Abstract

The transfer of land rights in Indonesia is governed by various positive laws currently in force, including Government Regulation Number 35 of 2023 (PP 35/2023) concerning General Provisions for Regional Taxes and Regional Levies. PP 35/2023 regulates the establishment of the Tax on Land and Building Rights (BPHTB), which is also imposed on the Sale and Purchase Agreement (PPJB) made by a notary. Specifically, the regulation addresses PPJBs that have been fully paid. However, this provision is not entirely consistent with the existing regulation requiring the payment of BPHTB for the Sale and Purchase Deed (AJB) executed by the Land Deed Making Officer (PPAT). This payment is a fundamental requirement for changing the name on the land and building title certificate, as stipulated by the National Land Agency. This study employs a normative legal research method, focusing on library materials or secondary data. Utilizing a qualitative approach, the research analyzes legal norms in statutory regulations. The findings indicate that PP 35/2023 still lacks a clear legal basis for recognizing a notary's PPJB as a condition for changing the name on the land certificate by the buyer.

Abstract

Pengamanan merupakan fungsi dari sistem lembaga pemasyarakatan yang dilaksanakan berdasarkan klasifikasi yang mencakup 3 kegiatan yaitu pencegahan, penindakan, dan pemulihan sebagaimana yang sudah diatur dalam Undang-undang. Rumusan masalah dalam penulisan yaitu bagaimana penguatan fungsi lembaga pemasyarakatan dalam pelaksanaan pengamanan narapidana di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Tembilahan dan apa saja yang menjadi hambatan petugas pemasyarakatan dalam pelaksanaan pengamanan tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong kedalam penelitian hukum empiris atau sosiologis dan bersifat deskriptif analitis. Data dan sumber data yang dipergunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh oleh peneliti melalui responden dan populasi. Data sekunder berupa peraturan perundang-undangan, buku-buku, jurnal, internet dan data tersier berupa kamus hukum dan kamus Bahasa Indonesia. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara dengan teknik analisa data adalah analisis kualitatif dan mengambil kesimpulan dengan cara deduktif. Penguatan Fungsi Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Dalam Pelaksanaan Pengamanan Narapidana Di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Tembilahan sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur yang berlaku di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan itu sendiri dan sudah sangat sesuai dengan yang diamanatkan oleh peraturan perundang-undangan. Adapun hambatan petugas pemasyarakatan dalam Penguatan Fungsi Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Dalam Pelaksanaan Pengamanan Narapidana Di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Tembilahan antara lain adalah kurangnya jumlah personil petugas pengamanan Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Tembilahan, kurangnya pos menara penjagaan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Tembilahan dan jumlah WBP yang melebihi kapasitas Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Tembilahan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of contextual teaching and learning  approach to Learning Outcomes of the Operation of Calculating Round Numbers in in primary schools. The research type is quasi experiment with nonequivalent control group design. The sample of research is students of class VB and VC SDN 23 Marapalam city of Padang. Sampling using purporsive sampling technique. The instrument used is an objective test in the form of multiple choice. Data analysis technique using t-test. The result of research shows that there is influence of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach to Calculating Operations of Round Numbers learning outcomes in primary school. Evident from the acquisition of tcount (3.04)> ttable (1.99). This shows the Calculating Operations of Round Numbers learning outcomes result of the two classes differ significantly. The average posttest of the experimental class applying the learning approach of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) is 81.03 higher than the control class that apply conventional learning that is 71,62.  Keywords: CTL approach, learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to assess how debt financing ratios, the size of local government, and financial performance collectively influence the quality of Internet financial reporting in provincial regional governments in Indonesia. Additionally, the study considers audit opinion as a moderating variable. The research is focused on the provincial regional governments of Indonesia, with a sample size of 81 entities selected through purposive sampling. For hypothesis testing, the study employs multiple linear regression with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The collected data undergoes classical assumption testing before the hypothesis is tested, utilizing the SPSS 22.0 tool. The results indicate that Financial Performance has a positive impact on the quality of Internet financial reporting. In contrast, Debt Financing Ratios and the size of the local government do not significantly affect the quality of Internet financial reporting. The moderation role of audit opinion is highlighted, showing a significant positive effect in moderating the relationship between financial performance and the quality of Internet financial reporting. Conversely, audit opinion exhibits a significant negative effect in moderating the relationship between Debt Financing Ratio, regional government size, and the quality of Internet financial reporting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peran penting reformasi hukum pajak di Indonesia dalam konteks peningkatan keadilan fiskal. Penelitian ini pendekatan Yuridis-Normatif untuk menganalisis perubahan hukum pajak dan potensi dampaknya terhadap keadilan fiskal di Indonesia. Penelitian diawali dengan mengumpulkan sumber-sumber data hukum yang relevan, seperti undang-undang, peraturan pemerintah, kebijakan pajak, dan keputusan peradilan terkait. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat tantangan kompleks yang dihadapi sistem perpajakan Indonesia termasuk ketidakpastian hukum, penghindaran pajak, dan perlakuan pajak yang tidak selalu adil. Artikel ini juga mengidentifikasi peluang yang ada untuk memperbaiki sistem perpajakan dengan fokus pada transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan pendidikan perpajakan. Dengan menjembatani kesenjangan keadilan fiskal melalui reformasi hukum pajak tersebut Indonesia memiliki potensi untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Fruits and vegetables are essential for global nutrition and economic growth, yet they are among the most perishable food commodities, contributing to major postharvest losses worldwide. Freeze drying is widely recognized as a superior preservation method that maintains the structural integrity, nutritional value, and sensory quality of fresh produce. Despite its advantages, freeze drying is energy-intensive, posing challenges for cost-effectiveness and sustainability in large-scale applications. This review explores the freeze drying process in detail, highlighting the critical operational parameters such as freezing rate, chamber pressure, shelf temperature, and sample thickness, that influence both product quality and energy consumption. Additionally, the role of cryoprotectants in preserving bioactive compounds during drying is discussed. By identifying optimization strategies for these parameters, this study aims to support the development of more energy-efficient and economically viable freeze drying systems for the fruit and vegetable processing industry.

Abstract

In face developments of the era that are changing so quickly, counselor creativity be one of the important indicator that needs to be developed in implementation counseling service. This counselor's creativity can encourage achievement counseling service goals that was meaningful and has a significant impact on changes in counselee behavior. The aim of this article is to describe the opportunities of integration solution-focused brief counseling with the creative arts. This article is study literature with a structured and systematic meta-analysis from ideas development and research of solution-focused brief counseling with the creative arts. This article is an analysis of 46 articles published between 2007 and 2022 . In addition, there are 5 scientific articles directly related to the combination of brief counseling focus solution with creative arts. The results of an analysis of these articles found that integration of solution-focused brief counseling with the creative arts is a counseling innovation by integrating principles in creative counseling that seeks to help students realize their abilities and potential so that they can come up with solutions to the problems they have. Integration of the creative arts in solution-focused brief counseling is important to do to increase the effectiveness of the counseling services provided. Creative art that can support the effectiveness of solution-focused brief counseling are drawings, puppets, metaphors, and sand trays. The findings of this study provide recommendations for further research to identify the effectiveness of solution-focused brief counseling with other creative arts empirically in overcoming certain problems in counselees.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the ability to count numbers for group B students in the Harapan Bunda PKK Playgroup and to describe the use of numerical innovative tree media to develop the ability to calculate numbers for group B students in the Harapan Bunda PKK Playgroup. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method and data collection procedures through interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The collected data related to students' numeracy skills and the use of innovative tree media were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was concluded that the ability to count the numbers of group B students in the Play Group PKK Harapan Bunda Muneng Balong Ponorogo can be said to be better because the children's abilities are better than before. The use of innovative tree media has proven to be more capable of developing the ability to count numbers for group B students in the PKK Harapan Bunda Play Group, Muneng, Balong, and Ponorogo.

Abstract

 There are several schools of legal thought in philosophy, including the Natural Law School, the Positive Law School, the Utilitarian Law School, the Historical School, and others. All schools of law have their own concepts as a basis for making laws. In its actualization, these various legal schools exist in the lives of many people, both the international community and Indonesian society. Utilitarianism places benefit as the goal of law. What is meant by usefulness is happiness. Whether a law is good or not really depends on whether the law makes humanity happy or not. This Utilitarian school was pioneered by Jeremy Bentham (1748 – 1832), a philosopher, jurist economist and legal reformer. Bentham was able to weave the "thread" of the principle of utility into a broad ethical and legal doctrine known as utilitarianism. A law can only be recognized as law if it provides the greatest benefit to the greatest number of people. This principle was put forward by Bentham in his work Introduction to the Principles of Morals and Legislation (1789), which stated that law aims at "the greatest happiness for the greatest number". Lawmakers in drafting laws must involve looking for ways to realize "good". Lawmakers must take into account the fact that the actions they wish to prevent are “bad” or “criminal.”
