Abstract

Improving high-level thinking skills (high-order thinking) has become an essential requirement This article raises a study of the role of information and communication technology in the management of secondary education after the Covid-19 pandemic, bearing in mind that the Covid-19 pandemic has changed the governance of education in general, including secondary education. On the other hand, the government implemented a distance learning policy (PJJ) and reduced face-to-face learning (PTM) at the start of the pandemic. In these conditions and situations, information and communication technology (ICT) is considered very important. Although in reality, there are many obstacles, such as low human resources, lack of infrastructure, and geographical conditions. From there, online and offline learning is often the best choice. This type of research is qualitative. The approach used is an educational management approach. Data is collected from library sources. The theory used to analyze the data is the blended learning theory. This study found three main aspects; first, the issue of using ICT is partial, where school institutions that are human, social, cultural, and infrastructure ready will benefit significantly from ICT. Vice versa. Second, the presence of the government's role in offering solutions to the problem of education management is also partial. ICT is not optimal because government support is not holistic, it is even dysfunctional when faced with old problems of educational institutions, such as lack of infrastructure and geographical problems. Third, the role of ICT in education management is ambiguous, between as a solution to a problem and as a compulsion amidst the limitations of the school institution itself. The findings of this study are helpful as an enrichment in the study of secondary education management disciplines, on the other hand as a form of criticism and input to managers of educational institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how differentiated learning models are in the independent curriculum. In differentiated learning, teachers must pay attention to the individual needs of each student, identify different abilities, interests and learning styles, and choose appropriate teaching strategies for each student. In addition, teachers also need to provide various choices in learning activities and assessments, so that students can choose how to learn and assess themselves. The findings of this research show that the implementation of the differentiated learning model in the independent learning curriculum pays attention to the principles of individuality, comprehensive learning achievement, motivation, context or student background, student interests and needs, normalization, assessment and integration.

Abstract

This research aims to Argumens of the Qur'an in the context of sexual education as a solution to prevent the phenomenon of transsexuality in children. The conclusion of this research asserts that Quranic-based sexual education Argumens are not only preventive measures but also effective instruments in combating the negative impacts on children's development and have high relevance in providing protection against the adverse effects of transsexuality on children, exploring efforts to counter transsexuality in children through Quranic-based sexual education. The research conclusion is obtained through critical analysis of the phenomenon of transsexuality from the historical perspectives of religion, psychology, and law. This research is then followed up with a thematic interpretation approach based on Quranic references concerning Argumens of sexual education and transsexuality in children. The methods used in this research are qualitative research with the maudhȗ’î interpretation method and historical-critical-contextual methods. Meanwhile, the approach used is a qualitative method based on literature research, Quranic verses, research publication, journals, conference or seminar proceedings, interviews, and articles

Abstract

Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa pembinaan guru profesional berbasis Al-Qur’an mengusung paradigma konstruktivisme humanisme teosentris. Hal ini berdasarkan deskripsi tentang pembinaan profesionalisme guru dalam orientasi spiritual, kepribadian, skill, kualitas, dan kompetensi guru yang  diperkuat dengan percontohan Rasulullah sebagai guru dengan term qudwah (QS. Al Ahzab 33:21) dan uswah hasanah (QS. Ali ‘Imran 3:31) dalam Al-Qur’an. Disertasi ini juga menemukan beberapa hal terkait: 1) Etika kepribadian guru yang meliputi pribadi guru yang diantaranya, rabbani, ikhlas, sabar, tenang, tawadhu, zuhud, benar, tegas, adil,  menyenangkan, efektif, efisien, dan penuh syukur; 2) Skill guru yang meliputi, hard skills, soft skills, dan life skills; 3) Kualitas guru yang meliputi rasa misi (sense of mission), empatik, dan kepemimpinan; 4) Kompetensi guru yang meliputi, pedagogik, kepribadian, profesional, sosial, kreatif, kolaboratif, komunikatif, berpikir kritis, dan belas kasih (compassion). Namun, pembinaan guru profesional perlu memperhatikan terlebih dahulu proses seleksi SDM guru. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan campuran antara desain metode penelitian pengembangan RnD. Dikombinasikan dengan data kualitatif dari sumber penelitian literatur. Sedangkan yang berkenaan dengan kajian Al-Qur’an digunakan metode tematik tafsir al-Maudhu'i. Metode ini dapat mengkaji dengan lebih komprehensif mengenai pembinaan guru profesional dalam prinsip-pinsip Al-Qur’an

Abstract

This study examines the crisis management of Islamic boarding schools in maintaining educational patterns amid the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is library research with qualitative methods. Data were collected from library sources with a sociological approach. The theory used is crisis management. The findings of this study are as follows: first, Islamic boarding school-based education is vulnerable to external disturbances, including the Covid-19 pandemic. Second, the pros and cons of Islamic boarding school policies revolve around technical strategies to respond to the pandemic situation as well as in responding to government policies. Abstract

Pendidikan berbasis masyarakat dalam Al-Qur'an memiliki beberapa dimensi, yaitu, dimensi ruhiyah, dimenai humanis relegios  dan dimensi psikologis spiritual. Dimensi ruhiyah pada pendidikan berbasis masyarakat dimana pendidikan berlangsung melibatkan Allah di dalam nya, baik dalam proses maupun keterikatan pada aturan dalam pelaksanaannya. Berikutnya  Dimensi  humanis religious, dimensi ini dapat dilihat pada penyelenggaraan pendidikan berbasis masyarakat yang memberdayakan kekuatan masyarakat berbasis ajaran agama di antaranya pendidikan berbasis masyarakat dengan tujuan dakwah, dan pemberdayaan dana ummat untuk pendanaan pendidikan. Selanjutnya dimensi paikologi spiritual, dimana pendidikan berbasis masyarakat mengoptimalkan fitrah manusia berdasarkan fase perkembangan dan tugas perkembangan yang diatur oleh Allah dan Rasul. Dengan ditemukan 3 dimensi pendidikan di atas, disertasi ini.berbeda dengan pendapat John Dewey (1952), Can Cleve Morris (1990) dan ivan Illich (2002) yang menganggap bahwa pendidikan berbasis masyarakat  bersumber dari manusia dan alam semata dengan tujuan humanis matrialistik. Disertasi ini juga berbeda dengan Dean Nielsen yang menganggap bahwa pendidikan berbasis masyarakat hanya dilakukan oleh masyarakat. Adapun kesamaan disertasi ini dengan para mufasir seperti Quraisy shihab ( 2004),  Qurthuby ( 1997), Jalalain ( 1993) dan  Ibn Katsir ( 2004), dalam pandangan bahwa pendidikan berbasis masyarakat bukan hanya pendidikan yang dilakukan oleh manusia tetapi ada keterlibatan Allah juga dalam proses pendidikan tersebut. Metoda maudhu’i dipilih pada disertasi ini untuk membahas masalah di atas, karena metoda ini dapat digunakan sebagai penggali konsep pendidikan berbasis masyarakat dalam al Qur’an

Abstract

AbstractThis article aims to analyze the terms in the Qur'an related to educators and students. With the literature study method used in this study, it was revealed that educational and learning activities are essentially an interaction between educators and students; educators are the party that conveys knowledge, experience and values, while students are the party who seeks and receives that knowledge, experience and values. A number of signs must be maintained in the interaction process, so that education and learning activities are well created. Students in this context are not only as objects, but subjects of education. The Qur'an as a guide for human life regulates life from various aspects ranging from social, economic, worship, educational aspects and so on. In the aspect of education, the Qur'an emphasizes the importance of studying and the degree of knowledgeable people, educational objectives, teaching methods, to the importance of students in the world of education. Education is guidance carried out by an adult to the educated in growth so that he has personality which is Islamic. Students formally are people who are in the phase of growth and development both physically and psychologically, growth and development are characteristics of students who need guidance from an educator. In this case, educators have an important role for the continuity of education, whether or not educators have a major influence on educational outcomes for students who are the most important objects in education. AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis istilah-istilah dalam al-Qur’an yang terkait dengan pendidik dan peserta didik. Dengan metode studi pustaka yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terungkap bahwa aktivitas pendidikan dan pembelajaran hakikatnya merupakan interaksi antara pendidik dan peserta didik; pendidik sebagai pihak yang menyampaikan pengetahuan, pengalaman dan nilai, sedangkan peserta didik pihak yang mencari dan menerima pengetahuan, pengalaman dan nilai itu. Sejumlah rambu-rambu harus dipelihara dalam proses interaksi tersebut, sehingga aktivitas pendidikan dan pembelajaran tercipta dengan baik. Peserta didik dalam konteks ini bukan hanya sebagai objek, tetapi subjek pendidikan. Al-Qur’an  sebagai pedoman hidup manusia mengatur kehidupan dari berbagai aspek mulai dari aspek sosial, ekonomi, ibadah, pendidikan dan lain sebagainya. Dalam aspek pendidikan, al-Qur’an menegaskan tentang pentingnya menuntut ilmu, Tingginya derajat orang yang berilmu, tujuan pendidikan, metode pengajaran, sampai dengan pentingnya peserta didik dalam dunia pendidikan.Pendidikan merupakan bimbingan yang dilakukan oleh seorang dewasa kepada terdidik dalam masa pertumbuhan agar ia memiliki kepribadian yang Islami. Peserta didik secara formal adalah orang yang sedang berada pada fase pertumbuhan dan perkembangan baik secara fisik maupun psikis, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan merupakan ciri dari peserta didik yang perlu bimbingan dari seorang pendidik. Dalam hal ini pendidik mempunyai peranan penting untuk berlangsungnya pendidikan, baik atau tidaknya pendidik berpengaruh besar terhadap hasil pendidikan bagi peserta didik yang merupakan obyek terpenting dalam pendidikan.

Abstract

This study explores the characteristics of Quantum Learning in early childhood education institutions that are characterized by Islam. The main elements of Qurantum are oriented towards the growth and development of active and participatory learners. The role of early childhood teachers is more as a mentor or facilitator, and not a presenter of universal science, because in the qurantum, knowledge cannot be transferred from teacher to child without the child's own activity. Therefore, teachers need to know in advance how children think, develop and appreciate children's experiences and thinking patterns, by using a variety of learning methods that allow children to actively construct knowledge. Qualitatively descriptive, this research was conducted by taking the research location in RA Bait Qur'any at-Tafkir Tangerang Selatan. It can be concluded that his main character rests on the formation of the Islamic personality. Two patterns are used, namely aqliyah and nafsiyah. The Aqliyah approach is the process of linking facts to tsabiqoh edicts. The Nafsiyah approach is that the teacher acts as a mother, that is, giving sacrificial love, conveying the hopes and souls of the teacher with the students unifying.

Abstract

Marketing of educational services has become a hot issue and a challenge for educational institution managers, due to increasingly competitive competition between educational institutions. This condition encourages educational institutions to make maximum efforts in marketing educational services. This study tries to examine the concept of marketing educational services from the perspective of the Koran, so that it is hoped that it can provide Qur'anic values in the practice of marketing educational services.Referring to the concept of relational marketing, this study explores the term da'wah as a marketing term in the Qur'an. Marketing management of educational services from the perspective of the Koran is described in three parts. First, the reformulation of the marketing management concept of educational services using the service marketing paradigm from the Al-Qur'an perspective. Second, the marketing of educational services uses the bil wisdom, mauidhah hasanah, and al jidal billati hiya ahsan methods. Third, service marketing orientation and model, implemented in a holistic spiritual based on religious values. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Pemasaran, Jasa Pendidikan, Relational Marketing

Abstract

Effective leadership is often associated with a variety of competencies and personal characteristics, where emotional intelligence (EI) has been a major focus in the last decade. This study examines the role of emotional intelligence in effective leadership through a comprehensive literature review. Using a systematic approach, we analyzed relevant articles and books from 2022 to 2024, which included theory, empirical research, and case studies on EI and leadership. The results of this review show that EI contributes significantly to effective decision-making, conflict management, and the development of interpersonal relationships in the context of leadership. Furthermore, emotional intelligence allows leaders to be more effective in managing stress and motivating subordinates. These findings underscore the importance of integrating EI training in leadership development programs to improve leadership effectiveness in various sectors. The study proposes several recommendations for leadership practices and future research directions, reinforcing the view that EI is an essential key to successful and sustainable leadership
