Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian dan pengembagan ini bertujuan: (1) mengambangkan bahan ajar mata pelajaran PPKn; (2) mengetahui efektifitas produk bahan ajar pada mata pelajaran PPKn yang dikembangkan. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan menggunakan model Borg and Gall. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; (1) validasi untuk kelayakan isi  bahan ajar PPKn adalah baik, (2) validasi untuk kelayakan penyajian  bahan ajar PPKn adalah baik, (3) validasi untuk kelayakan isi  bahan ajar adalah baik, (4) validasi untuk kelayakan penyajian bahan ajar adalah baik, (5) validasi untuk kelayakan bahasa bahan ajar adalah baik,  rentang validasi akhir dari bahan ajar PPKn hasil pengembangan adalah baik, yang artinya bahan ajar PPKn hasil pengembangan dinyatakan valid. Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan bahan ajar PPKn hasil pengembangan dengan hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan buku teks. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil pengolahan data dimana diperoleh thitung sebesar 8,666  sedangkan ttabel = 2,042 , pada α = 0,05 dengan dk 98 . Hasil perhitungan dimana  thitung > ttabel, thitung yaitu  8,666 >  2,042. Disimpulkan bahwa jumlah rata-rata nilai postes hasil belajar kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan bahan ajar PPKn hasil pengembangan adalah sebesar 80,667 dan lebih tinggi dari kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan buku teks, yaitu  sebesar  55,333. Kata Kunci: bahan ajar  pada mata pelajaran PPKn Abstract: Research and pengembagan aims: (1) floating the subjects PPKn instructional materials; (2) determine the effectiveness of the product instructional materials on subjects PPKn developed. The research method is a research and development using the Borg and Gall models. The results showed; (1) validation of the feasibility of the contents of teaching materials PPKn is good, (2) validation of the feasibility of presenting instructional materials PPKn is good, (3) validation of the feasibility of the contents of teaching materials is good, (4) validation of the feasibility of the presentation of teaching materials is good, (5) validation of the feasibility of language teaching materials is good, the ultimate validation range of teaching materials PPKn result of the development is good, which means the development of teaching materials PPKn result declared invalid. Hypothesis testing results prove that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students that learned to use teaching materials PPKn results with the development of student learning outcomes that learned to use textbooks. This is indicated by the data processing which gained tcount of 8.666 while the table = 2.042, at α = 0.05 with 98 hp. The results of calculations where thitung> ttable, thitung namely 8.666> 2.042. It was concluded that the amount of the average value group posttest learning outcomes of students that learned to use teaching materials PPKn development results amounted to 80.667 and was higher than the group of students that learned to use textbooks, which amounted to 55,333. Abstract

This research is motivated by the rapid development of technology and information, one of which is social media, one of the most popular social media is Instagram. Instagram is a social media with a photo and video processing system and more practical information acquisition, the advantages that are presented by Instagram social media are able to reach the most users of other social media including students. The content in Instagram is not just information and entertainment, Instagram also offers news about Islam that can affect users, including students. The problems in this research are: finding out the influence of da'wah on Instagram on the religious behavior of university students. The question of this study is whether preaching on Instagram influences the religious behavior of university students. The purpose of this study was to determine whether preaching on Instagram influences the religious behavior of university students. This research is a quantitative study, with data collection methods through survey. The data analysis method used is the normality test, hypothesis testing and simple linear regression coefficient test which is then processing the data using the SPSS 16 for windows application. The population in this study was all students of communication and broadcasting Islam department from the year 2015 to the year 2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, as many as 60 people by determining active users on Instagram. The results of processed statistics are assisted with SPSS 16 for window program, which shows that preaching on Instagram (X) significantly influences the religious behavior (Y) of Islamic broadcasting communication students with a sig value smaller than the value (α) of 0,000 <0.05 with the magnitude of its influence is 0.526 or 52.6%, while the remaining 47.6% is explained by other independent variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Absract This study aims to determine the transparency of the village government in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, to find out the management of village funds in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang District, and to determine village government transparency in village fund management in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District Sidenreng Rappang. The population in this study was 345 heads of households in which the sampling used was Non-Probability Sampling, with a Purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 35 people. This study used a Quantitative Descriptive Method. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires (questionnaires), library studies, and interviews. The data analysis technique used is frequency tabulation analysis and simple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the Transparency of the Village Government in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency has an average percentage of 58% categorized as "Fairly Good", while village fund management in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang District, an average of 57% categorized "Pretty good". Then as for village government transparency in managing village funds in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, it is said to be quite good, where the value of t count = 5.045> t table = 2,035 with a significance value of 0,000 <0.05 with a percentage of 43.5%. Abstract

Teknologi informasi merupakan salah satu alat yang mendukung kehidupan masyarakat dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, baik dalam ruang kesehatan, politik, budaya, olah raga, keamanan dan ekonomi. Teknologi ditandai dengan adanya berbagai sistem informasi. bentuk aplikasi, seperti aplikasi dalam bentuk situs web, komputer desktop, dan seluler. Perumahan griya mandiri yang terletak di deli tua memiliki ±200 rumah yang telah memiliki penghuninya, perumahan griya mandiri memiliki beberapa pengutipan iuran seperti uang iuran keamanan dan iuran sampah yang setiap bulannya dikutip melalui petugas pengelolaan perumahaan griya mandiri.  Dalam proses pelaksanaannya petugas mendatangi ke pemilik rumah untuk mentagih, dan dalam manajemen pengelolaan perumahan griya mandiri masih menggunakan manual seperti masih menggunakan buku dalam pelaporannya sehingga untuk mencari data membutuhkan waktu relatif lama. Untuk itulah diperlukan suatu modernisasi dalam hal kemajuan pengelolaan manajemen perumahan griya mandiri dengan menggunakan suatu aplikasi yang dapat membantu berbagai pihak baik pengelolaan dan penghuni tempat tinggal perumahan griya mandiri.

Abstract

Political participation of the community in direct local elections is an important institution in any democratic country like Indonesia . Local elections is also a means of political education for the people who are directly and openly . That is expected to increase public awareness about democracy . Local elections emphasize democratization process better and deeper . Local elections laden with political competition among the participants . Researchers study detailing the problem as follows : How can public participation during the day ( voting ) , and whether the factors that cause a lot of abstentions or no vote on the election of the Governor and Deputy Governor of Riau second round of 2013 in the Village of Air Hitam District of Payung Sekaki, Pekanbaru .This research was conducted with descriptive qualitative method with purposive sampling technique and key person in order to build knowledge representations based on a relatively deep and detailed . While the analysis of data using triangulation of data and data analysis with interactive models of data .After doing research and data processing can be concluded that the public's understanding of the elections and the relatively low level of political participation , as well as the factors that determine cause many non-voters or did not vote on the election of the Governor and Deputy Governor of Riau second round of 2013 in the Village of Air Hitam District of Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru city largely because of socioeconomic factors , psychological factors and factors of rational choice and the apathy and indifference of the society towards the common election because of the crisis of public trust in the leader . Abstract

The distribution of seed and plus tree sources of damar mata kucing (Shorea javanica) in Repong Damar village is important to provide good quality of seeds. Currently, the existence of seed source of damar mata kucing is still unknown. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to mapping the seeds source or damar mata kucing plus trees. This study aims to analyze the plus tree map distribution using geographic information systems. This research was conducted using a survey method to determine the coordinates based on the growth location characteristics. Data analysis was performed using geographic information systems. The results showed that there were 24 plus trees (17.5%) of the total population studied and distributed in 3 location, namely east, north and west part. The plus tree distribution is mostly in the eastern part of 58.3%, the northern part is 20.8%, and the western part is 20.8%. The growth location conditions in the eastern part has a slope of 5 - 15%, with an altitude of 41 - 121 m.asl. In the western part it has a slope of 5 - 7%, with an altitude of 40 - 73 masl and the northern part has a slope of 5 - 15%, with an altitude of 35 - 174 masl.

Abstract

This paper describes the role of BUMN (State-Owned Enterprises) as a corporation based on experience in Indonesia. In this context, this paper explains that various studies on the factors of legal certainty and legal relations and growth show that law enforcement is especially important for companies, including BUMN (State-Owned Enterprises). In this case, an independent court is the central institution for upholding the law. Likewise, laws and regulations, for example in the field of capital market law, which prohibit insider trading, for example, lead to the development of the capital market. Likewise, the study of the role of banking law where regulations that encourage and facilitate private monitoring of banks tend to strengthen the appearance of banks, reduce bad loans and strengthen bank stability. In sum, BUMN as one of the actors of economic activity in the national economy has an important role in realizing the welfare of the community. For this reason, the BUMN Law wants to optimize the implementation of the role of BUMN in the national economy in order to realize public welfare. Optimizing the role of SOEs is carried out professionally.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to contribute to a better knowledge of the use of M. arboreus as a medicinal plant traditionally used in the treatment of common diseases by the Ngbaka people in the South Ubangi, Democratic Republic of the Congo. Based on free consent of the respondents, an ethnobotanical survey was carried out using a questionnaire among the Ngbaka healers. The aim of this study is to contribute to a better understanding of the use of M. arboreus as a medicinal plant traditionally used in the treatment of common diseases by the Ngbaka people in the South Ubangi. Based on consent of the respondents, an ethnobotanical survey was carried out using a questionnaire among the Ngbaka healers. The results obtained in this study allowed us to identify 23 diseases that are treated by Myrianthus arboreus. The organs of M. arboreus used for the treatment of diseases are mainly the leaf (96%), the bark of the stem (66%), the fruits and seeds (42%) and the roots (34%). The main methods of preparation of the organs were decoction (86%) and maceration (66%), while the administration of the recipes is predominantly via oral (86%) and cutaneous route (68%). The vast majority of respondents use M. arboreus organs for the treatment of abscesses (17 citations), sinusitis (15 citations) and tooth decay (15 citations), and wounds with 13 citations.  This work provides a source of information that can be used as a basis for pharmacological studies to assess therapeutic effectiveness.

Abstract

Penetapan jumlah mahar serta jenis mahar yang dipakai di Desa Purba Baru adalah mahar musamma. Adapun cara penetapannya ialah dengan cara ditentukan oleh orangtua     atau keluarga calon mempelai perempuan. Akan tetapi, orangtua perempuan melihat keadaan keluarga dan anaknya dari berbagai aspek seperti status sosial, ekonomi, pendidikan, pekerjaan dan keturunannya. Semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan calon mempelai wanita tersebut maka semakin tinggi nilai atau mahar baginya. Ada juga penetapan jumlah mahar dalam perkawinan di desa Purba Baru dari hasil musyawarah kedua belah pihak, untuk berapa jumlahnya dan apa yang menjadi kesepakatan bersama serta untuk menghindari kemudharatan dan mengutamakan kemaslahatan. Dan tidak jarang terjadi penetapan jumlah mahar berdasarkan atas dasar kesederhanaan dan kemudahan berdasarkan kesanggupan dan kemampuan calon suami.
