Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat rasa nasionalisme dan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat Aceh yang tinggal di Malang, yang dikenal sebagai "Kota Apel". Melalui serangkaian kegiatan edukatif, interaktif, dan kebudayaan, kegiatan ini mengupayakan terciptanya kebersamaan di antara masyarakat Aceh dengan masyarakat lokal, sambil tetap menjaga identitas budaya Aceh. Kegiatan ini melibatkan diskusi panel, seminar, workshop, dan kegiatan budaya yang difokuskan pada sejarah nasional, pentingnya nasionalisme dalam konteks masyarakat multikultural, serta nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang menghubungkan masyarakat Aceh dengan masyarakat lainnya di Indonesia. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini tidak hanya bertujuan untuk mempererat solidaritas antar warga Aceh di perantauan, tetapi juga untuk memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan budaya Aceh di kalangan masyarakat luas. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya rasa kebersamaan dan nasionalisme, serta terciptanya pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang pentingnya keberagaman dan toleransi dalam menjaga keutuhan dan kesatuan bangsa

Abstract

Perubahan iklim adalah perubahan jangka panjang dari distribusi pola cuaca yang terjadi dalam beberapa dekade yang ditandai peningkatan suhu global, pola hujan, cuaca ekstrem serta perubahan iklim secara umum. Perubahan iklim disebabkan karena berbagai aktifitas manusia yang disebabkan karena peningkatan emisi rumah kaca seperti karbondioksida (CO2). Perubahan iklim yang terjadi berdampak pada peningkatan suhu global pencairan es di kutub, kenaikan permukaan laut, kekeringan, banjir, juga ancaman terhadap keanekaragaman hayati dan kehidupan manusia di seluruh dunia.  Perubahan iklim yang terjadi saat ini  dan terus terjadi sudah dirasakan di kehidupan seperti  perubahan pola hujan, kenaikan muka air laut, perubahan suhu dan akibat yang ditimbulkannya seperti kemarau yang berkepanjangan dan curah hujan yang tinggi sehingga menyebankan banjir. Kesadaran tentang perubahan iklim perlu ditumbuhkan pada generasi muda generasi muda tentang perubahan iklim dan dampaknya bagi kelangsungan hidup manusia, perlu dilakukan berbagai upaya yang konstruktif dalam memberikan pengetahuan tentang isu-isu lingkungan, terutama yang terkait dengan perubahan iklim. Pengetahuan yang diberikan bagi generasi muda dapat dilakukan melalui berbagai saluran dan sumber informasi seperti website, media sosial, dan sebagainya.dengan pengetahuan yang dimiliki, akan membentuk persepsi mereka yang lebih baik tentang perubahan iklim, yang pada gilirannya akan membentuk sikap mereka. Dengan pengetahuan yang dimiliki, generasi muda akan lebih memahami tentang perubahan iklim dan berbagai isu lingkungan lainnya

Abstract

Extension workers have a big role in the success of farming activities in an area and can indirectly have a big influence on the welfare of farmers in particular and the success of agricultural activities in general. The aim of carrying out this research is to describe the relationship between farmers' perceptions of the competency of agricultural instructors and at the same time determine the variables that influence farmers' perceptions of the competency of agricultural instructors in terms of farmer characteristics, farming business characteristics and the quality of extension. This research uses an exploratory descriptive approach with a survey method using interviews and the help of questionnaires. The sample was determined by quota sampling, namely 4 people in each agricultural farmer group consisting of the chairman and active members. Data are presented on a Likert scale, and relationship analysis uses the Rank Spearman statistical test. The results of the analysis of respondents' perceptions of instructor competence in terms of personality (2.87), andragogic (2.60), professional (2.63), and social (2.64) variables were at medium criteria (2-3). The relationship between each variable of personal characteristics, farming characteristics, and quality of extension with respondents' perceptions of PPL competency shows a real relationship with the variables of farming experience, land area, market accessibility, land ownership status, extension materials, extension methods, and extension media, where The extension method and extension material variables have the highest correlation coefficient among the others, namely (0.642) and (0.513) which are classified as a strong relationship level (0.51-0.75) at a confidence level of 0.01%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether teacher competence is able to mediate madrasa heads and infrastructure on the quality of education. This study uses a quantitative approach, which consists of two exogenous variables of madrasa heads and infrastructure, one endogenous variable of education quality, and an intervention variable, namely teacher competency. The data obtained is primary data obtained directly from the respondents by dividing the questionnaires among the respondents. The research instrument used a Likert scale of 1-5, while data analysis used SEM diagram analysis which was processed using Amos Structural Equation Modeling. The results of the study show that teacher competence is able to mediate madrasa heads and infrastructure on the quality of education through teacher competence. These results indicate that teacher competence is able to mediate exogenous and endogenous variables.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of packaging cardboard. In the production process at PT. XYZ still found the presence of waste, especially in defects, waiting, and excessive transportation. This study aims to minimize or eliminate waste by providing recommendations for improvement using a lean manufacturing approach, then the improvement recommendations are designed through system simulation using proModel software. The lean manufacturing method used in this research is Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to map the entire value stream in the production process from start to finish, where the VSM manufacturing process is supported based on the tools selected from the Value Stream Analysis Tools (VALSAT). Furthermore, to find the root cause of waste, Fishbone Diagram is used, and to determine the cause of the most critical waste, the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method is used. The results showed that with the improvement recommendations given, the processing time could be reduced from 9743.70 seconds to 6417.15 seconds, and based on the simulation results the improvement showed an increase in the average number of products per month which was 64.26% with an increase from 52962 pcs to 87000 pcs.

Abstract

A mosque is a place of worship for Muslims. Worship activities here have a broad meaning, notonly for praying and reciting but for all activities that can bring benefit to the world and the hereafter. Mosques can also be used as a means of informal education for people who cannotattend formal education, and are not bound by age, whether old or young, therefore it is necessary to hold a ta'lim assembly. The ta'lim assembly is an informal Islamic educational institution that has its curriculum, organized on a scale and regularly followed by a relatively large congregation, aiming to foster and develop as well as enlightenment about life. With the majlis ta'lim activities in the mosque, the congregation or the community can take part in activities to improve the quality of knowledge and worship activities that can be carried out more optimally. The research that the author does is field research (field research). The approach used to conduct research is a qualitative approach. And the key informants in this research are mosque administrators, and supporting informants are the congregation or members of the ta'lim assembly. The techniques used to collect data are observation and interviews, after the data is collected it is processed using qualitative descriptive techniques. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it is known that the implementation of the ta'lim assembly activities has gone well and smoothly, it can be seen from the enthusiasm and desire of the congregation in participating in the ta'lim assembly activities, it can be seen from the presence of the congregation in participating in the activities. ta'lim assembly. However, there are still some shortcomings in the management of itsactivities where the congregation is less solemn in carrying out every activity carried out, it can beseen from the congregation there are still chatting when listening to the chanting of the holy versesof the Koran and not focusing when participating in lecture activities because they feel the contentof the lecture is not good or the teacher's language is not understood.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi sistem monitoring dan evaluasi prestasi atlet bulutangkis untuk mengoptimalkan hasil kompetisi di PB Platinum GOR Platinum Arena Araya Kota Malang. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah belum optimalnya sistem evaluasi dan monitoring tentang program Latihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi atlet dalam kompetisi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif dengan metode ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, simulasi dan praktik langsung. Materi yang diberikan mencakup analisa jenis latihan, pemahaman tentang pemanasan dan pendinginan, sistem recovery, nutrisi sebagai pendukung prestasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman tentang sistem evaluasi dan monitoring tentang program latihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi atlet dalam kompetisi. Hasil refleksi menunjukkan adanya antusisme peserta tinggi tentang pemahamam atlet tentang evaluasi dan monitoring sehingga diharapkan adanya peningkatan prestasi pada kompetisi

Abstract

Teamwork in Islamic education management is so urgent. This is because it is one of the things that determines whether or not the process of implementing Islamic education runs, which in turn will determine whether or not the goals that have been designed are achieved. In this study, researchers conducted a library research method. Here the researcher searches for literature in the form of books, research results, and journals, both national and international, related to the topic being studied. From the results of the study conducted, several important findings were found, including: First: the benefits of teamwork include the emergence of responsibility for quality management, time utilization, overseeing management, channeling information, in education management. Teamwork is beneficial for service users, students will be able to access information more easily, increase members' understanding, and can foster trust for its members. Second, optimizing the role of teamwork, providing opportunities to solve problems, involving all staff, training in problem-solving methods, supervision and providing rewards. Third, the Quran hints at the importance of teamwork, such as the example of the bee organization, so that the Quran enshrines the name An-Nahl in the letter, while the apostle in his history has translated teamwork when carrying out the migration strategy.

Abstract

The culture of teenage dating presents a significant challenge in shaping students’ character, especially within tahfiz-based schools that combine Islamic education and the national curriculum. This phenomenon has become a serious concern for Islamic educational institutions seeking to nurture morally grounded youth amid increasing digital exposure. This study aims to explore the strategies employed by teachers to prevent dating culture in Islamic boarding schools. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving all teachers. The findings reveal that prevention strategies are implemented in three stages: planning based on the values of iffah (self-restraint) and haya’ (modesty), implementation through daily religious routines, teacher role modeling, and social supervision, and addressing challenges such as digital media influence and limited after-hours monitoring. This study underscores the importance of integrating Islamic character education with context-sensitive pedagogical approaches in shaping adolescent behavior. It contributes to the development of character-building models responsive to the challenges of the digital age. Abstrak Budaya pacaran di kalangan remaja merupakan tantangan serius dalam pembinaan karakter siswa, terlebih di sekolah berbasis tahfiz yang mengintegrasikan pendidikan agama dan kurikulum nasional. Fenomena ini menjadi perhatian khusus bagi lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam membentuk generasi berakhlak mulia di tengah arus digitalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi guru dalam mencegah budaya pacaran di lingkungan sekolah tahfiz. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap seluruh guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pencegahan dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap: perencanaan berbasis nilai iffah dan haya’, implementasi melalui pembiasaan ibadah, keteladanan guru, dan pengawasan sosial, serta penanganan kendala yang mencakup pengaruh media digital dan keterbatasan pengawasan di luar jam sekolah. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi antara pendidikan karakter Islami dan pendekatan pedagogis yang kontekstual dalam membentuk perilaku remaja. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan model pembinaan karakter yang responsif terhadap tantangan era digital.

Abstract

Problem Based Learning (PBL) merupakan model pembelajaran yang menekankan pada pemecahan masalah nyata sebagai sarana untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, keterampilan kolaboratif dan pemahaman kontekstual terhadap nilai-nilai agama. Dalam konteks PAI, penerapan PBL diharapkan mampu menjadikan siswa lebih aktif, reflektif, dan bertanggung jawab dalam memahami dan mengamalkan ajaran Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) sebagai pendekatan inovatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kepustakaan. Metode tersebut dipilih agar penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan suatu pemahaman yang komprehensif berdasarkan sumber-sumber data yang relevan. Peneliti berfokus pada pembahasan secara umum menuju khusus. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa strategi PBL dalam PAI efektif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, membangun kesadaran nilai keislaman secara kontekstual, serta mengembangkan sikap religius dan sosial peserta didik. Penerapan strategi ini memerlukan kesiapan guru, perencanaan yang matang, serta dukungan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif.
