Fokus utama dalam pengembangan sistem pendidikan, khususnya di Indonesia yakni Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI). Perubahan generasi dari masa ke masa membawa perbedaan budaya dan pemikiran, yang mengharuskan kita untuk mengkaji secara mendalam landasan idealisme yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh generasi saat ini guna meningkatkan perkembangan sistem manajemen pendidikan Islam.Oleh karena itu peneliti berupaya untuk memandang hal ini dari sudut pandang filsafat.Metode penelitian yang diterapkan untuk menganalisis isu ini adalah metode kajian pustaka. Dengan menggunakan metode ini, analisis dilakukan terhadap konsep dan teori yang diterapkan berdasarkan bahan pustaka dan referensi yang tersedia.Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa perspektif filsafat dalam pengembangan teori manajemen pendidikan Islam (MPI), kita perlu memperhitungkan aspek-aspek ontologi, epistemologi, dan aksiologi yang terkait dengan manajemen pendidikan. Dengan demikian, kita dapat berpikir secara menyeluruh, terstruktur, dan sistematis tentang semua hal yang terkait dengan sistem atau teori manajemen pendidikan Islam (MPI). Dengan pendekatan ini, sistem atau teori manajemen pendidikan Islam (MPI) dapat diciptakan dengan penuh idealisme dan memiliki urgensi, etika, serta estetika yang sesuai dengan konteks tempat dan waktu. Kemudian, sejalan dengan aspirasi kita sebagai cendekiawan yang berperan sebagai pencipta, pelayan, dan memiliki tanggung jawab terhadap masyarakat yang adil dan sejahtera, serta meraih keridhaan Allah SWT.

There is a tendency for Salafiyah Pesantren to experience a decrease in the number of students, and many are facing a decline in the scientific quality of their alums and current students. Culturally, the erosion of Salafiyah traditions has become increasingly apparent, ranging from the weakening sense of ta’zhim toward the Kyai, reduced learning persistence accompanied by tarikat rituals—fasting, wirid, and others—to diminishing belief in karomah and barakah once deeply embedded among students. This study aims to explain the leadership and management patterns employed by the Kyai in enhancing the educational quality of the Cidanghiang Salafiyah Pesantren. The research employed a qualitative approach in which data were collected through interviews, observations, documentation, field notes, and triangulation. The findings indicate that the Kyai of the Cidanghiang Salafiyah Pesantren exercises charismatic informal authority combined with managerial competencies, demonstrating not only innate leadership talent but also a strategic and future-oriented vision for advancing Salafiyah-based educational services. In practice, the Kyai fulfils managerial roles involving planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and controlling the core academic and non-academic processes of the pesantren.

Public interest in integrated Islamic madrasahs and schools is growing, yet challenges remain in delivering comprehensive and effective educational services. This study aimed to explore the forms of educational services developed in madrasahs and integrated Islamic schools, as well as the involvement of teachers, educational personnel, and parents in enhancing service quality. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, using in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation at four research sites in Serang City, Indonesia. Participants included school principals, teachers, administrative staff, and parents. The results indicated that suitable educational services in madrasahs comprised core subject learning, extracurricular activities, talent development, and library services. Additional facilities included science laboratories, counseling rooms, places of worship, school cooperatives, canteens, and multimedia rooms. In integrated Islamic junior high schools, services also involved dormitory management, health programs, and auxiliary services such as laundry and sewing. Teacher councils and educational personnel actively supported these services, while parental involvement further enhanced service quality. Limitations included restricted land for sports facilities and the need for improved public awareness of new services. In conclusion, integrated Islamic schools that implement comprehensive educational strategies attract greater public interest and foster holistic student development. Future research should investigate the long-term impact of these services on academic performance, character formation, and community engagement, as well as strategies to optimize limited resources and expand access to high-quality educational services.

Islamic universities in Indonesia face significant challenges in balancing Islamic values with the needs of modern education and global competition. The dynamics of changes in national higher education policies and the demands of international accreditation create adaptive pressure for these institutions to transform without losing their distinctive identity. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of Islamic higher education policies in integrating Islamic values with international academic standards, as well as identifying optimal policy models for institutional development in the digital era. How can Islamic universities develop policies that strengthen Islamic identity while increasing global competitiveness? What are the challenges of implementing scientific integration policies in Islamic universities? The research used a qualitative approach with a case study method at five leading Islamic universities. Data were collected using library research method, by analyzing various sources from books and journals related to the theme of the mutual relationship between politics and policy and education in Islamic universities. The study identified three models of effective integration policies: (1) transformative-adaptive model, (2) conservative-selective model, and (3) progressive-innovative model. Policy implementation is influenced by leadership, organizational culture, and capacity factors. Universities that implement the transformative-adaptive model show an optimal balance between strengthening Islamic values and increasing global competitiveness.

This study aims to analyze the obstacles faced by teachers in the implementation of thematic learning based on the 2013 curriculum at MI Al-Aziz. The research focuses on three key areas: (1) the implementation of thematic learning, (2) the challenges encountered by teachers, and (3) solutions to overcome these obstacles. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, using observation, interviews, and questionnaires as primary data collection methods. The results indicate that the thematic learning implementation has not been fully optimal due to a lack of teacher preparedness in lesson planning, limited resources, and inadequate training. Teachers also face difficulties in integrating various subjects into a coherent thematic approach. The study suggests that improving teacher training and providing better resources can enhance the implementation of the curriculum and resolve existing challenges.

This research aims to explain the application of the independent curriculum in PAI learning for class Class X at Vocational School Cordova Banyuwangi. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods use participant observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation. The research subjects or respondents in the research were PAI subject teachers, class And data analysis includes data collection. data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation), conclusion drawing/verification (drawing conclusions). Valuation. In planning learning, educators prepare Learning Outcomes (CP), Learning Achievement Flow (ACP), prepare learning media. In implementing learning, educators have carried out the steps in the independent curriculum learning method. And for evaluation, educators provide a conclusion and assessment of the material that has been studied. The supporting factors are students being more active in thinking, clear budgeting from the regional government to support the implementation of the independent curriculum, good coordination from the regional government, whether district or provincial, with the central government in providing learning and training facilities. The inhibiting factor is the students' low level of interest in literacy. Students must be fully motivated, limited time and lack of supporting teaching and learning infrastructure. The impact is that it is easier for students to learn according to the topic they want and according to the context of the situation, teachers are more flexible in teaching discussion topics, students are better trained in literacy, students are more active in matters collaborate with friends.

Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh kompetensi guru PAI dan Penerapan Strategi pembelajarannya terhadap penanaman nilai-nilai keagamaan di SMK bagian kelautan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Metode korelasional digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel kompetensi guru PAI, penerapan strategi pembelajaran PAI, serta penanaman nilai-nilai keagamaan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik di SMKN 3 Pandeglang Jurusan Pelayaran Program Studi Nautika Kapal di kelas XII dengan jumlah responden 24 orang dan siswa SMKN 36 Jakarta Jurusan Pelayaran Program Studi Nautika Kapal di kelas XII dengan jumlah responden 29 orang. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuwsioner, observasi, dan wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh kompetensi guru pendidikan agama Islam dan strategi pembelajaran terhadap penanaman nilai-nilai keagamaan siswa SMKN 3 Pandeglang sebesar 49,35%, sedangkan pengaruh kompetensi guru pendidikan agama Islam dan strategi pembelajaran terhadap penanaman nilai-nilai keagamaan siswa di SMKN 36 Jakarta sebesar 10,9%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam menunjang proses belajar mengajar Al-Qur’an Hadits di MTs Negeri 1 Kota Serang, dengan melihat pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, kegiatan proses belajar mengajar Al-Qur’an Hadits, dan peran kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam menunjang proses belajar mengajar Al-Qur’an Hadits. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yakni mendeskripsikan tentang fenomena-fenomena yang ada. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan beberapa hal penting: Pertama, pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu perencanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, penyusunan kebijakan dan tanggung jawab pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, serta strategi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Kedua, kegiatan proses belajar mengajar Al-Qur’an Hadits yaitu adanya suatu tahap perencanaan yang dibuat terlebih dahulu seperti rencana pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar dengan menentukan seluruh langkah-langkah yang akan disampaikan kepada siswa serta adanya evaluasi dalam pembelajaran untuk mencapai tujuan yang sudah ditentukan sesuai dengan kurikulum yang ada. Ketiga. Peran kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam menunjang proses belajar mengajar Al-Qur’an Hadits, melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Pesantren Sabtu Ahad tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai wadah yang menarik bagi siswa untuk memanfaatkan waktu luang dengan sebaik-baiknya, menguatkan dan memantapkan proses pembelajaran keagamaan di sekolah, bergairah untuk membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar, mempelajarinya, memahami, meyakini kebenarannya, dan mengamalkan ajaran-ajaran dan nilai yang terkandung didalam Al-Qur’an sebagai petunjuk dan pedoman dalam seluruh aspek kehidupannya sehari-hari. General Background: Islam as a knowledge-centered religion historically contributes to scientific and technological development through the integration of revelation and rational inquiry. Specific Background: During its golden age, Muslim scholars produced foundational theories, methods, and innovations across disciplines, including mathematics, medicine, and economics, which remain relevant in modern science. Knowledge Gap: Contemporary discourse often positions religion and science as dichotomous, overlooking the integrative epistemology embedded in Islamic intellectual traditions. Aims: This study analyzes the role of Muslim scholars, examines the urgency of science within Islamic perspectives, and identifies supporting factors in scientific advancement. Results: Findings reveal that Islam promotes knowledge without separating religion and science, demonstrated through contributions of scholars such as Sayyidina Ali, Ibn Sina, Al-Khwarizmi, Abu Wafa, and Ibn Khaldun. Their works continue to shape modern scientific concepts and practices. Additionally, scientific progress was supported by cultural assimilation, translation movements, and leadership awareness. Novelty: The study emphasizes an integrated epistemological framework where Qur’anic principles and scientific reasoning coexist as a unified system of knowledge production. Implications: Reinforcing this integration can stimulate renewed scientific development within Muslim societies and support contemporary interdisciplinary research grounded in both revelation and empirical inquiry. Currently, the marketing and sales of UMKM products, especially the Batik Home Industry UMKM in Macanputih Village, are still conducted traditionally, relying solely on orders from local residents, such as nearby government institutions, educational institutions, and banks. The Covid-19 pandemic has had an extraordinary impact on various sectors, especially the economy, resulting in many institutions, educational facilities, and others being in lockdown or not operating as usual. Additionally, the batik production activities in Banyuputih hamlet are on a small scale, and the wider public is not aware of them. This method has not been optimal in delivering information, as it cannot reach the broader community, particularly the residents of Banyuwangi Regency. This mentoring and research aim to utilize Instagram social media as a form of modern marketing communication. By leveraging Instagram, the most popular and sought-after modern marketing communication tool, the goal is to facilitate consumers in making purchases or transactions and easily finding information about the products they intend to buy, thereby increasing the sales volume of UMKM actors.
