This research aims to uncover problems about emerging leadership trends and organizational factors that can affect lecturer competence. The research method used to examine the problems that occur today is by using a literature review (literature review), which is to review various literature that discusses leadership and organization as well as lecturer competencies and survey research that aims to generalize to reveal organizational factors that can affect lecturer competence. The results of this study show that today's leadership trend is mandatory to have basic competencies including pedagogic, professional, personal and social. Meanwhile, organizational factors, namely leaders have: accountability, enthusiasm, encouragement to lecturers, anticipation of organizational dynamics that occur and giving rewards to lecturers who perform good work and sanctions against lecturers who make mistakes. The ability of a leader and creating a good organizational environment in his leadership will provide an increase in lecturer competence.

Such as misuse of finances to enrich oneself or corruption, application of standard financing regulations, schools are not transparent in financial matters towards the community. This research aims to describe the POAC theory regarding financial management and financing with Islamic principles or values. This research uses library research to describe theoretical ideas and is included in the qualitative research category. Primary educational data consists of book documents that are relevant to the type of discussion, while secondary data are books, journals and articles that are relevant to this research. The results of this research explain that Islamic financial management encourages the avoidance of waste and teaches people to live frugally and wisely in managing resources. Transparency and accountability in financial management are also highly upheld in an Islamic perspective. The POAC theory of financial management and education financing is linked to an Islamic perspective with the hope of producing new qualities in supervising educational institutions based on Shari'a which leads to the right path by maintaining guidelines and avoiding the prohibitions of Allah SWT.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan manajemen Majelis Taklim Assyifa dan Majelis Taklim Riyadhussolihin, untuk mengetahui bentuk komunikasi dan untuk mengetahui efektivitas manajemen Majelis Taklim Assyifa dan Majelis Taklim Riyadhussolihin dalam meningkatkan literasi Al-Qur'an di masyarakat Kota Serang. Literasi Al-Qur'an merupakan kemampuan membaca, memahami, dan mengamalkan ajaran-ajaran yang terdapat dalam kitab suci umat Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskripstif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Guna memperoleh data yang jelas dan representatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Pelaksanaan manajemen majelis taklim dalam meningkatkan literasi Al-Qur’an masyarakat melalui kegiatan rutin seperti diskusi kelompok studi Al-Qur'an, pelatihan membaca Al-Qur'an dengan tartil (tajwid), dan bimbingan intensif oleh fasilitator berpengalaman, anggota majelis taklim dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mereka terhadap isi Al-Qur'an. Selain itu, dilakukan secara privat dan bergantian dirumah jamaah. (2) Bentuk komunikasi pada pengajian majelis taklim dalam meningkatkan literasi Al-Qur’an masyarakat di Kota Serang, yaitu menumbuhkan kegemaran atau minat jama’ah dalam literasi Al-Qur’an, Melalui ceramah atau tausiyah yang disampaikan oleh narasumber atau pemateri baik dalam pengajian rutin maupun dalam kegiatan privat membaca Al-Qur’an. Dan memperbanyak jadwal pertemuan pengajian majelis taklim Assyifa dan Majelis Taklim Riyadhussolihin. (3) Manajemen Majelis Taklim memiliki peran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi Al-Qur'an masyarakat Kota Serang. Ditemukan bahwa struktur organisasi yang jelas, pembagian tugas yang efektif, serta koordinasi yang baik antar anggota menjadi faktor utama kesuksesan manajemen tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pemahaman tentang peran manajemen Majelis Taklim dalam meningkatkan literasi Al-Qur'an di masyarakat Kota Serang. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pengembangan program-program yang lebih inovatif dan berkelanjutan dalam rangka memperkuat literasi Al-Qur'an bagi masyarakat secara keseluruhan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis profesionalisme tenaga kependidikan, mengetahui mutu layanan administrasi, mengetahui kepuasan siswa terhadap profesionalisme tenaga kependidikan dalam mutu layanan administrasi, serta mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh profesionalisme tenaga kependidikan dalam mutu layanan administrasi terhadap kepuasan siswa di SMAN 1 dan MAN 1 Pandeglang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskripsi. Dengan menggunakan persamaan rumus slovin, didapatkan sampel sebanyak 160 responden yang terpilih berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengambilan sampel ini didasarkan pada kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi tunggal dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pertama, profesionalisme tenaga kependidikan secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan siswa di SMAN 1 dan MAN 1 Pandeglang dapat diketahui besarnya nilai korelasi/hubungan (R) yaitu sebesar 0,734. Dari output tersebut diperoleh koefisien administrasi (R square) sebesar 0,539 yang mengandung pengertian bahwa variabel bebas profesionalisme tenaga kependidikan dalam mutu layanan administrasi terhadap variabel terikat kepuasan siswa adalah sebesar 52,7%. Hal ini menunjukan variabel bebas mempengaruhi variabel terikat sebesar 52,7% sedangkan 47,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu Ha diterima pada setiap uji hipotesis. Profesionalisme tenaga kependidikan dan mutu layanan administrasi secara menyeluruh memberikan kontribusi terhadap kepuasan siswa. Semakin tinggi profesionalisme tenaga kependidikan dan mutu layanan administrasi maka semakin tinggi pula kepuasan siswa.

The purpose of this study is to provide a fundamental theoretical understanding of the basic concepts of innovation, as well as an understanding of the goals, forms, challenges, strategies, to the targets of innovation in education. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. Data was collected using documentation, which means searching literature on six research topics; 1). Understanding educational innovation; 2). Purpose of innovation; 3). Forms of innovation in education; 4). Challenges of educational innovation; 5). Education innovation strategy; 6). Target innovation in education. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature study approach, as well as data collected with documentation techniques. This research resulted in the result that educational innovation is needed in relation to the phenomenon of the times. In the era of the 21st century, it has a positive and negative impact on the world of education. This negative impact is an opposition for the world of education to prepare appropriate strategies to create innovations both from teachers, students, curriculum, and the goals of education itself.

The rise of Tilawatil Qur'an extracurricular activities in the Daar El Syahid Islamic Boarding School has received appreciation from the local government of Tangerang Regency to be used as a place for coaching and forming Qori and Qoriah cadres for the government and people of Tangerang Regency. The success of the Daar El Syahid Islamic Boarding School management in collaborating with the Regional Government of Tangerang Regency, as well as in fostering student cadres who pursue the field of Tilawatil Quran is a serious concern for managers of the Islamic Education Management Study Program (S-2) to find out and understand the procedures and ins and outs of the student development program who have extraordinary talents and interests in the field of Tilawatil Qur'an. most of the students of Daar El Syahid Islamic Boarding School, who are also students of SMP Labschool Tangerang and SMK Labschiol Tangerang actively participate as caravans in the Musabaqoh Tiawatil Qor'an arena at the Tangerang Regency level and Banten Province level.

This study aims to find out the influence of the use of make a match learning methods to students' learning interests in the subjects of the Quran Hadith tajwid material class V at SD Islam Kebunrejo Genteng Banyuwangi year 2019/2020, and to know the extent of the influence of learning methods on students' learning interests in the subjects of qur'an Hadith material Tajwid class V at SD Islam Kebunrejo Banyuwangi Year 2019/2020. This study uses a quantitative approach with this type of experimental research. The population in this study was all grade V students who numbered 23 students. Of these populations sampling using non probability sampling techniques, because the number of students is less than 30. In the process of collecting data using several methods, namely participatory observation methods, interview methods, inquiry methods, and documentation methods. The test of the inquiry's learning method makes fit and interest in students' learning using validity tests and reliability tests. The results of this study showed Chi Square count = 9,763 and chi square table = 3,841, then obtained r-count> r-table 9,763> 3,841. Thus Ho was rejected and Ha accepted, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of make a match learning methods to students' learning interests in the subjects of the Quran Hadith tajwid material class V at SD Islam Kebunrejo Genteng Banyuwangi year 2019/2020.

This study describes the application of the Talking Stick method in increasing student interest in learning PAI VII grade at Merdeka Middle School. Because the process of applying conventional methods that result in low student interest in learning. Therefore the PAI teacher in Merdeka Middle School applies the Talking Stick method which aims to create a pleasant learning atmosphere and students become more active so that it can increase student interest in learning. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research. The object of this research is the Implementation of the Talking Stick Method and PAI subjects while the research subjects are Grade VII students and PAI subject teachers. In the process of collecting data using several methods, namely the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. In this study there are several data validity, namely Triangulation as data collection techniques, source triangulation, time triangulation. The results of this study are the implementation of the Talking Stick method by the PAI teacher running effectively. Many students tend to be more active, the class atmosphere becomes more lively and students feel happy. Thus it can be concluded that the implementation of the Talking Stick method students 'interest in learning activities can attract students' attention and will greatly affect student interest in learning.

This study aims to find out the relationship of learning aqidah akhlak with the morals of grade VIII students in MTs Darul Amien Jajag Gambiran School Year 2020/2021 and to know the extent of the relationship of learning aqidah akhlak with the morality of grade VIII students in MTs Darul Amien Jajag Gambiran School Year 2020/2021. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of quantitative correlation research. The population in this study was all grade VIII students who numbered 45 students. Of these populations sampling using saturated sample techniques, due to the number of students is less than 100. In the process of collecting data, namely using passive participation observation methods, interview methods, questionnaire methods, and documentation methods. Measurement of learning aqidah akhlak using the daily test value of students and the question of questionnaire statement for the morality of students using validity test and reliability test. Data analysis techniques using Chi Square. From the test result the validity of 10 question items is declared valid because r-count > r-table with a significance level of 0.05. While from the reliability test results 10 questions are declared reliable because the value of cronbach's alpha > 0.60. The results of this study showed Chi Square count = 18,701 and Chi Square table = 3,841 then obtained r-count > r- table or 18,701 > 3,841. Thus Ho was rejected and Ha accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship of learning aqidah akhlak with the morality of grade VIII students in MTs Darul Amien Jajag Gambiran School Year 2020/2021. Next to find out the extent of the relationship using the chi square contingency coefficient formula with the help of SPSS Version 16.0 is 0.542 and if included in the conversion value belongs to the moderate category.

This study aims to explain the application of environmental-oriented Islamic education to Adiwiyata schools in class V SDN 1 Cluring, explain the factors of how the implementation of environmental-oriented Islamic education towards Adiwiyata schools, what are the obstacles to implementing environmental-oriented Islamic education towards Adiwiyata schools, what are the obstacles to implementing environmental-oriented Islamic education towards Adiwiyata schools? solutions to obstacles in implementing environmental-friendly Islamic education towards Adiwiyata schools. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. In the process of collecting data using several methods, namely the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses qualitative data analysis (data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions). As for the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of environmental-oriented Islamic religious education towards Adiwiyata schools in class V of SDN 1 Cluring has been running as it should. It is proven by the existence of programs that are planned and implemented by the school in order to create an atmosphere of a school environment that is culturally environmentally friendly. Among them are good school community behavior, noble character, a clean school environment, tolerance among others, and so on.
