Abstract

The principle of good faith is an important principle in contract law and is accepted in various legal systems, but until now the doctrine of good faith is still controversial. Good faith is known as 2 (two) phases, namely the pre-contract phase and the contract implementation phase. The pre-contract phase is called subjective good faith, which means good faith is more directed towards honesty, while good faith in the contract implementation phase is called objective good faith, which means good faith is interpreted as appropriateness and propriety or fairness. A work agreement is an agreement between a worker/laborer and an entrepreneur or employer which contains work conditions, rights and obligations for the parties. The definition of work conditions is the rights and obligations of employers and workers that have not been regulated in statutory regulations. The work agreement made must not conflict with existing labor agreements or Collective Work Agreements (KKB). This research uses a type of normative legal research sourced from secondary data related to the research topic, secondary data that has been compiled systematically and then analyzed qualitatively. From the research conducted, it was found that the position of the principle of good faith is very important not only at the contract creation (signing) stage and post-contract creation (implementation) stage, but also must exist at the pre-contract creation (drafting) stage because in contract law practice judges use their authority to interfere with the contents of the contract. The legal consequence of a collective work agreement that does not contain the principle of good faith is that if the subjective requirements relating to the subject of the PKB are incomplete, or in other words the conditions that must be fulfilled are not appropriate for those who want to make a PKB, then the PKB that has been made can be requested for cancellation by the trade union/labour union. If the cancellation is not requested by both parties concerned, then the CLA remains valid for the parties. The first legal effort was carried out by PT. United Rope with workers/labor unions is by deliberation to reach a consensus first, although in resolving disputes if there is no good faith in the collective work agreement, it is through 2 (two) systems, namely first, non-litigation/outside the industrial relations court, namely resolution by means of bipartite, mediation, conciliation and arbitration, while the second solution is litigation

Abstract

Abstract: According to data from DP3AKB West Aceh Regency in 2022, there is a continuous increase in domestic violence cases year after year. Specifically, violence perpetrated by male breadwinners poses new challenges for women who have experienced such cases, including economic problems. This study aims to examine the government's role in supporting the economic empowerment of women affected by domestic violence in West Aceh District, as well as identify the obstacles they face. The research method employed is empirical juridical, which relies on field data such as interviews and observations. The findings indicate that the Government has fulfilled its role in economically empowering women who are victims of domestic violence in West Aceh Regency. However, DP3AKB's role has been limited to providing protection, while the economic empowerment of victims is carried out through collaboration with external parties due to budget constraints. Therefore, it is recommended that the West Aceh District Government, particularly DP3AKB, propose regulations that govern the protection and empowerment of women affected by domestic violence. Additionally, they should plan empowerment programs to enable victims to become self-sufficient using the Regional Budget of West Aceh Regency. Abstrak: Berdasarkan data dari DP3AKB Kabupaten Aceh Barat Tahun 2022, terlihat bahwa kasus KDRT terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Khususnya, kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh laki-laki sebagai pencari nafkah utama dapat menimbulkan masalah baru bagi perempuan setelah mengalami kasus tersebut, salah satunya adalah masalah perekonomian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran pemerintah dalam mendukung pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan yang mengalami KDRT di Kab. Aceh Barat, serta Hambatan apa saja yang menjadi kendalanya. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah metode yuridis empiris, yang mana penelitian ini mengandalkan data lapangan sebagai sumber utama, seperti hasil wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah telah menjalankan perannya dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan korban KDRT di Kabupaten Aceh Barat Peran DP3AKB selama ini hanya sebatas memberikan perlindungan kepada perempuan korban KDRT, sedangkan pemberdayaan ekonomi korban masih dilakukan dengan kerjasama pihak ketiga, karena keterbatasan anggaran yang dimiliki oleh DP3AKB. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar Pemerintah Kabupaten Aceh Barat, khususnya DP3AKB, mengusulkan peraturan yang mengatur perlindungan dan pemberdayaan perempuan korban KDRT, serta merencanakan program pemberdayaan agar para korban dapat mandiri dalam Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah Kabupaten Aceh Barat.

Abstract

The increase in cases of violence against women and children in Nagan Raya Regency over the past few years has led to a mission to establish a women-friendly and child-caring environment through various efforts. One of them is through the implementation of the Family Learning Center Program (PUSPAGA) as a forum for the prevention and resolution of cases that occur within the family. This study uses a qualitative method by collecting data on PUSPAGA at the district and village levels, which aims to see the obstacles and barriers to implementation that occur in the field. The results of the study show that implementation constraints lie in the aspects of insufficient budget and human resources, lack of promotion of program introduction to the community and overlapping responsibilities of the village PUSPAGA implementers. Follow-up on these obstacles can be resolved through determining the right priority management by the district and village PUSPAGA implementers in optimizing program implementation.

Abstract

A work agreement is an agreement between workers/laborers and employers or employers that contains working conditions, rights and obligations for the parties. The definition of working conditions is the rights and obligations of employers and workers that have not been regulated in laws and regulations. Work agreements made must not conflict with existing labor agreements or Collective Labor Agreements (KKB)/Collective Labor Agreements (PKB). This research uses normative legal research sourced from secondary data related to the research topic, secondary data that has been systematically arranged and then analyzed qualitatively. From the research conducted, it was found that the position of the principle of good faith is very important not only at the stage of making (signing) and post-making (implementation) of the contract, but also at the pre-making (drafting) stage of the contract because in the practice of contract law the judge does use his authority to interfere with the contents of the contract. The legal consequences of a collective bargaining agreement that does not contain the principle of good faith are that if the subjective requirements concerning the subject of the CBA are incomplete, or in other words the requirements that must be met are not appropriate for those who want to make a CBA, then the CBA that has been made can be requested for cancellation by the trade union/labor union. If the cancellation is not requested by both parties concerned, then the PKB remains valid for the parties. The first legal effort made by PT United Rope with the labor union is by way of deliberation to reach consensus first, although in dispute resolution if there is no good faith in the collective labor agreement is through 2 (two) systems, namely first, non-litigation / outside the industrial relations court, namely bipartite settlement, mediation, conciliation and arbitration, while the second settlement is litigation.Keywords: Good Faith, Collective Labor Agreement; Businessman; Labour Union

Abstract

The rise of illegal logging practices requires the government to be more serious in tackling this problem with policies as an effort to control illegal logging without permits. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of illegal logging policies in West Aceh District using the structuring problem approach and to find out the causes and efforts made. The method used is a case study approach, data collection techniques using triangulation. The results of the study traced if the main causes of illegal logging in terms of structuring the problem of inappropriate program policies designed by the government included supervision, socialization, and policies for providing assistance to community. Judging from the ROCCIPI theory, indicates that forest utilization policies have not been focused on the economic conditions of th ecommunity so that it opens up gaps for individuals who carry out illegal logging, lack of solid communication between stakeholders, and capacity problems (lack of organizing resources). Therefore, it is necessary to provide alternative regulatory solutions that take into account the community’s economic ,streng then communication between stakeholders, and approach the community so that they do not carry out forest destruction followed by the right alternative solutions offered to the community.

Abstract

Limitations of the teacher's ability to innovate in classroom learning result in low learning outcomes for learners. So that this becomes a special note on supervision activities that are routinely carried out by the principal. the purpose of this research is to provide guidance and exercises to teachers in implementing the learning models suggested in K-13 to be used in the classroom. The research method used is school action research, with the number of study subjects as many as 29 teachers. Instrume used in the form of worksheets and observation sheets. Analysis of the data used uses deceptive statistics. The results showed that there was an increase in the competence of teacher professionalism in applying the learning model in the classroom through the in-house training program. Therefore, this IHT program is highly recommended to be used in various training to help teachers who are struggling and want to develop themselves

Abstract

This study analyzes sustainable economic development strategies in Lalat Regency, focusing on the challenges and opportunities faced. The research methods used include in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document studies to identify the implementation of strategies in key sectors such as agriculture, tourism, and MSMEs. The results of the study show that Langkat Regency has implemented several positive steps, including the development of sustainable agriculture and nature-based tourism. However, there are significant challenges, such as environmental degradation, social inequality, and lack of supporting infrastructure. Opportunities that can be taken advantage of include the potential for abundant natural resources and support from the central government and international institutions. This study recommends strengthening the capacity of farmers and MSME actors, improving infrastructure, and implementing more inclusive and sustainable policies. In conclusion, to achieve a sustainable economy, Langkat Regency needs to adopt a more coordinated approach and involve all stakeholders to ensure that the economic growth achieved is not only economically sustainable, but also socially and environmentally.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to analyze the implications of implementing a sustainable agricultural transfer policy using the Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) approach in an effort to overcome the impacts of climate change in North Aceh Regency. This is motivated by the increasingly real and serious impact of climate change on the agricultural sector, which threatens food security and farmers' welfare, so the CSA approach is adopted to increase agricultural productivity in a sustainable manner, increase farmers' resilience to climate change, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The aim of this research is to evaluate how the internalization of CSA policies can strengthen sustainable agricultural policies in North Aceh and identify the challenges and opportunities faced in implementing these policies. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with 12 informants consisting of government officials, village officials and farming communities. Informants were selected purposively to ensure they had knowledge and experience relevant to the research topic. The research results show that the North Aceh government has succeeded in transferring adaptive policies through collaboration with various stakeholders such as the Agriculture Service, the Environment Service, and farmer groups. However, the success of this policy is still faced with challenges such as limited infrastructure, local institutional capacity, and low awareness of farmers regarding the importance of sustainable agricultural practices. Overall, the internalization of CSA in North Aceh shows great potential in increasing agricultural resilience to climate change, although further efforts are needed to overcome existing obstacles Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis implikasi penerapan policy transfer pertanian berkelanjutan melalui pendekatan Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) dalam upaya mengatasi dampak perubahan iklim di Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi semakin nyata dan seriusnya dampak perubahan iklim terhadap sektor pertanian, yang mengancam ketahanan pangan dan kesejahteraan petani, sehingga pendekatan CSA diadopsi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian secara berkelanjutan, meningkatkan ketahanan petani terhadap perubahan iklim, serta mengurangi emisi gas rumah kaca. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana internalisasi kebijakan CSA dapat memperkuat kebijakan pertanian berkelanjutan di Aceh Utara dan mengidentifikasi tantangan serta peluang yang dihadapi dalam penerapan kebijakan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 12 informan yang terdiri dari pejabat pemerintah, aparatur desa, dan masyarakat tani. Informan dipilih secara purposive untuk memastikan mereka memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah Aceh Utara telah berhasil melakukan transfer kebijakan yang adaptif melalui kerjasama dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan seperti Dinas Pertanian, Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, dan kelompok tani. Namun, keberhasilan kebijakan ini masih dihadapkan pada tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, kapasitas institusi lokal, serta rendahnya kesadaran petani mengenai pentingnya praktik pertanian berkelanjutan. Secara keseluruhan, internalisasi CSA di Aceh Utara menunjukkan potensi besar dalam meningkatkan ketahanan pertanian terhadap perubahan iklim, meskipun diperlukan upaya lebih lanjut untuk mengatasi berbagai hambatan yang ada

Abstract

Donat merupakan pangan jenis produk bakery yang berbentuk cincin dengan lubang ditengahnya atau biasanya terdapat isian yang berasa manis seperti krim atau selai. Donat tergolong makanan cepat saji yang digemari masyarakat sebagai alternatif cemilan, sehingga perlu dilakukan fortifikasi bahan pangan lainnya agar donat yang dihasilkan memiliki nilai gizi yang tinggi. Penambahan tepung tulang ikan tongkol kedalam donat panggang dapat memperbaiki kandungan gizi pada donat panggang yang dihasikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis mutu, kandungan gizi dan organoleptik donat panggang dengan penambahan tepung tulang ikan tongkol.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan. Uji organoleptik dinilai oleh 50 panelis yang tidak terlatih. Uji kandungan gizi meliputi : kadar air, kadar abu, kadar lemak, kadar protein dan kadar karbohidrat. Hasil penelitian uji organoleptik terhadap parameter warna, rasa, aroma dan tekstur menunjukkan (P0,05) yang artinya terdapat pengaruh nyata, sedangkan pada hasil uji proksimat terhadap parameter kadar air, kadar abu, kadar lemak menunjukkan (P0,05) yang artinya terdapat pengaruh nyata terhadap donat panggang dengan penambahan tepung tulang ikan tongkol.

Abstract

Mie lidi merupakan salah satu makanan ringan yang disukai dan disenangi masyarakat Indonesia. Penyuka mie lidi tidak hanya anak-anak saja namun orang dewasa pun banyak yang menyukai mie lidi sebagai cemilan mereka karena cemilan ini cukup unik dan memiliki rasa yang enak, gurih serta renyah. Pembuatan mie lidi dengan penambahan sari bayam merah adalah salah-satu inovasi pembuatan makanan ringan mie lidi yang sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan gizi terhadap mie lidi serta untuk mengetahui uji organoleptik yang terdapat pada mie lidi dengan penambahan sari bayam merah. Desain penelitian menggunakan desain eksperimental dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan. Uji organoleptik dinilai oleh 50 panelis yang tidak terlatih. Uji kandungan gizi meliputi : Kadar air, Kadar abu, Kadar lemak, Kadar protein, Kadar karbohidrat. Hasil penelitian uji organoleptik terhadap parameter warna, rasa, aroma, tekstur dan overall menunjukkan (P0,05) yang artinya terdapat pengaruh nyata. Hasil uji proksimat terhadap parameter kadar abu dan kadar protein menunjukkan (P0,05) yang artinya terdapat pengaruh nyata terhadap mie lidi dengan penambahan sari bayam merah, sedangkan hasil uji proksimat terhadap parameter kadar air, kadar lemak tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap mie lidi dengan penambahan sari bayam merah.
