Abstract

Abstract The packaging of the tourism industry must involve all parties or the community and regional government so that the tourism development process can proceed according to what is expected. The aim of the involvement of all parties is to build a strong destination image and provide adequate tourist facilities so as to produce superior visitor attraction at the destination. Everyone who comes to see and enjoy a tourist area will give an impression, assessment and provide an evaluation of what they feel to determine the decision to visit a tourist attraction. Related to this, the factors of tourist facilities and destination image have an important role in the level of visitor satisfaction, because if the visit feels safe and comfortable then visitors will feel satisfied when they come to the tourist attraction, the impact is that visitors will return to the tourist attraction and the impact is that visitors will carry out promotions indirectly. to their relatives, friends and through the social media they have so that many people will know about this tourist area. Tourist facilities influence visitor satisfaction with a significance value of 2,459 > ​​t table of 2.004, so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that separately (partially) there is an influence of tourist facilities on visitor satisfaction. Destination image influences visitor satisfaction with a significance value of 0.438< t table of 2.004 so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that separately (partially) there is an influence of destination image on visitor satisfaction. Tourist facilities and destination image influence visitor satisfaction with the calculated F value test results of 3,476 > F table of 3.17 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that the independent variables of tourist facilities and destination image simultaneously influence the dependent variable of visitor satisfaction. Based on the results of data processing in the Model Summary table, it can be seen that the R Square value is 0.116 or 11.6%, which means that the independent variables of tourist facilities and destination image influence the dependent variable of visitor satisfaction by 11.6% and other factors that cannot be examined in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse Generation Z's involvement with Fintech loans in terms of literacy and inclusion and their impact on their lives. This study was conducted as field research with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative). As a first step, researchers surveyed five Islamic Religious Universities in Central Java using a questionnaire (G-Form) with 177 respondents. From the survey results, researchers deepened the data by conducting in-depth interviews with ten informants who were selected according to predetermined criteria. The data that has been obtained is analysed descriptively and qualitatively using an interactive model. This research shows that Generation Z at these five Islamic-based campuses has quite good literacy with online loans, as demonstrated by understanding the conceptual-operational definitions and risks. There are also funds from online loans used to meet college needs, such as buying a laptop and other college support needs. Because their literacy and inclusion are pretty good, they have good repayment strategies, such as studying while working, opening a business, etc. However, generation Z's involvement with online loans has more or less disrupted their psychology in living and studying.

Abstract

This research aims to describe: (1) form, (2) meaning, and (3) function contained in the Momasoro traditional ceremonial procession of the Lauje tribe. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and uses a semiotic approach. The data sources for this research are the results of interviews, field notes, and documentation in the form of photos or voice recordings. The results of this research show that the form, meaning and function of the Momasoro traditional ceremonial procession in the Lauje tribe have several stages of the ritual process starting from the top of the mountains to the coast, namely starting from the area (1) Bambanu'ayol as the place for the opening of the custom, (2 ) Bambabalal as a meeting place for water, (3) Pogolimpangatang as a large water meeting place, (4) Bambasiang as a place where water spreads, and (5) Bambamate as a traditional closing place. The symbols found in Momasoro traditional ceremonies are grouped into parts (1) Wada' uwompogane; (2) Monyait Salasa'; (3) Molilinsonang; (4) Payangana hinulalanga tolumbenge ma toluweleyo; (5) Inantare'e bamba ma'e nuwogo; and (6) Do’a Salama.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi dan persaingan yang semakin intens, organisasi dituntut untuk memiliki sistem pengukuran kinerja yang efektif serta efisien. Pengukuran kinerja tidak hanya dilihat dari aspek finansial, tetapi juga melalui berbagai perspektif lain seperti pelanggan, proses internal, serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Salah satu alat yang banyak digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan ini adalah Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Balanced Scorecard hadir dengan menawarkan pendekatan pengukuran kinerja yang berupaya menyeimbangkan aspek keuangan dan non-keuangan, memberikan gambaran yang lebih komprehensif tentang performa organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan tujuan untuk memberikan wawasan yang lebih dalam mengenai efektivitas BSC. Penelitian ini juga akan mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh organisasi dalam implementasi BSC dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan BSC memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi, baik sektor publik maupun swasta. BSC tidak hanya membantu dalam pengukuran kinerja, tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai alat strategis untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan dan peningkatan kepuasan pemangku kepentingan. Temuan ini sejalan dengan penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya yang menunjukkan bahwa BSC dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam mengukur dan meningkatkan kinerja di berbagai sektor.

Abstract

The cultivation of tubifex worms (Tubifex sp) traditionally utilizes nearly 100% organic materials as the growing medium; however, this approach has not yielded optimal biomass compared to the use of fermented organic materials. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of fermented media in enhancing the population density and biomass of tubifex worms. The study employed a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three treatments and four replications. The treatments consisted of different combinations of fermented organic materials, specifically cow manure and tofu waste, with varying proportions in each treatment. Measurements of population density and biomass were conducted after a specified rearing period. The cultivation was carried out in locations proximate to water sources to ensure optimal environmental conditions. The findings indicated that the use of combined fermented organic materials significantly affected the population density and biomass of tubifex worms (Tubifex sp). Treatment A demonstrated the highest population density and biomass, reaching 44.675 grams. These results suggest that fermented media provide a more conducive environment for the growth and reproduction of tubifex worms compared to non-fermented media. The application of fermented media composed of cow manure and tofu waste effectively enhances the population density and biomass of tubifex worms (Tubifex sp). Additionally, conducting cultivation near reliable water sources is crucial for supporting optimal worm growth. Future cultivation practices are recommended to incorporate fermented media and ensure adequate water availability to achieve maximum yield.

Abstract

Death is an inevitable reality of life. In Islam, the process of taking care of a corpse (rukti corpse) is fardhu kifayah, a collective obligation that is terminated if it has been carried out by some of the congregation. This service examines the community's awareness and skills in carrying out corpse rukti. The partners for this service are the people of Wani 2 Village, Tanantovea District, Donggala Regency. Even though the majority are Muslims, the local community's knowledge and skills regarding this process are still very limited. This creates challenges in carrying out these fardhu kifayah obligations adequately, especially during emergency situations or consecutive deaths. The methodology used in this service includes material presentation, practical simulations, and evaluation. The results of the service showed that the training held had increased the participants' knowledge and skills in the process of washing, shrouding, praying, and burying bodies according to Islamic law. This study recommends the need for permanent institutions for training in corpse rukti as well as the active involvement of all members of society, not just religious teachers and sharia officials, to increase their understanding and ability to care for corpses, in line with humans' position as caliphs on earth that does not end with physical death.

Abstract

In the modern era, audit practices are increasingly influenced by technological advancements and the need for sustainability. This article explores the harmonization of technology and sustainability in contemporary audit practices. The research methodology involves the analysis of scientific articles selected based on specific criteria, namely articles published within the time frame of 2015-2024 from journals in quartiles (Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4). Utilizing the Prisma Watase Uake tool, 25 selected articles were identified. Through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this research uncovers several technologies used to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of audits. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of integrating sustainability into audits to assess the social and environmental impacts of companies. The findings indicate that the combination of technology and sustainability not only improves audit quality but also supports corporate social responsibility objectives. This article provides valuable insights for accounting professionals and researchers to understand the challenges and opportunities in the field of auditing in the future. The article has limitations due to the review of only 25 articles using Prisma Watase Uake, which is considered inadequate for a comprehensive understanding. Further research is needed to increase the volume of literature reviewed and to apply different methodologies. A qualitative approach could offer deeper insights into the experiences of audit practitioners in integrating technology and sustainability, as well as the challenges faced in the field.

Abstract

Abstract. The high arrival flow of freight vehicles at Kayumalue Motor Vehicle Weighing Implementation Unit at certain times causes queues. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the utilization factor (utility) in the system, the average number of units (vehicles) in the system, the average time by units in the system, the average number of units (vehicles) in the queue, and the average time by units (vehicles) in the queue at UPPKB Kayumalue. The results of this observation show that at arrival door one (1) Time period 08.00-18.00 WITA the utilization factor (utility) in the system is 0.583, the average unit (vehicle) in the system is 1.40 vehicles, the average time of the unit (vehicle) in the system 12 minutes, the average unit (vehicle) in the queue is 0.817 vehicles, and the average time of the unit (vehicle) in the queue 7 minutes. While at the arrival door, two (2) time periods 08.00-18.00 WITA utilization factor (utility) in the system is 0.357, the average unit (vehicle) in the system is 0.555 vehicles, the average time of the unit (vehicle) in the system 6.66 minutes, the average unit (vehicle) in the queue is 0.198 vehicles, and the average time of the unit (vehicle) in the queue 2.4 minutes. Abstrak. Tingginya arus kedatangan kendaraan angkutan barang di Unit Pelaksana Penimbangan Kendaraan Bermotor Kayumalue pada waktu-waktu tertentu menyebabkan antrian. Antrian terjadi karena UPPKB Kayumalue memiliki keterbatasan layanan satu platform (jembatan timbang) dan satu server untuk sistem informasi, meskipun ada dua pintu kedatangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor pemanfaatan (utilitas) dalam sistem, jumlah rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam sistem, waktu rata-rata yang dihabiskan unit dalam sistem, jumlah rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam antrian, dan waktu rata-rata yang dihabiskan unit (kendaraan) dalam antrian pada UPPKB Kayumalue. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan purposive sampling sebanyak 30 sampel per pintu kedatangan. Hasil pengamatan ini menunjukan bahwa pada pintu kedatangan satu (1) periode waktu 08.00-18.00 WITA faktor pemanfaatan (utilitas) dalam sistem sebesar 0.583, rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam sistem 1.40 kendaraan, waktu rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam sistem 12 menit, rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam antrian 0.817 kendaraan, dan waktu  rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam antrian 7 menit. Sedangkan pada pintu kedatangan dua (2) periode waktu 08.00-18.00 WITA faktor pemanfaatan (utilitas) dalam sistem sebesar 0.357, rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam  sistem 0.555 kendaraan, waktu rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam sistem 6.66 menit, rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam antrian 0.198 kendaraan, dan waktu rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam antrian 2.4 menit.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of school operators in enhancing the effectiveness of public services in the digital era at SD Negeri 6 Watampone, Bone Regency. The research method used is qualitative. This study aims to understand the role of school operators in improving public services at SD Negeri 6 Watampone. The approach taken is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including interviews and observations. The results of the study show that the role of school operators in the effectiveness of public services in the digital era at SD Negeri 6 Watampone, Bone Regency, can be observed through their performance in carrying out their duties as school operators. School operators handle educational administrative activities at SD Negeri 6 Watampone, starting from student administration, curriculum administration, teacher and staff administration, to facility and infrastructure administration. In terms of management, school operators meet the requirements through recruitment, followed by training and development processes. The development of the school operator’s performance focuses on their main duties in the area of educational administration at SD Negeri 6 Watampone. Additionally, school operators are granted data access rights related to SD Negeri 6 Watampone. Furthermore, the services provided by the school operators have been adequately fulfilled, as evidenced by their performance. Despite facing unexpected and undesired obstacles, the school operators were able to overcome these challenges and deliver good results.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk mengedukasi dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat yang tinggal di daerah pesisir di Desa Labengki, Kecamatan Lasolo Kepulauan, Kabupaten Konawe Utara Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara tentang gambaran umum dan pencegahan dini terhadap bahaya stunting. Fokus pengabdian adalah pertama, untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat pesisir tentang pentingnya pemenuhan gizi seimbang bagi ibu hamil, ibu menyusui, dan anak-anak untuk mencegah stunting; kedua, untuk meningkatkan kesadaran tentang bahaya stunting terhadap perkembangan fisik dan kognitif anak; ketiga, untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat umum dalam pengasuhan; dan keempat, untuk mendorong partisipasi pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat umum. Dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, digunakan metode community development, yaitu pendekatan yang melibatkan masyarakat secara langsung sebagai subjek dan objek kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan sebagai penerima manfaat langsung dari kegiatan tersebut. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Desa Labengki memperoleh edukasi tentang gambaran umum stunting, yang membuat mereka lebih waspada terhadap ancaman stunting. Ini didasarkan pada apa yang kita ketahui tentang penyebab stunting, cara untuk mencegahnya, peran gizi seimbang dalam pencegahan stunting, dan pentingnya 1000 hari pertama kehidupan. Pengabdian ini sangat penting dan membantu orang-orang menjalani pola hidup sehat dan mendapatkan gizi yang seimbang.
