Abstract

Menyikapi realitas pendidikan sekarang, Maulanasysyaikh TGKH. Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid tampil memodernisasikan pendidikan Islam. Usaha ini dimaksudkan untuk menemukan format pendidikan ideal sebagai sistem pendidikan alternatif masyarakat Lombok masa depan. Kelebihan dan keunggulan lembaga pendidikan masa lampau dijadikan sebagai kerangka acuan untuk merekonstruksi konsep pendidikan yang dimaksudkan. Sedangkan berbagai bentuk sistem pendidikan lama yang tidak relevan lagi untuk ruang dan waktu, akan ditinggalkan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Oleh karena itu, sumber data penelitian ini terdiri dari dua macam. Pertama, sumber data primer yang diperoleh melalui penelusuran dan pengkajian terhadap berbagai literatur yang berkaitan dengan objek kajian ini, yaitu gerakan modernisasi pendidikan Islam. Kedua, sumber data skunder yang diperoleh melalui bahan bacaan; karya ilmiah, jurnal ilmiah yang isinya mendukung data-data yang ada.

Abstract

Dengan adanya berbagai perubahan yang terjadi di dunia saat ini dimana segala hal menjadi berkembang dengan pesat begitu pula dengan bidang industri. Belakangan ini kata industri 4.0 sering diutarakan oleh banyak orang. Revolusi industri 4.0 atau juga yang biasa dikenal dengan istilah “cyber physical system” ini sendiri merupakan sebuah fenomena dimana terjadinya kolaborasi antara teknologi siber dengan teknologi otomatisasi dan didalam kolaborasi teknologi siber dan teknologi otomatisasi ini tentunya data kita muda tersebar dan kita perlu merahasiakan data-data yang penting. Kerahasiaan data merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam suatu organisasi maupun untuk pribadi. Apalagi kalau data tersebut berada dalam suatu sistem komputer, jaringan komputer bahkan dalam jaringan internet. Kebutuhan akan keamanan dan kerahasiaan menjadi kebutuhan pokok saat ini. Karena maraknya pembajakan data maupun pencurian data. Steganografi bisa menjadi solusi dalam menjaga kerahasiaan data dan keamanan dari data yang dimiliki. Pada umumnya, pesan steganografi muncul dengan rupa lain seperti gambar, artikel, daftar belanjaan, atau pesan-pesan lainnya. Pesan yang tertulis ini merupakan tulisan yang menyelubungi atau menutupi. Contohnya, suatu pesan bisa disembunyikan dengan menggunakan tinta yang tidak terlihat di antara garis-garis yang kelihatan. Teknik steganografi meliputi banyak sekali metode komunikasi untuk menyembunyikan pesan rahasia (teks atau gambar) di dalam berkas-berkas lain yang mengandung teks, image, bahkan audio tanpa menunjukkan ciri-ciri perubahan yang nyata atau terlihat dalam kualitas dan struktur dari berkas semula. Metode ini termasuk tinta yang tidak tampak, microdots, pengaturan kata, tanda tangan digital, jalur tersembunyi, dan komunikasi spektrum lebar. Tujuan dari steganografi adalah merahasiakan atau menyembunyikan keberadaan dari sebuah pesan atau sebuah informasi penting. Dalam praktiknya, kebanyakan pesan disembunyikan dengan membuat perubahan tipis terhadap data digital lain yang isinya tidak akan menarik perhatian dari penyerang potensial, sebagai contoh sebuah gambar yang terlihat tidak berbahaya. Perubahan ini bergantung pada kunci (sama pada kriptografi) dan pesan untuk disembunyikan. Orang yang menerima gambar kemudian dapat menyimpulkan informasi terselubung dengan cara mengganti kunci yang benar ke dalam algoritma yang digunakan. Dari sini kemudian dianalisis melalui 2 tahap yaitu: pengumpulan data dan analisis sitem lama dan analisis sistem baru. Setelah melakukan penelitian, penulis berkesimpulan bahwa sistem yang akan dikembangkan bisa menjadi manfaat bagi instansi yang bersangkutan dalam hal merahasiakan dokumen yang bersifat rahasia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of extrinsic reward and intrinsic reward on affective commitment. Primary data, collected through surveys of respondents from the target population, served as the data source. Data collection methods include in-depth interviews, observations, and surveys using questionnaires. The respondents targeted for the survey are employees who have permanent employee status and have worked for at least one year are targeted for the survey. This study employs descriptive research methods. Sampling employed non-probability techniques, such as convenience sampling. The research results revealed a positive and significant impact of both extrinsic and intrinsic rewards on affective commitment. This shows that giving rewards, both in extrinsic and intrinsic form, can increase employee emotional commitment to the company. Apart from that, the results of the analysis also show that affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on knowledge transfer. This emphasizes the importance of having employees with high emotional commitment, because this can increase their ability to share knowledge and information with colleagues. To develop these findings, companies can consider improving reward programs that can increase employee affective commitment, both through extrinsic and intrinsic rewards. Apart from that, companies can also pay attention to other factors that can increase affective commitment, such as a supportive work culture, opportunities for development, and recognition of employee contributions. In this way, companies can create a work environment that supports knowledge transfer and improves overall performance.

Abstract

Purpose – Despite the increasing significance of character education within the context of Islamic education, there is a discernible gap in scholarly discussions on this subject. This study aims to address this void by offering a bibliometric and bibliographical review concerning character education via Islamic pedagogy. Design/methods/approach – Employing a bibliometric analysis approach, this research scrutinized 117 documents extracted from the Scopus database, spanning 2007 to 2023. The analytical tools employed include performance, co-citation, co-word, and co-authorship metrics, facilitated through VOSviewer and PoP software. Findings – The investigation highlighted a moderate uptick in publications about Islamic education from 2007 to 2023. However, citation trends within Islamic education studies fluctuated between 2007 and 2023. This review also identified the pivotal documents, nations, authors, sources, and affiliations that have substantially impacted the growth trajectory of Islamic education research. Research implications – The insights derived from this study underscore the potential of Islamic education in fostering positive attitudinal shifts in students. As character education strives to mold virtuous habits, Islamic education serves as a conduit by instilling Islamic values, thereby facilitating the cultivation of commendable character traits by rectifying detrimental behaviors and mindsets.

Abstract

This study develops a model for forecasting electricity demand in the Kalimantan Island by considering the plan to build the IKN. Projections based on regression analysis are carried out for the West Kalimantan, Central & South Kalimantan and East & North Kalimantan region, while for the IKN the projection was based on the assumption of electricity consumption per capita. Variables that greatly influence the electricity demand based on the data analysis are GRDP, GRDP per capita, number of customers and electricity tariff. The projection result shows that the electricity demand in the Kalimantan Island with the construction of IKN area will increase from 12,542.20 GWh in 2022 to 147,639.96 GWh in 2060. In terms of the percentage of electricity sold per sector, there has been a significant decrease trend in the Household sector and a significant increase trend in the Industrial and Business sector.

Abstract

Pemecahan masalah telah mendapat banyak perhatian dalam sistem pendidikan di seluruh dunia sebagai kemampuan penting abad kedua puluh satu, dan telah menjadi salah satu tujuan pendidikan inti dari program penilaian peserta didik internasional. Namun, banyak faktor yang membuat KPM peserta didik belum maksimal, antara lain peserta didik kurang memaknai materi yang diajarkan guru dan model pembelajaran yang dilakukan belum memaksimalkan KPM peserta didik. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan KPM peserta didik melalui penggunaan e-modul sebagai penunjang model pembelajaran PBL. Metode penelitian menggunakan R&D dengan model ADDIE. Subyek penelitian adalah 10 peserta didik SMPN 1 Dukun, Jawa Tengah. Instrumen pengumpulan data terdiri dari angket analisis kebutuhan, lembar validasi, angket respon peserta didik, dan soal tes KPM peserta didik. Kevalidan dan kepraktisan e-modul dianalisa menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif sedangkan keefektifan e-modul dianalisa menggunakan uji paired sample t test. Temuan dalam artikel ini adalah e-modul berbasis PBL memenuhi kriteria valid dengan rata-rata skor ahli materi 75,5 dan kriteria sangat baik serta rata-rata skor ahli media 65,5 dan kriteria sangat baik, selanjutnya praktis dengan rata-rata skor 52,7 dan kriteria Baik dan efektif dalam meningkatkan KPM peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the potential of synthetic and natural disintegrating agents in fast-disintegrating tablet (FDT) formulations. The methodology used includes a comprehensive literature review on the definition, characteristics, working mechanisms, and applications of super disintegrants in the manufacture of FDTs. The results of the study showed that super disintegrants play an important role in facilitating rapid disintegration of tablets. Synthetic super disintegrants such as crospovidone, croscarmellose sodium, and sodium starch glycolate have the advantage of lower concentrations and better intragranular effectiveness. On the other hand, natural superdisintegrants such as mucilages, gums, and polysaccharides from plants have easy availability, affordable prices, non-toxic properties, and biologically acceptable characteristics. In conclusion, the selection of an appropriate super disintegrant, whether synthetic or natural, is a key factor in effective FDT formulation and providing rapid disintegration. The combination of using super disintegrants at the granulation stage (intragranular) and before compression (extragranular) can produce better performance compared to a single method.  Keywords: FDT, Super disintegrant, Synthetic, Natural

Abstract

This study aims to examine the promotional strategies implemented through social media content on Instagram @evodis.aroma to enhance consumer purchase interest. Beyond this, the research seeks to identify the range and diversity of content types used by the @evodis.aroma Instagram account to attract its audience and drive engagement. By employing a descriptive qualitative research method, utilizing in-depth interviews as a primary data collection technique, this study offers a comprehensive and nuanced understanding of the promotional tactics and content strategies deployed. The findings of this research reveal that Instagram @evodis.aroma utilizes a targeted promotional approach, strategically crafted to boost consumer interest and purchasing intent. This strategy is manifested through a variety of key elements and structured phases in the account’s content management, such as visually appealing posts, interactive stories, and informative product highlights. The analysis process of the strategy used by Instagram @evodis.aroma is conducted using the AIDA model (Awareness, Interest, Desire, and Action) as the main guideline.

Abstract

This study delves into the public relations communication strategies implemented by SMAN 10 Kota Bogor through its Instagram account to build a positive image. Guided by the Agenda Setting Theory, the research examines how media influences public perception by highlighting specific issues. The study employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data obtained through in-depth interviews with the public relations team, the principal, and student representatives who follow the school’s Instagram account. The findings reveal that the public relations team utilizes Instagram as the primary platform to share information about academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and other school events. Content is strategically designed to highlight the school’s strengths and foster a positive image. Consistent and creative strategies, including proper scheduling of posts, enhance user engagement. Content formats such as photos and videos effectively capture attention, aligning with Instagram’s visual-centric nature. These strategies successfully establish SMAN 10 Kota Bogor’s branding as an active and accomplished public school. The increasing number of followers, interactions, and inquiries regarding enrollment demonstrate the strategy’s effectiveness. Moreover, SMAN 10 Kota Bogor was recognized as the second- best social media platform in West Java by the Directorate of Senior High School Development, West Java Provincial Education Office. This study underscores the importance of systematic approaches and two-way interactions in building a positive school image on social media.

Abstract

This study examines the scope of communication in conflict management within the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Vocational School at IPB University. Conflicts often arise in student organizations due to differing perspectives and work priorities. Effective organizational communication is essential for maintaining stability and achieving common goals. This study aims to analyze the organizational communication flow and communication strategies used by BEM SV IPB in conflict management. A qualitative method was employed, with data gathered through in-depth interviews with informants who are members of BEM SV IPB. The findings indicate that the Vocational School’s Student Executive Board at IPB University uses an open communication approach involving various structural levels in conflict management, from departmental/office daily board members to the general chairperson of BEM SV IPB. This approach allows conflicts to be resolved at the lowest level first, thus maintaining organizational effectiveness and strengthening the role of field coordinators. The organizational communication strategies implemented by BEM SV IPB in conflict management include regular meetings, formal and informal communication, as well as evaluations or feedback. This strategy is effective in easing tensions, maintaining relationships, and fostering a collaborative organizational communication culture. This study provides guidance and benefits for other student organizations in conflict management to enhance cooperation within the organization or group.
