Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam mencegah perilaku intoleransi di kalangan siswa. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitis dan interpretasi tematik dalam tinjauan literaturnya. Penelitian ini berfokus pada sejumlah dokumen tertulis yang relevan, khususnya yang membahas peran pendidikan agama Islam dalam pencegahan intoleransi. Sumber sekunder, seperti buku, jurnal, dan materi tertulis lainnya, juga dimanfaatkan untuk memperoleh wawasan, fakta, serta analisis yang lebih mendalam. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis konten, yang memungkinkan peneliti mendeskripsikan serta mengaitkan data dengan dokumen pendukung terkait pendidikan agama Islam. Melalui analisis ini, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI memiliki peran strategis dalam mencegah intoleransi melalui pengajaran nilai-nilai Islam seperti toleransi, keadilan, dan saling menghormati. Guru berfungsi sebagai panutan dalam membentuk karakter siswa yang inklusif dan mengintegrasikan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler untuk mempromosikan kerukunan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memegang peran penting terutama dalam membentuk karakter dan kepribadian siswa berdasarkan nilai-nilai luhur Islam. Mereka tidak hanya bertugas mengajarkan aspek teoretis agama, tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai teladan moral dan spiritual yang mengajarkan akhlak mulia, keadilan, dan perilaku intoleransi dalam pendidikan. Nilai toleransi diajarkan kepada siswa dengan harapan mereka akan tumbuh menjadi generasi yang bijak dan berbasis pada nilai-nilai moral dan keagamaan.

Abstract

This study examines the evolving landscape of formative assessment in primary and secondary education through bibliometric analysis, emphasizing theoretical foundations, technological integration, and global applications. A total of 398 documents from the Scopus database (1997–2024) were analyzed using Biblioshiny for R, with an annual growth rate of 14.74%. Key metrics such as keyword co-occurrence, thematic clusters, and global collaboration networks were evaluated to identify prevailing research trends and gaps. The results highlight significant themes, including feedback mechanisms, self-assessment, peer assessment, and the integration of digital technologies like e-learning, gamification, and artificial intelligence. Collaboration patterns reveal the USA, China, and Germany as research hubs, while Southeast Asia demonstrates regional efforts. However, barriers such as inconsistent definitions, limited teacher training, and technological inequities persist. This study contributes novel insights by bridging critical gaps in the literature, particularly the lack of cultural perspectives and underexplored non-traditional educational contexts. It combines bibliometric analysis with thematic insights to illuminate the transformative potential of formative assessment across diverse educational settings. Educators and policymakers can use these findings to develop regionally tailored strategies for formative assessment, addressing implementation challenges and promoting effective practices globally. By fostering personalized learning and equitable access, formative assessment supports inclusive education, narrowing disparities across various learner demographics.

Abstract

Education is an inherent component of human life and existence, both formal and informal learning. Because it is conceivable to claim that education is an essential component of human existence. This research is important because it can provide insight into how the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) method can increase students’ interest in learning Islamic Religious Education (Pendidikan Agama Islam/PAI). This research aims to examine how the implementation of the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach at SMP Negeri 1 Kedawung can increase students’ interest in learning PAI. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methodology to describe the effectiveness of CTL techniques in increasing students’ interest in learning. Data was collected through interviews, observations and document analysis involving PAI teachers and students as research subjects. The research results showed that the application of the CTL method can significantly increase students’ interest in learning. This happens through the relationship of teaching materials with real experiences, the use of varied learning media, and the active involvement of students in the learning process. Students were more motivated to understand Islamic religious values ​​because this method creates relevant, meaningful and interesting learning. Teachers play an important role as facilitators by integrating Islamic values ​​in learning activities, so that students not only understand theory, but can also apply it in everyday life. In conclusion, students’ learning interest can be increased effectively through the implementation of CTL method.

Abstract

Strategi seorang kepala sekolah menjadi hal yang sangat krusial dalam setiap tahap pengembangan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi kepala sekolah dalam mewujudkan sekolah unggul dan solusi yang dilakukan dalam menghadapi tantangan-tantangan yang dapat menghambat pengembangan sekolah di SMP Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Untuk meningkatkan kredibilitas temuan, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Adapun analisis data dilakukan dengan mengikuti model dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah SMP Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo memiliki strategi khusus untuk mewujudkan sekolah yang dipimpinnya menjadi sekolah unggul. Strategi yang dilakukan diantaranya adalah merumuskan visi yang jelas dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa, berkomunikasi aktif, memberdayakan sumber daya, menetapkan program unggulan, meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran, dan mengidentifikasi peluang. Dalam implementasinya, kepala sekolah juga harus memiliki strategi dalam menghasilkan solusi untuk menghadapi segala tantangan internal maupun eksternal yang menghambat upaya pengembangan sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the efforts of students to overcome obstacles faced in memorizing the Qur'an, analyze teacher strategies in teaching and explore the role of supporters in improving students' memorization of the Qur'an at the Assalaam Modern Islamic Boarding School in Sukoharjo. The researcher used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data sources in this study were several ustadz and ustadzah, as well as several students from the tahfidz program. The study results showed that each student had a different way of memorizing, depending on the method that suited their abilities. The efforts of students to overcome obstacles in memorizing include having a firm and sincere intention, being diligent and patient, istiqomah, having one mushaf to strengthen memorization, tahsin Qur'an, and having a healthy body and mind. The strategies tahfidz teachers apply include tahsin, tahfidz, tasmi', and muraja'ah. A comfortable environment, high motivation, and adequate support facilities influence success in memorizing. There are various inhibiting factors: the influence of outside activities from non-tahfidz students, difficulty dividing time, and lack of concentration. This study is expected to provide valuable insights into improving the effectiveness of teaching Qur'an memorization in Islamic educational institutions. The study results can be used by Islamic boarding school managers to design more effective teaching strategies in the process of memorizing the Qur'an by considering the needs and characteristics of each student. In addition, the importance of motivational support and a conducive learning environment can be a concern for Islamic boarding school administrators to create an atmosphere that supports the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Islamic Education learning with project-based learning methods and identify obstacles and solutions faced in learning. The research approach used is qualitative with a phenomenological type. Data were collected through interviews, non-participatory observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study follows the steps of Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusion Drawing. The study results indicate that implementing Islamic Education learning with the project-based learning method is carried out in stages based on the principles of project-based learning, determining the main questions, project planning, making an implementation schedule, creating projects, and evaluating the results. This learning emphasizes students' active involvement in completing projects relevant to the learning material to create a pleasant learning atmosphere and increase motivation, creativity, and critical thinking skills. Some obstacles to implementing the project-based learning method are immature planning, time constraints, and difficulties in managing groups of students. To overcome these obstacles, cooperation is needed from all parties, both teachers, students, and schools. Teachers, as facilitators, can provide appropriate direction for students regarding project planning, condition learning effectively, and create a supportive learning environment.

Abstract

Penerapan evaluasi pembelajaran di lembaga sekolah harus dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pencapaian peserta didik dan sudah tercapai apa belum tujuan pembelajarannya. Penerapan evaluasi pembelajaran tahfidz yang dilakukan di SMP Islam Al-Hadi Boarding School dilakukan evaluasi harian, evaluasi tengah semester dan akhir semester. Target di setiap semesternya sekitar 3 juz dan selama tiga tahun mempunyai target 15 juz hafalan Al-Qur’an. Terdapat faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pembelajaran tahfidz, faktor pendukungnya seperti motivasi dari orang tua dan guru tahfidz, adanya jam tambahan, sarana prasarana dengan fasilitas yang baik, dan guru yang berkualitas dan ahli dibidangnya. Faktor yang menghambat seperti rasa malas dari dalam diri peserta didik, kurangnya pengampu ketika ujian tahfidz dan karakter peserta didik yang berbeda-beda, setiap kendala yang ada sudah ada solusi yang mengatasi dengan adanya evaluasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis evaluasi pembelajaran tahfidz di SMP Islam Al-Hadi Boarding School. Selain itu untuk mendeskripsikan proses dan faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat pembelajaran tahfidz. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif lapangan (Field Research) melalui pengumpulan data metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknis dan sumber, analisis data melalui proses reduksi data dan penyajian data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hafalan Al-Qur’an peserta didik yang bisa mencapai target, serta telah berjalan dengan baik perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan proses evaluasi. Evaluasi yang diterapkan di SMP Islam Al-Hadi Boarding School ini menggunakan penilaian tiga ranah yaitu kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik, terdapat beberapa kriteria penilaian di setiap aspeknya, yang sudah ditetapkan oleh guru dan kordinator tahfidz melalui kurikulum yang sudah dibuat melalui kesepakatan bersama.

Abstract

Advances in digital technology have had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including the spread of religious teachings. 'Aisyiyah Branch (PRA) Joyosuran faces challenges in the cadre and members' understanding of compulsory worship in accordance with Tarjih Muhammadiyah. This service program aims to improve 'Aisyiyah members' understanding of compulsory worship through workshops and the use of the Kader-Mu digital application. The methods used include Focus Group Discussion (FGD), workshop and practice, and evaluation using pretest and posttest. The results obtained showed an increase in members' understanding after participating in the activity, with an increase in the average pretest score of 84 to 95 in the posttest. Statistical evaluation through paired t-test showed a significant increase in members' understanding of Al Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan. Thus, this program makes a real contribution in supporting digital da'wah and strengthening regeneration in the 'Aisyiyah environment, especially for the Joyosuran branch.

Abstract

The rapid development of the times has significantly impacted all lines of life, including the family. This can be seen from technology development such as smartphones, televisions, computers, and others. Children in today's generation cannot be separated from the digital world, such as FB, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, and others. All of these developments will not be separated from negative impacts, one example is the erosion of Islamic values in social circles, especially for children. Seeing this phenomenon, equipping a child with Islamic education or values is very important. So that it can reduce and even take advantage of the advancement of current technology. In addition to reducing the impact of the digital era, Islamic education also shapes children into righteous and righteous children. This article explains the impact of digitalization in education and how family education is in the digital era. In this article, the author tries to explain the impact that children receive in the digital era and how Islamic education is in the digital era. The research method in this article is qualitative, with a literature study approach. The purpose of this article is to discuss in full the positive and negative impacts of technological developments and explain how to educate children from the perspective of Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan dan mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi metode Role Play yang dilakukan oleh siswa kelas XII dalam mata pelajaran fiqih bab Pemulasaran Jenazah di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sragen. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang diterapkan dalam penelitian terdiri dari tiga alur kegiatan yang terjadi secara bersamaan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerpan metode role play menuntut partisipasi aktif siswa, mulai dari mempersiapkan alat, membagi peran hingga melaksanakan tugas-tugas seperti mengkafani dan mensalatkan jenazah, yang dilakukan tanpa menggunakan manekin. Seluruh rangkaian role play diawasi guru agar sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Guru memberikan arahan, membenarkan kesalahan, dan mengevaluasi hasil pembelajaran guna memastikan keberhasilan metode ini. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga memberikan pengalaman langsung yang mengembangkan keterampilan sosial siswa, seperti kerja sama, tanggung jawab, dan keberanian menyampaikan pendapat. Namun, penelitian ini juga mencatat beberapa kendala, seperti kurangnya pemahaman siswa terhadap peran masing-masing dan ketidakmampuan mereka dalam menghafal bacaan doa yang diperlukan.
