and network of relationships. The results of the study show that community participation in tourism development efforts in West aceh district is still relatively minimal. This is because some people still think that tourism management is still the full responsibility of the government. The obstacles identified in the implementation of tourism development include the belief that tourism management is still the government's responsibility, the assumption that tourism practices can violate the rules of Islamic law, and the lack of community competence in tourism management so that special training is needed to be provided to the community by government.

Abstract

This article discussed stunting reporting in Aceh within the framework of local media. This study aims to further examine how the local mass media constructs stunting cases in Aceh and how the trend towards emphasizing the reality of stunting is framed in the news texts. The information in this study was derived from daily stunting reports in Indonesia's Serambi region in 2021. The cases of stunting that occurred in Aceh were the subject of this study. The data collection technique was carried out by observing texts on the Serambi Indonesia Daily throughout 2021. There were 37 reports on stunting, and then the researchers selected 12 reports that were deemed relevant and representative of the research problems and themes. From the results of the analysis, two major environmental areas are identified, namely: 1) the Stunting Issues Reporting Map, which has a tendency to discuss the implementation of stunting handling and prevention in Aceh; and 2) the emphasis on resource persons from the point of view of the government and stakeholders involved in stunting prevention. The media coverage frame provides an overview and mapping of information on stunting cases from the government's point of view. As a result, it is recommended that additional research be conducted from the community's perspective as a media audience in understanding and interpreting stunting discourse in Aceh.

Abstract

AbstractHuman activities are inseparable from various risks, such as road activities that often cause accidents and deaths. Therefore the government established Law No. 33 and 34 of 1964 concerning liability for accident risk carried out by PT. Jasa Raharja . PT. Jasa Raharja is a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) that guarantees traffic accident insurance through compulsory contributions from passengers and mandatory donations from vehicle owners. But many people do not know yet, when an accident occurs the victims blame each other, burden each other or bear all the risks of the accident. Furthermore, many people do not yet clearly know the procedures, requirements and other provisions for obtaining accident compensation. PT. Jasa Raharja, representative of Meulaboh as the institution responsible for providing accident compensation, has carried out a coding program related to the delivery of information or the socialization of the insurance business. This service program was attended by 40 participants from State Administration Science Teuku Umar University students. This dedication targets all participants to understand the material well delivered and be able to be a liaison to the public related to accident recovery information.

Abstract

The purpose of this socialization is to find out about increasing knowledge of ergonomics and the principles of movement at SMA N 2 Bireuen. The results of this activity with socialization and discussion can increase students' understanding of ergonomics and its principles. Increasing understanding of the ergonomics of ergonomic sitting positions among students at SMA N 2 Bireuen will help reduce the risk of physiological and ergonomic complaints, as well as improve academic performance at school. It is hoped that the school will carry out this movement regarding ergonomics.

Abstract

Sejak tahun 2016 hingga 2022, Nilai Tukar Petani padi di Provinsi Aceh terus berfluktuasi yang cenderung meningkat dan sebagian besar berada di bawah angka 100. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa petani mengalami kerugian dikarenakan indeks yang harus dibayarkan lebih besar dari indeks yang diterima. Rendahnya tingkat kesejahteraan petani tidak sebanding dengan besarnya kontribusi PDRB sektor pertanian dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengenai Dampak Perubahan Harga Bahan Bakar Minyak terhadap Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP) di Provinsi Aceh. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan variabel harga solar, harga pertalite dan harga pupuk urea bersubsidi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini data sekunder time series selama kurun waktu 7 tahun yaitu dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Perkembangan NTP, mengalami peningkatan dengan indeks NTP dibawah angka 100% sehingga dinyatakan bahwa petani padi di Provinsi Aceh dalam periode tersebut belum sejahtera. Sedangkan hasil forecasting analisis trend pada tahun 2023-2030 mengalami peningkatan dengan indeks NTP diatas angka 100%, artinya petani padi di Provinsi Aceh dalam periode tersebut diharapkan akan sejahtera. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier, secara statistic diperoleh bahwa lag harga solar (X1t-1),variabel harga pertalite (X2t) dan variabel harga pupuk urea bersubsidi (X3t-1) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap NTP di Provinsi Aceh. Namun secara ekonomi yang dilihat dari sisi sign (tanda) dan besaran (size) koefisien variabelnya menunjukkan bahwa variable harga solar dan pertalite berpengaruh negative terhadap nilai NTP, sementara harga pupuk urea berpengaruh positif terhadap NTP di Provinsi Aceh.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether employee job satisfaction at the DJP North Sumatra I Regional Office is influenced by career development, work motivation, and individual characteristics simultaneously or in part. The examination was led at the North Sumatra I DJP Provincial Office Jalan Sukamulia No. 17A Medan, with a population of 145 individuals and an exploration test of 59 individuals. Information assortment was completed through meetings, polls and documentation. Using version 24 of the IMB Statistics for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) computer program, multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data. In view of the consequences of the examination, it was found that profession improvement meaningfully affects work fulfillment for representatives of the North Sumatra Provincial Office of DJP I. This is upheld by the investigation results t count > t-table (2.077 > 2.004) at n = 59 at an importance level of 95%. Work inspiration meaningfully affects the work fulfillment of representatives of the DJP North Sumatra Local Office I; this is upheld by the examination of t count > t-table (5.857 > 2.004) at n = 59 at an importance level of 95%. Individual qualities affect the work fulfillment of representatives at the North Sumatra Local Directorate General Office I; this is upheld by the t count < t-table examination (1.326 < 2.004) at n = 59 with an importance level of 95%. The F-count esteem > F table (50.623 > 2.78) expresses that together (differently), there is a positive and huge effect on profession improvement, work inspiration and individual qualities on the work fulfillment of representatives of the North Sumatra Local Office of DJP.

Abstract

This study employs an experimental research design to determine the effect of using the Game-Based Learning model on students' learning outcomes in spatial building materials. The research uses a True-Experimental Design with a Posttest Only Control Group Design approach. The population includes all fifth-grade students from SDN 060799 Medan Labuhan, consisting of two classes, Class V A and Class V B. Sampling was conducted using a simple random sampling technique. The results show that the average posttest score in the experimental group, which used the Game-Based Learning model, was 76, while the control group scored 70.95. Hypothesis testing using an independent sample t-test yielded a t-value of 2.072, which is greater than the critical value of t-table (1.684), with a significance level of 0.044 (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that the Game-Based Learning model has a significantly greater impact on student learning outcomes compared to conventional methods.
