Abstract

The mental health of students is one of the things that schools need to pay attention to. If mental disorders that arise in students cannot be intervened properly, it will have a negative impact on many aspects. Starting from the emergence of behavior that is not in accordance with school rules, decreased motivation to learn, difficulties in adapting to the environment so that student learning outcomes are not fulfilled at school. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the various efforts that can be made by schools and Counseling Guidance Teachers to prevent mental health disorders from occurring in students at school. This research was conducted using a type of qualitative research, literature study method. The results of the study show that schools can help maintain students' mental health through programs from guidance and counseling services provided by counseling teachers at schools. These services are in the form of information services and system support. Information services refer to literacy activities regarding mental health in schools while system support takes the form of forming peer counselors and self-care programs. These various efforts can be given to students who are at the junior high school to high school levels.

Abstract

The conclusion of this research is that The implementation of the independent curriculum at SDIT Said Na'um Jakarta is actually at a good stage in its implementation, but it is not yet fully in accordance with the concept of the actual independent curriculum. SDIT Said Na'um is still adapting in implementing this independent curriculum so that the results of the students' understanding at SDIT Said Na'um Jakarta has decreased slightly due to the lack of professional teachers in applying or applying this independent learning curriculum in teaching and learning activities in the classroom. However, with the evaluation of last year's learning, SDIT Said Na'um Jakarta teachers and the school principal and deputy head of curriculum will always try to improve the professionalism of the educators

Abstract

Peran supervisi Pengawas Madrasah sangat mendukung, karena tanpa adanya Pengawas yang ahli profesional maka tidak mungkin juga sebuah Madrasah akan berjalan baik dan bermutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran supervisi Pengawas dalam meningkatkan kinerja madrasah. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa penerapan peran supervise pengawas dalam meningkatkan kinerja Madrasah pertahun, melakukan penilaian kinerja guru yang diawasi langsung oleh kepala Madrasah. Berdasarkan uraian di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa peranan pengawas sangat strategik di dalam melakukan fungsi supervisi manajerial di madrasah. Sebagai supervisor manajerial, ia dituntut untuk memiliki pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan di bidang manajemen dan leadership sehingga ia dapat memainkan peranan dan fungsinya dalam membantu kepala sekolah/madrasah dalam mengelola sumberdaya sekolah/madrasah secara efisien dan efektif

Abstract

This research reveals about madrasa management which can be interpreted as everything related to the management of the educational process to achieve predetermined goals, both short, medium and long term goals. The aim of this research is to determine the management of Ibtidaiyah madrasas in improving the quality of education, including: (1) Madrasah program planning; (2) Implementation of the Ibtidaiyah madrasah program and (3) Obstacles it faces. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data collection techniques are carried out through interview guidelines, observation guidelines and documentation studies. The research subjects were the head of the Ibtidaiyah madrasa and teachers at MI Al-Muhajirien Bekasi. The results of the research found: (1) Planning for the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah program includes: teaching programs, including: the need for teachers, division of teaching duties, procurement of textbooks, learning tools and teaching aids, procurement or development of madrasah Ibtidaiyah laboratories, procurement or development of libraries Ibtidaiyah madrasah, learning outcomes assessment system, and curricular activities; (2) Implementation of the Ibtidaiyah madrasah program, namely the strategy implemented to achieve an increase in the quality of education, including: program socialization, SWOT analysis, problem solving, quality improvement, and monitoring and evaluation of school program implementation; and (3) Obstacles in planning the Ibtidaiyah madrasah program, including lack of community participation and economic difficulties so that their support for school management is also low. It is hoped that supervisors will be able to direct and supervise the head of the Ibtidaiyah madrasah in improving the quality of education regarding the planning of the Ibtidaiyah madrasah program, implementation of the program and the obstacles they face in an appropriate, effective and efficient manner so that the quality of education in the Ibtidaiyah madrasah can be improved

Abstract

Fenomena menarik yang terjadi dewasa ini dan hampir melanda umat manusia adalah kerasnya persaingan antar individu untuk bertahan hidup. Dalam upaya seseorang untuk bertahan hidup, tak jarang konflik yang berkepanjangan mucul seiring dengan lewatnya waktu. Seorang sibuk memikirkan masa depannya, masa depan anak-anaknya, kehidupannya untuk hari esok, penyakitnya yang tak kunjung sembuh, vonis dokter bahwa tensinya tinggi hangga ia dinyatakan mengidap penyakit darah tinggi, takut tak mampu menyelesaikan studinya, dan lain-lain sehingga ia terfokus hanya memikirkan masalahnya tersebut. Akibatnya, ia terbawa arus pikirannya yang tanpa ia sadari menjadikan konflik pada dirinya. Kejadian ini terus berlangsung sepanjang hidupnya dan puncaknya ia tak mampu lagi mengendalikan pikirannya. Jadilah ia seseorang penderita suatu penyakit yang dalam bahasa kedokteran disebut psikosomatik atau depressi terselubung. Apa itu psikosomatik? Psikosomatik berkaitan dengan jiwa dan raga atau berhubungan dengan gangguan emosi atau mental pada diri manusia dimana ia tak mampu mengendalikan pikirannya yang ia rasakan dan dampaknya menurunnya daya tahan tubuh orang tersebut

Abstract

Penelitian ini memaparkan kajian manajemen mutu pendidikan melalui perspektif al-Qur’an dalam konteks pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dan termasuk dalam kategori penelitian kualitatif. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode tematik (maudu’iy), hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem penjaminan mutu pendidikan sudah diatur oleh pemerintah, meliputi banyak hal, antara lain tentang batasan mutu, Berdasarkan tafsir ayat dalam upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan antara lain: mengintensifkan kegiatan bimbingan dan penyuluhan, menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang menarik dan memberikan penghargaan bagi siswa yang berprestasi, mengikutsertakan guru dalam pelatihan dan pengembangan keprofesiannya

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang semakin maju, pertemuan antara kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) dan kecerdasan spiritual (Spiritual Intelligence/SI) menjadi topik yang semakin relevan, terutama dalam konteks Al-Qur'an sebagai sumber pedoman hidup umat Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana Al-Qur'an dapat memberikan wawasan dalam menjaga keseimbangan antara perkembangan AI dan pentingnya memelihara SI. Melalui analisis mendalam terhadap ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an yang relevan dan literatur terkini tentang AI dan SI, penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Al-Qur'an menyediakan kerangka etis dan spiritual yang dapat memandu pengembangan dan penggunaan AI secara bertanggung jawab. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi prinsip-prinsip Al-Qur'an dalam pengembangan AI dapat meningkatkan manfaatnya bagi umat manusia sambil tetap mempertahankan nilai-nilai spiritual dan etika. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi potensi sinergi antara AI dan SI dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan implementasi ajaran Al-Qur'an dalam kehidupan modern. Kesimpulannya, keseimbangan antara AI dan SI, dengan bimbingan Al-Qur'an, dapat menciptakan paradigma baru dalam teknologi yang tidak hanya canggih secara teknis tetapi juga kaya akan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dan spiritualitas

Abstract

This study aims to know the improvement of emotional intelligence of students' social attitudes at elementary school of Al Azhar Syifa Budi Telaga Bestari Tangerang. This research used case study of qualitative research methods and the instruments were interviews, observations and document studies. Data analysis used reduction, display and verification. The sample were five teachers as main informants and five students as supporting informants. The results of this study were (1) the the improvoving step of emotional intelligence on the students’ social attitudes through giving advice, good examples, character building, and a high sense of solidarity to build a sense of sympathy and empathy for others. (2) Efforts of improving students’ emotional intelligence was by increasing students’ self-motivation, fostering relationships and cooperation, training students' empathy, controlling and expressing emotions. (3) Factors that effects students’ emotional intelligence on improving the students’ social attitudes were from the family environment, the family whose had not enough religion relatively difficult to control. Then, the community environment, can affect the student’s attitude with a good or bad relationship between students and teachers. They became more responssible for their behavior. They were also more careful in their actions.

Abstract

This study examines leadership in educational institutions from the perspective of the Qur'an. As a guide to the life of Muslims, of course the Qur'an has a broad perspective, not only about worship but also about leadership. This type of research is library research. The approach used is an organizational approach. The theory used is the theory of leadership. The findings in this study are: first, leadership in educational institutions according to the Qur'an is contextual, complex, and flexible, between transactional, transformative, and serving leadership. Such leadership is worth fardhu kifayah in the rule of Islamic law. Second, the framework of leadership and organizational behavior in educational institutions according to the perspective of the Qur’an is more appropriate to be called Neo-Institutionalism. where leadership is influenced by the teachings and values ​​of Islamic beliefs. The practice of leadership in educational institutions is more accurately called the realization of and manifestation of the verses of the Qur’an. While the teachings of the Qur’an, according to the scholars of interpretation, are very professional in assessing the work. The contribution of this research is an offer of discourse in the form of an opinion that the leadership practice shown by Islamic-based organizations is part of the worship of Muslims in carrying out religious teachings.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of STEM-based Think Pair Share (TPS) model on students' 21st century thinking skills in Indonesia. This type of research is meta-analysis research. The sources in the meta-analysis came from 15 national and international journals published in 2021-2024. The inclusion criteria in the research are that the research must be indexed by SINTA, Scopus and Web of Science, the research must be experimental or quasi-experimental related to the STEM-based Think Pair Share (TPS) model on students' 21st century thinking skills; Research data obtained through google scholar, Mendeley, Sciencedirect and ERIC, Research must be open access, and research must have complete data to calculate the effect size value. The sampling technique is purposive samling. Data analysis in this study is quantitative statistical analysis by calculating the effect size value with the help of the OpenMEE application. The results concluded that the STEM-based Think Pair Share (TPS) model had a significant effect on students' 21st century thinking skills in Indonesia with a high influence category with an average effect size value (ES = 0.952). This finding provides important information for teachers in implementing this model to encourage students' 21st century thinking skills in Indonesia.
