Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola asuh, tekanan teman sebaya, harga diri, dan kesehatan mental pada mahasiswa Indonesia di Jawa Barat. Sebuah studi cross-sectional dilakukan, dan data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang dikelola sendiri. Studi ini melibatkan 500 mahasiswa berusia 18-25 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh, tekanan teman sebaya, dan harga diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesehatan mental mahasiswa. Gaya pengasuhan otoritatif dan harga diri yang tinggi ditemukan memiliki efek positif pada kesehatan mental, sedangkan tekanan teman sebaya memiliki efek negatif. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi yang ditujukan untuk mempromosikan gaya pengasuhan otoritatif, hubungan teman sebaya yang sehat, dan harga diri dapat berguna dalam meningkatkan hasil kesehatan mental di kalangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pendidikan agama, konsep diri, kepribadian, dan lingkungan sosial terhadap perilaku agresif remaja di Provinsi Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Sampel sebanyak 500 remaja berusia 15-18 tahun berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Para peserta mengisi kuesioner laporan diri yang menilai tingkat pendidikan agama, konsep diri, kepribadian, lingkungan sosial, dan perilaku agresif mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel independen secara signifikan memprediksi perilaku agresif remaja. Secara khusus, tingkat pendidikan agama yang lebih tinggi, konsep diri yang positif, dan kepribadian yang menyenangkan berhubungan dengan tingkat perilaku agresif yang lebih rendah, sementara lingkungan sosial yang negatif berhubungan dengan tingkat perilaku agresif yang lebih tinggi. Temuan ini memiliki implikasi penting bagi pengembangan intervensi yang bertujuan untuk mencegah perilaku agresif pada remaja di Provinsi Jawa Barat, yang harus berfokus pada promosi citra diri yang positif, dukungan sosial, dan hubungan positif dengan anggota keluarga dan teman sebaya.

Abstract

Islamic character education plays a vital role in mitigating bullying behavior within boarding schools by fostering student behavior characterized by politeness, tolerance, and respect for differences. This study aims to analyze the significance of Islamic character education in proactively addressing bullying behavior in boarding schools through a literature review methodology. Employing a qualitative approach, the research utilizes a literature review analysis technique to gather data from various sources, including books, journal articles, and research findings related to Islamic character education and bullying in schools. The collected data is analyzed using content analysis techniques. The findings of the study indicate a pronounced urgency for implementing Islamic character education in anticipation of bullying behavior in boarding schools. Islamic character education not only shapes students' behavior to be polite, tolerant, and respectful of differences but also enhances their empathy, concern, and courage to combat bullying. Consequently, boarding schools should reinforce Islamic character education within their curriculum and integrate it into daily school activities. In conclusion, this study underscores the paramount importance of Islamic character education in preventing bullying behavior in boarding schools. Hence, it is imperative that Islamic character education becomes an integral component of the educational curriculum in boarding schools, fostering positive student behavior and reducing instances of bullying.

Abstract

Flexible Working Space is not synonymous with working from home (WFH). FWS is a very flexible space that can be done anywhere, anytime and according to the needs and conditions that support the implementation of work. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of Flexible Working Space and Organizational Culture on Work Productivity. The method in this article is a qualitative method with literature study or Library Research. The purpose of this article is to analyze existing theories by looking at their comparison with previous theories in the research literature. The literature used is literature from research results or reviews that are emphasized in national and international scientific articles related to financial management. The results showed that (1) Flexible Working Space affects Work Productivity. (2) Organizational Culture affects work productivity. Abstract

This research aims to elucidate the impact of the entirety of employment and the significance of employment on the equilibrium between work and personal life in female employees. The participants in this study consist of 300 married, full-time female employees in various major cities in Indonesia. For this investigation, a quantitative methodology is used. Through the usage of the Google Form link, data is indirectly collected online. Through confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), each measuring device's concept validity is examined using the Lisrel 8.70. Multiple regression analysis methods are used with SPSS's assistance to test the study hypothesis. The purposive sampling method makes use of non-probability sampling. The study's results show that the combined impact of work significance (genuineness, self-efficacy, self-worth, purpose, belongingness, transcendence, culture, and interpersonal understanding) and work entirety (enthusiasm, dedication, and flexibility) on work-life balance exceeds 50%. Commitment, sincerity, and self-efficacy are the factors that have a substantial impact on work-life balance.

Abstract

With compensation serving as a moderating variable, this study seeks to understand the relationship between job security and employees' intention to leave at one the company that focus on managing restaurants. 50 employees were used in the purposive sampling technique to determine the study's sample. Path analysis was used in this study's data analysis process, which was supported by the SPSS 26. The findings indicated that job security influences inclination to leave, the likelihood of turnover influences pay. According to the results of the Sobel test, reward is a mediating variable but is unable to mediate the relationship between and influence of job security characteristics on variables relating to turnover intention.

Abstract

Workplace stress is a physical and psychological disruption of employees brought on by an imbalance between their resources and the demands of their jobs. According to findings from early worker research, 14 out of 30 employees reported feeling stressed at work. Negative effects of unmanaged job stress will be felt by both employees and businesses. The aim of this study was to identify the variables linked to production workers' work-related stress. This study has a cross-sectional design and is quantitative in nature. A total of 76 production workers made up the sample size for the data collection, which took place between September-October 2022. Bivariate analysis with the Mann-Whitney test and the Chi-Square test was used to analyze the data. Over 50% of production workers report experiencing work-related stress. Interpersonal conflict (p-value = 0.039), job uncertainty (p-value = 0.022), workload fluctuations (p-value = 0.040), and extracurricular activities (p-value = 0.032) are the four variables that significantly correlate with work stress.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effects of work environment, motivation, remuneration, and work discipline on employee performance. Data for this study were gathered through the use of questionnaires, literature reviews, interviews, and observation. The population determination method employed in this study includes all employees. This study used a saturated sample technique to collect a total of 100 samples. The data from this investigation were examined with a multiple linear regression model. With respect to the results of the data analysis, the following deductions can be made: Discipline has a good and substantial impact on employee performance. Compensation has a beneficial, albeit small, impact on employee performance. Motivation has a good and significant impact on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The independent factors work environment, motivation, compensation, and work discipline have a simultaneous positive and significant impact on the dependent variable employee performance.

Abstract

The influence of diversity and inclusion in the context of organizations has become a major focus in the modern business world. The growing complexity of the global business environment and the demands of diverse markets require organizations to better understand, value, and leverage employee diversity. The aim is to analyze the Analysis of the Effect of Diversity and Inclusion on Organizational Performance. Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of employee commitment in achieving company goals. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee commitmentThe research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample for this study consisted of 100 employees using a random sampling method. Data is collected via surveys distributed via google forms. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. Collected data were analyzed using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression using excel and SPSS. This is shown by the results of this study 1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment, 2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment, and 3) transformational leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee commitment. The findings of this study suggest that if companies want to increase employee commitment, companies must improve transformational leadership and organizational culture.
