Abstract

This study aims to develop booklet-style Student Worksheets (LKPD) that are valid, practical, and effective for teaching science to fourth-grade elementary students. It addresses the lack of engaging LKPDs that encourage active student participation in learner-centered environments. Using the Research and Development (RD) method with the ADDIE model, the study was conducted in three elementary schools. Data were collected through observation, interviews, expert validation, questionnaires for teachers and students, and pretest-posttest assessments. The LKPD showed a validity score of 96.53%, practicality scores of 97.5% from teachers and 93.3% from students, and effectiveness with N-Gain values between 79.35% and 83.25%. This LKPD assists teachers in organizing materials and evaluations while promoting students’ active learning, critical thinking, and scientific skills. Therefore, the booklet LKPD is suitable and effective for elementary science education.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes in Pancasila Education Learning. This study aims to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in Pancasila education learning using the cooperative model type index card match in Class IV UPTD SDN 02 Koto Tuo, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR), employing a qualitative and quantitative approach, conducted in 2 cycles, namely cycle I (2 meetings) and cycle II (1 meeting), carried out in four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research are the teachers and students of class IV UPTD SDN 02 Koto Tuo, Lima Puluh Kota District, with a total of 20 students consisting of 10 boys and 10 girls. The results of the research conducted show that Pancasila Education learning using the Index Card Match cooperative model can improve students' learning outcomes in Pancasila Education in Class IV UPTD SDN 02 Koto Tuo, Lima Puluh Kota Regency).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang bervariasinya media pembelajaran yang ada di sekolah terutama media pembelajaran digital. Media pembelajaran di sekolah masing menggunakan media pembelajaran konkrit sehingga kurangnya minat belajar peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran IPAS menggunakan Media Interaktif Wordwall berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE. Proses penelitian menggunakan model ADDIE ini terdiri dari (1) Tahap Analisis, (2) Tahap Perancangan, (3) Tahap Pengembangan, (4) Tahap Penerapan, (5) Tahap Evaluasi. Hasil penelitian media pembelajaran IPAS menggunakan media wordwall berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada mata Pelajaran IPAS di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar sudah valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to develop interactive learning media based on Smart Apps Creator to support 21st-century skills in Pancasila education for elementary school students that are feasible, practical, and effective. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects included fifth-grade teachers and students from selected elementary schools in Padang, West Sumatra. The selection of research subjects was conducted purposively, considering factors such as implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, availability of technological infrastructure, and the schools’ willingness to collaborate. Data were collected through observations, interviews, questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. Both qualitative and quantitative data analyses were used, including n-gain score analysis. The development resulted in an interactive media product for Pancasila education using Smart Apps Creator, which was declared feasible, practical, and effective. The feasibility assessment by material, linguistic, and media experts obtained an average score of 91.67%, categorized as very feasible. The practicality aspect, evaluated through teacher 90%, indicating a very practical product, and student responses achieved an average score of 96,6%, indicating a very practical product. The average N-gain score in the experimental class was 85.11 (high category), while the control class scored 44.57 (moderate category). These findings indicate that the developed interactive media effectively supports the enhancement of 21st-century skills, particularly in Pancasila learning for elementary students.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in the development of the Society 5.0 era, which encourages the renewal and utilization of technology to facilitate learning through digital-based media. However, in reality, conventional media are still widely used, and many teachers are not yet able to optimize technology to innovate learning media. This study aims to produce a valid and practical interactive learning media using the Canva application for IPAS learning based on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) in fourth grade of elementary school. This is a research and development study applying the ADDIE model, which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation phases. The research was conducted in Cluster 5 of Lembah Gumanti District, involving three elementary schools: SDN 02 Sungai Nanam, SDN 18 Sungai Nanam, and SDN 26 Sungai Nanam. The developed media were validated by experts and tested in the aforementioned schools to measure practicality. The results showed that the developed media achieved a validation score of 97%, categorized as very valid. Practicality results based on teacher responses reached 95.23%, and student responses reached 97.57%, both categorized as very practical. Therefore, the developed Canva-based interactive learning media for PBL-oriented IPAS learning is proven to be highly valid and practical

Abstract

Integrated thematic learning is learning that can combine existing concepts in learning. In learning in elementary schools there are several obstacles in the teacher's understanding regarding the appropriate and various learning models used. As a result, learning becomes less interesting, students have difficulty understanding the material, learning outcomes are low, and learning has no meaning for students. Teachers' lack of understanding of appropriate and varied learning models in the learning process is the main problem at this time. One learning model that can be applied to overcome this problem is the learning modelconnectedThe method used in this research is library research, where data collection is carried out by collecting some research on the implementation of learning models.connected in integrated thematic learning. From some of the research that has been collected, it can be concluded that there is a significant increase in student learning outcomes by applying or implementing learning modelsconnected in learning especially in integrated thematic learning. This is due to the learning modelconnected it integrates various fields of science so that it makes it easier for students to understand the objectives and learning materials. Understanding the learning modelconnected must be understood by every teacher because it is one of the reference learning models in integrated thematic learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila menggunakan model Problem Based Learning di kelas V SDN 20 Binuang Kampung Dalam Kota Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan peserta didik yang berjumlah 19 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 7 orang laki-laki dan 12 orang perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada modul ajar, siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-rata 87,4% meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 95,8%. Pengamatan aktivitas guru pada siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-rata 89,2% meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 96,4%. Pengamatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-rata 85,6% meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 96,4%. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila menggunakan model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik di kelas V.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan permasalahan LKPD yang tersedia masih belum makasimal dari segi pengembangan dan penggunaannya sehingga peserta didik kurang tertarik dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kurangnya motivasi guru dalam membuat LKPD yang inovatif. Belum pernah mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Pesesta Didik (LKPD) berbasis Project Based Learning (PjBL) dalam pembelajaran terutama pada pembelajaran IPAS. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangakan LKPD berbasis PjB pada pembelajaran IPAS di kelas IV sekolah dasar yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. sekolah uji coba adalah peserta didik kelas IV SDN 12 Sintuk Toboh Gadang, sedangkan sekolah penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas IV SDN 11 Lubuk Alung. Hasil penelitian diperoleh LKPD yang memiliki tingkat validitas materi 84,9%, validitas bahasa 88,8%, validitas media 87,5% dengan kategori valid. sedangkan uji praktikalitas disekolah uji coba memperoleh persentase sebesar 93,33%, untuk angket respon guru dan 93,4% untuk angket respon peserta didik dengan kategori sangat praktis. Selanjutnya, uji praktikalitas di sekolah penelitian mendapat hasil 90% untuk angket respon guru dan 92,16% untuk angket respon peserta didik dengan kategori sangat praktis. Pada uji efektivitas LKPD di sekolah uji coba memperoleh persentase sebesar 89,64% dan di sekolah penelitian memperoleh persentase sebesar 93% dengan kategori keduanya sangat efektif. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD berbasis PjBL pada pembelajaran IPAS kelas IV Sekolah Dasar dapat dinyatakan valid,praktis dan efektif untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a learning media using Smart Apps Creator with a PBL approach that is valid, practical, and effective. The method employed is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The designed media was validated by subject matter experts, language experts, and media experts, and was also tested for its practicality and effectiveness through questionnaires and learning outcome tests. The findings indicate that the learning media is valid, practical, and effective for use in the teaching and learning process. The validation score from the three validators reached 91%, categorized as "Highly Valid." Based on the questionnaire responses from teachers and students at the pilot school, SDN 21 Bandar Buat, the media was considered highly practical with practicality percentages of 94.28% and 96.58%, respectively. At SDN 01 Bandar Buat, the practicality scores were 97.14% and 91.21%, while at SDN 11 Indarung, the scores were 94.28% and 94%. The product's effectiveness was reflected in the improvement of student learning outcomes, with N-gain scores of 86.96% at SDN 21 Bandar Buat, 90.51% at SDN 01 Bandar Buat, and 88.72% at SDN 11 Indarung, all of which fall into the "Effective" category.

Abstract

The development of E-LKPD based on the Wizer.me platform with the Discovery Learning model is the aim of this research. It is designed for use in science learning in fourth grade elementary schools. This research is motivated by the fact that LKPD are still in printed form, these LKPD are usually plain, less interesting, and do not encourage students to participate actively in the learning process. In addition, the use of technology in providing learning materials that suit modern educational needs is still limited. For this research, the ADDIE model is used as a Research and Development (R&D) approach, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Validation by material, language and media experts gave a score of 93.54% so that the product was included in the "Very Valid" category. The practicality test at SD IT Ridhotullah gave practicality scores for teachers and students of 94.54% and 95.52% respectively; at SDN 15 Ulu Gadut, the ratings were 98.18% and 93.91% respectively; and at SD Dian Andalas, the ratings were 96.36% and 94.65% respectively. The results of the N-Gain analysis effectiveness test showed 80.94% at SD IT Ridhotullah, 82.40% at SDN 15 Ulu Gadut, and 86.15% at SD Dian Andalas. The E-LKPD developed through Wizer.me and based on the Discovery Learning approach has proven to be valid, practical and effective for improving science and science learning in fourth grade elementary school.
