Abstract

Mie lidi merupakan salah satu makanan ringan yang disukai dan disenangi masyarakat Indonesia. Penyuka mie lidi tidak hanya anak-anak saja namun orang dewasa pun banyak yang menyukai mie lidi sebagai cemilan mereka karena cemilan ini cukup unik dan memiliki rasa yang enak, gurih serta renyah. Pembuatan mie lidi dengan penambahan sari bayam merah adalah salah-satu inovasi pembuatan makanan ringan mie lidi yang sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan gizi terhadap mie lidi serta untuk mengetahui uji organoleptik yang terdapat pada mie lidi dengan penambahan sari bayam merah. Desain penelitian menggunakan desain eksperimental dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan. Uji organoleptik dinilai oleh 50 panelis yang tidak terlatih. Uji kandungan gizi meliputi : Kadar air, Kadar abu, Kadar lemak, Kadar protein, Kadar karbohidrat. Hasil penelitian uji organoleptik terhadap parameter warna, rasa, aroma, tekstur dan overall menunjukkan (P0,05) yang artinya terdapat pengaruh nyata. Hasil uji proksimat terhadap parameter kadar abu dan kadar protein menunjukkan (P0,05) yang artinya terdapat pengaruh nyata terhadap mie lidi dengan penambahan sari bayam merah, sedangkan hasil uji proksimat terhadap parameter kadar air, kadar lemak tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap mie lidi dengan penambahan sari bayam merah.

Abstract

Poropuntius tawarensis is an endemic fish of Laut Tawar that is currently classified as Endangered according to the IUCN Red List. The decline in its population is caused by habitat degradation, overfishing, and the introduction of alien species that act as predators This study aims to analyze the diversity and distribution patterns the population of kawan fish (Poropuntius tawarensis) in Lake Laut Tawar, Central Aceh Regency. Fish samples were collected from four different locations and analyzed using the Shannon-Wiener and Morisita indices. The results indicate that the diversity level of kawan fish (Poropuntius tawarensis) is classified as a "Low level of diversity," with significant differences between sampling locations. All locations (Hakim Balai Bujang: 0.796845; Toweren: 0.301815; Kelitu: 0.753952; Kala Segi: 0.467728) show a low level of diversity, which is H' 1. Analysis using the Standardized Morisita Index indicates that the distribution pattern of kawan fish (Poropuntius tawarensis) in the four study locations tends to be clumped dispersion. This is evidenced by Morisita index values greater than 1 at all sites (Hakim Balai Bujang: 1.2834; Toweren: 1.0212; Kelitu: 1.0053; Kala Segi: 1.0134). Abstract

West Aceh Regency has been designated as one of the focus locations for integrated stunting reduction interventions in 2022 based on the Decree of the Minister of National Development Planning/Bappenas. In 2022, West Aceh Regency recorded 610 children suffering from stunting spread across 11 of 12 sub-districts. Among the causes of high stunting is that the community is not provided with reliable information about stunting, and there are no specific regulations governing stunting prevention as a preventive measure at the district level. The research was conducted in two sub-districts, namely Johan Pahlawan Sub-district and Bubon Sub-district, which are the sub-districts with the most stunting sufferers out of 10 other sub-districts. This research aims to describe the dissemination of the implementation of stunting prevention policies along with the strategic steps taken in efforts to reduce stunting. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that policy implementation in an effort to reduce the prevalence of stunting in West Aceh Regency can be said to have run optimally. The strategic efforts undertaken to achieve the goal of reducing stunting prevalence begin with identifying problems, identifying target audiences, formulating educational messages, utilizing information media, intervention strategies through programs to accelerate stunting reduction, determining priority groups and using implementation methods by coordinating with stakeholders.

Abstract

Banana peels, a part of the fruit with numerous benefits, have not been fully utilized, leading to significant organic waste. Banana peel vinegar is a product derived from the acetic acid fermentation of banana peels. This study examined the effects of varying vinegar starter concentrations on the organoleptic characteristics of vinegar made from kepok banana peels (Musa acuminata Colla). The research employed an experimental method with a laboratory experiment approach, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative analyses. The study involved five trained panelists and 25 untrained panelists. Data were analyzed using variance analysis and were tested using Berat Nyata Jujur (BNJ) or Tukey’s Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) test. The concentration of the vinegar starter influenced the color, aroma, and taste of banana peel vinegar. Among the four treatments, the 15% vinegar starter concentration was the most preferred by both trained and untrained panelists. The study concludes that a 15% vinegar starter concentration is optimal for producing banana peel vinegar with the most favorable organoleptic properties, making it a promising approach for reducing organic waste. Likewise, the results of this study can serve as a reference for the production of vinegar from kepok banana peels.

Abstract

The rise of cases of sexual violence against children, the government of Nagan Raya Regency is here to help minimize the disaster through the realization of the Bangga Kencana program. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation steps of the program in the field by referring to the Van Horn & Van Meter theory. The method used is a qualitative research method by collecting data through observation, documentation and the results of interviews with the government and the people of Nagan Raya Regency. The results of this study concluded that the implementation of Bangga Kencana through the formation of BKR, PIKR and GenRe groups was carried out by following the guidelines and directions from BKKBN although there were still some obstacles during the implementation of activities with cadre groups who were being fostered to become role models for other communities regarding the importance of awareness of understanding family functioning and sensitivity to protection against sexual violence experienced by children

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job placement, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance at the Medan City Education and Culture Office. The research method used was quantitative with a survey approach through a questionnaire to 109 respondents. The results of the study show that all three variables, both individually and simultaneously, have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work motivation has the most dominant influence, followed by the work environment and work placement. This research supports the theory of Person-Job Fit and Self-Determination and provides recommendations to improve employee performance through appropriate placement, a conducive work environment, and effective motivation.

Abstract

In government agencies, such as the North Labuhanbatu Regency Education Office, improving employee performance is a central issue that continues to be studied to improve the quality of public services This study aims to analyze the influence of job placement, promotion, and intellectuality on employee performance at the North Labuhanbatu Regency Education Office. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire survey of 100 employees. Data analysis was carried out by Pearson correlation test and multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that these three variables have a significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Intellectuality has the greatest influence, followed by job placement and promotion. Thus, intellectual development, appropriate placement, and a fair promotion system prove to be important in improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of the principle of justice in fixed-term employment agreements (PKWT) in Indonesia within the context of the Job Creation Law. The principle of justice serves as a fundamental guideline in employment relationships, particularly in ensuring a balance between the rights and obligations of workers and employers. This research employs a normative legal approach, which involves a literature review and analysis of legal regulations, doctrines, and principles of justice relevant to PKWT. The findings indicate that the application of the principle of justice in PKWT during the era of the Job Creation Law still faces various challenges, particularly regarding the protection of workers' rights and equality in employment relationships. This study also discusses the legal implications of implementing PKWT on economic development and labor reform in Indonesia. Specifically, the impact of PKWT has the potential to accelerate economic growth through flexibility in the labor market, but it may also create uncertainty for workers, affecting social stability. Therefore, strategies are needed to ensure that labor reforms not only support economic growth but also uphold justice and protection for all parties involved.

Abstract

Suku Anak Dalam (SAD), a part of the Remote Indigenous Communities (KAT), faces significant social challenges, particularly in access to education. To address this, PT Pertamina EP Jambi Field has initiated the "Kampung Budaya" program as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts in Hajran Village, Batang Hari Regency, Jambi Province. This study aims to explore the impact of the Kampung Budaya program on the educational empowerment of SAD children. Utilizing a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with three key informants: a local hero, an adat leader (waris), and a community figure. The findings demonstrate that the program represents a form of planned social change, focusing on educational transformation at the micro level through the provision of learning activities and infrastructure development. The intervention has contributed to increased knowledge, improved attitudes, and behavioral shifts among SAD children. PT Pertamina EP Jambi Field recognizes that fostering change within traditional communities, like the SAD, is a long-term process, particularly when it involves cultural beliefs. This program is an initial step towards broader social transformation and fulfilling the fundamental rights of the SAD community, indicating the company’s role as an agent of change at both micro and macro levels.
