Abstract

Pasar tradisional memegang peranan penting, karena di pasar tradisional masih menjadi indikator stabilitas pangan nasional . Jumlah pendapatan yang akan diperoleh tergantung dari modal yang digunakan oleh para pedagang untuk membeli produk yang akan dijual kembali. Semakin besar modal yang dimiliki oleh seorang pedagang maka akan semakin besar pula jumlah pendapatan yang akan diterima nantinya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk faktor faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi perolehan pendapatan antar pedagang sayur, pedagang ikan dan pedagang daging yang ada di pasar Al-Mahirah Kota Banda Aceh pada saat masa pandemi Covid-19. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari survey lapangan pada pedagang sayur, pedagang ikan dan pedagang daging yang ada di pasar Al-Mahirah Kota Banda Aceh. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi perolehan pendapatan pedagang sayur, pedagang ikan dan pedagang daging di pasar tradisional Al-Mahirah pada masa Covid-19 adalah faktor modal yang dimiliki para pedagang serta faktor pendukung lainnya pada saat masa Covid-19 seperti: minat konsumsi masyarakat, faktor sosial kegiatan masyarakat serta faktor cuaca yang mempengaruhi perolehan dan kualitas produk yang akan dijual kepada konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kebijakan upah minimum terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor pertanian, industri dan jasa di Provinsi Aceh. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil estimasi dengan data panel terpilih model pendekatan random effect (Random Effect). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upah minimum berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor pertanian, sedangkan produk domestik regional bruto dan investasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor pertanian.

Abstract

This study has the aim to determine the effect of training, achievement motivation and compensation on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Langsa City. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Data collection is done through library research and questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 54 teachers who served in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Langsa City. The conclusions of the research conducted include: 1) Training has a positive but not significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Langsa City, as the coefficient value tcount < ttable, which is 0.105 < 1.674 at significant 0.917 > 0.05. Which means that under H0 is accepted while H1 is rejected because the effect is still in the insignificant category. Although the results of this study show a non-significant effect, the more dominant fact shows that teacher training activities can increase knowledge and skills which have a positive impact on teacher performance. 2) Achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Langsa City, as the coefficient value tcount > ttable, which is 19.956 > 1.674 at significant 0.000 < 0.05. Which means that the research hypothesis H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant contribution to achievement motivation on teacher performance. 3) Training compensation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Langsa City, as the coefficient value tcount < ttable, which is 4.143 > 1.674 at significant 0.000 > 0.05. Which means that the research hypothesis H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. Therefore, the compensation program given to teachers will provide high enthusiasm for teachers in teaching. 4) Training, achievement motivation and compensation simultaneously affect teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Langsa City. This is evidenced by the significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of Fcount > Ftable (1201.835 > 3.17). The influence is symbolized by R (correlation). The magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is R Square 0.986 or equal to 98.6% meaning that the variables of training, achievement motivation and compensation simultaneously (together) affect teacher performance variables.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu dari pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dengan melibatkan lembaga mitra dan masyarakat. Program pengabdian ini di desain dan diarahkan untuk meningkatkan keterkaitan antara dunia akademik -teoritik dan dunia empirik-praktis. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masysrakat dalam pembuatan alat pengendali hama penggerak batang buah kakao Fero PBK dan pestisida nabati ramah lingkungan untuk meningkatkan produksi tanaman kakao. Target lainnya untuk memasyarakatkan pertanian ramah lingkungan dan penguatan kelembagaan petani. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini digagas oleh lembaga mitra LPPM Universitas Syiah Kuala dan kelompok sasaran petani kakao di Desa Jruek Bak Kreh Kecamatan Indrapuri Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Kendala utama dalam peningkatan kakao di Desa Jruek Bak Kreh adalah minimnya inovasi dan adopsi teknologi pembuatan alat pengendali hama penggerek buah kakao dan pestisida nabati ramah lingkungan. Mahalnya harga pestisida buatan dan sulit tersedia bagi petani kakao menginspirasi kami untuk membantu petani dalam memperkenalkan dan mendemonstrasikan teknologi pembuatan alat pengendali hama penggerek buah kakao dan pestisida nabato ramah lingkungan. Alat yang dihasilkan tersebut adalah produk ramah lingkungan yang dapat diaplikasikan secara mudah oleh petani untuk peningkatan produksi kakao

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to find out the role of Bawaslu in building healthy political home education in the 2024 elections. This is reviewed based on the theory of public bureaucratic ethics, including political values, administrative values, and shared values. The method of implementing community service activities used is participatory learning and action (PLA) by involving Bawaslu and the Village Youth Institution as empowerment targets who will later campaign for programs from the healthy political home in preventing black campaigns in Aceh, especially in the West Aceh region. The results of the activities that have been carried out show the role of Bawaslu and anti-black campaign policies in building a healthy political home in the 2024 Election through education and supervision, including: exploring cooperation with Bawaslu and village youth institutions, establishing education and information posts to improve healthy political literacy for the community and youth, establishing driving administrators, namely village youth, and socialization or training to form an understanding of the concept of healthy politics and preventing black campaigns in Aceh Barat has succeeded in realizing the Healthy Political House program as a preventive effort against black campaigns towards the 2024 elections.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of work flexibility, work environment, and work-life balance on employee job satisfaction at the Aceh Tamiang Inspectorate Office. Using a quantitative method with a survey approach, this study involved 48 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires, which were then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that work flexibility, work environment, and work-life balance positively and significantly affected job satisfaction. Among the three variables, the work environment has the greatest influence with a regression coefficient of 0.45, followed by work flexibility (0.35) and work-life balance (0.30). Simultaneous tests showed that these three variables together affected job satisfaction with an F-count value of 15.72 and a p-value 0.001. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.65 shows that 65% of job satisfaction variability can be explained by these three variables. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of work flexibility, a good work environment, and work-life balance to increase employee job satisfaction. The Aceh Tamiang Inspectorate Office is advised to strengthen policies related to these three factors to create a more supportive and productive work environment.

Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes to commercial activities, including the rise of e-commerce as a key pillar of the digital economy in Indonesia. However, this development also poses various challenges in consumer protection, such as data security, information transparency, and dispute resolution. This article aims to analyze the dynamics of consumer protection law in the context of e-commerce in Indonesia through a case study approach. The study examines relevant regulations, such as the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Information and Transactions Act, and their implementation in safeguarding consumer rights. The findings reveal a disparity between the rapid growth of e-commerce and the readiness of regulations to adapt to technological advancements. Furthermore, gaps remain in law enforcement, particularly in monitoring digital platforms and effectively resolving disputes. This article recommends strengthening responsive regulations, enhancing public digital literacy, and fostering collaboration between the government, businesses, and consumers to create a secure and equitable e-commerce ecosystem.

Abstract

Simeulue has 10 marine tourism destinations that are prioritized for development. Unfortunately, no tourism awareness groups have been formed to help develop marine tourism, even though almost every village has marine tourism potential. This research aims to examine more deeply the conditions of collaboration between the government and other sectors in the Development of Environmentally Sound Marine Tourism in Simeulue Regency. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach and use Taxonomy analysisthing. The result of this research is that this collaboration is reflected in the formulation of the tourism development policy of Siemulue Regency in the Regional Tourism Development Master Plan (RIPPARKAB). However, there are obstacles in this collaboration, namely conflicts over the transfer of land from the community to the government to be developed, especially in the Pinang Island destination. Before the collaboration was established, there was potential and openness from the government to involve participation from other sectors. Then the collaboration process began with a face-to-face dialog that formed the commitment of each party. Furthermore, there was friction in the collaboration, namely the existence of the Pinang Island coastal land conflict, limited understanding and environmental preservation around Pinang Island marine tourism, then ended in the temporary result of collaboration, namely RIPPARKAB as a joint commitment in supporting the development of environmentally sound marine tourism.

Abstract

Masa balita merupakan periode krusial dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak, di mana gizi seimbang sangat berperan dalam mendukung kesehatan dan kecerdasan. Namun, masalah gizi seperti kekurangan gizi dan stunting masih menjadi tantangan di banyak negara berkembang, termasuk Indonesia. Berdasarkan data Riskesdas 2018, prevalensi gizi buruk pada balita di Indonesia mencapai 3,4%. Selain itu, laporan Survei Status Gizi Indonesia (SSGI) 2021 menunjukkan prevalensi wasting dan underweight di Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya masing-masing sebesar 8,2% dan 22,3%, menandakan adanya permasalahan gizi yang memerlukan perhatian lebih lanjut. Faktor-faktor seperti pola makan dan kondisi ekonomi keluarga sering dikaitkan dengan status gizi anak. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pola makan dan pendapatan orang tua dengan status gizi balita di PAUD Putiek Seulanga, Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional study. Sampel terdiri dari 63 balita beserta orang tua mereka. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara pola makan dengan status gizi balita (p = 0,169) maupun antara pendapatan orang tua dengan status gizi balita (p = 0,464). Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar PAUD melakukan pemantauan status gizi secara berkala, memberikan edukasi kepada orang tua mengenai pola makan sehat, serta mendorong kerja sama dengan tenaga kesehatan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya gizi seimbang dalam pertumbuhan anak.

Abstract

Background: Black rice bran has the potential to be a functional food raw material due to its high content of bioactive compounds; however, it is susceptible to microbial contamination. This study aims to evaluate the effect of pasteurization on the microbiological quality of fermented rice bran tempeh using Rhizopus oligosporus and Rhizopus oryzae. Methodology: The study employed a comparative experimental approach, where fermented for 72 hours with R. oligosporus and R. oryzae, grown in PDA medium, with the addition of spore suspensions at 15% each (10⁶ spores/mL). After fermentation, the bran was divided into two groups: one group was steamed for 10 minutes, while the other group was not steamed. Both groups were freeze-dried for 24 hours and then stored at -18 °C for analysis of changes in the profiles of total microbes, total fungi, total enterobacteria, and total spores. The raw material of rice bran was also analyzed microbiologically as a control. Microbiological data were analyzed using the Generalized Linear Model (GLM) and further evaluated by Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at a 5% significance level, as determined by SPSS 22.0 software. Findings: The results showed the pasteurization on bran tempeh products was effective in reducing the total number of microbes, moulds, Enterobacteriaceae, and spores compared to those without pasteurization. However, bran tempeh with R. oligosporus culture between pasteurized and unpasteurized did not show a significant decrease (p>0.05), except for the results of the analysis of the total number of moulds which showed a significant decrease (p<0.05), which was <1 log CFU/g (pasteurization) and 3.52 log CFU/g (without pasteurization). It can be concluded that the 10 minutes pasteurization process is effective in reducing the number of Enterobacteriaceae, which are indicators of polluting and pathogenic bacteria. Contribution: this treatment has potential to be applied on a home industry and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) scale to improve safety and extend the shelf life of fermented food products based on bran.
