Abstract

This study discusses the success of Bandung City Public Relations in managing social media as a means of disseminating public information. The use of social media proves that Bandung City Public Relations can adapt to the digital era. The use of appropriate social media strategies and content pillars makes Bandung City Public Relations an exemplary example for other government agencies. Bandung City Public Relations can prove that implementing appropriate content pillars in managing social media, can break the perception that information provided by the government to the public is always rigid. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with thematic and content analysis methods. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and literature studies. This study resulted in a discussion of the strategy for compiling Bandung City Public Relations' social media content pillars, the compilation of which was carried out simultaneously with the preparation of content planning. Bandung City Public Relations uses an agenda-setting strategy in implementing social media content planning. Bandung City Public Relations carries out three stages of the agenda-setting process which include the stages of determining the public agenda, defining the media agenda, and determining the policy agenda. Bandung City Public Relations' social media has three main content pillars, namely eduvative content, functional content, and entertaining content. The three pillars are applied to every social media account of Bandung City Public Relations, the packaging of which is adjusted to the characteristics of each social media. Bandung City Public Relations strives for content packaging that is not rigid to increase the level of interaction with the public.

Abstract

The food and beverage sector is currently in demand and growing rapidly in various parts of the world, including Indonesia as a country with a majority Muslim population. One of them is Mixue, a franchise that offers ice cream and fresh tea drinks. However, in mid-2022, social media was busy discussing information about Mixue not having a halal certificate. This raised public concerns and reduced consumer interest. This study aims to analyze the crisis communication strategy of the Mixue Bangbarung Bogor branch using the Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT) and identify the obstacles and solutions applied. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, literature studies, and document analysis. The results of the study show that Mixue Bangbarung implemented a diminishing strategy by acknowledging the issues circulating and providing clarification, as well as a rebuild strategy by optimizing social media and interactions with consumers. The Mixue Bangbarung Halal Certification issue was resolved directly by the owner because they did not have a special crisis communication team. Although there are consumers who do not have a problem with this issue, Mixue Bangbarung still experiences obstacles in the form of consumer doubts and concerns. The solution taken by Mixue Bangbarung is to routinely disseminate information and improve services to consumers. These strategies and solutions helped Mixue Bangbarung maintain its image and consumer trust and reduce the negative impacts of the crisis.

Abstract

Pembelajaran seorang guru harus mampu menerapkan berbagai model pembelajaran dalam melaksanakan pembelajaranya baik di dalam kelas maupun di lapangan, dengan menciptakan pembelajaran yang menarik bagi siswa, akan berdampak positif bagi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Salah satu aspek permainan dan olahraga yang penting dalam pertumbuhan anak adalah woodball. Woodball adalah olahraga yang di lakukan di luar ruangan dan menyerupai permainan golf, olahraga Woodball sendiri dimainkan dengan tongkat kayu dan bola kayu serta dimasukan ke gawang. Woodball tergolong olahraga yang bisa di katakana baru serta belum familiar di sekolah, belum banyak yang tahu mengenai olahraga woodball. Maka sosialisasi dan petandingan woodball sangat di butuhkan guru dan siswa agar guru dan siswa dapat pengetahuan dasar dalam olahraga woodball serta kompetisi yang dilaksanakan dapat mengembangkan aktivitas fisik. Dengan adanya pelaksanaan sosialisasi dan kegiatan mini kompetisi woodball ini di harapkan banyak guru dan siswa dapat mengenal atau mengetahui olahraga woodball.

Abstract

Communication patterns within organizations greatly affect the motivation for employees' work. The research aims to identify and analyze the communication patterns used on nadhif engineering's CV and the effects on employee job motivation. The background of the problem emerged from the observation that employee's work motivation in the company was still low, although companies have implemented various performance improvement programs. The method used is a qualitative approach, with deep interviews and participative observations of employees of various stages. Studies have shown that open, transparent, and participative communication contributes significantly to increased job motivation. Employees feel more appreciated and involved when they are given the opportunity to communicate ideas and feedback. Additionally, management's support in the form of awards and recognition for the contributions of employees has also proven to increase work morale. The study concluded that effective pattern of communication management could be a key strategy in boozing employee job motivation on nadhif engineering, which in turn would contribute to an overall increase in company productivity

Abstract

Education is a very important aspect in various lives, this cannot be separated from the magnitude of the role and positive impact caused by the advancement of an education system. The world of education is an effort to improve the quality of human resources in terms of thought and expertise. Education is the main key for a country to excel in global competition. Education is always related to the curriculum. The curriculum is a tool used to achieve educational goals so that it can be said that the curriculum is a reference in the process of organizing education in Indonesia. The Indonesian education curriculum has been changed or revised at least 10 times, namely in 1952, 1964, 1968, 1975, 1984, 1994, 2004, 2006, 2013. The latest curriculum in Indonesia, the independent curriculum is a time when teachers and students can or have freedom in thinking and also free in the burden of thought so that they can develop their educational potential. This research aims to classify the sentiment of Twitter users towards government policies regarding the independent curriculum into positive sentiment and negative sentiment. The method used by the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) and Support Vector Machines (SVM). The Result shows that the percentage of positive sentiment is 47% or 451 tweets while the negative sentiment is 53% or 264 tweets.

Abstract

The therapy process for hypertensive patients includes several aspects, one of which is treatment by taking antihypertensive medication, which must be done regularly according to the doctor's recommendations. Compliance with carrying out routine controls and taking medication in hypertensive patients is a very important part of treatment, because this compliance aims to reduce the risk of complications such as cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease and kidney disorders. Therefore, in the process of treating hypertensive patients, discipline is very necessary to carry out regular health control and adhere to the medication schedule. To increase this compliance, video-based educational media using regional languages ​​is an effective approach. Regional language educational videos make it easier for patients to understand the health messages conveyed, so that patients can better understand the importance of following treatment rules consistently. Through this educational media, it is hoped that patient compliance with control and taking medication can increase, so that they can achieve success in managing hypertension conditions and preventing further complications. The aim of this Agronursing Internship Management Practice activity is to develop health promotion media in the form of regional language educational videos that focus on compliance in controlling and taking medication in hypertensive patients. This practice uses a questionnaire method to collect data and assess the effectiveness of the educational video in increasing patient awareness and compliance with the treatment they have to undergo.

Abstract

[English]: Present study describes and synthesizes global trend and students’ CT achievement in mathematics instruction integrated STEAM education. A systematic review using bibliometric analysis and qualitative meta-synthesis was applied to do this study. Five hundred and nine studies indexed by Scopus and published between 2004 and 2023 were used as the data to bibliometric analysis. Particularly, 14 empirically qualitative studies were included in qualitative meta-synthesis. Results revealed that the publication development of CT studies slightly soared, whereas the citation development on CT studies relatively fluctuated in the period of 2004–2023. There were several emerging themes in CT studies, such as CT component, cognitive, affective, & psychomotor domain, mathematical content, CT learning environment, technological intervention in CT, research methodology, popular country involved in CT, participant, educational level, and STEAM component. Generally, students had achieved five CT components, such as pattern recognition, abstraction, decomposition, generalization, and algorithms caused by the integration of STEAM approach. The conclusion and implications of this study for mathematics education are comprehensively discussed. [Bahasa]: Studi ini mendeskripsikan dan mensintesis tren global dan pencapaian berpikir komputasi siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika yang menggunakan pendekatan STEAM. Sebuah riviu sistematik yang menggunakan analisis bibliometrik dan meta-sintesis kualitatif diterapkan untuk melakukan studi ini. Lima ratus sembilan studi inklusi yang terindeks Scopus dan dipublikasikan antara 2004 dan 2023 digunakan sebagai data untuk analisis bibliometrik. Secara khusus, 14 studi empiris kualitatif diinklusikan dalam meta-sintesis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa perkembangan publikasi dari studi-studi berpikir komputasi cukup meningkat, sedangkan perkembangan sitasi terhadap studi-studi berpikir komputasi relatif berfluktuasi pada periode 2004–2023. Terdapat beberapa tema yang muncul terkait studi-studi berpikir komputasi, seperti: komponen berpikir komputasi, domain kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor, konten matematika, lingkungan belajar berpikir komputasi, intervensi teknologi dalam berpikir komputasi, metodologi penelitian, negara popular yang dilibatkan dalam berpikir komputasi, partisipan, jenjang pendidikan, dan komponen STEAM. Secara umum, siswa sudah mencapai lima komponen berpikir komputasi, seperti: pengenalan pola, abstraksi, dekomposisi, generalisasi, dan algoritma yang disebabkan oleh pengintegrasian pendekatan STEAM. Simpulan dan implikasi dari studi ini untuk pendidikan matematika secara komprehensif didiskusikan.

Abstract

BBTV (Banana Bunchy Top Virus) is a viral disease that attacks cultivated banana plants and can cause stunting. The symptoms of BBTV disease attack on banana plants are narrowed, piled up leaves and stunted plants. The disease is caused by an insect vector. Pentalonia nigronervosa is the vector insect that transmits BBTV disease. The purpose of the research was to see the java turmeric plant as an alternative host for population growth and BBTV disease vector. The method in the study used a Randomized Group Design. This treatment consists of two treatments with 10 replications. Based on the results of research conducted on the population of P. nigronervosa experienced fluctuations, but high growth in water media. BBTV disease that attacks banana plants in each treatment has the highest incidence in the control treatment, namely, 73.33% dan the lowest disease incidence the turmeric treatment was 6.67%. The highest intensity of BBTV disease attack in the control treatment was 42.06%, while the lowest in the Javanese turmeric treatment was 1.50%. P. nigronervosa inoculated on Javanese turmeric for 72 days can suppress BBTV disease transmission. However, based on the analysis of each treatment, no significant differences were found. P. nigronervosa has the highest population in the soil medium 95.4 individuals and water medium 86.7 individuals. The population of P. nigronervosa has a good development in turmeric plants.

Abstract

Extremism or radicalism is a call for terrorists and their supporters to use violence to achieve certain goals, often based on religious legitimacy. Dompu Regency is one of the places where many convicted terrorists are found. In this context, Bakesbanpol Dompu Regency plays a role in Deradicalization efforts. Deradicalization is a process or effort to eliminate radicalism. The purpose of this study is to describe the Kesbangpol policy in Dompu Regency in efforts to deradicalize ex-convicts in Dompu Regency and to analyze the factors causing obstacles in the implementation of deradicalization of ex-convicts. The methodology used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Efforts to determine and achieve research objectives are carried out using indicators of the role of local government in this case Kesbangpol as a facilitator and as a regulator. The results of the study indicate that the role of the government as a facilitator in the implementation of deradicalization of ex-convicts has been carried out as seen from the form of providing guidance, skills, training and funding given to ex-convicts. While the role of the government as a regulator, currently the local government does not have regional regulations that specifically regulate radicalism, terrorism or even deradicalization. Differences in thinking/ideology, limited budget and labeling from the community towards ex-convicts are obstacles in the implementation of deradicalization of ex-convicts in Dompu Regency. The Regional Government needs to provide religious guidance through religious leaders and additional allocations in the implementation of the program. In addition, the government and the community must be present in the midst of ex-convicts and synergize in preventing radicalism and terrorism.

Abstract

Terrorism is now a global threat that involves various aspects of life, transcends national borders, and has become a serious international crime. Indonesia, as a developing country, faces significant threats, especially through bomb terror acts in various regions. The terrorism movement is considered a major threat to humanity that needs to be addressed immediately. This study uses a qualitative method with informants including the village government, community leaders, security forces, and residents of Penatoi Village. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the strategic role of the village government in preventing terrorism is realized through the pentahelix approach, involving various elements such as Babinsa, Bhabinkamtibmas, religious leaders, and youth leaders. Efforts such as socialization, education on the dangers of terrorism, and provision of basic necessities have succeeded in changing the pattern of community interaction from exclusive to more open, even 80% of residents exposed to radicalism have re-pledged their loyalty to the Republic of Indonesia. Inhibiting factors for the pentahelix approach include budget constraints, dissatisfaction with government assistance, and the existence of underground movements. However, the support of former terrorist convicts as partners and cooperation between the government and various parties, including BNPT and the police, are significant supporting factors in preventing terrorism.
