Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a library study (library research) using a philosophical approach, as it explores the ideas and thoughts of H. Ahmad Zacky presented in his book titled, Yuk, Instal Hati Kita dengan Tobat (Let’s Install Our Hearts with Repentance). The main focus of this study is the concept of repentance as a method for renewing the heart, as proposed by Ahmad Zacky in a modern and contextual framework. The data used in this research is classified into two types: primary data, sourced from Ahmad Zacky’s own book, and secondary data, obtained from various literature such as classical Islamic texts, reference books, scientific journals, articles, dissertations, theses, and relevant digital sources. The core idea of Ahmad Zacky’s thought emphasizes that the corruption of the heart is the root of sinful acts; therefore, the heart must be renewed through sincere repentance. According to him, repentance is not merely a momentary act but a continuous process of self-correction supported by various spiritual practices. In this regard, he outlines ten key practices to support heart renewal, including prayer, remembrance, night prayer, fasting, invoking blessings upon the Prophet, pilgrimage, almsgiving, charity, patience, and sincerity. This study aims to explore the spiritual values within the concept of repentance and its contribution to heart purification in modern life. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan filosofis karena membahas gagasan pemikiran H. Ahmad Zacky dalam bukunya yang berjudul Yuk, Instal Hati Kita dengan Tobat. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah pada konsep tobat sebagai cara untuk memperbarui hati yang dikemukakan oleh Ahmad Zacky dalam bingkai modern dan kontekstual. Data dalam penelitian ini diklasifikasikan menjadi dua jenis, yakni data primer yang bersumber dari buku karya Ahmad Zacky sendiri, serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari berbagai literatur seperti kitab klasik, buku referensi, jurnal ilmiah, artikel, disertasi, tesis, dan sumber digital lainnya yang relevan. Inti pemikiran Ahmad Zacky menekankan bahwa kerusakan hati adalah awal dari perbuatan dosa, sehingga perlu dilakukan pembaruan hati melalui tobat. Tobat menurutnya bukan hanya tindakan sesaat, tetapi sebuah proses pembenahan diri yang terus-menerus dengan dukungan berbagai amalan. Dalam hal ini, ia menyebutkan sepuluh amalan utama yang mendukung proses pembaruan hati, antara lain shalat, zikir, qiyamul lail, puasa, membaca shalawat, menunaikan haji, membayar zakat, bersedekah, bersabar, dan berikhlas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali nilai-nilai spiritual dalam konsep tobat dan kontribusinya terhadap kebersihan hati dalam kehidupan modern.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find the dimensions of change management objects in Muhammadiyah Pesantren. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a case study research type. The research was conducted at the Muhammadiyah Boarding School Klaten with the director, principal, and teachers as research informants. The qualitative data in this study are interview data, observation data, and document data. Data was collected by researchers from research informants, research locations, and official documents of Islamic boarding schools. Data analysis techniques are carried out through data collection, data codification, data analysis, and conclusion-making. The study’s findings show that the dimensions of the change management object consist of organizational structure, curriculum, learning, and parenting. The process of managing changes in Muhammadiyah Pesantren is carried out by change planning, organizational strengthening, communication and motivation, and evaluation. Change management is carried out continuously in its stages. By making changes to the dimensions that have been mentioned, there is an increase in the productivity of directors, teachers, and students. In addition, there is an increase in pesantren performance in terms of financial income, the number of new students, learning outcomes, several achievements, and cooperation among pesantren residents.

Abstract

Current issues in human resource management include various challenges and trends faced by companies today. This study aims to provide an understanding of the literature on human resource planning in building employee commitment amidst the challenges of mental health issues. This study uses literature research to realize the objectives of this study. The written sources used in this study certainly come from secondary data. The secondary data in question are written sources such as books, journals, articles, and research reports. The results of the study showed that Clark's theory explains that proper human resource planning will create good mental health, which has a positive impact on building employee commitment and efforts to balance work life with personal life, which can affect employee mental health.

Abstract

The lack of visual learning media causes students to have a shallow understanding of the pillars of faith material. This study aims to develop pop-up book-based learning media for Phase D students of grade IX. The study employed the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), utilizing data collection techniques that included interviews, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The validation results showed a feasibility level of 75% (media), 95% (material), and 82.5% (language). The practicality of the media was assessed as high based on teacher responses (93.1%) and students (83.9%). The effectiveness of the media reached 87%. These findings indicate that pop-up book media can increase student involvement and understanding of the pillars of faith material.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Integrasi Nilai Sekong Sirenden Sipomandi dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Negeri 14 Luwu Utara Kecamatan Rongkong. Untuk mengetahui: (1) Peran nilai-nilai Sekong Sirenden Sipomandi dalam pendidikan agama Islam di Kecamatan Rongkong. (2) Bentuk integrasi nilai-nilai Sekong Sirenden Sipomandi dalam proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Negeri 14 Luwu Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, data penelitian dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi data, mendeskripsikan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai Sekong Sirenden Sipomandi seperti kebersamaan, tolong-menolong (ta’awun), musyawarah, dan persatuan memiliki peran penting dalam pendidikan agama Islam, khususnya dalam pembentukan karakter religius dan sosial peserta didik. Integrasi nilai-nilai tersebut dilakukan secara kontekstual dan aplikatif melalui kegiatan keagamaan, pengajaran materi keislaman, dan keterlibatan dalam kegiatan adat. Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam secara aktif mengaitkan ajaran Islam dengan nilai-nilai budaya lokal, sehingga pembelajaran menjadi lebih relevan dan membumi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari siswa.

Abstract

n the process of teaching the Arabic language, including reading skills, there are still many students who struggle with learning it. Teachers also do not use methods that could facilitate students' understanding of the material presented. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Flipped Classroom learning model in improving reading skills (maharah Qira'ah) in class X students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sukoharjo. This research is a quantitative research using pre-experimental method with one-group pretest-posttest design, involving 30 students as samples. The research instruments were pretest and posttest tests to evaluate students' reading skills before and after the intervention. It was prepared based on the curriculum of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sukoharjo. The results showed a significant increase in posttest scores (82.00) compared to the pretest (54.33), with a statistical significance value of only 0.001. This increase shows the effectiveness of the Flipped Classroom model in improving students' reading skills. This model is considered effective because it has achieved the expected learning objectives, namely an increase in learning outcomes as evidenced by the results of posttest scores.

Abstract

Curriculum management is a strategic component in ensuring educational quality, particularly in the context of vocational education such as Vocational High Schools (SMK). Changes in national education policy and the dynamics of industry demand an adaptive, participatory, and contextual curriculum management system. This study aims to uncover how the implementation of curriculum management at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bambanglipuro contributes to improving school well-being, encompassing the dimensions of teachers, students, facilities, and institutions. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological design was used to understand the direct experiences of educational stakeholders related to the curriculum management process at the school. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies with three main participants: the principal, the vice principal for curriculum, and teachers. The results indicate that the implementation of curriculum management reflects synergy with industry, adjustments to the Independent Curriculum, and ongoing teacher training. Collaborative practices, such as the Teaching Factory with industry partners (Astra, Daihatsu, Jogja TV), also support the achievement of school well-being, both professionally, materially, and institutionally. This study recommends strengthening the curriculum evaluation system and developing industry partnerships as sustainable strategies to improve school quality and well-being.

Abstract

Penderita disabilitas seperti tunanetra sangat sulit melakukan aktifitas tanpa alat bantu seperti misalnya untuk berjalan. Tongkat adalah alat yang paling sering digunakan oleh penyandang tunanetra. Dengan peningkatan teknologi yang semakin berkembang, maka telah dimudahkan dalam melakukan inovasi-inovasi yang dapat memudahkan pekerjaan manusia tak terkecuali pada penyandang disabilitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan alat bantu jalan tunanetra dengan tongkat cerdas berbasis arduino dan melakukan pengujian terhadap alat yang dikembangkan. Kegunaan dari pengembangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan alat yang dapat membantu mobilitas penyandang tunanetra agar dapat berjalan dengan aman. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) untuk menghasilkan pengembangan produk yang berkualitas. Metode pengujian black-box berfokus pada penginputan data, proses transaksi, dan keakuratan laporan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan alat bantu jalan tunanetra yaitu tongkat cerdas tunanetra berbasis Arduino. Alat ini dapat membantu penggunanya berjalan dengan aman dimana pada alat terdapat sensor ultrasonik dibagian depan, samping kanan dan kiri untuk mendeteksi benda/halangan. Tongkat ini dapat dimonitoring pada aplikasi bot telegram. Alat dilengkapi dengan modul GPS untuk mendeteksi keberadaan tongkat jika pengguna tongkat merasa tersesat dan ingin dijemput oleh keluarganya. Keluarga pengguna tongkat juga dapat melacak lokasi tongkat dengan meminta posisi tongkat pada bot telegram. Hasil pengujian tiap komponen menunjukkan semua komponen berfungsi dengan baik dan sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan sistem. Kemudian pada pengujian keseluruhan sistem, dari tujuh point pengujian semua dikatakan berhasil dan alat dapat bekerja dengan baik sehingga dianggap oleh peneliti dapat diharapkan.

Abstract

Matematika merupakan mata pelajaran yang perlu diperkenalkan sejak Sekolah Dasar (SD). Berdasarkan observasi di SD Negeri Nayu 77 Surakarta khususnya kelas 1, kebanyakan siswa masih menganggap bahwa mata pelajaran Matematika dianggap sulit sehingga kurang diminati. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan masih menggunakan media berupa buku sebagai pedoman. Untuk itu, media pembelajaran yang menyenangkan perlu digunakan, misalnya menggunakan game. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan game edukasi bernama “Bilomatika”, yaitu game edukasi yang memuat materi Bilangan untuk siswa kelas 1 SD sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai media dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Waterfall. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui obeservasi, angket dan wawancara mendalam. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan metode statistik deskriptif. Validasi aplikasi game edukasi dilakukan oleh dua ahli media dan ahli materi yang kompeten di bidangnya dengan persentase nilai sebesar 80,5% dan 85,2%, sehingga masuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan pre-test dan post-test sebelum dan sesudah memainkan game Bilomatika yang dilakukan terhadap 25 siswa SD N 77 Nayu Surakarta, diperoleh nilai uji normalitas N-Gain dengan peningkatan rata-rata sebesar g=0,72. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi game edukasi Bilomatika ini layak dan efektif untuk digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif media pembelajaran di kelas 1 SD.AbstractMathematics is a subject that needs to be introduced since elementary school (SD). One reason is that the learning method applied still uses books as a guidance. For this reason, fun learning media needs to be used, for example using games. This study aims to develop an educational game called "Bilomatika", an educational game that contains material of Numbers for first grade of elementary students, so that it can be used as a medium in learning activities. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R & D) with a model of Waterfall. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires and in-depth interviews. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistical method. Validation of the educational game application is carried out by two media experts and material experts who are competent in the fields with a percentage value of 80.5% and 85.2%, so that it falls into the very feasible category. Based on the pre-test and post-test before and after playing the Bilomatika game conducted on 25 elementary school students of SD Nayu Nayu 77 Surakarta, N-Gain normality test scores were obtained with an increase in average of g = 0.72. Thus, it can be concluded that the Bilomatika educational game application is feasible and effective to be used as an alternative learning media in the first grade of elementary school.

Abstract

This research aims to understand and explore the experiences of 1st grade elementary school students in using Quizizz as an interactive learning medium. Each student's learning experience can vary based on various factors such as individual preferences, learning methods, and their educational background. Therefore, the focus of this research is to understand more deeply how these students interact with Quizizz, starting from their level of motivation to their experience in practical use of this application as well as seeing how this tool influences their motivation, participation and academic achievement. This type of research is qualitative research with the research method used, namely descriptive. The data collection process is carried out through purposive sampling where the researcher decides to determine the individuals and locations to study and understand the central phenomenon. This research was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah Tonggalan Klaten, namely in class 1D with 1 teacher and 10 students. The data collection process was carried out using in-depth structured interviews with class 1D teachers. Next, for 10 students, a focus group discussion (FGD) was carried out which was divided into 2 sessions with each session consisting of 5 students. Using Quizizz as an interactive learning tool for 1st grade elementary school students provides a positive experience and has an impact on their learning motivation. Students enjoy the interactivity, variety of questions, and gaming elements offered by this platform. Positive impacts are also seen in increasing students' active participation, self-confidence and intrinsic motivation. From a teacher's perspective, Quizizz is considered effective in enhancing learning and providing a useful evaluation tool.
