This research will elaborate the reference of cohesion in the Arabic language. This research is using the discourse of muqaddimah (introduction) of Al-Munjid Dictionary first edition, written by Louis Ma’luf Al-Yasui as the source of data. The methods that had been used in this research were distributively method – distribusionalism using the technique of directly substances divided, the technique of reading the marks, the technique of change, and the technique of paraphrase. In the muqaddimah of Al-Munjid dictionary discourse, first edition, written by Louis Ma’luf Al-Yasui, the result of analysis can be concluded that there are two kinds of reference cohesion, (1) based on the substances that has been refered, such as endophora (anaphora and cataphora) and exophora, (2) based on the type of reference, such as reference of persona and reference of demonstrative.

Tulisan ini mengangkat wacana tentang ekonomi syariah di Indonesia dengan tiga pokok pembahasan yaitu: Pertama: Undang-undang perbankan syariah, Kedua: kewenangan peradilan mengadili sengketa ekonomi syariah, Ketiga: status non muslim berinvestasi atau nasabah di perbanakan syariah.Salah satu pioner dari berjalannya system ekonomi Islam dinegara ini dapat dilihat dari perkembangan perbankan syariah sebagai bagian dari sistem ekonomi Islam sejak tahun 1998 sampai dengan sekarang. Walaupun dibandingkan dengan negara lainnya kemunculan perbankan syariah di Indonesia agak teriambat namun perkernbangan yang didapat oleh perbankan syariah begitu signifikan.Terhadap fenomena tersebut dapat dipahami bahwa minat konsumen pada perbankan syariah belum tersosialisasi secara efektjf, termasuk produk-produk. Perbankan Syariah lahir Undang-Undang Nomor 21 tahun 2008 tentang Perbankan Syariah yang dalam salah satu bab dan pasalnya yaitu Bab IX Pasal 55 memunculkan mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa apabila terjadi sengketa (dispute) antara pihak bank syariah dengan nasabah.Maka Pengadilan Agama berwenang mengadili,bahkan termasuk jka terjadi opsional (choiceof forum) pada peradilan mana akan menyelesaikan sengketa itu. Maka diberikan kedua belah pihak dalam menyelesaikan sengketa, sampai mahkamah konstitusi memutuskan kepada peradilan mana yang berwenang mengadili sengketa ekoruri syariah.Kebijakan perbankan syariah membuka ruang kepada nasabah nonmusüm diduga akan rtenimbulkan masalah baru dalam perbankan syariah. Perrnasalahan tersebut dapat rænjadi pintu persengketaan dalam ekonomi syariah.Hal tersebut diduga awal bahwa bagaimana mungkin seorang non muslim bertransaksi syariah sementara ræreka tidak merniliki keyakinan yang sarna kepada siapa dan dengan apa yang rnereka bertransaksi. Maka pada posisi tersebut mereka berada pada posisi kegelapan atau has being closed realitas itu tidak transparan dengan demikian satu syarat syariah tjdak terpenuhi.Kata kunci: Syariah, Peradilan Agama, Kewenangan dan Sengketa

PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR PADA MATA PELAJARAN PPKN Muhammad Ridwan; Sahat Siagian

Abstrak: Penelitian dan pengembagan ini bertujuan: (1) mengambangkan bahan ajar mata pelajaran PPKn; (2) mengetahui efektifitas produk bahan ajar pada mata pelajaran PPKn yang dikembangkan. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan menggunakan model Borg and Gall. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; (1) validasi untuk kelayakan isi bahan ajar PPKn adalah baik, (2) validasi untuk kelayakan penyajian bahan ajar PPKn adalah baik, (3) validasi untuk kelayakan isi bahan ajar adalah baik, (4) validasi untuk kelayakan penyajian bahan ajar adalah baik, (5) validasi untuk kelayakan bahasa bahan ajar adalah baik, rentang validasi akhir dari bahan ajar PPKn hasil pengembangan adalah baik, yang artinya bahan ajar PPKn hasil pengembangan dinyatakan valid. Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan bahan ajar PPKn hasil pengembangan dengan hasil belajar siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan buku teks. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil pengolahan data dimana diperoleh thitung sebesar 8,666 sedangkan ttabel = 2,042 , pada α = 0,05 dengan dk 98 . Hasil perhitungan dimana thitung > ttabel, thitung yaitu 8,666 > 2,042. Disimpulkan bahwa jumlah rata-rata nilai postes hasil belajar kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan bahan ajar PPKn hasil pengembangan adalah sebesar 80,667 dan lebih tinggi dari kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan buku teks, yaitu sebesar 55,333. Kata Kunci: bahan ajar pada mata pelajaran PPKn Abstract: Research and pengembagan aims: (1) floating the subjects PPKn instructional materials; (2) determine the effectiveness of the product instructional materials on subjects PPKn developed. The research method is a research and development using the Borg and Gall models. The results showed; (1) validation of the feasibility of the contents of teaching materials PPKn is good, (2) validation of the feasibility of presenting instructional materials PPKn is good, (3) validation of the feasibility of the contents of teaching materials is good, (4) validation of the feasibility of the presentation of teaching materials is good, (5) validation of the feasibility of language teaching materials is good, the ultimate validation range of teaching materials PPKn result of the development is good, which means the development of teaching materials PPKn result declared invalid. Hypothesis testing results prove that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students that learned to use teaching materials PPKn results with the development of student learning outcomes that learned to use textbooks. This is indicated by the data processing which gained tcount of 8.666 while the table = 2.042, at α = 0.05 with 98 hp. The results of calculations where thitung> ttable, thitung namely 8.666> 2.042. It was concluded that the amount of the average value group posttest learning outcomes of students that learned to use teaching materials PPKn development results amounted to 80.667 and was higher than the group of students that learned to use textbooks, which amounted to 55,333. This research is motivated by the rapid development of technology and information, one of which is social media, one of the most popular social media is Instagram. Instagram is a social media with a photo and video processing system and more practical information acquisition, the advantages that are presented by Instagram social media are able to reach the most users of other social media including students. The content in Instagram is not just information and entertainment, Instagram also offers news about Islam that can affect users, including students. The problems in this research are: finding out the influence of da'wah on Instagram on the religious behavior of university students. The question of this study is whether preaching on Instagram influences the religious behavior of university students. The purpose of this study was to determine whether preaching on Instagram influences the religious behavior of university students. This research is a quantitative study, with data collection methods through survey. The data analysis method used is the normality test, hypothesis testing and simple linear regression coefficient test which is then processing the data using the SPSS 16 for windows application. The population in this study was all students of communication and broadcasting Islam department from the year 2015 to the year 2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, as many as 60 people by determining active users on Instagram. The results of processed statistics are assisted with SPSS 16 for window program, which shows that preaching on Instagram (X) significantly influences the religious behavior (Y) of Islamic broadcasting communication students with a sig value smaller than the value (α) of 0,000 <0.05 with the magnitude of its influence is 0.526 or 52.6%, while the remaining 47.6% is explained by other independent variables not included in this study.

Absract This study aims to determine the transparency of the village government in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, to find out the management of village funds in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang District, and to determine village government transparency in village fund management in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District Sidenreng Rappang. The population in this study was 345 heads of households in which the sampling used was Non-Probability Sampling, with a Purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 35 people. This study used a Quantitative Descriptive Method. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires (questionnaires), library studies, and interviews. The data analysis technique used is frequency tabulation analysis and simple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 16.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the Transparency of the Village Government in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency has an average percentage of 58% categorized as "Fairly Good", while village fund management in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang District, an average of 57% categorized "Pretty good". Then as for village government transparency in managing village funds in Talawe Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, it is said to be quite good, where the value of t count = 5.045> t table = 2,035 with a significance value of 0,000 <0.05 with a percentage of 43.5%. Teknologi informasi merupakan salah satu alat yang mendukung kehidupan masyarakat dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, baik dalam ruang kesehatan, politik, budaya, olah raga, keamanan dan ekonomi. Teknologi ditandai dengan adanya berbagai sistem informasi. bentuk aplikasi, seperti aplikasi dalam bentuk situs web, komputer desktop, dan seluler. Perumahan griya mandiri yang terletak di deli tua memiliki ±200 rumah yang telah memiliki penghuninya, perumahan griya mandiri memiliki beberapa pengutipan iuran seperti uang iuran keamanan dan iuran sampah yang setiap bulannya dikutip melalui petugas pengelolaan perumahaan griya mandiri. Dalam proses pelaksanaannya petugas mendatangi ke pemilik rumah untuk mentagih, dan dalam manajemen pengelolaan perumahan griya mandiri masih menggunakan manual seperti masih menggunakan buku dalam pelaporannya sehingga untuk mencari data membutuhkan waktu relatif lama. Untuk itulah diperlukan suatu modernisasi dalam hal kemajuan pengelolaan manajemen perumahan griya mandiri dengan menggunakan suatu aplikasi yang dapat membantu berbagai pihak baik pengelolaan dan penghuni tempat tinggal perumahan griya mandiri.

Political participation of the community in direct local elections is an important institution in any democratic country like Indonesia . Local elections is also a means of political education for the people who are directly and openly . That is expected to increase public awareness about democracy . Local elections emphasize democratization process better and deeper . Local elections laden with political competition among the participants . Researchers study detailing the problem as follows : How can public participation during the day ( voting ) , and whether the factors that cause a lot of abstentions or no vote on the election of the Governor and Deputy Governor of Riau second round of 2013 in the Village of Air Hitam District of Payung Sekaki, Pekanbaru .This research was conducted with descriptive qualitative method with purposive sampling technique and key person in order to build knowledge representations based on a relatively deep and detailed . While the analysis of data using triangulation of data and data analysis with interactive models of data .After doing research and data processing can be concluded that the public's understanding of the elections and the relatively low level of political participation , as well as the factors that determine cause many non-voters or did not vote on the election of the Governor and Deputy Governor of Riau second round of 2013 in the Village of Air Hitam District of Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru city largely because of socioeconomic factors , psychological factors and factors of rational choice and the apathy and indifference of the society towards the common election because of the crisis of public trust in the leader . The distribution of seed and plus tree sources of damar mata kucing (Shorea javanica) in Repong Damar village is important to provide good quality of seeds. Currently, the existence of seed source of damar mata kucing is still unknown. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to mapping the seeds source or damar mata kucing plus trees. This study aims to analyze the plus tree map distribution using geographic information systems. This research was conducted using a survey method to determine the coordinates based on the growth location characteristics. Data analysis was performed using geographic information systems. The results showed that there were 24 plus trees (17.5%) of the total population studied and distributed in 3 location, namely east, north and west part. The plus tree distribution is mostly in the eastern part of 58.3%, the northern part is 20.8%, and the western part is 20.8%. The growth location conditions in the eastern part has a slope of 5 - 15%, with an altitude of 41 - 121 m.asl. In the western part it has a slope of 5 - 7%, with an altitude of 40 - 73 masl and the northern part has a slope of 5 - 15%, with an altitude of 35 - 174 masl.

This paper describes the role of BUMN (State-Owned Enterprises) as a corporation based on experience in Indonesia. In this context, this paper explains that various studies on the factors of legal certainty and legal relations and growth show that law enforcement is especially important for companies, including BUMN (State-Owned Enterprises). In this case, an independent court is the central institution for upholding the law.
