Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning, execution, and follow-up of the academic supervision by the principal at SDN 6 Putatsari Grobogan. This research is qualitative. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques to the analysis of the groove. The process of collecting data through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The validity of the data using triangulation, triangulation method, and triangulation of researchers. The results of the research, academic supervision 1. Planning in SD Negeri 6 Putatsari produce, a. Preparation of supervision schedule, b. Preparation of Instrument, c. Compile a list of teachers who would be supervised. 2. Implementation of Academic Supervision in SD Negeri 6 Putatsari, supervisor came to the class with the instruments that have been prepared to make observations of learning while noting the incident in accordance with the instrument. 3. Follow-Up Supervision Academic SD Negeri 6 Putatsari, principal with the teachers held discussions break time in the principal’s office, teachers are given the opportunity to express their opinions about the learning process has been implemented. The headmaster shows the results of further observations provide opportunities for teachers to observe and analyze it.

Abstract

The objective of research was to examine the contribution of 1) teacher professional competency, motivation, and perception on headmaster leadership simultaneously to teacher discipline, and 2) teacher perception on headmaster leadership to teacher discipline. This study was a qualitative research with survey method, while the technique used was path analysis, used to examine the size of contribution indicated by path coefficient in every path diagram. The population of research was the teachers of public junior high schools in Surakarta city consisting of 1179 persons. The sample consisted of 300 teachers, taken using multistage random sampling technique. The author employed two-tailed test at significance level of 0.05. The results of research were that 1) there was a significant contribution of teacher perception on headmaster leadership to teacher discipline with contribution of 77.1% simultaneously, and 2) there was a significant contribution of teacher perception on headmaster leadership to teacher discipline by 77.1% The research could explain the total variability of 77.1%. The contribution of 22.9% came from variables excluded from the focus of research.

Abstract

The   purpose   of   this   research   is:   to   described   the   management   of   learning mathemathics  evaluation  on social aspecs which is commited  by teacher to the student of Junior  High School  in Sirampog,  District  Brebes.  This research  is research  development (Research  and Development)  which originates  from certain problems  and continued  with Quasi   Experimental,   that   is   about   the   management   of   of   learning   mathemathics curriculum  2013 evaluation,  and measurement  of effectiveness  by comparing the result of assesment   before   developed   with   already   developed   by  using   kualitatif   deskription. According to the result of research and discussion that has been done, then researcher can conclude  as following  statement:  Management  of learning  mathemathics  evaluation  with curriculum  2013 in Junior  High School  in Sirampog  District  Brebes,  has been make an assesment  optimally,  but in the attitude  competence  especially  in self and inter student assesment were not maximized  because many teacher give a general declaration  not focus on mathemathics,  and also this evaluation is only implemented  in early curriculum  2013. In the recent time, many teacher are not evaluate and assesment instrument is not change. However, evaluation must be develop and consistent, in order to become better.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the character-based education management Javanese culture as well as enabling and inhibiting factors in TK Negeri Pembina Surakarta. This study uses qualitative research, research design using qualitative descriptive method. Implementation of this research is in the TK Negeri Pembina Surakarta. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Source of the data obtained through interviews and documentation. As a guest speaker in this study was the Principal Teachers and Parents / guardians of students. The validity of the data used in this research is triangulation and source triangulation method. Data were analyzed using interactive analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion we concluded that: 1) The management of education-based character of Javanese culture in TK Negeri Pembina Surakarta carried out by adjusting the curriculum and educational materials charged Javanese culture integrates the material elements of the arts, languages and social systems of Javanese culture, delivering materials charged the value of honesty, humility, discipline, courtesy, cooperation, caring, and responsibility; and deliver material which imparts the principles of respect, harmony, character wise and honest, introspective, low self-esteem, as well as upload form-ungguh and good manners as a form of character Java. 2) The supporting factors in the management of Javanese culture-based character education is education offices and local governments, provision of facilities, committee and parents of students, school management, as well as students coming from the Java community. Factors inhibiting Javanese culture-based education is the lack of standard guidelines for the implementation of educational programs that charged Javanese culture, interests learners to Javanese culture, as well as operate and circumstances on ignorance educators learn less supportive media to use.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the achievement motivation on mathematicslearning independence. This study is a quasi-experimental study with factorialdesign 2 x 3. The population of class IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Weru Sukoharjo2016/2017 school year and the sampling is done by clusterrandom sampling. Theresearch instrument is a test of mathematics learning independence and achievementmotivation questionnaire. To determine the validity of the instrument test the validityand independence of learning math, using a correlation formula to determine thePoint biserial and reliability using Kuder Richardson formula. While the validity ofthe test achievement motivation questionnaire using the technique of Karl Pearsonproduct moment correlation and reliability testing using the formula used Alpha.Teknik data analysis is the balance test using the Z test, test for normality usingLilliefors, homogeneity test using Bartlett method and hypothesis testing datausing Analysis test variance two streets with different cells. Based on hypothesistesting we concluded that there is achievement motivation on mathematics learningindependence.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) to describe the online game addiction managementplanning in KKPI learning at SMK Muhammadiyah 6 Gemolong, (2) to describethe implementation of online game addiction management in KKPI learningat SMK Muhammadiyah 6 Gemolong, (3) to describe evaluation from the onlinegame addiction management at SMK Muhammadiyah 6 Gemolong. The researchwas conducted with a kind of qualitative research with ethnographic approachdesign. With tkeknik data collection is in-depth interviews, documentation andobservation. Data analysis use an interactive analysis model. The results of thisstudy are; (1) online game addiction management planning with identification oflearners, searching for appropriate learning game reference, making lesson plansand evaluation instruments; (2) implementation of online game addiction in learningKKPI in accordance with the planning that has been made and implemented to adjustthe current situation; and (3) evaluation of online game addiction in KKPI learningdone during daily test, mid semester test and final semester test.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian full day school dalam membentuk karakter siswa di SD Muhammadiyah Program Khusus Boyolali. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain etnografi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis model interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Perencanaan full day school dalam membentuk karakter siswa dimulai dengan penyusunan kalender akademik agar waktu pembelajaran yang diterima oleh siswa dapat diterima secara penuh; pengondisian lingkungan dan fasilitas sekolah menjadi media dalam rangka membentuk karaktersiswa; mengembangkan silabus dan RPP dengan memuat nilai-nilai karakter; serta pengintegrasian pengembangan karakter dalam kurikulum pada setiap mata pelajaranmengacu pada kurikulum nasional yang diperkaya dengan kurikulum Depag dan kurikulum mandiri yang memuat nilai-nilai keislaman, program pengembangandiri, dan budaya sekolah. 2) Pelaksanaan full day school dalam membentuk karakter siswa terdiri atas kerjasama seluruh guru dan tenaga kependidikan bertanggungjawab dalam membentuk karakter siswa; membangun komunikasi dan kerjasama dengan orang tua siswa melalui buku penghubung dan pertemuan rutin; menjalin hubungan harmonis antara guru siswa dengan meniadakan ruang guru agar guru dapat mengawasi dan mengontrol aktivitas siswa; mengintegrasikan nilai karakter ke dalam mata pelajaran sesuai dengan standar proses dan penilaian yang ada di sekolah; pelaksanaan pengembangan diri melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler; dan pelaksanaan program budaya sekolah melalui kegiatan rutin sekolah dan keteladanan guru. 3) Pengendalian full day school dalam membentuk karakter siswa terdiri atas penilaian terhadap tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan melalui monitoring internal, monitoring eksternal dan observasi; kerjasama dengan orang tua siswa dengan mengadakan POMG dan menyediakan buku penghubung; dan penilaian keberhasilan siswa melalui nilai harian, bulan dan akhir semester. Adapun aspek karakter siswa yang dinilai dalam pengembangan diri dan pembiasaan yaitu: kedisiplinan dan tanggung jawab, kebersihan dan kerapian, kerjasama, sopan santun, kemandirian, kerajinan, kejujuran, kepemimpinan, dan ketaatan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe: 1) the preparation of extracurricular activitiesprogram Hizbul Wathan to develop character values in SMK Muhammadiyah 4Surakarta. Types of qualitative research with ethnographic design Data collectiontechniques: interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity with technicaltriangulation and source triangulation. Data analysis using three stages, namely datareduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing with verification. The resultsshowed: 1) Preparation of the Hizbul Wathan extracurricular activity program atSMK Muhammadiyah 4 Surakarta, consisting of (a) extracurricular activities ofHizbul Wathan, (b) elaboration of the vision, mission and objectives of the school,(c) Preparation of extracurricular activities program Hizbul Wathan must be inaccordance with the vision, mission, and objectives of the school’s Decree, (d) (SK)division of tasks as coach, (e) funds sourced from School Operational Assistance(BOS).
