Abstract

This article is made to learn the definition, components, and calculation formula of the Market Entry Barriers Component Index and Function Index, where these two measuring instruments are very important in analyzing the market. The function of the Market Entry Barriers Component Index is to evaluate the level of difficulty that a company will face in entering a pre-existing market. The way to evaluate it is by looking at obstacles such as fixed costs, production capacity, regulation, and production. For the Function Index itself, it functions to see how much efficiency will occur and includes distribution, information flow, and market mobility. This article also aims to provide an example of how the calculation system for the two indexes works. Through this understanding, readers and companies can formulate more appropriate strategies in dealing with obstacles and taking advantage of opportunities in the market.

Abstract

The industrial revolution has transformed the global economic landscape, and Indonesia is not exempt from its impacts. This article discusses Indonesia's readiness to face the challenges posed by the industrial revolution, focusing on sectors such as manufacturing, technology, and human resources. This research is a qualitative analysis method with a literature study and interviews approach. The findings indicate that while Indonesia has made progress in infrastructure and technology, there are still significant challenges in terms of human resource quality and the industry's readiness to adapt to technological advancements. Therefore, more targeted policies are needed to optimize Indonesia's potential in facing the industrial revolution.

Abstract

The results of mushroom cultivation are processed by members of the "Elok Mekar Sari" Farmers Group into innovative processed products with high selling value, such as Mushroom Satay, Mushroom Sempol, catfish cultivation which is used as processed ingredients for nuggets and shredded meat, Crispy Mushrooms, and various other processed mushrooms. Some of the problems faced by the "Elok Mekar Sari" Farmers Group are lack of access to information about mushroom processing technology, availability of raw materials due to geography, economics, environment, technological and regulatory factors and demand. Apart from that, there are difficulties with available markets, public understanding of the benefits of mushrooms and the types that can be processed and consumed as an addition to a nutritious diet. Hands-on training methods and mentoring with the mushroom community in Surabaya who will teach how to grow and care for mushrooms and how to process them into various food products with high nutritional value with solutions. Providing access to information and training about mushroom processing technology, increasing the availability of raw materials. quality through mushroom cultivation and development programs, support for promotion and marketing of mushroom products produced through the marketplace and development of communication campaigns aimed at increasing public understanding and awareness of the benefits of mushrooms and the types that can be processed and consumed.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the structure, function, and interaction of madrasah as a social institution in Islamic society, with a case study at MTs Insan Cendekia Sangatta Utara. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, then analyzed thematically with triangulation to ensure validity. The results show that the madrasah has a well-organized organizational structure, supporting its social and religious functions. The main functions of the madrasah include the integration of formal education with Islamic values, character building, and strengthening spirituality. The social function is realized through religious programs and social activities. The study concludes that madrasahs not only provide formal education, but also act as social institutions that support character development and Islamic values in society.

Abstract

The economy of a country can be seen from its internal conditions such as the real sector, namely production, consumption and investment. Then the monetary sector, such as inflation, the money supply and the balance of the exchange rate. In addition, the condition of the Indonesian economy can also be seen from external conditions which are reflected in the development of the balance of payments which illustrates the condition of the Indonesian economy in the real and monetary sectors. The balance of payments also measures the ability of the economy to support international transactions, especially transactions related to debt obligations and export-import transactions, and informs the government about the state of the economy, especially in this regard. On the results of economic relations with other countries. Thus, the balance of payments can assist in decision-making in the currency sector. Indonesia's balance of payments often fluctuates from time to time. A current account deficit does not result in a balance of payments deficit because the financial account increases capital and compensates for the current account deficit.

Abstract

Industri kecil dan Menengah (IKM) merupakan salah satu sektor yang penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Kita menyadar bahwa pengembangan IKM didaerah sangat erat kaitnya dengan otonomi daera. Kecamatan rungkut memiliki jumlah Industri Menengah dan Industri Rumah Tangga sejumlah 1.219 . Kecamatan Rungkut mengalamikenaikan industri kecil dan industri rumah tangga pada pertengahan covid-19, industri kecil dan rumahan sebagian besar dibidang makanan dan kerajinan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah adalah untuk mengetahui pola spasial IKM dan IRT di kecamatan rungkut, dengan metode yang akan digunakandidalam penelitian ini ada beberapa metode yaitu teknik pengumpulan data, teknis analisis data, populasi dan sampel dan metoe pengumpulan data. Untuk hasil yang didapatan dalam penelitian ini adalah industri kecil dan rumah tangga memiliki karakteristik sebagai industri dengan kekayaan sebesar Rp.200.000.000,- (dua ratus juta rupiah) yang tidak termasuk tanah dan bangunan tempat usaha, hal ini diartikan sebagai modal awal berdirinya suatu usaha yang dijadikan nilai investasi, Modal awal ini mencakup biaya pengadaan peralatan maupun mesin dalam proses produsi. Industri kecil dan rumah tangga biasanya hanya menghasilkan penjualan maksimal sebesar Rp.1000.000.000,- (satu miliar rupiah) per tahunnya.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang tergolong cepat dalam mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Dengan seperti itu pengembangan dan perluasan tehnologi di Indonesia terus berkembang dan semakin canggih. Di era industri 4.0 perkembangan tehnologi memperngaruhi dunia perindustrian, dalam perindustrian kecanggihan teknologi yang saling berkaitan berkaitan seperti mesin-mesin yang sudah bergerak otomatis dari pengerjaan awal hingga akhir. Dengan seperti adanya pengembangan teknologi industri-industri yang berdiri dapat menghemat waktu dalam proses peroduksi. Hasil penelitian dan anlisa ini, dapat dinyatakan bagaimana sebuah industri menyikapi dan mengikuti perkembangan tehnologi dan apa konsekuensinya baik bagi perusahaan maupun karyawan.

Abstract

To classify the quality of tobacco that is suitable for harvest in Dusun Kampong using the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm. Tobacco as a plantation commodity has high economic value, both in the domestic and international markets. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection through direct observation and interviews with local tobacco farmers and traders. The Naive Bayes algorithm is applied to predict harvest eligibility based on the attributes of height, leaf width, leaf length, and number of leaves. Testing is done manually and using the RapidMiner tool to produce accurate predictions. The results of the study show the effectiveness of the Naive Bayes algorithm in classifying tobacco quality.
