Abstract

Micro and small businesses that withstand economic crises are able to absorb labor thereby significantly reducing unemployment. In Kore Village, Sanggar District, Bima Regency, small and medium-sized businesses often neglect accounting, and there is no separation of personal and business assets. Most of these MSME actors are still making decisions based on intuition and experience. In simple accounting training for small businesses, the purpose of implementing PKM is to know how to do accounting itself so that it is systematic and important when doing accounting so that income, costs and profits are measured. and know the development of the business. In Kore Baru Village, Sanggar District, Bima Regency, the method of implementing community service is divided into three stages, namely the first stage of interviews and field observations, the second stage of conducting training, and the last stage is mentoring and monitoring. . The results obtained from this activity are able to increase knowledge and skills in business management through simple and easy-to-implement bookkeeping/accounting so as to increase work motivation.

Abstract

The Literacy House is a facility designed to encourage community participation, especially children and teenagers, to be more active in literacy activities, both in reading, writing and discussions. This community service program aims to reactivate and develop the Literacy House in Kore Village, Sanggar District, Bima Regency, in order to increase the reading interest and writing skills of the local community. By providing access to a variety of books and learning facilities, it is hoped that this Literacy House can become a place that supports the growth of non-formal education in the reading house community in KORE Village, Sanggar District, Bima Regency. The results of this service show very high enthusiasm from Youth and Community Shop leaders and it is hoped that this service will increase interest in reading, writing skills, as well as active participation in digital literacy activities for the people of KORE Village, Kec. Sanggar Bima Regency.

Abstract

This study explores the organizational management of Borneo Tarigas Art Studio in Pontianak City, which has consistently developed its artistic achievements and maintained cultural preservation. The research aims to describe the management functions and elements implemented, including planning, organizing, actuating, controlling, financial management, methods, materials, facilities, learning content, and marketing strategies. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method with a sociological approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, with the validity of data ensured through source triangulation and extended observation. Findings indicate that the studio applies systematic and effective management practices, enabling it to sustain its artistic programs, foster talent development, and maintain organizational resilience amidst challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The study concludes that effective organizational management is crucial for cultural art studios to remain sustainable and competitive.

Abstract

Siswa-siswi SMA sederajat yang ingin melanjutkan ke PTN dengan tes portofolio pada program studi kesenian adalah sasaran dari program sosialisasi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Mempawah dengan peserta para guru seni budaya tingkat SMA dan para siswa. Kegiatan ini bertujuan agar memudahkan para siswa dan guru dalam memahami perubahan kebijakan tata aturan masuk Perguruan Tinggi dengan sistem portofolio untuk proses seleksi masuk ke Perguruan Tinggi. Hasil kegiatan ini yaitu peserta kegiatan yang kemudian dapat menjadi fasilitator bagi siswa di SMA yang membutuhkan informasi mengenai sistem portofolio yang menjadi aturan baru untuk proses seleksi masuk ke Prodi Pendidikan Seni. Pelatihan ini sebagai hasil Kerjasama antara pelaksana dan mitra program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Tanjungpura. Usai Sosialisasi adaptasi perubahan kebijakan tata aturan masuk Perguruan Tinggi dengan sistem portofolio ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi peserta kegiatan yang kemudian dapat menjadi fasilitator bagi siswa di SMA tersebut yang membuthkan informasi mengenai sistem portofolio yang menjadi aturan baru untuk proses seleksi masuk ke Prodi Pendidikan Seni. Selain itu, publikasi hasil PKM merupakan langkah awal agar PKM tersebut dapat berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan kualitas sumber daya manusia bangsa.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi tidak bisa dimungkiri di zaman serba canggih sekarang ini. Teknologi terus berkembang dan bermunculan dari masa ke masa. Teknologi merambah dalam aspek kehidupan manusia dengan tujuan memudahkan manusia dalam melakukan suatu aktivitas termasuk mobile commerce (m-commerce). M-commerce merupakan transaksi yang dilakukan dalam lingkup nirkabel, dengan menggunakan telepon seluler untuk mengakses internet dan berbelanja yang dapat digunakan dimana dan kapan saja. Belakangan ini penjual jamu gendong sukar ditemukan dan minat pembeli turut berkurang terhadap jamu gendong bahkan sebagian orang tidak mengetahui keberadaannya. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh para pembeli yaitu kesulitan dalam mencari lokasi dari jamu gendong. Hal ini menyebabkan sangat dibutuhkan penggunaan aplikasi khusus penjualan jamu gendong, selama ini proses transaksi jamu gendong masih dilakukan secara tatap muka langsung ditempat penjualan sehingga proses transaksi jual beli terasa kurang maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memudahkan serta memberi kenyamanan penjual dan pelanggan jamu gendong di Kota Pekanbaru dalam bertransaksi. Pengumpulan datanya berupa studi pustaka, wawancara dan observasi. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam proses penelitian ini untuk digunakan dalam melakukan testing. Aplikasi joged (jamoe gendong) dibangun dengan bantuan User Center Design (UCD) sehingga memiliki nilai usability yang tinggi dan firebase sebagai tempat penyimpanan data. Aplikasi joged diuji menggunakan black box testing dengan berjalan sukses serta dilakukan User Accaptance Test (UAT) dengan memperoleh nilai rata-rata-rata 92% dari 25 pelanggan jamu gendong dengan predikat “Sangat Baik” yang berarti pelanggan jamu gendong puas dengan aplikasi joged ini. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa aplikasi joged berbasis mobile ini dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah penjualan dan mampu meningkatkan hasil penjualan jamu gendong.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelago consisting of around 17,508 islands, 70% of which are oceans. Indonesia's seas are rich in natural resources, including coral reefs and marine animals. However, this natural wealth can cause problems and is fatal to humans due to stings from animals in the sea. In other emergency conditions, people can drown, causing suffocation and heart attacks. First aid in emergencies is basic life support (BLS), which can be done by people who have received training. Tanjung Karang Beach is a domestic and international tourist destination; however, health services and experts in providing BLS are not yet available. The data from 2015 to 2022 reported the occurrences of tourist vehicle accidents, tourists were stung by Marlyn fish stabs, and the incident of people drowning resulted in death without emergency action. This study aimed to determine the effect of BLS training on applying BLS and standard operational procedures in emergency first aid. The research method was a quasi-experimental pretest and posttest group design. The population was lifeguards and tourist vehicle drivers, with samples taken purposively. The measurement of the application of BLS was carried out twice: before and after training. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analyses. The results showed a mean value before training was 1.37, with a standard deviation was 0.684. The mean value after training was 14.63, and the standard deviation was 1.383. The dependent T-test results were 13.263, and the standard deviation was 1.327, with a p-value of 0.000 (p<0,005). The conclusion is that BLS training affects the application and operational standards of BLS training. Training members are recommended to apply for BLS in caring for the victims, and the Donggala Regency Government is to organize a tourist clinic in Tanjung Karang Beach and empower training personnel as rescuers.

Abstract

Patients undergoing hemodialysis for a period of more than 3 years tend to experience malnutrition due to inadequate food intake, diseases of the digestive tract, eating restrictions, drugs that cause impaired nutrient absorption, inadequate dialysis, and comorbidities. This study aimed to determine the relationship between nutritional status and the quality of life of chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis in Palu. This study used a cross-sectional design to determine the correlation or relationship between 2 variables. Data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation test. The sampling formula determined the number of samples to test the hypothesis on the average of two populations with 108 respondents. This study was carried out in 2 hemodialysis units in Palu. The samples involved in this study were selected by simple random sampling. The results of this study show that most respondents are in the age range of > 55 years, with 41 people (48.1%); are female, with 56 people (51.9%); have a high school education, with 46 people (42.6%); are working, with 81 people (75%) while the remainings are retirees and housewives; and have hypertension as their comorbid disease, with 56 people (51.9%). There is a relationship between nutritional status and overall quality of life, based on the SGA p-value of 0.016 (p-value < 0.05) and based on the MIS p-value of 0.004 (p-value < 0.05), with the strength of the relationship being weak. The conclusion is there is a relationship between nutritional status and the quality of life of CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis. It is hoped that nurses can pay more attention to the nutritional status of CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis.

Abstract

Currently, social media is the most popular service among the public. The widespread use of social media has made business people prefer to carry out promotions on online media, especially in providing marketplace services. TikTok Shop is currently in the spotlight because it is part of the services provided by the TikTok application. TikTok launched the TikTok Shop feature on April 17 2021 with the aim of allowing sellers and creators to gain a wide range of potential buyers. This research was conducted in the community in Bima City. Content Marketing and Influencer Marketing as independent variables and Purchase Decisions as the dependent variable. The aim of this research is to find out whether Content Marketing and Influencer Marketing influence purchasing decisions in TikTok application users in the Bima City. The analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and determination test, t test and f test. The data that has been processed using the SPSS program produces the regression equation Y = 28.278 + 0.299 X1 + 0.197 X2 + 0.05. Based on the t test carried out, it can be seen that Content Marketing and Influencer Marketing simultaneously influence purchasing decisions in TikTok application users in the Bima City.

Abstract

PMP (Beginner Community Service) activities carried out with partners targeting the barokah mushroom house business in South Rabangodu Village, Bima City. The problem with the barokah mushroom house business is that the number of Baglogs is still small, they have not implemented promotions through digital marketing, they don't have attractive packaging and they don't have a business logo and they don't have a job description. Therefore, concrete steps are needed regarding socialization related to increasing production capacity through the use of production equipment such as mixing machines and baglog press machines, training in the application of digital marketing for business promotion activities, training and support regarding the importance of applying logos and packaging, so that products can be more attractive to consumers, expanding business reach, and supporting increased sales and creating job description documents for mushroom house businesses. This community service uses planning, implementation and evaluation methods. The results of the training and socialization carried out where the pre-test showed that participants did not understand and understand the importance of digital marketing and attractive packaging and logo creation, while the results of the post-test carried out showed that participants already understood the importance of promotion using digital marketing with reels which is currently trending. and packaging to increase the selling power and competitiveness of products and be able to create logos using the Canva application

Abstract

Indonesia is prone to natural disasters, such as geological and hydrometeorological disasters. This is because the geography, geology, hydrology, climate, and population conditions in Indonesia are prone to disasters caused by non-natural factors such as natural disasters and man-made disasters. Both can cause loss of life, environmental damage, property damage, and psychological impact. This service aims to increase the general community's knowledge of Senkom Mitra Polri, particularly regarding basic life support. The implementation method, namely education using practical modules and training using mannequins, was carried out on February 28, 2023, at the Baitul Ilmi student boarding school building, attended by 30 participants from Gowa Regency and Makassar City. The stages of training implementation consisted of registration of participants, pre-test, provision of material, simulation of basic life support practices by participants one by one with team assistance, post-test, and skills test. This activity involved a doctor with an emergency background providing general material related to basic life support. The results showed that 80% of the trainees understood the material provided. It is hoped that this activity can form a first responder community and increase the role of the community, especially the police partner Senkom in rescuing cardiac arrest patients.
