Abstract

The values of Islamic education are benchmarks of behavior that are in line with Islamic teachings and must be upheld in both the private and public spheres. One of the means that parents can do in providing Islamic education to their children is by carrying out aqiqah. This study aims to analyze the values of Islamic education contained in the implementation of aqiqah. This research uses a literature study research methodology or library research, which is the process of collecting materials related to research from books, journals, literature, and other publications that deserve to be used as sources for further research by the author. As a result, there are five points of Islamic education in the implementation of aqiqah, namely the value of faith education which shows that aqiqah as a form of obedience in religion, the value of worship education which shows that aqiqah as a form of self-sacrifice to Allah, the value of moral education which shows that aqiqah as an effort to form morality, the value of social education which shows that aqiqah can strengthen the bonds of friendship, and the value of health education which shows that aqiqah is carried out by slaughtering healthy animals and not defective, and halal for consumption. In addition, there are three additional educational values in the implementation of aqiqah, namely giving a name to the child as a prayer and his identity, shaving the hair as a form of obedience and preventing disease and fostering an attitude of charity, and men-tahnik or giving something sweet to the baby's mouth as an effort so that one day the child has a good speech in speaking.

Abstract

The success of a lesson is inseparable from the selection of methods presented, one of which is using the demonstration method, where students and teachers must be actively involved in the learning process. The author describes the demonstration method in fiqh learning. 1) How is the effectiveness of the demonstration method in fiqh learning at MTs Negeri Insan Cendekia. 2) How is the effectiveness of the use of demonstration methods in student understanding of fiqh learning by using descriptive analysis so as to determine the effectiveness of the use of demonstration methods in Fiqh subjects. The findings in this study are that students show proficiency because they are able to analyse the material presented by the teacher, but there are obstacles encountered is the presence of inattentive students who are unable to answer questions because of lack of focus.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the number of workers working in large and medium industries and the number of large and medium industries on the rate of economic growth (GRDP) in Sidoarjo Regency. The type and source of data used is a quantitative approach with secondary time series data for the 2011-2021 period. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the following results were obtained: the adjusted R2 value was 0.947 or 94.7%, and also the F-count had a value of 89.776 > F-table 4.103 and a significance value of 0.000. Meanwhile, the t-count (X1) of 1.608 is smaller than the t-table of 1.796 and a significance value of 0.147 is obtained which is greater than the significance level of 0.05 (0.147 > 0.05). Meanwhile, the t-count of 12.946 is greater than the t-table of 1.796 and a significance value of 0.000 is obtained, which is smaller than the significance value of 0.05.

Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country and the economic development activities carried out aim to reduce existing economic problems. This is done through industrialization. Manufacturing Industry almost always gets the main priority in a developing country's development plans. Important challenges facing the Indonesian manufacturing industry sector include the possibility of disparities in the level of efficiency and productivity of each sub-sector of the Indonesian manufacturing industry.  Industrialization is one thing that can encourage GRDP and economic development. However, industrialization carried out in several regions has not been able to provide high, stable and sustainable economic growth as well as high economic resilience against various threats. The aim of this research is to find out more effective industrialization strategies in the economic structure in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative methods with a library research approach. The results of this research are that the manufacturing industry strategy in increasing the acceleration of Indonesia's economic growth is carried out by implementing industrial strategy 4.0. With support in the form of a systematic and well-integrated Industry 4.0 development platform for a unified ecosystem, it is hoped that collaboration can be created between stakeholders so that joint technical standards/platforms can be developed so that a domestic market that is competitive and independent can be created.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the manufacturing industry strategy in accelerating economic growth in Indonesia. The Indonesian manufacturing industry has become a significant contributor to the country's economy, contributing more than 20% of GDP from 2005 to 2014. This contribution increased by 27.4% from 2005 to 2014, and 19% in 2018. This industry is the subject of research, especially in the Indonesian region, because the priority of this sector is high. The two main indicators of productivity are Total Factor Productivity (TFP) and Efficiency (EFI), which can be used as a reference for Indonesian manufacturing performance. To address consumer demand and meet unmet needs, companies must understand market potential and focus on market needs in product development. Focusing on the market will improve its performance, and the success of the company depends not only on product quality but also on marketing strategies and new innovations. The two most important components that contribute to economic growth through innovation are innovation and management that is oriented towards innovation and action to solve problems.

Abstract

National industrial strength is formed through interdependence, interconnectedness and mutual support between upstream, downstream, supporting and related industries. Thus, the manufacturing industry can reduce dependence on imports of capital goods, intermediate inputs, raw materials, components and spare parts. Industrial clusters, such as the leather industry in Sidoarjo, consist of subsystems providing raw materials and the leather tanning industry, as well as supporting industries that are intensively interconnected. Overseas industrial cluster policies function as an effective structural organization in increasing industrial competitive advantage through comparative advantage. In this way, industrial clusters can increase competitiveness and create national industrial strength.

Abstract

Konversi teks menjadi suara (text to speech) merupakan perangkat lunak yang dapat menyuarakan tulisan yang diinputkan oleh pemakai (user). Sistem konversi teks menjadi suara tersusun atas dua sistem yaitu analisa teks dan penghasil suara percakapan. Untuk mewujudkan program konversi teks mejadi suara tersebut, pada penelitian ini memanfaatkan metode penggal kata Finite State Automata. Dengan mengimplementasikan metode Finite State Automata pada Delphi, pada penelitian diperoleh aplikasi konversi teks menjadi suara dengan input dan output bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat telah memberikan kemudahan dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk dalam proses administrasi dan pengelolaan data karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Karyawan Berbasis Web di PT. PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk Divisi 03 Sei Bejangkar sebagai solusi terhadap proses pendaftaran yang sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara manual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui kegiatan kerja praktek secara langsung di lapangan dan studi pustaka untuk mendukung perancangan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web yang mampu memfasilitasi proses pendaftaran karyawan secara online, mulai dari pengisian data calon karyawan, pengelolaan data oleh admin, hingga pembuatan laporan. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database MySQL. Penerapan sistem ini memberikan kemudahan bagi calon karyawan dalam melakukan pendaftaran, serta membantu pihak HRD dalam mengelola data secara cepat, akurat, dan efisien. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efektivitas proses rekrutmen serta kualitas pengelolaan data sumber daya manusia di perusahaan.

Abstract

When doing a job, a person's style and motivation will show whether he works seriously or just pretends to. If you are responsible or not, etc. The views, expectations, and habits of the work group shape how a person lives and does their job. So, a person's work ethic can be changed by the work ethic of the group. The goal of this study was to find out how hard the principal of the Quran Darul Fattah High School in Bandar Lampung City's Rajabasa District works. This type of research is called "qualitative descriptive research." It is a method of research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the people and actors observed, directed from the background of the individual as a whole (holistic) without isolating individuals and their organizations in variables but looking at them as part of a whole. This study used different ways to collect data, such as interviews, observations, and written records. In this research, qualitative analysis is the method used to look at the data. Based on what was found in the analysis and discussion, the results of this study show that the work ethic of the Principal of SMA Quran Darul Fattah in the Rajabasa District of Bandar Lampung City is still getting better. It's clear from the improvements that have been made that the principal has worked hard, both in his own job and in trying to get his subordinates to improve. His discipline can be used as a model for improving the work ethic of the principal of Quran Darul Fattah High School in Rajabasa District, Bandar Lampung City. The work ethic of the principal of the Darul Fattah Quran High School in Rajabasa District, Bandar Lampung City keeps getting better, as shown by the indicators in the concept of a good work ethic. As a result, the principal's innovations at the Darul Fattah Quran High School in Rajabasa District, Bandar Lampung City have become a breakthrough that helps schools get better at competing globally. Because schools should be a good example of how to teach good character, especially if everyone in the school, especially the principal, has a good work ethic.

Abstract

The importance of employee health in an industrial environment has prompted companies to focus on employee well-being to increase productivity and reduce maintenance costs. However, many companies still face challenges in managing employee health effectively. In this article, we propose solutions through the development of health monitoring systems based on information and communication technology. This system provides benefits not only for employees but also for companies in the analysis and planning of interventions to improve overall employee health and productivity.
