Using a qualitative approach, this study identifies various industrial sector categories and examines the contribution of state companies in each sector. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with industry experts and analysis of official documents from relevant government agencies. The research results show that the industrial sector grouping is based on product characteristics, technology used, and markets served. State companies play an important role in strategic sectors such as energy, infrastructure and transportation. In addition, this research found that the existence of state companies can help encourage economic growth, create jobs and increase the competitiveness of national industry. However, challenges faced include operational efficiency and the need for structural reforms to improve performance. This study provides recommendations for the government to strengthen regulations and policies that support the development of the industrial sector and state companies.

Stunting is a condition of impaired growth in children under five years of age due to chronic malnutrition, resulting in slower growth compared to their peers. Based on the Special Index Report on Stunting Management in Central Kalimantan Province for 2021-2022, it shows that almost every city and district has reached the index threshold but is indicated to be low or the index numbers are close to the lower limit. The IKPS (Special Stunting Management Index) for Kapuas Regency in 2021 reached 51.7 with a lower limit index of 47.0, categorized as poor, and in 2022 it only reached 49.2 with a lower limit index of 43.9, also categorized as poor. The KKN group designed several educational and nutritional intervention programs to increase community awareness and understanding of the importance of adequate and balanced nutritional intake. These programs include socialization about healthy eating patterns, counseling on the importance of nutrition for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, and the provision of healthy corn pudding. The output of this activity is demonstrated by the increased knowledge of participants about the importance of adequate nutrition.

The city of Surabaya, as one of the cities in East Java Province, is active in the tourism sector. However, for many of them there are still income disparities in this metropolitan city. In tourism, there are several indicators that need to be paid attention to, namely the number of tourist visits, the number of hotels and the GRDP of the tourism sector. These three are appropriate benchmarks in approaching the growth of the tourism industry. Not only that, the human development index is also an important point for measuring the level of human welfare so that large disparities do not occur. This research aims to determine the influence of the growth of the tourism industry and the human development index on income inequality in the city of Surabaya. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative using secondary data obtained from the Department of Culture, Youth and Sports and Tourism of the City of Surabaya and the Central Statistics Agency of the City of Surabaya. The data obtained from 2014 - 2023 was processed using a time series method and then tabulated and analyzed using SPSS version 25.
