Abstract

Breast milk complementary food is a type of food given in addition to breast milk, starting at the age of toddlers between 6 months and 24 months. In fact, there are still many mothers in the practice of providing Breast milk complementary food is not in accordance with the age of the baby so that they can growth problems. It might be related to woman’s knowledge and attitude factor. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitude with the breastfeeding woman practice in providing Breast milk complementary food. The research method is a quantitative study with a correlational study design using a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study amounted to 52 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used the Pearson test and Anova test. The result of this study with the Pearson test showed a relationship between Breastfeeding Woman’s knowledge and attitudes with breastfeeding woman practice in providing Breast milk complementary food as indicated by a p-value <0.05. The Anova test explains that there is a relationship between breastfeeding woman’s knowledge and attitudes with breastfeeding woman practice in providing Breast milk complementary food as indicated by p-value <0.05. It is recommended that nurses play an active role in providing education to breastfeeding woman’s and their families in the practice of providing complementary feeding, and further research to conduct research related to the provision of complementary feeding using motivation variables, family support, and support from health workers.

Abstract

Daun  sangitan  secara  tradisional  telah  digunakan  sebagai  obat  penyakit  hati. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  efek  fraksi  etil  asetat  daun  sangitan sebagai hepatoprotektor melalui pengukuran SGOT dan SGPT pada tikus yang diinduksi CCl4. Pengujian dilakukan selama 11 hari terhadap 24 ekor tikus yang dibagi menjadi 6 kelompok.Pengukuran kadar SGOT dan SGPT dilakukan pada hari ke-11 dengan spektrofotometer klinis. Kontrol normal diberi  minyak zaitun secara  oral.  Kontrol  positif  sebagai pembanding diberikan  Cursil®.  Kontrol negatif  yang diinduksi  dengan  karbon  tetraklorida  dosis  0,4  mg/g  BB dan  3 kelompok  perlakuan  yang  diberi  fraksi  etil  asetat  dengan  dosis  berturut- turut 0,9650, 1,93  dan  3,86  mg/kg  BB.  Hasil  uji  Anova  satu  arah  menunjukkan pemberian perlakuan berpengaruh terhadap SGPT dan SGOT. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa  pemberian  fraksi etil  asetat daun  sangitan  dapat  memberikan efek hepatoprotektor.

Abstract

The digital era brings significant changes in various aspects of life, including the mindset, behavior, and values embraced by the younger generation. The rapid development of information and communication technology has given teenagers unlimited access to various sources of information, culture, and lifestyles from around the world. This research aims to identify the shift in the beliefs and morals of teenagers in the digital era, especially among school-aged adolescents, and to determine the main factors behind this shift in their beliefs and morals. The research method used is the library method. This method was chosen so that the research can produce a comprehensive understanding based on relevant data sources. The researcher focuses on a discussion that moves from general to specific, starting with an explanation of the concepts of aqidah and akhlak, then discussing the challenges of aqidah in the digital era, the challenges of akhlak in the digital era, efforts to strengthen aqidah and akhlak in the digital era, and concluding with a discussion on the impact of the shift in aqidah and akhlak on adolescents. The efforts made by parents in addressing the shift in faith and morals among teenagers in the digital era are Parents need to create a warm and open relationship with their children, so that teenagers feel comfortable discussing religious and moral values. Instilling religious values from an early age through formal and non-formal education, as well as setting an example in daily life. Supervising the use of technology with a non-restrictive approach, such as using parental controls, discussing appropriate content, and providing guidance on media ethics.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five due to chronic malnutrition, especially in the first 1000 days of life. This condition is the result of the child's nutritional needs not being met, which results in the child's height becoming very short. Currently, there are still cases of stunting in Teratak Village, even though this village is one of the areas with fisheries and livestock natural resource commodities. This can occur due to low public knowledge of the importance of adequate nutrition in preventing stunting. Therefore, increasing pregnant women's knowledge of healthy food choices is one of the efforts that can be made to prevent stunting. This effort takes the form of providing health education or nutrition education in the form of outreach activities. This research aims to determine the increase in knowledge of pregnant women regarding stunting prevention in the first 1000 days of a child's life. The method used was education for pregnant women in Teratak Village with a total of 15 people. To test the effectiveness of this extension, pre-test and post-test methods were used with a qualitative approach. The results of this outreach show that there is an increase in pregnant women's knowledge of stunting prevention in Teratak Village. This increase can be seen from the increase in the mean value which rose from 68.7 before the counseling to 87.3 after the counseling was carried out.

Abstract

Child marriage is a marriage carried out under the age of 19 years. The early marriage prevention socialization program implemented by the Mataram University Real Work Lecture (KKN) at SMPN 1 Batukliang Utara and SMAN 1 Batukliang Utara, Central Lombok Regency takes the form of counseling on the prevention of early marriage for teenagers. - Adolescents who are still underage are one way to reduce the number of cases of early marriage. With this, the aim of the KKN program can be successful and in line with the target of increasing cases of early marriage in Indonesia in 2018. Based on the results of the questionnaire given before and after the delivery of the material, it was seen that the average increase in students' knowledge from the pretest from 2.4000 and the posttest from 3.3400 to 0.9400. This is a good sign because the education provided is proven to be acceptable and it is hoped that participants can implement this knowledge. Students' knowledge of this is one of the most important factors in efforts to prevent early marriage.

Abstract

Masyarakat Desa Setiling, Kecamatan Batukliang Utara, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, selama ini telah memproduksi gula aren yang digunakan sebagai bahan baku dalam pembuatan jamu oleh UMKM Senamian, yang juga berlokasi di Desa Setiling. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di desa tersebut, diketahui bahwa gula aren yang diproduksi masih berbentuk batok yang dicetak menggunakan cetakan dari tempurung kelapa. Serta kegiatan pemasaran gula aren yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat di Desa Setiling hanya dijual di pasar tradisional dengan harga jual yang tidak stabil. Sehingga diperlukan peningkatan nilai produk yang memiliki nilai jual yang lebih tinggi. Menurut Knerr, et al. (2018), kolaborasi dan dukungan bersama dalam suatu usaha dapat meningkatkan kemampuan produk dalam mengakses pasar. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tim pengabdian melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Setiling dengan tema pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui diversifikasi produk gula aren. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah agar masyarakat tetap dapat memenuhi kebutuhan gula aren untuk UMKM Senamian serta meningkatkan pendapatan mereka dengan memproduksi variasi produk gula aren. Tim pengabdian kemudian memberikan pelatihan pembuatan berbagai variasi gula aren, seperti pembuatan gula semut dan gula briket dengan tambahan kopi, susu, dan jahe. Sehingga menghasilkan beragam produk gula aren. Selain itu, tim juga membantu dalam pembuatan desain logo dan kemasan yang menarik untuk produk-produk yang dihasilkan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan masyarakat dapat meningkatkan penjualan gula aren dan menjual produk mereka dengan nilai jual yang lebih tinggi dan harga pasar yang stabil.

Abstract

Kesenjangan gender partisipasi petani dalam kegiatan penyuluhan pertanian masih  terjadi hingga saat ini. Sementara, partisipasi perempuan dalam pelaksanaan dan pengambilan keputusan dalam kegiatan usahatani tergolong tinggi. Memberikan kesempatan perempuan untuk belajar sepanjang hidup melalui pendidikan non formal yaitu kegiatan penyuluhan pertanian berarti mendukung Negara RI Indonesia mencapai tujuan SDGs, yaitu pendidikan yang berkualitas. Penyelenggaraan kegiatan penyuluhan pertanian yang berkualitas dapat menjamin kesetaraan gender pada  pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam kegiatan usahatani. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan penyuluh pertanian dalam mengelola penyelenggaraan penyuluhan yang responsive gender, meningkatkan kesetaraan partisipasi dalam penyuluhan, kesetaraan pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan secara berjenjang yaitu: pertama melibatkan penyuluh pertanian, kepala dan staf kantor UPTPP Jerowaru dan kedua melibatkan anggota kelompok tani dan kelompok wanita tani Desa Sepapan. Metode yang digunakan brainstorming, ceramah yang partisipatif dan diskusi kelompok kecil. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM bagi penyuluh di tingkat UPTPP, kelompok tani dan kelompok wanita tani di Desa berjalan dengan baik dan partisipatif. Keberadaan dan kemampuan penyuluh pertanian telah mampu meningkatkan kesetaraan gender dalam berpartisipasi aktif dimana mereka mampu curah pendapat, sharing pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam berusahatani. Kesimpulannya adalah kemampuan penyuluh mengelola kegiatan penyuluhan yang responsive gender perlu didukung dengan komitmen yang tinggi. Kemampuan perempuan berpartisipasi aktif pada kegiatan penyuluhan pertanian, terjadinya kesetaraan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dapat terjadi secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pendidikan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, salah satunya melalui pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Dari empat keterampilan berbahasa, maharah istima’ (menyimak) menjadi dasar utama yang harus dikuasai siswa. Namun, berdasarkan hasil observasi di MIN 2 Pasaman, keterampilan menyimak masih menghadapi kendala, antara lain rendahnya disiplin siswa, kegaduhan, kurangnya variasi metode, serta terbatasnya media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penerapan strategi manajemen kelas dalam pembelajaran maharah istima’ serta hambatan yang dihadapi guru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek guru dan siswa kelas III MIN 2 Pasaman. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan model Miles dan Huberman melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah menerapkan strategi manajemen kelas, seperti pengaturan tempat duduk sesuai karakter siswa, komunikasi efektif, pengawasan perilaku secara bijak, penggunaan metode bervariasi, serta pengelolaan waktu yang terarah. Strategi tersebut berhasil menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih kondusif dan interaktif. Namun, hambatan masih ditemui, antara lain perbedaan kemampuan siswa, keterbatasan media pembelajaran, serta rendahnya motivasi belajar. Dengan demikian, manajemen kelas berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran maharah istima’, meskipun masih diperlukan inovasi dalam penggunaan media dan peningkatan motivasi siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media dinding bergaris lurus dalam meningkatkan keterampilan passing bawah pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMA ITP Surabaya. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh latihan tersebut dengan pendekatan eksperimen dua kelompok (pretest-posttest) dan melibatkan 20 peserta. Latihan dilakukan selama empat minggu, tiga kali per minggu. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan passing bawah. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji-t, yang memperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,009. Dengan demikian, penggunaan media dinding bergaris terbukti efektif dalam melatih dan meningkatkan teknik passing bawah pada pemain bola voli.

Abstract

Improving the quality of learning in schools really depends on several factors. A very important factor, among others, is the implementation of school culture towards improving quality. School culture is a positive thing that must be maintained and implemented by all school members without feeling forced. One of the school cultures that must be maintained is the issue of discipline, including the discipline of teachers in their presence in class during the teaching and learning process. To improve teacher discipline, efforts can be made in various ways. The research aims to improve teacher discipline in teaching presence in class through the application of reward and punishment. In this School Action Research (PTS), action was attempted in the form of implementing Reward and Punishment for teachers at SD Negeri 019 Tanjung Sawit, Kampar Regency. This research was carried out in two cycles, because from the results of research and data analysis, it turned out that in the second cycle, discipline teachers' attendance in class during the teaching and learning process increased and met the indicators that had been set at 75%. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that improving teacher discipline in class attendance during teaching and learning activities can be done by implementing Reward and Punishment for teachers.
